Mera naam manoj kumar arya hai. Maine quikr job me bank main computer operator/ back office ke liye apply kiya tha. Meri baat consultant ms. Anjali gupa se hui thi. Mujhe bataya gaya ki meri profile kotak mahindra bank ke liye select ho chuki hai. Tab mujhse khaa gaya ki resistration free 1750/= rs. Jama karne honge. Maine paise jama kr diye. Phir mere pas hr raman ji ka phone aayaa. Unhone verification fee 4500/= rs jama karai. Phir meri profile hr mr. Samar malhotra ke pass aai. Inhone bhi amount jama kiya. Abhi tak main 90050/= rs de chukaa haun. Pir 1 hafte pahle mr. Raman se meri baat hui. Kaha gyaa ki mujhe 17-july, 2017 ko kotak mahindra bank branch rudrapur, uttarakhand me joining hogi, aour aapko iski detailed provide karaa di jaegi. Pr tb se inme sabhi k phone band aa rahaa hai. Main kyaa karu. Pls i have much depressed, so pls. Help me.

    I have seen your post for vacanccy in banking so i have applied for the job so your company selected me for axis bank. Thn i got call from your company prime zone service. They said i have to pay 2000 for registration fee.

    Aftrr that they asked me to pay 4000 for code verification. Then 6000 for joining till now i have paid all the amount of 10, 000 then also they were asking me for back to back payment. So i have decided to cancel my profile then i requested to return my payment which i paid to prime zone service.

      Bought an almirah through quikr. They promised to deliver it on 15th july 2017, but didnt. By evening they said more workers would be required to pick up the almirah hence charges rs. 200 extra which i paid instantly. They gave us a delivery slot of 17th july 2017, 4-6pm but didn't even went to pick up the almirah from the seller. I took a special leave from work so that this could be entertained. The customer complaint helpline no. Promised that it will be delivered by 10pm on 17th july 2017, but still no sign of quikr people to even pick up the almirah from seller's place. They don't have any nodal/appellate authority details where we can escalate the matter and there is no sign of almirah. What is the point of such customer care center?
      Our (Buyer & seller) work got hampered, three days went in vain waiting for them to showup and no sign of them.
      My orders tab on quikr isn't showing any details, there is no system to track and there is no customer resolutions steps being taken.
      Kindly look through this as companies like quikr will make someone loose on to time money and patience very easily.

        My transaction id 6406434. I bought a refrigerator through quickr from a seller in kaggadassapura to be delivered to my house in hsr. And i paid them the delivery charge last week itself. A schedule was fixed to pick up the product on friday morning, very obediently the quickr person went to the pick up address after packing the refrigerator they realised the product might not fit in their vehicle. After multiple follow-ups and 'n' number of calls, and pain of explaining the whole damn history to every single person you call quickr. There is no proper status update in their system, instead they ask us a question "why was it not picked"??? Why the hell we pay you money, the customer care person so irresponsible. They just have no clue what they are doing. To our good luck, they rescheduled and arranged for a pick up again. They are so intelligent that they sent a smaller vehicle again!!! Unbelievable! Do you even know what a customer care means???! The whole of today was wasted in talking to multiple customer care fools who dont understand anything. I have paid money for the refrigerator and the buyer is travelling out of station and my product, my money and the money i paid to quickr all are stuck in one place. At the end i dont even have the product! What a soooper service! I would definitely recommend all my friends, relatives, colleagues to trust only quickr. Coz they are very quick in annoying people. I wasted 5 days and my time and my money in just calling quickr, quickr quickr! I can attach my telephone history if needed, this is the pathetic service i have ever seen. Now the seller is angry that i have not picked up the product and they are travelling tomorrow. If this was the case i would have arranged for a pick, why do you have such service? When you cant even be responsible??

          We had an excellent quality damro tv unit (Ad id:[protected] for which we had placed an advt in quikr website on 26/june/2017 to sell it for rs.9000.
          One buyer was very much interested and offered a price of rs.8000 on 26/june and we agreed for the deal.
          We got a notification that the buyer had paid the amount to quikr and the buyer also called us to confirm it.
          Since the tv unit has glass cupboards, we requested for quikr service for dismantling it before the transportation. We paid rs.500 as the dismantling charges (Ref: quikr doorstep order[protected]_c2c_dismantle) upfront.
          Subsequently the nominated dismantling person came to our home on 27/june and dismantled the entire unit and he also took photographs after dismantle process.

          On 28/june late evening quikr logistics team came to transport it to the buyer. There was no damage to the product whatsoever when they took it from our home. The following day on 29/june, we received a call from quikr stating that the product got damaged before it actually got delivered to the buyer and accepted that the quikr logistics team was responsible for the damage.
          The buyer who was really interested in the product felt sad and called us to state that the product got damaged by quikr people and buyer conveyed they clearly wrote it in the slip and gave to quikr team.

