I have flagged my refridgerator for sale in quikr. I got a call on 6-jun by quikr sales team to upgrade the membership for premium sales offer. I immediately did a paymet of 1205 rs and till date there is no update on the same.

Whenever i call the associate, he would fool me by saying that he would call back in 2mins which he never. Contact person:- saurabh - [protected]. I have done the immediate fund transaction and have also sent the screen shot to the below. I would need my refund back asap. I also have a recorded phone conversation with the associate.

    My product was sold on 5 june 2017 an i confirmed the pick an the product was delivered to the buyer i submitted my bank details... It was said by quickr that my payment would be initiated within 24hours but it was not done when i called today the quickr executive mr girish said that at the end of the day my payment would be initiated by quickr but still now it is not been done. I need to get my money within the time given to me.. Please do see to it my ad id is[protected].. I need my money today itself its been high time now please see to the matter

    My problem is still not solved.. Today morning when i called the customer care i was given the sureity that my payment would be initiated by 4pm today or else i should call them after 5pm... As usual it was not done an when i called them again after 5pm the said me to wait for another 24hours.. Now again if after waiting for 24hours tommorow it is not been done then what should i do?? Will i file a case in consumer forum ?? I need my payment initiation by tommorow within this 24hours or else i need to take a step.. Please see to the matter..
    Today morning again i was given suriety that within 4pm today my payment would be initiated or else i should call them after 5pm. And again it was not done an when i called them again at 5pm they said to wait for 24 hours it will be done surely.. now what should i do if it is not been done by tommorow after wait for 24hours ?? Please to make sure that i get the initiation by tommorow or else i do need to take a step now by talking to consumer forum..

      I have sold an graphic card and i got a message of, payment has been initiated, on 5th may 2017 then after 5 to 7 days the payment was still not recieved.. I called quikr, they told me that there is prob in bank details, after that i sent bank details 3 to 4 times but still not recieved my money and today is 7th june, still waiting.. Trusting quikr has become dangerous. My ad id :[protected]

      i got a call from miss sowmya and she told me about the problem of bank details... and she said that she will send me a mail and i have to resend my alternate bank details on it..but still i have not recieved any mail from miss Sowmya..waiting for your email ..thank u

        Sir/madam,
        It's been 14 days since my order was cancelled due to some ussue from sellers end ad id:[protected] but till now i didn't got my money back.
        Every time customers care representive saying that you had been initiated from our end.
        I had paid for doorstep - laptop in good condition but the seller not ready to sell the laptop and then i cancel my order and seller also cancel this transaction. But yet quikr have not sent me any msg or mail of cancellation.
        Please help me getting my money back asap.

        I have been misled by Quikr's employee, to pay sum of rupees 1600/- to sell my furniture on 26th of may.But till today I haven't received any calls from Quikr or any email. I tried to call them but nobody is ready to refund the money that I have paid. I hope you will help me to get my money back.

          I am kumar from pune. I sold my sofa / setti 1 no. Through quickr door step (Ad[protected]. The item was picked from my residence on 31.05.2017. It has reached buyer on same day and buyer has expressed satisfaction and cleared & remitted the price to quickr.

          Quickr took the delivery with an assurance that amount will be remitted within 24 hrs. (I. E. 1st june 2017). But till date, even after 6 days, i have not received the payment. Why? What is the reason for this delay?

          Till today (10.06.2017) i..e. after 11 days the amount has not been transferred. Even after raising a complaint on 6th, all concerned are silent. This is unbearable!

          I have received message from the buyer that the Item has reached, it is accepted & satisfactory. Then why this undue delay ?

          Request you to resolve the matter by today as it is very urgent. So, send the Contact details of concerned Quickr person.

            I spoke to the customer care officer stating that the payment is not received for mentioned ad id[protected]. But then she confirms that the payment has been successfully remitted to a wrong account number. And worrying part is she wasn't able to understand our concern neither guide us how to proceed.
            Hence request you to please assist us in getting our money back.
            Please do the needful.

            Invalid account no for which payment credited is : [protected].
            Now we have no clue how to get that payment credited back to us.
            I trust you would definitely help us with the solution.
            We have sent close to 6 reminders but there is no response from quikr.

              I posted my ad on quikr for selling off my bedroom set. I got an offer from a guy and i took it. Following that, i got a call from quikr's premium team telling me that the price i'm quoting is far less than what the furniture is worth. I did not give in to the greed and told them that i was fine with whatever amount i was getting.

