This Quikr doorstep service is totally fraud, I have booked up laptop on 11-08-17 and delivered yet to on 14 -8-17. Not going refund, i didn't get my payment. I called customer care more than 10 times. No proper response from them. And also they sent a mail like full payment has been already but i didn't get. I made many complaints but fraud people not transferring my money. Whenever i call they will say your payment is initiated that's it. Don't use quikr doorstep these people are fraud. My amount is Rs 11269 for that itself they are doing this much if you make desk with big amount that's all these frauds will loot your money. I attached photo of mails also which i sent.

    I have purchased 200 unlocks for rs. 699/- on 10th of August 2017, everything was fine on that day, I also received the services for which I paid and the invoice of the same, but on the very next day, suddenly 200 unlocks disappeared from my quikr account and received a mail from your side saying, quikr don't received the payment. Please do revert to this mail by today only.
    I dropped many mails to qukr support team and calls as well but no actions has been taken yet, even they are not been connected to us.

    I have paid for a phone on quikr.com after my payment i have received my a messege that the seller has already sol the item and we are going to refund your money no refund is given to me after 8 days do not buy anything from quikr they will take all your money😡

      I would buy a product (Matal almirah) from quikr on 19th july sum total amount rs. 2299/-. Next day on 20th july quikr cancelled this product for some saler issue and told me that cancelled this product from quikr. After 10 days 29th june refound my a/c rs.2099/- but i want to know that why quikr deducted my amount rs.200/-

        The user Esthermahendra has posted fake ads about a marantz sr7011 amplifier costing Rsc40, 000. After submitting my offer on quikr, he has personally contacted me through email or whatsapp and said that he will deliver me the item within two days after payment. I was afraid of paying the full amount and hence we came to a deal of me paying 15000 up front and the remaining after receiving the item. After paying the amount, I was given a fake tracking number ([protected]) on a fake website http://alliancelogsnetwork.com/label.php .
        The next day the seller is asking for Rs10, 500 more saying that the item is stuck in customs and he will need the money to clear it. I ask him to refund me my money realizing he is a scamster and he refuses.

          Ad id[protected], excellent condition center table sold by quikr doorstep that site is fraud they dont even respond my mails about pending payment.
          I want to resolve the issue. So that have everyone know about the company. My complaint is against quikr company because i am selling out my centre table on quike website and they give an option of quikr doorstep of my product picked up from my destination and they sale out my product center table on 2-8-17. I already send the the so many mails to gine my payment but they don't even revert my mails. So that resolve my complaint and don't trust that sites.

            This is regarding two purchases, ad id[protected] was purchased by me. I got the confirmation of buying and i paid money to quikr. 2nd day of placing the order i got a call from quikr to inform me that my order was cancelled because some other person bought thar material.
            For order id[protected] i have placed order and got confirmation from quikr for the purchase and i paid the money. 2nd day i called quikr for delivery but they did not schedule the delivery and gave the reason that seller is not contactable. 3rd day i have contacted with the seller and he told me that the quikr person called him once but not ready to pick the material and gave the reason that materials are 4 in number so quikr person want to negotiate more from seller, seller was not ready for more negotiation because order was already placed by buyer. After that seller did not get any response from quikr. I called quikr more then 15 times to schedule the delivery but they did not schedule. On 4th day one of their representative schedule the delivery for 8.00pm to 10.00pm so i took half day from office and come home early to take the delivery but i did not get any. It was very much mentally harassment for me so mail quikr support team by attaching the mp3 files of their representative that he has scheduled the delivery. They did not do anything and send me a mail stating that my order was cancelled.
            I have placed my first order on 3rd august but i did not get both the refund till now. Quikr is doing fraud. They are using customers money.

            This is very bad service from quikr and their representatives.

            Please do the needful​.

              I bought one phone iphone 5s through quicker doorstep on 3rd aug 17..Before making the payment i confirmed from one of their executive that what if i don't get the desired product as shown in the pics she said you will get the money back..And i confirmed with seller as well before making the payment about the condition of the phone..He told me only finger print sensor is not working otherwise phone is like brand new without any scratches or dent..I recieved the phone on 10th aug and opened the box i found one dent on left side bottom and secondly flickerling line are coming on the screen..I called the seller and shared pic of that with him..He said it was nothing like this before..Both seller and quicker have done fraud to me..Now they are saying we cannot refund the money and seller has blocked my no..delivery guy who came to deliver the phone..i told him i'll check the phone first than i will take it..he said i have lot of work i have deliver one urgent product next street u check the phone i am coming back in 5-10 minutes..neither he came back no recieved my phone

                  Hello,
                  I have sold off a door wardrobe in quikr a week ago.
                  I have opted for urbanladder voucher instead of going for cash the biggest blunder i suppose i did however was that to choose vouchers over hard cash.
                  I have neither received the vouchers nor the code, however every time i call they say, they dispersed the same in my email id.
                  Just to let you know i am a working professional, a mother alongside being an expecting mother as well.
                  Don't i have any other job instead of entertaining those calls from those fellow customer service professionals.
                  Please look into the matter at the earliest as for me a voucher worth 6k matters a lot. Had i would have received it i would not have asked for it indeed just because the sale is on with urbanladder i would have bought the item by now.
                  P. S-harassing a pregnant lady in this manner is not something expected by any professional company as such.

