Hi,

My name is akash and this is regarding my connect broadband connection. I installed the connection last year in january and the connection was bery unstable. I made back to back complaints in february that my internet was not working and everytime the complaint was resolved stating that they came to visit and i was not home or they resolved the issue from backend, however, my internet was still not working. Dear Sir
This is with reference to my fathers broadband connection disconnection as he has left India.The application was submitted to connect office Patiala on 22 Feb, 2018 and the broadband services were discontinued on 27th Feb 2018.
He was made to visit the office twice and misguided by the customer care executive there.He is a senior citizen 81 years old and a heart patient and has gone abroad for treatment.He was told that initially they would keep the number in safe custody for two months for which he paid an amount of rs 420 after which the company will disconnect.
Unfortunately, he has been duped an billed for the month of March.Rs 420 paid earlier plus rs 161 to be paid for March.Now the number had been barred for non payment of March bill on a number which had been disconnected since 27.2.2018.
The customer care executive signed application with the receipt of the amount of Rs 420 submitted is with us.We are not liable to pay any bill in future also.
Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest and stop the billing of an unused and disconnected number.
Customer care executives are harassing us and not taking our complaint nor letting us meet high officials.
This matter should be resolved at the earliest.Regards Shalu Singh.

      I had make a request to connect to transfer my connection in july 27 and they transferred it on sept 16. On sept 17, my internet stopped working and they asked me to pay pending bill which i never owe. During the transfer period i haven't used the internet since i transferred from the location and took the equipments also. I asked customer care to check with the usage for that period which they didn't care about and obviously, they took the time to transfer the connection not me so it doesn't make sense to pay the bill. They are now threatening me to send legal notice and told me that i might need to appear in delhi high court, which is totally a harassment since i am from chandigarh and there is a high court. This is pure harassment and mentally torture. I will reply to their legal notice, appear in the court and at the same time, i will file a case against them in consumer court for sure since everything is documented and i have their call recordings. This needs to be done, i am going through in a difficult time because of them.

      In my opinion, never use this connection if you want to have a peaceful life.

        My name is karan verma, i am really very very frustrated with connect service. I have started a new connection 12 months ago. I am fed up with the connection issues from last 8 months regarding sometime network issue, sometime calling issue and sometime billing issue. I got a call from connect customer care who is employee at sec 35 connect office chandigarh regarding upgrade of my plan from normal to unlimited plan of same charges of rs. 999 without any extra charges in which we will get free unlimited calls and 40 gb wifi data at the speed of 40 mbps. I deny the change of my plan but again and again requested by the customer that sir, its is a benefit by the company to its valuable customers only and i[censored] not satisfied by these plan also change after some time. I ready to upgrade and he told me that nothing will be charged from you. But connect services is very very poor without cancellation of my old plan they will also continue on my name second plan. After one month connect head office call me and said that sir your bill is pending and submit the same as soon as when i fed up then i went to your office. He assures me that your issued will be resolved immediately and now one month passed away and no issue has been resolved.
        This connect telecom is totally fraud fraud fraud and cheap. Worst in service. This telecom has only the thirst of money and the employees of this telecom are the same fraud like company. This telecom is doing fraud with people. And charging extra bill. Be careful from this telecom service. Even the customers are not able to take the satisfactory response or solution from the head office mohall
        So be careful from this telecom service. Now i am going to consumer court and trai to complaint against this telecom and there employees.

