Made the payment on 10/06/17for an metal almirah. The order was cancelled on 13th. Refund was initiated on 16th. Amount rs5909 is not yet refunded though several emails & telecalls were made. Irresponsible response from customer care & deliberate negligence of the finance team are creating the delay. No body bothers for payment of the customer. From 16/06/17 i have been asked to wait 5 to 7 business working days since refund initiation. They are asking for my bank statement though i made the payment through paytm. Today i am told that refund initiation on 16/06/17 was not proper. It is to be done once again. After refund initiation again it will take another 5 to 7 business working days to refund my money. Quikr is creating the delay & must pay for the delay & harassment. They don't bother govt rules & regulations.

Made the payment on 10th june, 17 in mumbai for a metal almirah. Order was cancelled on 13th on behalf of the seller. Refund initiation done on 16th with message intimation. I made at least 50 tele calls & emails without any result. Till date refund amount rs 5909 is not paid. Quickr ad id[protected]. I was advised by customer care to wait further. Repeated emails & telecalls were made to take actions to arrange the refund. It is their own made rule to wait 5 to 7 days (Excluding holidays) after refund initiation.
After 7 th days i am told that refund initiation on 16/06/16 was not proper. Refund is to be initiated again. I have to wait further 5 to 7 days after proper refund initiation. They are creating the delay intentionally & harassing. Penal interest they have to pay. They don't bother & reply to my mail.

Quikr is not arranging my refund since 16/06/17. I got a mail to wait for an update as their finance team is continuously working on the issue. They can't refund Rs5909 as one can understand how complicated the the issue is.

Advance offer id[protected] for Rs 45 dated 10/06/17, Payment Id [protected] for Rs 5860 dated 10/06/2017. Details are already with you. After 13 days of refund initiation why do you require these details. Your drama is not yet going to over nearly. you are determined to keep our money in your A/C as much as possible. Once the amount is in your pocket you exercise all your trick how to make delay. 5 to 7 business working days are required after refund initiation to refund. After that period refund initiation was not proper. Again we have to wait further for 5 to 7 days. What you are doing it is simply a criminal offence. Intentionally customers are, made to suffer for your gain putting customer care to answer & creating delay. Pl. refund the amount without further drama.

    I placed an order for two metal almirahs around a week ago. Your company kept on rescheduling the delivery. Later, they cancelled the order 3 days back saying that there is a problem from sellers' end. Then i had a word with the seller. On inquiry he said, it wasn't because of him rather the quikr only canceled it as they sent less manpower to pick up the product. So, i just want my money back which i have given (Amount rs. 8, 723) at the earliest otherwise i'll sue the company.

    We had paid Rs1000 for the premium ad of my bike in QUIKR. But till now I haven't received any call from this premium ad. So I want to close this premium ad and get back my money. Please reemburse Rs 1000 back to my account.

      Sir,

      I am Trying to Connect you from past 10 - 15 days regarding an issue of area selection, i had selected some arear and i am getting leads of area which is beyond my reach so i thought to call you guys but i am not able to get any way, becoz your Phone IVR end up saying mail all your query at [protected]@quikr.com. So I tried that way but they didnt resolved my query just gave a reply by saying that they will send leads of 5km of areas selected but at the time of registration they haven't told such kind of things and now they are saying these thing and but i actual the area which i selected is more that 5 km range.
      so i dropped 2 mail but still no response, i replied to call me back but they haven't call that sales agent but he is not picking up my phone, called their lower parel center they told me i will get a call back. called their banglore centre but call is ringing and no response. So i Finally decided to want a refund from you. because if this is your service then i don't want, Please issue a refund and give my money back.

        2 days ago i made a deal to adopt a siberian husky worth ₹4000/- after negotiation but i promised him to pay 2000/- for the procedure and 2000/- after the delivery but as it turned out that he was a fraud but when i cancelled tge deal i asked for the 2000/- to be refunded he said he'll do it but the next day he blocked from everywhere that's when i knew that he was a fraud.