                    Quikr & its doorstep service team has been fooling us around for last 15 days. They have scheduled the pick up around 5 times and everytime they give some lame excuse to not been able to come for pick up.
                    Everytime i reach cc, they will say you need to speak to scheduling team and all and not giving proper solution. Finally they said as your item is heavy, it may need extra man force to lift up the item and for extra ppl you need to pay extra, to which again i agreed. I asked for 5 extra ppl but they sent just 3 ppl and pick up didnt happen. Again i followed up with team, they said after 3 days 5 ppl will come and to my surprise after struggling for so many day and follow ups, only 2 ppl arrived this time and again they said more ppl would be required and left without picking up the item. This time quikr is telling me new story that you need to pay in advance for extra ppl which they didnt tell me in last 25 days when i was talking to them on this. This has caused so much inconvenience to us and to buyer as well.

                      Sir, now my patience is at the last point don't test my patience please. From 13th of july i called to quikr customer care for my payment but still they told that your payment could be initiated in the evening. Sir i am a seller, my ad id is[protected], sir my item was delivered on 4th of july but by my mistake some mistake in ifsc code the amount can't be initiated. On 13th of july i send an email on quikr doorstep for my new bank details they send and ticket no. I. E [protected] they send that your bank details would be update later and your amount could be initiated but sill now on 11th august my payment still pending. Plz check the call history that how many times i called the quikr till now but there is not a proper action. Sir plz tell me how many times i called for my payment. Lastly sir plz it's your turn to call and solve my problem fastly.

                        I have recently sold a item of mine on Quikr dated 2 August, 2017 and its already been taken by the buyer. And, the money was transferred by the buyer through Quikr account and my Quikr account is showing the amount of 980 rupees. But, the money has not been deposited/transferred into my bank account. I have provided every detail about my bank account. Its taking usually longer than the given time period of 2-3 days and today its almost 9 days and nothing is precessed further.

                          Package Details are:

                          1. Total Amount: 10, 000/- Rs,
                          2. Validity for One year.
                          3. Payment mode was 2 installment.
                          4. First Installment was 6, 000/- and Second Installment was 4, 000/-.


                          At the time of Purchasing Package Quikr Representative Committed

                          1. 261 Credit and when you will pay 4000/-Rs more so again we will create the Package of 783 Credit Package
                          2. Visibility Entire Delhi. (Kindly go through the Trail Mail)


                          But I didn’t get the same services which Quikr is committed, I am associated with Quikr From Last 4 Years, It was great experience with the Quikr. But after bought this package I really disappointed with the services.

                          I have raised my issue & drop Mail to Pratima Kumari regarding the Issue, Your Sales team specially Mr. Arbaz cheated me and not picking my calls and not replying its shows his malafide intentions.

                          So I realized I was cheated by Mr Arbaz, I have raised my concern on Last three months to senior management of Quikr Ltd but I didn’t get any revert, any response & any Solution From Senior Management.

                          Now I am giving 5 days time from date of receiving of this notice, I will have no other option I will be compelled to file legal case against Cheaters.

                              Whenever i receive a quotation price of my posted ad. And try to accept it it shows a message "oops something went wrong". Both on app and browser. I have made several complaints regarding this issue but nothing as happened yet nor i have got resolving call from their backend team they dont have a costumer satisfaction point.

                                I had posted an ad to. Sell my car in quickr, i got a call from one of the exceutives of quickr. He suggested to switch the ad to premium and also suggested to post to another district for more response. So i had paid 3600 for both. The exceutive told that this payable amount is refundable. After one month if my car was not sold.

                                I dont get any call or enquires. By next month i called quickr and requested to cancel my ad and refund my money. The exceutives gives the mail id of the premium service dept. I mailed them after i got a call and told my payment will transfer by paytm with in 2 wrking days. Now i become 4 wrking days. I mailed them again still they giving the same reply stating your issue will resolved witin 24-48 hours.

                                  This doorstep service is totally fraud, they picked up my product on 25-7-17 and delivered it to seller on 26-7-17. They informed that i will get my payment within 5 days of delivery but till today 9-8-17 i didn't get my payment. I called customer care more than 10 times. No proper response from them. And also they sent a mail like full payment has been already but i didn't get. I made many complaints but fraud people not transferring my money. Whenever i call they will say your payment is initiated that's it. Don't use quikr doorstep these people are fraud. My amount is just 2831 for that itself they are doing this much if you make desk with big amount that's all these frauds will loot your money. I attached photo of mails also which i sent.