        Sir connect ki service ke kaaran kafi logo ko bhut stress mein jina padta meri tarf se koi request na hone per bi unho ne mera plan change kar diya uske bad do din tak mera net nhi chala jab mene customer care ko call ki to meri complaint registered hone ke bad agle din technical helper mere ghar aaya aur usne bataya sir pehle bala ladka modem sahi se laga kar nhi gaya hai fir usne apne seniors se bat karke modem ko change kiya aur tab net start ho gaya but mera landline number tab bi nhi chala usne muje bataya sir ye after 3 days ke bad chalega but after 3 days meri problem sahi nhi hui customer care ko fir se call ki aur customer care ke ne bataya sir aapke plan mein landline number nhi hai jo company ne apne base per change kiya tha mene bataya meri family ko to landline number use karna hota hai to usne bataya sir iske extra charges lagange aur mera bil pahunch gaya 999 se 1270 next day mere ghar phone lag gaya but mera number change kar diya gaya mene connect ke head office bat ki banha per madam diya ne muj se kaha sir aapka number same rahega muje thoda time do but kafi time hone ke bad bi mera bi jab mene fir se call ki to unho ne bataya sir aapko old number nhi mil sakta mene pucha kun to unho ne bataya sir aapka plan change ho gaya hai mene bola aapki company ne mera plan change kiya hai mene to koi request bi nhi ki thi aur upper se kitne din mera net aur landline number band raha per kuch nhi hua muje naya number se satisfy hone pada. But sir after one month muje connect ke customer care se phone aane shure ho gaye ki aap apna bill submit karo mene bola sir mene to apna bill submit karva diya hai to bole nhi aapke name per do phone hai jo chal rahe mene bola do phone mein kya karunga aur aapke pass koi list hai ki mene dono phone use kiye hai connect ke customer care ne saaf mana kar diya aur kaha sir muje nhi pata apna bill submit karo nhi to aap net use nhi kar paoge iske bare mein mein connect customer care 35 mein jakar bataya banha ki employees ne iske bare mein apne se senior ko mail kar di jo bo hi madam diya thi jis ke kaaran mein problem face kar raha tha unho ne kaha sorry sir hamare kaaran aapko problem hui but do din ka time do ab aapko koi phone nhi aayega but sir after one week muje fir se phone aane start ho gaye aur bo itni rud behaviour se bat karte hai mein bata bi nhi sakta aur legal notice issue karne ki bat karne lage. Mene tang aakar jo phone use bi karta tha use bi disconnect karva diya aur 1585 ki amount submit karva di. Per tak muje unki tarf se mere name per chal rahe old phone ke cancellation ka koi sms ya call nhi aayi. Plz sir inke against koi action jarur le

          Sir i runni singh, i have a connect connection in my academy ashiyana colony derabassi. The no is [protected]. The connect agent connect it totally free.. We have to pay 2 month charges. But after that we don't need this connection. We called to connect costumer care for disconnect this connection many time on this no[protected] and[protected]. But they can't disconnect it.. The connection was closed but every month they sent bill but don't disconnect it.
          I don't know what i do.. Because they told me.. If you not pay our bill we take a legal action

            I was promised that i will get 4 mbps but i am only getting 1 mbps. Videos won't play and buffer all the time. The customer support said i can not disconnect before 3 months. It is just been few hours since broadband was installed but i am already disappointed. I want to disconnect this month only. Customer care executive harassed me over the call. I did not sign the contract anywhere. Please help to sort this out.

                  Want to disconnect my connect no. [protected]. Tried calling customer care but they are kind of stalling. Also, when tried to asked about the security they said it will not be adjusted into the bill. I mean for new connect they come to the home but for taking my security i have to skip my day job and go to connect office for getting a cheque that i have to submit in the bank.

                  I am suddenly shifting to delhi how can i go to connect main office which is very far away.

                    I got connect broadband connection from sector 35 chandigarh. This lady ms deepika gave me an offer of rs 2200 saying it included 3 months bill as well as landline installation charges. But then refused to have a landline and asked them to refund the 550rs that they said is the installation charges. The customer care told me that it would adjusted in my 4th month bill. But now iv got a bill of the month december that has not been adjusted. They did not give me any kind of detailed bill until i asked them. Sometimes they say they have charged me 311rs gst for one month and no tax for the rest 2 months. They changed my speed to high speed saying the charges will be the same but now showing me increased rates. They did not give me any notification of change of plans. They have been calling me twice a day asking to pay off and have also barred my services. I was hospitalised for leg fracture and now they are asking me to come to the office to settle the issue. This is fraud and pure torture. I would suggest no one take connect connection because this is fraud and #!

