I sold a product (O'General windows AC 1.5T) to a buyer through Quikr, and buyer made the payment to quikr (holding the money as facilitator) on May 03, 2017. The product was picked from my home by quickr doorstep services on May 05, 2017. I started contacting quikr doorstep customer service when product was not delivered until May 15th, and ever since was promised that it will be delivered in next "48 hours". With no respite on repeated lame promises, I raised the issue to quikr CEO including quikr group on social media on May 23rd, and was even then repeatedly was told that the whole team has swung into action, and product will be delivered within "next 48 hours". Today, as on May 30th, I have been informed by customer care, that the product has been lost! The extreme mental frustration caused by the whole service and a really unprofessional attitude by quikr employees makes me feel as if I have been conned by them.
While, I request full value of the product (not only the listed price), as it has caused me immense mental stress, as well as has wasted my efficient time while waiting on customer care calls in an anticipation of the truth ever since May 15th, I also request strictest action against the company so that no other fellow user of the service ever faces mental trauma, frustration and immorality from Quikr.

    I sold psp gaming console on quikr and it was picked up on 6th may and its around 26 days(as on 30th may 2017) i haven't received payment from quikr. When ever i am calling to customer care i am getting same response that we are working on this issue(from past 20 days you are trying to resolve the issue but not even a single step is taken on that).

    And they are not confirming how many days its gonna take to resolve the issue. As well as i am not receiving any reply from the customer care.

    How un-professional these people.

    "I am not asking about borrowing money from you I am asking for my money which is with you."

      I have sold one sofa cum bed in quickr and it is deliered to buyer successfully.
      Ad_id[protected].
      And quikr has given me 2 options for getting payment, i selected urban ladder vouchers.

      I have not received any vouchers on my email id yet.

      I contacted quikr dorstep customer care and as per them, payment has not been initiated and when i told them i have opted for urban ladder vouchers, that person told me they are not aware and they are waiting for my bank account details.

      Daily i am calling quikr and daily i am getting new responses, today i got to know i have received urban ladder vouchers on 26th only, this is ridiculous

      Quikr team stopped replying to my emaila, and now they updated in their system suddenly thatthey have sent the vouchers to my email id on 26th only.

      Yesterday one customer support person (Rpavan) told me that just now we have initiated your urban ladder voucher and today other person (Arif) told me long back on 26th only we have provided the urban ladder vouchers.

        I did post my ad (ad id :[protected] on quikr last week, and Laxman ([protected]@quikr.co.in, [protected]) from your team call me and ask for 1500 payment for making my ad on top in my location and also told me there will be NO other charges i need to pay if any offer comes, also told me that there will be 10-12 enquires on daily basis.

        I did get a offer from someone on quikr but in that email there was 209 extra convenience charges for each item from quikr (why there is any extra amount if i did paid earlier as per my conversation with Laxman)

        Nothing is happening, i am feeling cheated by you people and Laxman is not even responding to messages and piking up my call.

          Dear quikr team, i am absolutely shocked and appalled at the way a customer representative from your team duped me into buying a premium ad package to sell my car. On 6th march i paid rs.1499 for ad no.[protected]... Your customer representative assured me that in case my car does not sell my money will be refunded... She did not even mention regarding the number of clicks being deducted from the total amount that i have paid... You can get your call records checked and you will be sure to find her guilty.. I am unable to remember her name. However after that i have tried calling your team umpteenth number of times but to no avail as quikr seems to be highly unprofessional with taking care of customer related issues. I demand a refund of the money i have paid.

          It is clear that Rasika Anand and Donvand IT Head Sanjoy Bhattcharya is cheating or doing fraud with me.Rasika and Sanjoy both illegally withheld my 1.47 lakh INR I worked in Donvand very honestly after that both company made false allegation on me.           Donvand’s Kuoni IT Head Sanjoy Bhatacharya and Knowledge venture LLP managing partner Rasika Anand had in collusion with each other had concocted fallacious story to not pay my salary and other dues.
          Rasika Anand and Sanjoy Bhattcharya Made false allegations on me which is completely baseless and never stand anywhere.They are misusing legal authority to made false allegation on me through Legal Notice.
          I need my money anyhow.
          It is unethical.

