Quikr provided me a very good service for buying goods, and based on it I opted for Quikr RTO service. However I regret now for choosing it.

Full Description of the Incident:- On 24th May 2017, I paid 3500 to Quikr RTO Service for NOC and ownership transfer of a vehicle. Please find below the email receipt:-

Its been a month now and neither of the requests have been complete. They are not replying to my emails, not picking up the phone, even worse:-disconnecting the phone. Please find below the phone numbers:-

Desirable Resolution:- Quikr goods service is surely the best in category but RTO service is totally opposite. I do not wish to continue with this pathetic customer service and would like to get a refund and return of my vehicle documents.

I wish Quikr will take a note of this complaint and initiate my refund process ASAP. I do not wish to complicate things, however I wont hesitate to reach out to consumer court for this pathetic service and mental harassment of the customer.

    I have purchased an iphone 4s 32gigs refurbished from quikr and i got a defective product its have several issue in it like speaker and button and was in critical condition. I made a replacement complaint and after several procedure they accepted for reverse pick up on 14th of june and it is now 4th of July after my several complaints and emails they constantly saying it is under process and all and now i am totally disturbed because neither i got my phone nor my money back i bought it for 6999. They are delaying it and not taking their customers seriously, i an totally disappointed by their service. I now i am hopeless. Kindly look into this matter. I need help.

      Myself Pranav Selarka from Ahmedabad and my registere mobile no. [protected]
      I had posted a free adv. to sell my Triumph Bonneville bike on Quikr, after a while I recived a call from your sales person who explained me to upgrade to a paid premium adv. for Rs. 1500/- and if the bike wsnt sold in a months time he had promised me full refund in my Paytym account. Since long I have been following up for the refund but nothing fruitful has been done from your side, on the contrary today i recieved 2 calls from +[protected] and +[protected] and was informed that on any circumstances I wont get any thing more than Rs. 300/- as refund, I did explain them about the promise made my your sales person and also asked them to check voice recording of the same but the guy calling from mumbai number asks me share the voice recording that I have as an evidence.
      Expecting a prompt solution from your side else I will be forced to head forward to CONSUMER PROTECTION FORUM.

        I have two ad id:

        1st ad id:[protected] sony vaio laptop - amount want to received :rs 2894
        2nd ad id:[protected] altec lansing mx 5021 speaker - amount want to get recieved :rs 3542

        Totally i want receive an amount of rs 3542 +2894 = rs 6436

        But i have received an amount in three transaction. Ie 129, 1104, 845 and 701 rs respectively ie total amount of 2779.
        Remaining amount 3657

        When asked them through numerous call, one replied 129 is made for 1st ad,
        And the remaining for second ad, and the balance will be transaction within 24 hrs.
        1st ads transaction took place on 19th june. Ie rs129 instead of 2894
        2nd ads transaction took place on 21st june. Ie r s1104, 845, 701 (Total 2650) instead of rs 3542
        Todays date is 4th july 2017

        Out of total rs 6436 quikr have transacted an amount of rs 2779.
        What about the remaining.
        Quikr has not send any reply even i have attached my bank statement in pdf format.
        Rs 3657 is not a small amount to lose.

        Are they making me fool. Are they working really or just fooling others

          Order no. 10243833 for phone apple iphone 5s, 16 gb. They sent me the wrong color and are harrasing me from last one month. Every time they ask me a different question like photo of the mobile, internal imei no, external imei no etc etc. I have given them. All the details and still the only reply i get is that your complain has been forwarded to the concerned department and we will get back to you. My rs. 10, 999/- is stuck and i had to claim this amount from my company which i cant. I am in deep financial stress because of this. Please help

              Dear quickr

              I have paid 18000 rs for 3 month package with 100 cities for quickr premium advertisement with the hope that i will get reasonable response from quickr regarding my advertisement. But advertisement which is posted by quickr is with incorrect description which is not at all reflecting my advertisement content for that i have given for this regard i thrice mail to quickr executive name vishal and in response he said that your advertisement content will get change with in a day and you will get call from our side. But sorry to say that they have not contacted me and in order to that mail i got response that you are not contactable. Its almost 15 days but my issue is still the same and my time is running out. If this the treatment
              And service of quickr you will sure loose the client.
              My humble request to you that kindly resolve this issue or else quickr will loose the trust.

                I sold a cot through Quikr on May 3 2017. Quikr doorstep came and collected it form my house.
                It has been two months and despite multiple emails and calls, Quikr have not paid me my dues. My ad id is[protected]. Ticket number for my complaint is [protected]. They keep saying that they have escalated the issue with concerned department. Each call to the Quikr complaint gets the same response.

                  I paid rs 3350 for RTO ownership transfer in May 2017 and nawazulla khan took my original documents. It's 4 months completed but no response from any one. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka Prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones. Submitted multiple quire's through contact us section but no one is responding to it. I Am going to Lodge a police complaint against quikr.