                      My account no - 3106489, i was give last settelment amount of rs.1300 at your care office for the disconnection of your services but they not gave me any noc, but your asset (Modem) still i have, and your agent or executive not came to pick their assets from me, but now i get calls from your company agents about that my account is still running and my bill amount is rs. 1600 something still outstanding but i was not use your services a littel bit after pay settelment amount of rs. 1300,

                        Around 2 years ago i was using connect broadband [protected]. But only after using 20 days i contacted them about slow speed and broadband shutting down every 2 hour and told them to deactivate my broadband. So i got a call from their office that i can not deactivate my broadband before 2 months o[censored]sing. So after 2 months i again contacted them that i want to disconnect my broadband.                         I had a connect broadband [protected]. Suddenly my modem becomes faulty so i complaint to customer care regarding modem faulty. They said they will replace modem with charges of 1099+gst but i told him that i will not pay charges of modem. The boy which comes from connect replace new modem and he also say that no charges will be levied, but in bill their is modem charges+gst. I again lodge complaint but they verbally waive off charges of modem only not gst, so i don't pay the bill after week from due date my services barred and again bill comes with 1month rent +previous bill+modem charges+ modem charges gst, now and now sms are coming of court case.                           Sir, on 15.12.17, i had requested for shifting of bb connection to my new location 31d to connect office at sector -47 required documents were provided. At the same time change of plan from 599 to 799 was also selected and i was informed that this plan will be activated after shifting of connection which will be in 3days. On 18.12.17 it is intimated that, shifting of connection is not possible, you can surrender the connection. I reached to connect office at sec-47 and inquired about issue. Finally i was told to bring wifi and other items and pay the amount 548 which is approx my 599 plan. How it is possible to charge that much amount for 15 days, moreover i have not used the connection since 7.12.17. It is my humble request to look in to the matter and resolve the issue of excess charging. Further, my bb connection[protected] to be discontinued with immediate effect to stop further billing after this date. On rectification of bill i may be informed for depositing of wifi and payment of final bill amount. Thanking you.

                            My account number is 3127835. My complaint detail is as follows:

                            Bill generated for for the month of august is 377.13 and amount payable after 16 september is 427.13. But due to some reason, I could not pay the bill and I received the message that "my connection has been barred due to non-payment of bill amount".
                            At the same time, I also requested to connect team that I will pay the amount and close my connection. I made request 3 times but nobody from connect team respond me with the solution.

                            Then, I received a bill amount of 520.95 in month of october. After that I received a bill amount of 991.77 in month of november which include 399 rental charge.

                            But, my question is that if my connection has been barred in september how could you charged me rental charge for the month of november

                            Now, from past few days, I am continuously receiving message that Connect has sent my details to advocate for legal action against due to non payment of 992 for using account 3127835, to avoid, pay and contact [protected].

                            So, its request to send reasonable bill so that I can pay it.

                              I receive messages and calls from connect broadband on daily basis asking to me pay bills and also threat me about court cases. But i had already paid my dues and submitted their modem at jalandhar office at the time of closing of my connection. Now they call me pretend to be some lawyer and threat me about court hearings. Such unethical behavior was not expected.

                                This is with reference to my connect broadband for which the company is claiming false bill upon me. Moreover the company agents are threatening me and my family with continuous harassment calls.

                                Regardless of several requests for disconnection, they have continued generating bills for my connect broadband, in which duration i haven't even used their services.

                                Moreover, they are expecting customers to pay bills despite their such poor wifi services. I have to make at least 20 calls in order to get a single wifi problem resolved from their side.

                                Plus they have my security amount deposited with them.

                                Now i am receiving threatening calls from their agents who claim to be legal personnel, they are harassing my parents every day. I have patients in my family and such harassment is completely intolerable.

                                Is there any help i could find??

                                  Quadrant Televentures / Connectzone.in / Connect Broadband — legal notice for claim of rs. 3675 over dead wifi connection

                                  This is regarding my complaint of connect wifi connection which was active for the duration of jan 2017 to may 2017 i. E. We disconnected the wifi connection by the end of may 2017 for a new broadband connection as before dsl service was not available in our area... Fast forward to 14 november 2017 i. E. Today i received a legal notice from quadrant ventures (Connectzone) with them claiming an amount of rs. 3675 for the dead wifi connection!!....