              However, they told me that they can sell off my furniture in just 7 days. Since i had already ordered the new furniture and wanted to get rid of the old one immediately, i paid them rs. 1600/- for their service and put the interested buyer on hold. They assured me that they'll take care of the furniture and that i will be getting a call from the verification team in a few hours for me to confirm my request. The guy, ravi, even gave me his personal number ([protected]/ ravi. [protected]@quikr.co.in)

              After 3 days, i received a call saying their server was down the previous 3 days so they shall post my ad now. We all know selling off the furniture in 4 days is not possible so i requested to cancel my request and asked for a refund. I knew i had trusted the wrong people.

              Now if your server has been down for 3 days, it is not my concern. I was assured that my furniture would be sold but it wasn't. Even after 3 days, i was waiting to get a call from the team that would come and check out my furniture and verify it. They refused to give a refund because it is "against their policies." apparently, lying and cheating is a part of their policies.

              Since 29th may, i have been calling quikr 4-5 times every day and asking for updates and i'm getting fake promises that i will be contacted by someone soon. It is 6th june 2017 today and i am still waiting for a call.

              I sent them emails, tweets, messages, calls, and whatnot but there is no concrete response from their end. Ravi has stopped answering my calls. I have no other option left but file a consumer complaint. I won't mind going to the court if i have to get back my money from such thieving and calculative scamsters.

                Dear sir / madam,

                I got a call from quikr front office team on[protected], he introduced himself as mr. Sidharth from bangalore quikr office. He talked a lot about my property and having lots of inquiries in that area. Giving promises saying within 5 days he can finalize a tenant from his inquiries list otherwise i will get the refund. He called me from the number: +91-[protected] at may 18 2017 10:09 am, talking to me for 15 mins in local language nicely.

                He gave his personal number as : +91-[protected]
                After my payment, he didn't respond only.
                No body is attending the calls from both the numbers.

                I made an email complaint to quikr but didn't get any response.
                Can someone let me know if you have any past experience on taking legal action on these kind of false promises behind big brand names?

                Amount i paid is: rs 1080/-
                Benefit i got is: 0 and disappointment

                  I am a buyer and my id in quikr is registered with the number [protected].
                  Whenever i order anything quikr with some or the other excuse doesnot deliver the product even after taking the money from bank account. When they are unable to deliver the product they tell that the seller was not ready to the purchaser and vice versa to the purchaser. This is such an unfair practice. If quikr doesnot have infrastructure of door step facility then they should stop this service completely. When you order something of glass then immediately they tell you to pay and once you pay they tell you after a day that this product cant be delivered and the silly reasons are that the product is of glass, the product is too heavy, if the product is fully wooden then it is too heavy and cant be delivered. And after doing all this they tell the seller that the purchaser is not ready. Quikr has no right to harass the seller or the purchaser like this. I have to file a case in consumer forum against quikr as they have been harassing me. Even when you ask your money back they say it will take 10-14 working days to be refunded back in bank. Quikr doorstep is a complete bogus thing. Quikr promises big things which they cant do and/or they do not have the infrastructure and/or capacity to deliver products intercity.

                    Hi sir/madam,

                    My Product with AD-ID[protected] which picked up from my door on 28th May 2017 and it is returned by the buyer.

                    Today when Quikr person came to return my bed, bed was in damaged condition. I have not accepted the bed and hence claiming for the refund money for the item as it is not in the selling condition.

                    The product is broken from all the side corner almost and head is dangling. Head strips are out and there are scratches all over the product. when i have complained for damage of the item, the person in quikr T-shirt misbehaved(yogesh) and forcefully tried to take signature on the paper. I have not signed instead i have written there as it is in a bad condition so returning the item. Then he left the item and took my lift and started going. After this all drama i called quikr doorsteps and lodged complaint against them. They were tried forcing and forcing to sign (Gunda Type) after that also which is very ridiculous and not bearable. I have some damaged furniture wood in my house whose picture they took forcefully and told me that they will show this quikr which is more ridiculous than that.

                    After calling quikr again yogesh returned the item in their lorry in hurry (picked up in bad condition again and without any package)and they threatened me (It will come back again to you and this time it will be in more bad condition from warehouse). he again insisted to sign on the paper and i said no.

                    For Convenience we call quikr doorstep service not for the mental harassment. It is totally disgusting doorstep service. Please do the needful.

                    I have take some of the pic of damaged items, of course, there will be more but the guy didn't want me to verify the product. so only few pics i have taken.

                    I have complained regarding this to quikr whose Quikr Ticket no is [protected]. they told me to resolve with in 24 hrs.

