Updated by Complainant95222 Today around 11:00 am, I received a call from a new person called NeelKanth ([protected]) saying :" Sir Money will not be refunded. "
When I asked them to send a mail of this reply mentioning the reason Since Your employee Ajay Shrivastava was on leave, so you are not able to serve and there is no such refund policy. "
He started saying that :" I am telling over phone"
I said : "I want in mail"
And then he was resisting that and then said said "Let me check with my senior"
I think entire system is involve and doing the trap.

Today, 20 June, Around 4:00PM, received a call from Ajay (Who has started this trap, against whom I complaint he is trying to solve an issue . Shame).
He started saying that he had the exam, so he had to go on vacation .
I said :"Vacation is your personal issue, The end result is : You failed to provide the service"
After a discussion I asked him for a refund. He said : "Sir, Money will not be refunded."
I told : "Then send a mail from your official mail mentioning the above reason."
He said: "Sir, I am telling u over phone."
I said : "I want in written"
Then he refused to do so.
I told him, this is a scam my you, your manager and your team. I have seen another case too.
When I told them about Dolly Bhattacharjee with similar case, he became alert.
He kept me on hold for 5 min, and started saying :"Sir you can use those premium ads in future"
I said :"The fault is from your end, Either you refund the money or send me your reply"
I insisted and took his official mail ID : ajay.[protected]@quikr.co.in
He told me send the Dolly Bhattacharjee case.
I sent him as an reference.
After 20 min, He called me again saying :"Sir, I have received your mail and discussing with my senior."
I waited for two hours but did not receive any further call.

Will provide more update. Lets hope for the best.

Today Got a message that "Hi [removed]. We see that you have sold the product outside Quikr. Hence you are not eligible for refund as per our terms and condition. Thank you"
Shame, My laptop is with me . Since Quikr had not given service, even after escalation, I dont want to continue. Quikr had to refund the money .