          Okay so this was my third transaction from quikr and i expected it to be equally bad like the previous two. But quikr logistics had a surprise package for this third transaction which the experience even worse.
          We (Seller and buyer) had an entire exchange of set of pictures for the product, offer made, offer accepted, payment done. And after the as usual struggle of delivery and pickup in case of quikr doorstep, being late to workplace since the logistic truck cannot reach within the allocated slot of time.
          Now came two men who were from quikr logistic to pickup the product and to our surprise, they started analyzing, inspecting the product.
          All done and dusted they take the product out of the house, handed over the receipt to the seller and call the buyer saying "the product is damaged" (Mind it, the latest pictures were already exchanged and the product was in use till the previous day of being dismantled, the buyer was also informed about little dent, bent and rust).
          Buyer is not to be blamed of course when the delivery boy vandalizes the image of the product completely expecting a brand new furnished product on a second hand ecommerce website.

          They come out of their time slot causing discomfort for the customer, harass the customer to the extreme level, when you call the customer care their response is "we cannot do anything madam", delivery guys scrutinizing the product and deciding whether it is worth it or not, expecting a second hand product to be sold on half of the price after wasting the time of the customer, deduct convenience fee of 550 on seller end and 1000 of delivery charges on buyer end. A complete flout of consumer rights!
          For reference of quikrrrr.. I have attached there own terms and conditions where it is no where mentioned the product will be scrutinized by the delivery men.

            Sir... I'm pradeep from tambaram..I have seen an ad on quickr.com.that Samsung Galaxy j7 prime for RS 3500. Yesterday.. I thought it's low price... and I have seen some ads about quickr.com in television.. I thought it's reliable...but it's not.. so I contacted the person who posted ad on WhatsApp and he said now am in pudhukottai, I will come to Chennai only after next Sunday..so I will send the mobile by parcel.. you don't have to worry. I will send my aadhar card pics..he send someone's aadhar card which named T.vignesh and t.vignesh bank account no.. I thought quickr.com is reliable. Then I send the money via net banking.. he said I have sent the parcel via professional courier... you will be receiving it by tomorrow morning.. when I track the parcel with the consignment no that he gave..it shows error.. then I tried to call him..his no is switched off... he blocked me on Whatsapp..then I chatted him with another WhatsApp Id ..he scolded me badly and said you can't do anything...those proofs are fake.. and again he scolded me badly..his WhatsApp no . Is [protected].which he used to chat me yesterday. and his another mobile which he provided in quickr com. [protected].. he had posted many ads on quickr.com..I have provided all the proofs on attachment.. please kindly help me to finish this case.

              Hello i am metri mishra from rudrapur, uttarakhand. I was in search of a maid so that i thought quikr to be a reliable source and started searching for the maid. I got a number from quikr of mr sudip of supriya services, faridabad. He told me that he'll be sending a good maid along with a staff member. The day that maid veena kumari reached our place, the staff member along with her handed the copy of agreement to us and took rs 37000 in cash. 25000 was his commission amount and 8000 was the three months advance of the maid. The worst part is that the maid flew away the same day and we were searching for her in the town. We couldn't get her so anywhere, we also tried contacting the contractor, mr sudip and his number was unreachable.
              I just want to ask quikr how is a fraud company like supriya services registered under them. I want quikr to please solve my problem because some people really think of quikr as a trusted site. This was really unexpected from the company's part. It is not the fault of mr sudip alone, quikr is also responsible for the same. Please take this as a serious matter in order to avoid future fraud. And also the amount of 37000 matters a lot so i would expect quicker to help me in recovering the amount from the fraud company "supriya services" faridabad.

                I had posted on advt on online portal quikr for selling my old treadmill. At the time of posting my advt or even at the time of accepting the offer which i received for my advt i was not told that quikr will not pay the money for several days even after the product has been taken away from me and already delivered to the buyer more than a week ago.
                This website takes money in advance from the buyer, charges a convenience fee of rs 700-800 each from the buyer and seller and even after picking up the product from seller and delivering it to buyer, does not pay up the seller.
                I have been following up with quikr for several days now to pay the money it has received from the buyer and not paid to me. Also no where in their terms and conditions do they mention that they will not pay the buyer for several days, otherwise i would not have sold my product through this website. They are cheating innocent customers by concealing their modus operandi and illegally retaining the money of sellers.

                  I sold my bed for 1000 rs. Quikr is crediting only 751 to my account. It charged 249 as convenience fee. Now i checked with the buyer and he told me that quikr charged him 400 for home delivery.
                  As advertised by quikr doorstep delivery is free within city.
                  Also the convenience charge is shown to me only after i accepted the offer. This is complete cheating. If they are charging convenience charges i should be notified before accepting. Then it is my will if i want to go for doorstep delivery or not. For a bed of 1000 bucks they are charging total 600 from both the buyer and seller. This is complete nonsense and cheating.