                    This was the drama happened at day 1 i.e on Friday 2nd of june and after that again on Saturday 3rd june some other person came to my home with the my product. its quikr bubble sheet which was broken and removed on friday, they again put that cleverly with more bubble sheet and also put one sticker on it so that no body know the actual truth. Now the drama begins like this:

                    The started threatening me to receive the product in front of my security personnel. whole incident you can see in the below mail snippet which i have sent to the quikr doorstep team:

                    "Hi Team,

                    Person in Quikr T-Shirt and Driver had threatened to beat and kill me here in-front my security guard before going. There were 5-6 unknown person came after that and took a round of my apartment. They told to us before going that here CCTV is installed don't do anything, we will see later. Just in case if anything happened to me will be liable only to Quikr.

                    How you people can keep these kinds of transport person who are damaging a person goods and then later threatening them.

                    This time I am Leaving it because of quikr impression was good earlier and also i have sold lots of product without any issue. This is First time i have faced this kind of issue.

                    Again if same process or any attack or anything regarding to this matter happens to me. I will be going to escalate it to Police/Their higher authorities/Consumer court/ Court of Law/Criminal Court.

                    After this i just got a kind apologies that's it. Again i called and told the incident but they again did a kind apologies and told me to resolve this issue with in 24 hrs. Already more than 72hrs has gone.

                    Now Today that is 5th june 2017, I received a message "Item returned successfully to the seller" by quikr. When I didn't signed or received the product item then how it got received successfully. I sent a mail regarding this which is as below:

                    "Hi Team,

                    This is really more ridiculous service from Quikr. Now I got the message as the Item returned successfully to the seller . How this happened when i have not received my product item?

                    As i already conveyed to the quikr that my product came to me in damaged condition and i have return it to the quikr warehouse. Neither I have given an signature nor i received any product then how it got returned successfully.

                    What is happening and why this issue is not getting fixed ? it is more than 72 hours now and every day some dramatical situation is happening. what i need to expect to quikr? will my money get refunded or i got ditched by quikr?

                    Please let me know when this issue will get resolved because i cannot bear this mental stress everyday.

                    After that i received no response from them. Then I called to quikr doorstep and raised this issue and they told me that it happens due to some technical issue. They told i have raised another complaint and took that on the priority and it will again got resolved in 24hrs.

                    I mean what is going on every time i am raising an issue they are raising a complaint and trying to sort out in 24 hrs. Already more than 72 hrs completed and i haven't received any confirmation from quikr. only every time a new dramatical situation they are generating so that any how i receive my product and they are done with their work.

                    Kindly help me with it to get my refund amount for the bed as it is not in the selling condition now. Already my account no and bank details are with them.

                    Now they have updated the status as "Item return successfully to the seller" and i got a message regarding that at morning 10:57. Now every time i am calling they are saying the status is showing product item is returned. Neither I have signed on any paper nor i have received my item. I have called and told them to change the status as this is a cheating but they are not doing so. They are saying we need to verify and give us again 24hrs-48 hrs. I am losing the patience now. Now it looks like i lost my product and amount both.

                    We cannot do anything because they are bigger organisations and we are the dumb customers of them who are using their services and getting cheated by these organisations. Only getting mental harassment and nothing. I would suggest anyone not use their service. they are just another cheating fraud in the name of door service. your item will get ruined completely and even they will not come back, Neither product nor the refund.

                    If was knowing that Quikr has this cheaper service tactics i would never be using this service.

                    Already more than 5 hrs completed but they are not able to search the product with their logistic department. It will take max 10 minutes to find it and calling them and ask about "where is the product?" . is it stolen by someone or what happened to it? they are not able to provide any such answer. Just now i speak to Mr. Praneeth B and he agree to tell me the exact details of the product within an hour. I am hoping this time atleast i will get information if my product not got stolen by some one. They all are Irresponsible. They first damaged the product and now the product itself is lost by them. Cleverly they have updated the status so that they will be not able to refund the amount as status is completed. Please help me to get my refund amount.