                  This is so unfortunate that why I have not seen this forum earlier. I have bought Quickr RTO service in starting of June and paid Rs 76K to Quicker for Road tax+Re-registration in another state. It been 3 months now and no proper response from quick. I have never thought such big brand can be a fraud or so. Kindly suggest how to move forward. Thanks!
                  HELLO i ahve given my cars document for ownership transfer to Quikr RTO, there represntative Nawaz had come to me and had collected documents from me in march 2019, since then I am sending them mail, I get autogenerated reply from then but no proper reply and I have already paid them 3000/- rupee online, can any one help me how to lodge complaint about this issue, i have all there mails saved in my mail box.

                  Same is the case with me . I have given my documents for ownership trasnfer on 17th oct 2019 . Its been 2 months and i am not recieving any proper response from quickr team. Such a pathetic service quickr is providing. Cant imagine they all says false promises that they will give us on 1 month and 15 days. Below are the people whom i have contacted till now.                     I placed order on 1st of july 12:30 am midnight. For set of wardrobe with dressing table. I have not received it yet by giving a non sense reason of slot unavailability for pickup+delivery. Whereas seller and your system screenshots give details that pickup was scheduled for today 10 am. I have called on you number and spoke to different people on different departments but everyone is just fooling me by giving candy of escalation. Why should i wait so long without when i have paid for the service which i deserve to get on time? If you are not able to give services please return my money. And pay me for fooling me and wasting my valuable time. You just have been deceiving me. And keeping my money. Its not an small amount but matter of 6000 (Approx). Tell me if you can deliver the order today, otherwise cancel the order and return my money today itself. You have no right to keep my money with you when you are not able to give service.

                      Dear sir,

                      I usually search jobs in quicker and other people also search jobs in this portal as it is giving easy search to the candidates.

                      On friday dated 30.06.2017 i went for the interview purpose. As i had received messages from that fraud agencies, their address is as below:

                      "zenith infotech"
                      15a/8, office no.1, nr. Pooja park & hotel florence inn, right turn from shiv kachori, ajmal khan road exit karolbagh metro gate-2 nbj-1
                      Call for further detail call - vivan - [protected]/ aditi - [protected]

                      And

                      "recon international bpo",
                      47/9 near sagar hotel, rajendra place, exit metro gate no.3, carry one resume, one id proof, 2 passport size photo.
                      Ref - ra52 contact hr aditya:[protected]

                      These above two fraud agencies are running by the same people. I came to know when i attended both offices.

                      First, i went to zenith infotech, they are completely lying to the candidates without taking any interview, by saying that "you are selected, we have job for you, but you have to pay rs. 500.00 which will be returned after 3 months.

                      I could see, the innocent candidates were paying them rs. 500.00, just because the fraudy people were telling them, the candidate will get higher salary, incentives, salary increase after 3 month 20% to 30%.

                      Being responsible indian, it is my duty to let you aware about this fraud.

                      Please look into the matter, as it is very serious, such kind of fraud agencies should be punished. Also, may be people stop to use this website.

                      I am not telling this because it was happened with me but for those poor innocent candidates who need the job at the earliest.

                        Quikr is selling the premium ad with a assurance of 100% refund if your good is not sold in specified time.

                        It has been found that quikr is a cheater.

                        For ad id 29138385 of 8-5-17: it was for selling a car. It could not be sold in 30 days. Hence, ad was deleted after 40 days. And requested for refund.

                        Instend of refund, it was told to us that because ad is deleted refund is not eligible. Such clause is not mentioned in website or any document they have provided.

                        It appears, quikr is a professional cheater in on line business.

                        Customer should be careful from such cheaters. Please demand all t&c in writting before purchase of premium ads from quikr.

                          I had placed an order for a TV Showcase with Quikr (AD No.[protected]transaction ID - TXN ID: [protected] )after the seller accepted my offer. But later Quikr informed me on 22nd May 2017 that the seller has refused to sell the showcase and said that my amount will be refunded. I received a message from Quikr on 23rd May 2017 that the refund is initiated. But after several phone call to the customer care and emails I have still not received the refund.

                          The worst part is that on every call to the customer care I was given a date for the refund and no one had a clue in Quikr what was holding them back from refunding me my money. Please don't purchase anything on Quikr. they are cheating people and using their money to conduct their business.

                            I had sold the tablet to a buyer on 10th June, who stays only 7 hours from my place, i.e Bangalore to Madurai.
                            Everytime I call quikr, they say product has reached destination and it will be delivered soon and am getting the same update from last 12 days!!!
                            Pathetic service and above it they are charging Rs550 from Seller as well as Rs 550 from Buyer!! for this kind of service!!
                            I hope they dont tell next that the product will be returned back to me.

                            I think they are using the product for a month and returning it back to the seller informing buyer is not interested anymore.
                            How would a buyer be interested if you take a month to deliver the product???
                            btw, the product is not delivered yet!!!

