I placed an order on 15th june from mobiwik wallet. However, after waiting for 4 days, the seller cancelled the order. So now, my money will be refunded in the mobiwik wallet. But in mobiwik, if i transfer to bank it will charge rs 200 extra and moreover the limit to transfer is 5000. So this money will not be of any use or me. Before buying th eproduct the relationship manager and seller were in very hurry for the payment and assured that the product will be delivered within time again and again. But now, the seller is not reachable and quikr team is not responding well.
So can you please help me and transfer the amount to my bank instead of mobiwik?
As no one would like to pay for the item that never got delivered.

I ordered a wardrobe..but having waited for 3-4 days..they cancel the order..then i bought another one..but still same conditions ..they..cancel it..after 3 days..now they refunded my money in..Quikr wallet...so how can i resend that money to my bank account

The refunded amount will be as quikr balance so to transfer the money to Bank account just click to my Offers and click the ad you have paid for and click on money initiated... The amount will be transferred within 5-7 working days.

      Hello I am here to exhibit my premium ad was assigned for two bikes but it show only one bike. I'm stating to accept my proposal of adding other bike which wasn't sum up.

        Are stolen phones or laptop that mr. Ahmed mahbub (Aka mehboob ahmed aka derrick m, derrickmshangpliang, mehbubahmed078666 etc...) is trying to sell you, except that you are not able to proceed to pay via secure quikr doorstep process because he is asking money transfer directly to one of his account (Bank paytm).
        Beware, because the guy above is very smart and promise you everything but you will never see your stuff delivered once he has sucked your money.
        Reported several times to quikr, account still active...

        QUIKR with his absence of comment about this large scale fraud happening on its platform, make themselves as partner in crime; with high level of probability, some insider on Quikr, are colluded with fake merchant/sellers and are scamming defenseless users.

        Today I have received my order of apple iPhone 5s . but the product is having a problem it is now power off and not being started so I want to give me the warranty card which is of 6 months or I you should replace the phone as while buying there was mentioned 7 days replacement . so plz reply me as well as u can .

        This guy has scammed me recently too for a large sum, and quikr seems to still keep this scammers profile active.

        And I've unforunately fallen prey to it as well. Lodged a complaint here too:

        Can't imagine how does such a popular portal end up letting people put up ads without proper background check and on top of that let them re-start the "premium ads" with different fake numbers to con people.

          I was already write my complaint on 25 may but still not refund my cash. I ordered a sofa on 18/5/17. However quickrdooesrep was cancelled my order because i am i coimbatore seller in bangalore. Some illness. So they said cancelled ur order&cash will be refund 4-7days.             I had purchase a cooler on 26 may 2017 of amount 4332rs for add id[protected] with quikr. But i had cancelled the deal with quikr due to some delivery issue. I had contacted several time to quikr regarding refund of amount. But they are always saying it will be done in 5 -6 working days. After that they started saying amount is successfully refunded. I had also mail them statement. But still no amount is refunded. I had mail them several time but there is no response from there side.

                Hi,

                Quikr door step bangalore.- pathetic and careless handling of consumer complaint. My agony started when i booked and paid for teakwood study table from the seller but due to some reasons after our payment the seller backed out and i had to call quikr for refund from quikr doorstep balance to mobikwik.

                My id no. Is[protected]. The refund of amount 2565 /-out of 5449/.- is still pending and has not been initiated and credited to my paytm. The customer care keeps on telling call after 24 or 48 hours. It is really painful and stressful for me to call them for the the past 21 days.

                Recently, for the past 3 to 4 days they keep on giving batch no. Or transaction no. For the amount 2565/- but it is for 2884/ as verified from mobikwik wallet.

                Will i get my amount 2565/-? Or still i will be in doldrums?

                  I paid rs., 4140/- to quikr for listing of my commercial property for rent with budget around rs.1.25 lacs pm. The company was to provide me atleast 12 leads for 6 months but quikr sent two leads (1) for residential house and (2) for office @ rs.10000/- rent. All my complaints went unheard at quikr. I call quikr a third class cheat. Everyone beware

                        I had bought a bed through quikr and delivery guys didn't allowed me to inspect the product properly and said it can be returned within 3 days time. Since the delivery guys are giving reasons that they have to deliver other items as well so don't have time to wait so, assuming that if there is 3days time to cancel or return the product which i got confirmed from customer care executive as well i took the delivery and next day when i tried to return the damaged item then they refused any such thing and also refused to stop the payment to the seller and asked me to talk to seller directly. But, when i spoke to the seller who confirmed me that they sent the product in good condition and the damages occurred during transportation.

                        I want to return the product as it's not in usable condition and also my money back.

My money is 1029 but only rs100 is transfer to my account. When i call to company then he said bank account is not initiated for second payment.                           Complaints against executive Sandeep Mehta. He ask for card number and grid number. When I not give this then they use abusive language to me. I want to know all unmanned people is in quicker. I have not receive 1029 money in my account. All uneducated and lazy person work here. I have not receive money yet. And executive use abusive language is very bad.

