This is an urgent escalation against quikr (Online ad company), by whom i am getting harassed after they completed the pickup of my product which was
Posted in their web portal.

I posted my ad on august 1st week for the my product "single wrought iron bed" for the price of rs.2200/- and i got a call from quikr team that they are interested
To buy this product and they quoted the price of rs.2055/-, with a convenience fee deduction of around rs.300/-

And i accepted their offer and quikr made the payment for the same product and on last saturday (05th august, 2017), the logistics team from quikr came at my premises and they have validated the product
And then they took the product in their truck.

Now i asked them whether they want to talk with the buyer so they said as quikr is only the buyer so again that discussion is not needed.

And they delivered the acknowledgement slip to me and they left with my product.

But after 1-2 days, the doorstep team called me and they asked me that product is damaged and the buyer can not accept this.

But here quikr was only the buyer and from quikr team only, they have validated my product and there was no such damage in my product at all!!

Now if there was some sort of damage, then for what reason the quikr logistics team accepted my product after seeing any damage.

Though there was no damage in my product but now after taking my product in their truck, they can not claim that there was any damage!

Because the question here is, if there was any real damage, then on what basis they picked up my product? When quikr was only the buyer and they belong to quikr only then they should have accepted the product? And now after picking the product by them, they can not come and claim that there was any damage because no other buyer purchased that.

So, this is a simple case of fraud and harassment to the customer from quikr side.

I would sincerely request to take action against this case and help me to get my amount credited

    We trust your company for job but ur making some fraud company also to register and many people affect in it pls avoid in future. Gavp is fraud company first remove the ads and make alert of people. Just getting work and demand money is gavp. To register in ur site get some trustful documents to avoid fraud company.

    Quickr should not give ad for such company and spoil ur image.

      The quickr company called many times to post a premium ad in their website. The executive said that the ads would definitely be beneficial. Yesterday morning at 11:40 am i made a payment of rs.1500 for three months ads in quickr.

      The advertisement is still not visible after the given time. The customer care calls are not going through neither the executive agent responds to calls or emails.

      I went through other complaints against quickr india pvt. Ltd. Similar to mine. Many have not received their back payments, others have not had their ads displayed. I tried the customer care service number but it's not reachable.

      Others have also had the same complaint that the customer care service is unreachable or even if the call goes through after a long hold it just cuts.

      Please help to either get my payment back or the ad displayed.

      Please take necessary action against quickr india pvt. Ltd.

        I have placed an order in quikr moblie. Order id is 10254531. I have paid amount for product by net-banking. But when i had call them regarding my product. They said that it was a technical issue. They are not sending the product which i have ordered, i have valid prove regrading the payment and i also have screenshot of product which i have placed. I want phone not refund. Please kindly help me resloving my problem.

          I bought a item thru quikr, later i realized that seller has provided wrong info and i wanted to cancel it... I called customer care immediately iam shocked that their customer people are very rude and they do nt know how to talk to customer... And they said they charge cancellation charges... And also they do not refund to account... They trnasfr the amount to 'quikr' waller... Literally they are stealing people money... I want to appeal indian governamant please cancel or do not provide licence to these kind of fraud companies..

            As per the description the product was supposed to be a touch screen tablet. After buying the product the seller told that the touch is not working, breaching the moral code of ethics. Further i was not able to login to the gmail account as well. I have paid 9500 for the same + some amount of convenience fee to quickr. I want a refund asap because:
            1. Fraudulent seller-didn't give proper description of the product
            2. Not able to access basic functionalities.

                She even said this offer will be lasting for 15mind only i asked her and she wont not give me time
                Later i call quiker in a day since it has not been activated but no one lifts my call
                I sent even a mail their the mail said to call but no one lifts
                The have no mercy for ppl
                The just use and scam
                She said we will prioritize your and ad and stuff
                No change till now

                  Quikr has asked me for my bank account details twice over email despite of having that provision in the app.

                  They have multiple departments like doorstep, sell for me and what no who do not know they exist in the same universe!

                    Dth cable box charges for fully furnished accommodation is wrongly charged from tenants, smruti ranjan panda, plot no 55/2, dlf phase-1, sector 28, gurgaon. Also house cleaning facility is wrongly removed recently from the property. The property is bought and handled by grabhouse-quickr. Also no agreement has been given to us since last 3 months and no rent receipts are given which are necessary for me to submit in my office for hra tax exemption.

                      This is in regards to ad id[protected]

                      I still haven't received my money in full! This is unacceptable. And no updates from quikr? This is unacceptable.

                      Please revert to my complaint at the earliest. The total should amount to 16, 571/-

                      I am following up with quikr for almost two weeks now, but they fail to give me an appropriate response.

                      They have taken money from buyer but haven't paid me in full. I don't know what's the delay. They said 2-3 days and it is been over 10 days now.