                                This is regarding my recent experience with Quikr. I placed an order with Quikr offline logistics on 27th June, 2017. I was charged INR 599 and assured that your executives would call and schedule a delivery within the next 24 hours. I was suspicious when no email or sms was sent to me after the transaction and hence I saved a screenshot of the transaction. Thank God for that as I still have not received an invoice or confirmation for the transaction.

                                I called up Quikr doorstep the next day and explained the matter. In fact since the, I have made 4 phone calls to Quikr, and each time I have been assured that the matter will be escalated and that I will receive a call back. Neither of that has happened. One of the executives even told me that there is no record of such a transaction at all.

                                Does Quikr even exist? Forget about the inefficiency of the company and the pain caused to customers, the fact that you are denying that this transaction has ever taken place makes you look nothing less than thugs. I have just been running around helpless for the last 48 hours, while the seller is rightfully agitated as he is not being able to dispose off the item I have purchased. I wont blame him if he sells it off to somebody else. If Quikr is not willing to honor an offline logistics delivery order, why keep such a service in the first place? There is no dearth of packers and movers in the city of Mumbai and next time I will surely opt for an alternative. Nobody has endless time and patience to run after Quikr service for two entire business days with no resolution. I will never ever recommend the company to friends and family.

                                Request you to please look at the matter urgently and if your team is incapable of shifting a good within the city, then please at least have the decency of returning my money and informing me about it.

                                    I have long trail mail with no reply from quikr.

                                    Request you to please check the trail mail how they are making scams with the client.

                                    As you will check, how many times we tried to reach with the quikr team however not getting any response.
                                    Please check the below points we would like to update you again.

                                    1:- We are trying to reach with the sels person on call however he stopped picking call after purchasing the package.
                                    2:- The sels manager with whom we was having discussions even not picking the call. Hiwever he was committed us that if you are have any query you can directly reach to him.
                                    3:- After these 2 points i am trying to connect with other team members from quikr however same responce as you can see beliw the trail mail is goin since. Not even we have get any call after these may follow-up or by mail.
                                    4:- Even efter the many mails finally i have decided to come to take your help for the scam they had did with us.

                                      Made the payment on 10/06/17for an metal almirah. The order was cancelled on 13th. Refund was initiated on 16th. Amount rs5909 is not yet refunded though several emails & telecalls were made. Irresponsible response from customer care & deliberate negligence of the finance team are creating the delay. No body bothers for payment of the customer. From 16/06/17 i have been asked to wait 5 to 7 business working days since refund initiation. They are asking for my bank statement though i made the payment through paytm. Today i am told that refund initiation on 16/06/17 was not proper. It is to be done once again. After refund initiation again it will take another 5 to 7 business working days to refund my money. Quikr is creating the delay & must pay for the delay & harassment. They don't bother govt rules & regulations.

                                      Made the payment on 10th june, 17 in mumbai for a metal almirah. Order was cancelled on 13th on behalf of the seller. Refund initiation done on 16th with message intimation. I made at least 50 tele calls & emails without any result. Till date refund amount rs 5909 is not paid. Quickr ad id[protected]. I was advised by customer care to wait further. Repeated emails & telecalls were made to take actions to arrange the refund. It is their own made rule to wait 5 to 7 days (Excluding holidays) after refund initiation.
                                      After 7 th days i am told that refund initiation on 16/06/16 was not proper. Refund is to be initiated again. I have to wait further 5 to 7 days after proper refund initiation. They are creating the delay intentionally & harassing. Penal interest they have to pay. They don't bother & reply to my mail.

                                      Quikr is not arranging my refund since 16/06/17. I got a mail to wait for an update as their finance team is continuously working on the issue. They can't refund Rs5909 as one can understand how complicated the the issue is.

                                      Advance offer id[protected] for Rs 45 dated 10/06/17, Payment Id [protected] for Rs 5860 dated 10/06/2017. Details are already with you. After 13 days of refund initiation why do you require these details. Your drama is not yet going to over nearly. you are determined to keep our money in your A/C as much as possible. Once the amount is in your pocket you exercise all your trick how to make delay. 5 to 7 business working days are required after refund initiation to refund. After that period refund initiation was not proper. Again we have to wait further for 5 to 7 days. What you are doing it is simply a criminal offence. Intentionally customers are, made to suffer for your gain putting customer care to answer & creating delay. Pl. refund the amount without further drama.

                                        I placed an order for two metal almirahs around a week ago. Your company kept on rescheduling the delivery. Later, they cancelled the order 3 days back saying that there is a problem from sellers' end. Then i had a word with the seller. On inquiry he said, it wasn't because of him rather the quikr only canceled it as they sent less manpower to pick up the product. So, i just want my money back which i have given (Amount rs. 8, 723) at the earliest otherwise i'll sue the company.

                                        We had paid Rs1000 for the premium ad of my bike in QUIKR. But till now I haven't received any call from this premium ad. So I want to close this premium ad and get back my money. Please reemburse Rs 1000 back to my account.