                                    The worst experience of all, ad id:[protected], made the payment after negotiating with the seller, got to know that the contact of the seller was wrong, the only way quikr was trying to contact the seller is via emails which seller was never responded. I am not sure how quikr validated the user with wrong contact number?
                                    The worst is yet to come, i have to search user's correct contact for couple of days & i provided it to quikr to proceed this transaction further. Somehow pickup & delivery is scheduled. Seller booked 12-2pm 4th aug slot. Quikr suggested to book 2-4pm 4th aug slot to me.
                                    I got a text from quikr that they picked up the product (Relaxing sofa) from seller at 12.34pm so i was waiting to come to my place. 3.45pm driver called me & told that he is at konkane chowk (10kms away from my location) & he has a delivery at bavdhan (22kms from my location) so he will do that first & then come to my place. No option, so i had to say yes.
                                    7.45pm i called driver & checked, he said he will not be able to come. The reason was vehicle broke down. It was not the actual situation. Later he said that i should tell quikr that i am cancelling the delivery as its too late now & promised that he will deliver it next day between 10am & 12 pm. I denied him & called up quikr, filed a complaint against him, spoke to satheesha. He said he will do everything possible, but nothing happened.
                                    Next day on 5th aug, i directly got a call in noon from quikr to reschedule the delivery, what a mess???
                                    Why should i reschedule? Quikr missed it, messed it up & now to wind up this blunder, they are re-schedulling the delivery. Why would a customer pay for a service which he is not getting?
                                    Moreover, quikr charges the doorstep/convenience charge at the time of payment which means in advance. Later, customer has no control over the things happening with the transaction. Also, now they have introduced platform fee as 1/2% of the total agreed price of transaction. They are just earning money but failing to provide that level of service.
                                    I am escalating this matter since 4th aug but they are denying any possibility of refunding the charges back as i am eligible to get them back as quikr failed in every point they promised me while making payment. No on time delivery, only hassles, and now pathetic escalations where they continuously asking me to cancel the transaction & also charging me cancellation fee for it.
                                    You should be ashamed of yourself by providing such customer support.
                                    Customer do not have any control after making the payment, quikr app has loopholes, their process have loopholes actually.
                                    The transaction will be vanished after scheduling the pickup & delivery, you cannot track it down from anywhere. Emails will be blocked & denied if you tell them that you will got to consumer forum against them.
                                    They said they have a policy of not refunding the money/ charges even after they failing to deliver it. Also, quikr support told me that they dont have a legal department where i can check for legal aspects of the company for customer.
                                    Not sure what is going on but for sure this is insane. A customer should not be charged for the service which you have failed to provide regardless you are trying to wrap it up by rescheduling it. & also the logistics team, they need to apologies for this blunder but quikr also denying for that, what a shame for such a company. You guys make money by advertising these features against your competitors, but the fact is you did not even close to meet expectations of the customers.

                                    After so many follow ups by calling the customer service, They agreed to refund the service charges on 7th day & multiple talks with escalation specialists from Delivery & scheduling department of Quikr. They kept tossing me between two departments as it is not their failure but finally, I had to shout & shoot emails to business & post on social media & its done. They failed to provide me cashback on QUIKR100 & not even gave a reason for that. ****** service

                                      This is an urgent escalation against quikr (Online ad company), by whom i am getting harassed after they completed the pickup of my product which was
                                      Posted in their web portal.

                                      I posted my ad on august 1st week for the my product "single wrought iron bed" for the price of rs.2200/- and i got a call from quikr team that they are interested
                                      To buy this product and they quoted the price of rs.2055/-, with a convenience fee deduction of around rs.300/-

                                      And i accepted their offer and quikr made the payment for the same product and on last saturday (05th august, 2017), the logistics team from quikr came at my premises and they have validated the product
                                      And then they took the product in their truck.

                                      Now i asked them whether they want to talk with the buyer so they said as quikr is only the buyer so again that discussion is not needed.

                                      And they delivered the acknowledgement slip to me and they left with my product.

                                      But after 1-2 days, the doorstep team called me and they asked me that product is damaged and the buyer can not accept this.

                                      But here quikr was only the buyer and from quikr team only, they have validated my product and there was no such damage in my product at all!!

                                      Now if there was some sort of damage, then for what reason the quikr logistics team accepted my product after seeing any damage.

                                      Though there was no damage in my product but now after taking my product in their truck, they can not claim that there was any damage!

                                      Because the question here is, if there was any real damage, then on what basis they picked up my product? When quikr was only the buyer and they belong to quikr only then they should have accepted the product? And now after picking the product by them, they can not come and claim that there was any damage because no other buyer purchased that.

                                      So, this is a simple case of fraud and harassment to the customer from quikr side.

                                      I would sincerely request to take action against this case and help me to get my amount credited

                                        We trust your company for job but ur making some fraud company also to register and many people affect in it pls avoid in future. Gavp is fraud company first remove the ads and make alert of people. Just getting work and demand money is gavp. To register in ur site get some trustful documents to avoid fraud company.

                                        Quickr should not give ad for such company and spoil ur image.