          Later, quikr gives us a call and stating falsely that we need to take back the product as the buyer was not interested.
          When we questioned repeatedly, quikr accepted it was the mistake of quikr logistics team in transit.

          Meanwhile, we are being harassed repeatedly by quikr phone representatives who say that the product was 'rejected' by buyer as the product was broken and we need to take it back. When we ask how and when the product got broken they first feign ignorance and upon repeated questioning only they accept that it was broken by quikr logistics team during transit.in one of the earlier conversation we were told over phone that they will bring back the product to our premises and they just try to wash off the hands of the responsibility. On 14/jul evening around 4.30pm, a quikr representative (Who said his name was santhosh kumar) called. He also spoke in similar lines initially that the product got rejected by the buyer and that it 'might' be damaged and wanted to know the ticket id. When we specifically asked him how it got damaged and by whom, he had to eventually accept that it was damaged by quikr logistics. We were not in a position to check email as we was on road and told him that we had already emailed a complaint and the ticket id is available there which he can very well check. He shockingly conveyed that he does not have access to such emails and again asked me to provide the ticket id. We are not able to understand, how he is able to get the mobile number correctly and call, how he is aware that a ticket id is already there, and how he does not have access to the ticket id which is already there in the mail. We had to question him how he is not able to check within his own organization emails/departments to get the necessary data. He then promised to call me back after 7pm. Unfortunately, the call never came. Again on 16/jul, santhosh kumar called again and was saying that he wants to return the product.

          It was a good condition product and looked brand new. It was dismantled by quikr supplied dismantling team. The product was transported by quikr logisitics. It was broken and damaged by quikr logistics before it reached the buyer, which was acknowledged by quikr.
          It is quikr responsibility to ensure the safety and good condition of the product during delivery as how it left our premises, after it got sold. How do you expect us to take back a product broken and damaged by quikr and which will have lost its originality and good condition. This is very unfair.
          We expect quikr to own the responsibility and provide us our due money for which we earlier had a good buyer who had also remitted the money. We moved in the new replacement product only after the buyer had remitted the money and the product was transported away by your quikr logistics team as do not have sufficient space in our premises to hold.

          We have placed our good faith with such a bring brand like quikr, which we believe is worth more than $1 billion and much appreciate that you will take the necessary steps to provide us our due money at the earliest.

            Hi,

            I have posted an ad[protected] grey single door refrigerator on quikr. I got an offer from a buyer and the buyer had made payment on quikr for the product. Quikr doorstep delivery picked up the item at 12:00 pm but on delivery of the product buyer has rejected the product. I was contacted by quikr at 8:30 pm to inform about rejection. I doubt on the working condition of the refrigerator and hence i hearby demand compensation for the negligence of the service provided to me by quikr.

              I had sold an product through quikr and i am a seller the ad id is[protected]. The product is black wooden office table. The product were delivered on 4th of july 2017. I called to the customer service then they always says please wait for 24 hour, 48 hour your payment will be transferred with in not a fixed day. I always sells my product through quikr and before time i got the initiated amount. But now 10 working days were completed but no amount initiated. They said this problem is from bank side'but sorry how is it possible i checked my statements and gone to the bank but no issued. But thank u too' i got my cash back in my wallet. So please check that issue and resolve it.

                I have posted free add of grey 2007 bmw 3 series bmw 3 series 325i - 64, 000 kms driven in j. P. Nagar bangalore. Immediately i got call from quikr mumbai office to upgrade the add to premium service of rs1501. They told me that within a month your car will be sold out and they have increased price to 40k more than the value i posted in free add. If the car is not sold out or none of the customer contact us through phone then my entire amount will be refunded back to my account. Also they have clearly mentioned that it doesn't depends on number customer clicks/view. Im surprised after 30days they have just refund me rs253 and saying for my add 1300 clicks are made, hence balance amount will be credited.
                I have asked them to show proof for the same and requested to send me the customer details. They failed to show the same and never call me back after this. They just eat my money by put more price on my car.
                Dear friends be care full when you get call from quikr for asking to upgrade premium service. They will call you many times to convince you to upgrade the premium service. Please do not go for up gradation. Now they are not replying to my email as well.
                I got call from mr. Rahul from mumbai office.
                Quikr is cheater. They wanna make money from our add. Please care full.