I am just getting one message from last 4 days that it will get resolved with in 24 hours. I dont know when 24hrs will get completed. Today again I talk to one person and he told me to wait for another 24hrs. Then I insisted to talk to his supervisor "Puneet Ramachandran". He conveyed me that i have verified with the logistic team and your query will get resolved by tomorrow. He told me to ask for him next time and he will be personally following this issue. Now Lets see what next will i hear from poor quikr service. Every day just 24 hours they told to their customer and it goes in a loop. I become hopeless now and Now I am loosing my patience.                       I am raja mahajan from new delhi. I have recently opened a unit of laundry & dry cleaning services in south delhi.
                      I have been contacted by satya prakash - deputy sales manager for add + leads response of new customers within my area for laundry services.
                      He visited my unit and told me that we will provide you business & leads for laundry services within your area as a startup business unit, he showed me that we will get leads of need based customer just like home need in gurgoan and volks help in delhi gets through us. He promised that our numbers and all information will be provide on add panel and quikr will promote online promotion of laundry company also. Before our add posting we will be informed and after our approval of add matter & area, then the concerned executive will post our add.
                      I have given him rs 8, 000/- of cheque of my icici account which have been cleared for quikr.
                      Satya prakash - deputy sales manager, not only make me fool but i mentally got hurt from his action. After clearance of amount, he simply posted a premium add - 03 times for different - different areas (Without anyone knowledge and approval). The add id are as follows :-

                      Why the company have posted 03 add for the same matter. We do not have that much of logistics power to cover all south delhi. There is no phone number o[censored]s in add and no address mentioned. The main numbers of laundry unit have not been listed.

                      Can you tell me for what i have paid rs 8, 000/- to quikr and for what services. I myself can buy your premium add on monthly price.

                      Kindly i have been fooled by satya prakash - deputy sales manager - mobile number is [protected] of quikr services.
                      I will definitely take action by consumer court for relief.

                          I have seen a job on may 17 in quikr. They told me it is free no charges are there. They assigned me the work and after competing it and submitting they told me to pay rs.2500 as charges and it will be available for 18 months every months every month you will be getting 2 jobs and they will be giving bond paper for it. I pay the money they will send the salary before evening only. I paid it on wednesday. They did not pay it till now. I called them they told me that they will pay to bank directly and send me the copy to mail. Now they did not pay. I am calling them but they are not answering it.

I m calling to customer care they r saying that our delivery boy will contact you within 24 hours but i have not yet recived any call. I am really not satisfied with service of quikr. Please cancel this order and refund my money back.

                              On 22 may 2017 @ approximately 10.30 am, mr. Saurav ([protected]) from quikr called me and managed to convince me to convert my ads into premium ads. Mr. Saurav even insisted to be on call until i made the payment. Over the call, i was informed by him, that i will be receiving a verification call from quikr team and my ad will be converted into premium ad within 24 hours. He also shared his phone number with me, with the assurance that i can reach out to him in case of any questions or concerns.
                              However, i never received any verification call on 22 may 2017 and on 23 may 2017 until 5.00 pm. During this time, i tried calling and messaging mr. Saurav that i am no longer interested in converting my ad and i want to cancel the request. However, mr. Saurav never responded to any of my calls or messages. During the verification call as well, i had refused to verify since i no longer wanted to convert my ad.
                              Since then, i have been trying to get in touch with your team through phone calls and emails. Until the 25 may 2017, each time that i called quikr – premium ad team, i was either disconnected or connected to the doorstep team who was not able to help me out.
                              On 26 may, i received a call from ms. Komal who mentioned that refund is not possible. When i tried to reason with her stating that my ad was never converted and i would like to speak to the higher management, i received a call from mr. Manpreet ([protected]) who blatantly stated that refund is not possible quoting reasons such as –
                              1. The ad was converted in the back end (Which i was never informed or aware of earlier),
                              2. Mr. Saurav was on leave when he did not respond and how can i expect people to respond when they are on leave (On the contrary mr. Saurav responded that he was in a meeting),
                              3. Once a request is placed and the amount is paid, there is no refund (Nothing like this is mentioned on the quikr site, i am aware that once an ad has been converted into premium there is no refund – which is perfectly understandable)
                              4. 24 hours means until the end of the day (Which i was not told during my initial call with mr. Saurav)
                              5. You can do whatever you want – but you will not get a refund!!!
                              I have been writing to the facebook team since 25 may and all i get to hear is “we shall reach out to you”. So far, i have not received any concrete response for my complaint. I am now compelled to share this experience online, so that this may get the visibility required to trigger an action for my refund.

                              Update @ 01 jun 2017 - today i received a call from the quikr agent - saurav after 09 days to inform me the premium ad credits have been credited to my account!!! After all my products have been already sold off and my ads no longer exist. I have no email, no message telling me this and i am informed about this by mr. Saurav over phone. I refused the verification call, inspite of this. When i requested him to refund my money, mr saurav tells me about family and how people are dependent on him and how the refund will get deducted from his salary.