                        As i have applied for data entry position on quicker job. Than i have get a call from delhi miss. Priya. She told me that you have to be sumit only 2500inr for registration fee, and after that you got a call from your respective branch hr department will contact you. And confirmed her after this i have to pay any fee, she said not required. After submitting my fee i got a call from j&k bank hr manager mr. Karan. And he told me that u have to submit 4500inr for documents submission. As i have already discussed with miss priya that i do not have to pay any fee of any submission or any verification. Again i am going to call miss. Priya but she doesn't pick up my call from last 10days. I was to diaopinnt from this online jobs.

                          This is regarding quikr rto service which i had availed on the 6th of may. It was for the transfer of name and i was assured that i would be given back the new rc within 30 day on payment (Duly completed) by your agent amogh shetty. Since then, it has been 3 months and i had continuously been stalled without any confirmation.

                          I am utterly disappointed with your services. This is total harassment on your part. I have written many a mails to your rto department but to no avail. Please ensure that you take this matter seriously and and take necessary action. If this continues then i have to register it as a case of theft and fraud with the bangalore police department.

                              I have purchased an apple macbook pro on quikr doorstep and the seller cancelled the purchase,

                              Quikr has removed the ballance into my quikr wallet.

                              I have applied for debiting the same amount of 10249 rupees to be debited in my bank account.

                              But the amount paid has not yet been debited to my bank account, my ticket number is [protected].

                              And whenever i call their customer support, they vaguely say it will take 5-7 days more and keep post poning things.

                              It has been almost 48 hours and i have not received any call from your support team, and on top of that, when i call the customer care, they are very reluctant saying that it will take 5-7 days more.

                                I am rajesh from jodhpur, rajasthan.
                                I have ordered a laptop from mumbai by quikr doorstep on 21 july 2017. Item was one laptop configuration core i7, 4 gb ram, 500 gb hdd listed and model number dell inspiron 3543.

                                I have contacted seller through quikr chat. Seller has confirmed that laptop is in fully working condition. So for security purpose i have done the payment through quikr doorstep. I have received product on 26 july. I have told courier boy to open package then i will sign it. Courier boy told that it is not their policy without signing they can not hand over the product and dont allow to open it. I have rechecked the product and parcel was in good condition and not opened and fully packed. So i have signed and take the product. Product was big box and courier boy returned. And i have go in the room and take seizer and told my wife to video record the unboxing for safety purpose. Product was first packed in box then bubble wrap and fully tapped. It was looking very good packed. When i have opened all the packing material. I got laptop. I tried to switch it on but it was not switching on so i thought may be it is discharged. So i have plug it to the charger but charger light was on but laptop has no sign for switching on. Then i have remove the battery and reinsert but laptop was not switching on then i just saw that laptop sides has no port like hdmi, usb, lan port etc. Then closer inspection i relise that is does not have any internal part only has laptop body. I have video recorded each and everything when i have opened the parcel. Item was different then which i have ordered. It is 5000 series laptop body only. It is no working laptop. I have ordered fully working dell core i7 3543 model (3000 series) laptop. But i got this non working laptop body only.

                                I have contacted seller also. He was also shocked. I dont know he is saying truth or lying. He told that he has sent actual item which was advertised. And quikr boy has not packed item front of him. Quikr boy has told that he doest not have packing material now. So he will pack it in office. Seller got msg pickup confirmed msg on the spot and he was wearing quikr t-shirt. So seller has no doubt about authenticity. And also seller has told me that he will contact quikr office and i should also contact quikr. It was 9 pm. So quikr customer support timing was closed. I have waited for next morning 9 am.

                                I have called quikr next morning 9 am and tell the issue. Quikr support is worst customer support i have ever call. Before order they will treat you like king encourage you to payment on quikr doorstep platform but when problem occure they will only say one thing "no return and they can't do anything". I have explain everything that i was cheated by seller or quikr courier person. I dont know who is cheater seller or quikr boy. But i have lost my money. Bcz i am calling quikr from last 2 days and first they just refuse to help that you have signed courier so no return. I have explained that packet was okay and courier person told that without sign he will not hand over parcel to me. And after lot of request quikr support told me that it is not their consult department and i should mail on [protected]@quikr.com. So i have sent email yesterday 27 july 17 with all video and photo proof at [protected]@quikr.com. But till today did not get any call or email from them other than got an automatic email yesterday saying that your ticket no is [protected]. Then i have called quikr customer support today and asked about my case progress then customer support guy told me that i will get call from quikr about my issue in 2 hour. But i did not get call so after 3 hours i have called them this time one quikr support lady picked the call and lady told me that they have already initiated payment yesterday. I have asked them how can you do this i am calling u from delivery time and without asking to buyer that he has got described item or not. Quikr has intiated the payment. I have contacted seller. Seller told that they have not asked any account details to him for payment and before selling customer support told him that he will get payment in paytm account. If they initiated the payment then he should get it same time. Bcz paytm transaction is fast. I dont know who is cheater quikr or seller or quikr boy. But i was cheated by them. Every quikr customer suport saying new things but their same moto is not helping me. It is my hard earned money and i want my money back.