                            Yesterday i bought a refurbished mobile from quikr of apple brand iphone 5s with order id - 391699 but yesterday itself it started giving a problem like yesterday at night around 8pm an update came from ios so i updated it but suddenly it shut down and not being power on since last night. I tried many things like pressing the power button but it is not being power on and not even while charging. So i want you to please see my complaint and replace it as fast as possible.

                              This is complaint about quikr doorstep service i post ad for sale of my graphic card ad id no[protected] on 20/5/2017 they pick up my graphic card and they send to byer who purchased my product from me, after one week they called me and said byer is not interested in buying my product and my graphic card will be return back to me, but after a one month my graphic card is missing i called customer care and every time they file complain i don't know where, i still didn't get back my graphic card.

                                Hi all,
                                Pls never ever buy quikr premium sale ad package it's fraud i got call from quikr one of the executive amol pawar and he convince me that he will provide me 6 month package of premium sale ad pack in 4000 ₹ after making the payment through quikr link. Since last 7 days i am trying to solve the problem but there was no response from quikr nor from amol who convince me to make the payment. Several time i have call to the customer service number but all in vain. Now the executive is not picking up the phone many time i tried to catch him from different mob number but he say don't worry 15 min mein call karta hu kaam how jaye game. Now final i have decided to file cheating fir complaint against amol and quikr both

                                  It is very disgusting n sad to know that online company like quicker has started to cheat their customer... As for now i m also a victim... I ordered a samsung split ac o on 4 june 2017... Then i paid rupees 9347 to quicker.. My payment transaction was also successful, but then due to some reason the seller cancelled the order, then quicker messaged me about the refund of my money on 4 june, 2017 itself... But till now no refund is made from quicker... I have been repeatedly calling quicker... Every day they say me u will receive the money soon... But when will i get...                                     I've sold my product (Ad id:[protected] on quickr, buyer immediately made the payment and got it delivered today but still in the quickr website showing that my product is yet to schedule pickup from me. What is this?

                                      This is regarding my order id order id[protected] with quickrx placed on may 30th 2017.

                                      I have ordered an unboxed mobile phone huwei honor 6x and the order got cancelled (Please check the photo attached)

                                      After that i confirmed my cancellation with customer care. (
                                      Customer care:[protected]
                                      Monday - saturday: 9am to 9pm.) on june 5th 2017.

                                      They told that i will get refund within 7 working days. Today is june 14th, 2017.8th working day, there is no update or refund from quickr.

                                      I feel that they are very bad service.

                                        It's notified you that after i get your company msz, there your mention do not pay for job. But i want asked quikr and there team. There ever check this such fraud type of company. I am share you what happen with me when i went for interview.

                                        I was get a message from quikr on 10 jun, in this message the mention company name. And the company name was amazon.in pvt ltd. Phone no of the requiter, and salary. The requiter no is-[protected].in that you message you mentioned only direct interview. When i was get the message i called that notified number, what i was got in message. He told asked me my details. Of my. I tell him every thing what he want to know. After our communication, he told me charges fee, he told me you have to to pay 300/- rs after you get the job. I[censored] not get the job, u will get your money back. On 11 jun i was go for interview. The interview area was sodepur, kolkata. When i reached at the place, i found it is not a amazon company, it's a small placement consultancy.
                                        I was gone to that person cabin who taking interview, he asked me about my cv, i give it to him my cv. After seen my cv the person told me, r u willing to work with coco cola company. I tell him yes. He told me, he send my cv to coco cola company, the company hr take a interview and they will select me.
                                        After that he asked me about charges. I was asked what charges. The person told me about 300/- rs. I tell me, your contact person tell me yesterday, after job u have to pay and u asked me to pay know.
                                        After my this word the placement person tell him, ok you asked with that person, with whom you talked yesterday. I called that person. I told him every think. After listening, his vice tone become very rude, and told me very rudely, if you want to pay just pay or you not want to pay just live. On that time i not react, and i was cut the call and out for the premises.

                                        After this incident, i just want asked to quikr some question -

                                        * if it is direct interview, why the placement company was there. And how it's
                                        Become direct interview. Are quikr team team check the company???
                                        * after you message. * be smart. Do not pay for a job. How they can asked
                                        About charges. Are quikr team check, the company company taking
                                        Charges or not.
                                        * a person calling for one company and other person giving other company
                                        Option. Is this really happens in organised company, like coco cola and
                                        Amazon.
                                        * how can the person told me that 'pay karna hain to pay karo, nahi to aap
                                        Ja sakte ho'. Is this right way to talk with some one, who come for an
                                        Interview.

                                        After this questions i just want to request quikr something —

                                        * take some action on this.
                                        * on future it will be not happens with some other person
                                        * kindly verified quikr and the team, the check actually the
                                        Taking charges or not.
                                        * and do something with this [protected] no and the placement
                                        Company.