                  I have already registered with quikr (Premium jobseeker) adds with rs 199 it was told these facilites is validate for 3 months from the activation day of the add. But when i am going to apply for any above mentioned type of job, i couldnot find my balance, they again send me the request to pay again rs 199 to apply for a job. I want to complain for this insufficient information. I am also enclosing my payment details which will be better for you to give me support in this matter.                     Quikr doorstep picked my product 4 burner gas cooking range from my home to deliver his customer, but after some days they call me and told me they want to return this product because customer is not interesting to buy it.
                    When i received my product back it was in damaged condition and its 4 burner was missing, when i complaint it to customer care they said they cant do anything,

                        I sold my product through quikr the product is digilite h61 motherboard ad id-
                        [protected] sir actually all mistakes are from my side, in my bank details I wrote the IFSC CODE in small letters. That's why you can't initiate the cash in my account. Your customer executive suggest me to send my another bank details on through mail, I can do the same on 13th july and I got the ticket no. [protected]. Sir now it's 2nd august I can't receive my amount. Sir I called to the quikr daily and they said your amount will be initiate in the evening. But all day I called again and again they reply the same but sir I m totally frustrated but sir I use always quikr and they can do these thing.

                          Paid for sofa set and bookshelf amounting to more than 12 thousand. Been waiting for three days with no sign of the furnitures. Their only excuse- a missed call which never rang and a text message saying " we tried reaching you for scheduling the delivery time ". Called up customer care and informed them that they can deliver anytime anyday but Iam still getting the above mentioned excuses on my phone.oñe of the sellers also complains of the same. Ad IDs 1.[protected].[protected]. How long will you play this game, quikr? Uve even asked for 200 INR extra for picking up AD 1 apart from the delivery charges levied on myself and the seller.

                              I complain you about my phone and the person came from your side take my phone for the replacement but till now i didn't get any thing from you that when i gone a receive my phone my pickup receipt number is[protected]/ quikrlm[protected] and my order id is 10246599. And when i ask when my phone is going to ship me they say on one thing agian and again "we would like to inform you that the return product is in transit. After receive to us, it will check by our quality team. Once receive update from them, we will process further. Request you kindly wait for further update."
                              My phone was taken by them on 30/06/2017 and today is 11/7/2017 and till now they don't provide my phone replacement. I want to tall something to quikr company, if your company can not do the work as per the time then please shutdown your #ing # hole company, i am very tired from you all guys and i will not purchase any thing in my whole life from you guys because you don't know to run company and to solve the problems of the consumer then shutdown you fake company. I will suggest all people not to buy any thing from this website...

                                Soon after the post of non premium add in QUIKR. Quikr executive contacted and convinced me premium add by telling the benefits. but after that neither add is listed nor the executive is in touch to further understand the concern why its not list. i have made complaint in customer care but customer care team is saying the executing will get back to me. no one contacted so far.
                                its disgusting that the quikr executive chased 1 complete day for me to make payment and afterward he vanished.

                                  Hello, I have been receiving OTPs for Quikr and other apps. I never installed Quikr but still got a message with an OTP. My number is [protected]...please help. Other apps include Hike, Snapdeal and MobiKwik. I never signed up for an account in these apps (I already have a Hike account and I don't use Snapdeal or MobiKwik). I'm worried someone might use my number to defame me or something. Please help!!

                                    I found. This portal is displays fake jobs
                                    Last month i sold washing machine through Quikr they collect and delivered to receiver immediately but i didn't received my washing machine amount till today. I connected to customer care more than 10 times till now no proper response and not trying to resolve. Quikr is the fake website and eating people money !!!

                                      I have sold the Shoe rack through Quikr delivery.
                                      The Product was picked from my place 1 month ago but the payment has not yet been provided by Quikr.
                                      Every time I call the call center guys they say payment was failed due to some bank details. Firstly I had updated HDFC bank details transaction failed, Then Union bank again transaction failed. But there is no notification from Quikr about the same.
                                      After that they asked for another bank ID and I have send them ICICI
                                      details but again nothing is happening. Moreover these guys are not taking this matter seriously. Even the floor managers are very irresponsible and full of negligence.
                                      They are full of wrong commitments and false promises.
                                      I wrote to [protected]@quikr.com but still it seems nothing is working out for me.
                                      What should I do?
                                      Payment of 2176/- is pending from last 1 month.

                                      I was conversing with a seller listed in the name of SANTHISH PLAZA on www.quikr.com over the mail. I transferred the money to his account as asked and then he refused me to deliver the product nor he is refunding my money. This is fraud, how can such sellers be listed in such platform. I need an enquiry on this, he is asking more money now

                                        I done the payment of a ps3 mistakenly AD ID is[protected] and i have posted a complaint of cancellation of my order. I paid Rs. 5100 on 17june, 2017 but but quikr hasn't replied me yet, so please i request you to give me back me money. I have also contacted the seller and he hasn't yet got the money so, he told me to contact quikr for my refund. The Order ID is[protected]. I request you to give me my money back.