                    Few weeks ago, i came across this ad for cat notes for time, we had out conversation to which it was agreed that i should pay half the amount before receiving & half after receiving books, as agreed, i paid half the amount of rs.1250, to which he said, he will courier the books, but its been 1 week since, neither did i get the books, nor is he picking up my call, this is really frustrating, i want my money back, or else i will have to lodge a police complaint, the number to which i sent the money is [protected], please take immediate action & get my money refunded

                      I have purchased the product. Ad id:[protected]. It was mentioned that free delivery. As par as quickr customer care it has to be shipped by seller. But seller is expecting that quickr has to take care of delivery.

                      I have already paid and there is no chance of getting the product as seller is not going to delivery.. Please understand the case and cancel the order. So that i will get my money back.

                      I trust the quickr and make the payment. Now if seller will not deliver my product than why should i request the seller to cancel the order.

                      As par as you customer care if seller will cancel the order than only you will make my payment. How it will justify.

                      Kindly cancel my order or guide me to cancel the order. Here is the attachment of screen shot where it is mentioned (Free delivery)

                        This is very serious issue which needs to get your urgent attention .Myself is Aroob Aziz khan from Jaipur, Rajasthan I was searching for a maid agency so one of my friend suggested Quikr link and she shared the Quikr link with me, I went on that link 4 days back n shortlisted the maid services company in the name of "Supriya Services " which is in faridabad .The name of the concern person is Mr Sudip .This Mr Sudip has taken a premium membership of Quikr and as I saw he has a registered his company in Quikr so I was sure he and his company is reliable n authentic so I proceeded talking him and asked him for a maid he said he will send me in a day or two I was in continuous talking terms with him since last 3 days n finally today that is 22nd June 2017 he sent me a maid named Veena Kumari at morn 7.30 am and along with that maid there was also a person named Mr Aman with him to whom Mr Sudip has sent with the maid .He got all the documents signed from me n my husband Mr Asif khan who is presently working with Zee News as a senior special correspondent .I also asked Mr Sudip to give the id of the maid plus to get te police verification done he said that the maid Ms Veena Kumari is from orrisa and he will get the id from her village and send me within 10 days .After all te discussions and completing all the formalities we have given 21000 Rs .as his fees to Mr Aman as Mr Sudip asker to give him the amount finally we also kept a copy of agreement with us and has given a copy to Mr Aman .The maid Ms Veena Kumari was at my flat at golden sunrise apartment flat no 403 lajpat marg c scheme jaipur .The maid was with me at the above mention address till 4.30pm . I asked to maid to take rest as I was going to the bathroom the moment I came out from the bathroom I saw the maid Ms Veena Kumari was not in the flat I waited for her and searched her in the complete apartment but she wasn't available .She has left her bag of clothes which is still with me .After that I called Mr Sudip and informed about it .Earlier Mr Sudip was not picking my call later he called up and said I am trying to search out where is she than later he said that I will arrange another maid for you .And now I am trying his number from last 3 hours his no is switched off.

                        I would like to ask Quikr and the owner of Quikr what is the target of entertaining such companies who are fully corrupted and fraud .I won't blame Mr Sudip and his company Supriya Services for doing this fraudulent act I would rather blame the Quikr Team and Mr Pranay Chulet, CEO of so called Quikr Company .

                        It is very saddening nd upsetting to know that a brand like Quikr is entertaing such fraud companies and on top giving premium membership.to them without doing a proper verification .

                        I warn the CEO of Quikr .Com either I need my amount of Rs 21000 to be refunded or I would sew you .

                        This is highly disgraceful on your part .I need an urgent solution to this mail. My Husband Mr Asif Khan has already lodge an FIR against Mr Sudip today evening itself .Also I am sending you the copy of agreement done with Supriya Services and a complaint copy issued by Ashok Nagar Thana, Jaipur /Also sending you the screen shot of this fraud company Supriya Services where they have posted the advertisement in Quikr website .

                        I have faced the same issue. The same maid was sent to me by the same person Mr. Sudip. I have also posted the complaint for the same. I just want my money back from such frauds. I hope Quikr will look into this matter soon.

