I sold psp gaming console on quikr and it was picked up on 6th may and its around 26 days(as on 30th may 2017) i haven't received payment from quikr. When ever i am calling to customer care i am getting same response that we are working on this issue(from past 20 days you are trying to resolve the issue but not even a single step is taken on that).
And they are not confirming how many days its gonna take to resolve the issue. As well as i am not receiving any reply from the customer care.
How un-professional these people.

Once again i thought to give chance to sell product on quikr and you guys met my expectation once aging as you did earlier.
04/05/2017 : I sold PSP
06/05/2017 : pickup of product was completed
09/05/2017 : After confirming with customer care on 9th he informed that pickup is completed and tracking number will be available with in 24-48 hours.
12/05/2017 : on 12 i again contacted customer care got same response.
15/05/2017 : yesterday 15th i again contacted customer care still same response.
Do you guys want me to call each and every time for the complain, explain my concern and listen the same response like a broken record.
Please confirm me the deadline date by which i can get my product back or my money back.
I don't want response like we are looking into it and will take month to looking into it.
This kind of incident already happened to to me earlier also, just FYI i am attaching the previous communications of previous incident.

Donvand’s Kuoni IT Head Sanjoy Bhatacharya and Knowledge venture LLP managing partner Rasika Anand had in collusion with each other had concocted fallacious story to not pay my salary and other dues.
Rasika Anand and Sanjoy Bhattcharya Made false allegations on me which is completely baseless and never stand anywhere.They are misusing legal authority to made false allegation on me through Legal Notice.
I need my money anyhow.
It is unethical.