                                One thing i am surprised that if quikr doorstep guy is genuine then he would checked the laptop before accepting it that what item has to pickup and what was the condition of the laptop. Atleast he can check that it is fully working or laptop or not and at least switch on the laptop once. It is only body of laptop and it is not switching on and it has no port. I dont know what should i do. Now my money is in your hand i have all the proof. You can check ad that seller was mentioning 100% working laptop and different model. But i got non working and different model and without internal part laptop. So please help me and i hope your resolution will be also quiker like your name. I regularly order on quikr never faced such problem but this time i was cheated. I have paid on quikr platform that my money will be secure but if quikr support is this type than it is same risky as direct bank transfer. I hope you will solve my problem quickly and i will get my original item which i have order or my money back. I have purchase item on trust of quikr that if we face problem, quikr will help. Quikr take 2% commission and delivery charges. Then what is the benefit to pay on quikr payment gateway when it is same risky as direct bank transfer and after any thing bad happen quikr will not do anything for you.. If quikr will not do anything and will not do any investigation then and transfer money to seller account. Then scammer will encourage to do more fraud and make more victim like me. So please investigate and solve it. If i did not get my money back. I will never use quikr services and incourage others to not use this website.                                 There is no resolution from quikr. They are just saying contact to seller and they have already sent money to seller and seller is blaming quikr and quikr is saying contact to seller. Both are blaming each other and i have loose money without any fault. I have given them all proof like images and video. Everything is front of them that i have cheated but they are just ignoring it. I am attaching their reply.it was their final reply. I have explain each and everything but they are not helping me.they are saying they dont check model and quality of product then quikr is easy platfarm for spammer for intercity doorstep.bcz buyer does not have any information about quikr and buyer think i am paying through quikr so my money is safe but quikr is more dangerous than direct bank transfer bcz before bank transfer you can get all the id proof and you have proof of payment transfer so you can reach to seller if anything goes bad but in quikr payment you did not know anything about seller and seller dont give any proof bcz we are paying through quikr. Quikr is easy to fraud bcz any seller can list any type of ad and description and can sent any faulty thing and different thing bcz seller know quikr will not do anything and quikr has not checked that item is working or not after delivery seller blame quikr and quikr say contact to seller so you will end up with your hard earn money.

                                Also they are taking delivery charges and 2% of buying price then what is the role of quikr when quikr is getting money from us but not giving proper service and we dont get our item which we have paid for..seller can give anything and quikr boy is like blind take anything or he is also part of scam . I dont know who is cheater seller or quikr boy but i loosed my hard earn money.i have trust on quikr platform and regret. Stay away from this website otherwise you will be very regret and sad in pain like me.quikr have only mean for their commision and delivery charges their customer service treat like you are nothing will not try to listen your issue and will never interested to solve your issue. I have purchased from ebay many time but their resolution process is very good if anytime you got item not des ribed thing they will solve your problem with responsibility and also seller dont try to cheat their bcz they know ebay will take action. Because 14839 is very big for me.i am not that rich who can just ignor this and move ahead.quikr does not help me and seller dont pickup my call and reply msgs . Now what i do.                                 I called up quikr and asked for refund, they are saying 5-7 more working days,

                                today is 2nd august and i did not recieve the money yet.

                                  I have purchased one tv cabinet few days back and made full advance payment. As per quikr commitment made through message to me they told to deliver the furniture within 4 days but failed to deliver the in time. I am continuously following up with quikr and seller both.in first feedback i got from quikr that seller is not contactable, but whenever i called seller she was always available over cell phone. Means wrong feedback given by quikr, there after they told that material can not be deliver because it is not dismantled and big in size. However on verification with seller, i come to know this furniture is already in dismantled condition only what is required is more manpower since it is bigger in size, it is further supported by quikr and seller was ready to pay for this and i myself told that i can also pay some extra but this in time because due to this my other furniture which was scheduled to send out station is held up. But it is unfortunate from the part of the quikr that not responding and giving confirmation of delivery. All this inconvenience caused due to management failure from quikr.

                                      I had put my car on sale on quikr and soon i started getting calls from quikr asking me to upgrade my ad to a premium one paying rs.1500 which is 100% refundable after 1 month if the car doesn't get sold through quickr. I didn't believe them but i kept on getting calls for more than a week saying this guaranteed refund service is available only for that week and i should go for it. But now they are speaking a very different language and they are talking about clicks, etc, which was never mentioned when they called me earlier. All the 5, 6 reps told the exact same thing that i will get back the money 100% if the car is not sold through quickr, there were no other constraints, it was as clear as that. But now they are not ready to refund back my money. This looks to be a big fraud that they are running!

                                        This has reference to my ad[protected], wherein i had a sold a 5 seater sofa set through "quikr doorstep", i even got a message on 13/07/17 that my amount was received by quikr and that the same would be transferred into my bank account immediately after my product was delivered to the buyer. The product was delivered to the buyer the very next day, ie 14/07/17. To my surprise, even after reminder mails to quikr, mr. Rajshekhar did not bother to even revert back to my appeals. Trying to connect through provided call center numbers even went in vain. Request you to please look this on priority and do the needful.