                          I had placed an ad on quickr for the sale of my cupboard (Ad id:[protected] and it has already been sold. The pickup of my product was scheduled on the 18th of this month between 2-4pm and no one turned up. I received a call saying that there is apparently some religious rally on the road due to which they cannot come. So i rescheduled it to 19th morning between 10am-12pm. It was again a no show. Now i was leaving town for a couple of days so i again rescheduled it to 23rd morning between 10am-12pm and again no one turned up for the pickup of my product. Every time i called the customer care number i was told that they are looking into the problem but nobody replied back. I had to skip work today because i have been waiting the entire day for them to call me and arrange for the pickup. Also the buyer has left town and not coming back till the next month. Now i want full compensation for the inconvenience that has been caused to me as well as the buyer. Quickr is very incompetent with its customer care and my repeated complaints has certainly fallen to deaf ears.

                            I transferred 3000 inr to home maid solutions certified on quikr as a security amount before 2 months. After receiving the amount the person is not receiving my call. Her name was kajal, i doubt if she is the original person or not. Her number was.[protected]/675. How can quikr certify this fraud? I'm going to lodge fir against quikr and this person.

                              Its my second complaint against quikr as per the details copied bellow..
                              They just respond sorry for inconvenience and pay back the amount paid to them against the product purchased, after a week or so.
                              Why buyer should be penalized?

                              I just have received phone call from yr representative pratima, that buyer have not accepted the offer against above advertisement. I have paid the full amount of offer along with the convenience charges and now u r saying deal is cancelled. What the hell is going on. U should not have said yes to offer and should not have accepted the payment in this case.
                              The same case is happened last time as per trailing mail and i have stuck up with the whole payment for a week. Now the same thing is repeating.
                              Pl compensate the balance payment from yr end with buyer and send me the product urgetly.

                                I have buyed this through quikr doorstep but when i received it and opened the package the product was totally broken and damaged during transit.
                                I have recorded a video of it while opening the package first time.
                                In the video you can clearly see the that the product is totally broken and damaged and small change plastic pieces.
                                I emailed quikr doorstep and other departments many times still they didn't resolved my issue and after sometime they stopped replying.
                                I told them it's quikr courier service fault they damaged my product during transit.
                                One of the quikr doorstep executive named prabudev sk told me to send pictures of it even i have already sent them video of it. But when i sent photos of the damaged product then he started saying different things.
                                So i want complete refund of my money.

                                Now another quikr representative named Harish.N emailed me on 23jun 2017 at 1.29pm and says that I should coordinate with the Seller.
                                I think he doesn't understand what I am saying.
                                It's quikr Courier service named Gati Fault they Damaged and Broke my Product During Transit I have recorded a unboxing Video of it as Proof.
                                Do kindly resolve my issue Fast and Refund my money.

                                    No doubt quikr service is the most worst service.. I cancelled the order in 13-06-17 and till now i don't get my payment back. That was my first time with quikr and its tha last. I never show this type of begger who leggally eat the money of customers. But i hope quikr will never develop one day it will come to the road.. God will show very soon. Don't play with the emotion of anyone god will # you...

                                      My credit card was charged on 31/5/2017 and since they were not able to fulfil the commitment i requested them to refund back the charge on 2/6/2017. Today is the 21/6/2017 and still my money is not refunded back on my card. When i inform them, they are asking me bank statement.
                                      Why will i share my personal bank statement with anybody?
                                      These people need to be sued and nobody should avail their doorstep service at least with credit card as they humiliate and harass you to get back your own money.

                                        I posted two ads on quickr with the registered number of [protected]. It was
                                        Important for me to sell both the bikes quickly.

                                        A quickr employee called me multiple times offering premium service with
                                        Guaranteed 750 views per each bike. After careful consideration, i paid for
                                        The service. This employee called me yet again to inform about another
                                        Service where he would look after my ads, modify them and ensure that i
                                        Would get maximum benefit in reaching potential buyers, getting atleast 5
                                        Calls in a week. I paid for it yet again. He asserted that i would be
                                        Reimbursed in case my vehicles remained unsold. A month past the payments,
                                        Let alone selling my bike, i haven't received calls from any potential
                                        Buyer.

                                        Please note that neither are my vehicles marked at ridiculous prices nor
                                        Has there been any problem with them. This is just a case of misinformation
                                        To customer on the part of sales executive. Now, i would like quickr to
                                        Either assume responsibility of selling the bikes on my behalf or reimburse
                                        The fee i was charged. The losses i have incurred due to deferred sale date
                                        Are attributed to misinformation from quickr employee. It's been 5 month's yet not a single reply from the team nor a call back was arranged which was promised when i had called them.