                              This is the level of their professionalism? Telling the customers about their family problems?

                              I am so glad to see that this happened to someone else, too, because I feel lost against this huge company. You wouldn't believe the exact same episode involving the same characters happened to me on 18th May 2017.
                              Thank you for sharing Mr. Manpreet's number because the last time we spoke to him, we was quite rude and we didn't have his number saved.

                              After reading your complaint, I spoke to him directly and firmly asked him for my money. He has asked me for today's time. My complaint is yet to be resolved and Quikr is not helping. The guy Ravi, who gave me his personal number is acting like an #######.

                              I am sorry for the frustration you had to go through. I can perfectly understand it since I am sailing in that same boat. Never using Quikr for anything ever.

                              I have finally received my refund, after endless badgering, calls, complaints, phone calls and messages. Quikr has resolved one complaint ATLEAST!

                              @Simran96: Dont give up and continue to follow up with the team, that's all I would say. If they are wrong, you should fight till you get your refund!

                                One of your sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) call me on 18/5/2017 and he send me a quotation for 3 months pin to top add on Kolkata / Mumbai / Pune of Rs. 21735, for that I pay Rs. 2000 (Transaction ID: May3016Q, Date: 18 May 2017)of a token amount for booking those slot as sales representatives concern.after that, i make change my destination that i want to include DELHI on that package so that sales representatives provide me a quotation for 3 months pin to top add on Kolkata / Mumbai / Pune / Delhi of Rs. 24000 on 25/5/2017, so I paid 22000 (Rs. 2000 already paid previously on 18 may 2017) in 2 part, First part amount of Rs. 20000 (Transaction ID: May4335Q, Date: 25 May 2017) and second part amount if Rs. 2000 (Transaction ID: May4360Q, Date: 25 May 2017) on 25 May 2017. For this, I received a bill (Sr. No. LF/189358/[protected] form quicker on 26 May 2017 morning from this email id [protected]@emails.quikr.com.

                                After that, I get a call on 27 May 2017 from quikr add posting department (As she intrudes herself), and she commits me to my ads are on within end of the day. But and of the day my ads are not showing, so I call sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]), he told me that quikr face some technical problem for posting add. So he takes some days to resolve that problem. Then I realise on 31 may 2017 already 3 pinned to add running in Mumbai city, so there is no space of my add. After that, I inform sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) and request to refund my full amount.

                                My question are:

                                Why quikr take full amount without consumed my pin to tap place?
                                Why sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) misguide me and take amount from me?
                                Why sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) continue mental harassing me over phone?
                                Is that way quicker give instruction to sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) manage their work and customers?
                                I want a clarification to form quikr management, Why I don't file a case of mental harassment, wastage of money and time, False commitment, against quikr?
                                Do quikr take any action against this sales representatives (Name: Sandeep Kadam, Email id: sandeep.[protected]@quikr.co.in, Phone no.: [protected]) ?
                                I need full in detail clarification from quikr management regarding this matter.

                                      I sold a product (O'General windows AC 1.5T) to a buyer through Quikr, and buyer made the payment to quikr (holding the money as facilitator) on May 03, 2017. The product was picked from my home by quickr doorstep services on May 05, 2017. I started contacting quikr doorstep customer service when product was not delivered until May 15th, and ever since was promised that it will be delivered in next "48 hours". With no respite on repeated lame promises, I raised the issue to quikr CEO including quikr group on social media on May 23rd, and was even then repeatedly was told that the whole team has swung into action, and product will be delivered within "next 48 hours". Today, as on May 30th, I have been informed by customer care, that the product has been lost! The extreme mental frustration caused by the whole service and a really unprofessional attitude by quikr employees makes me feel as if I have been conned by them.
                                      While, I request full value of the product (not only the listed price), as it has caused me immense mental stress, as well as has wasted my efficient time while waiting on customer care calls in an anticipation of the truth ever since May 15th, I also request strictest action against the company so that no other fellow user of the service ever faces mental trauma, frustration and immorality from Quikr.

                                        I sold psp gaming console on quikr and it was picked up on 6th may and its around 26 days(as on 30th may 2017) i haven't received payment from quikr. When ever i am calling to customer care i am getting same response that we are working on this issue(from past 20 days you are trying to resolve the issue but not even a single step is taken on that).

                                        And they are not confirming how many days its gonna take to resolve the issue. As well as i am not receiving any reply from the customer care.

                                        How un-professional these people.