            Hi,

            I used quikr premium ad service to sold my bike. Due to poor response and not satisfied with their service provided I have to opt out from their service with they have charged 1499rs. Post that they told me they will refund my amount yo my PayTM account with 2 days, its been a week now and I'm yet to receive the amount and top of that they are dropping my calls everytime I tried to connect to them.

                My name is vicky and i have ordered a Nokia HS-45 earphone from Quikr, payment has been done and transaction id is [protected] for Ad[protected]. The date for delivery is 28.05.2017, thats today, but the contact number which is given to me for queries, they are telling that call cannot be made on sundays, besides that my query is atleast provide us a number from which i can contact the delivery boy who will be coming so that it will be easier for me to know at what time is he coming and for him to if he's coming then he should know that if am present here or not. Its a matter of trust to be built between customers and the company.

                  Hi,

                  I had put an ad for teepoy ad id:[protected]. However quike team removed citing as duplicate but this wasn't duplicate.. Somebody within quikr involved in this fraud i suspect.. Who has this kind of access so the party can't claim at all.. I challenge if its dupplicate beacuse i posted only one ad for teepoy.

                  I did not accept any offer. Nor complete that accepatance.

                  Then quikr team came and picked up stating that they are from quikr.

                  Gave a quikr door step delivery. Adid[protected] which is incorrect

                  Attaching the receipt.

                  Can you or anyone help and look into the matter.

                    I paid premium service amount (2010 rs) to sell my 3 products, after paying amount sales executive says that i will receive a verification call in 48hrs, but still, i have not received any call, and sales executive stops receiving my call.

                    Today i call sales executive for 20+ times but did not pick a single call.

                    I am requesting you please refund my money and give some lesson to quikr.

                    Quikr have problem they do not provide service to consumers.

                          My product was not delivered to seller even after 2 weeks the seller made the payment.

                          The item was picked on 16th of May 2017 and the delivery was promised before 23rd of May 2017. I started calling quikr everyday from 20th of May and everytime they promise they will resolve in 24hrs. I am calling everyday for 5days. They are also not providing information on status of shipping or location of item.

                            Dear sir,

                            I had seen a post in quikr services of data entry in hdfc bank for home branch, nagaland and so i have applied it for on the next day i was contacted by prime zone services congratulating me as i was short listed for yes bank for the home branch, i was so happy by that news by the mean time they asking me to register paying an amount of 2000, post which i will be provided a job at yes bank.

                            I registered paying an amount of 2000 just forsake of a job as i was unemployed.
                            I was forced to further pay up 4200 by prime zone services saying that only then i will be provided reference id and confirmation code.
                            I got the same but then the company started asking 10000 for verification and said me that this is the last amount and we will mail you joining letter and offer letter, as they said they are sending me offer letter i took loan from my friend and send them the same, two to three days passed i was waiting for their mail, but i didn’t got anything for this and that they took my total amount 32000. But i did’t got any offer and joining letter i call them so many time but they did not respond to my call, after 2 week they picked up my call and told me to pay 6000 again for life insurance.

                            I refused to pay further amount and asked for refund
                            But no refund has happened even after calling many times.
                            Please sir help me to recover all my money as i am unemployed and i took all loan from my friends and neighbour.

                              I have sold my 3 items through 3 different ad. All items has been successfully delivered on 27 april 2017 to the seller.
                              But i have not received the payment yet. I had already updated the bank account details before 27 april 2017 on quikr

                              Could you please look into this issue and resolve it at your earliest
                              I had already submit complain to quikr customer support : ticket no : [protected], but no response from them yet.

                              Its almost 1 month now, and i haven;t received my payment yet. Which is against the promise of quikr where they promise to pay within 7 days

                                Dear Sir/Madam

                                We, Educon, a leading coaching center at South Kolkata, providing quality education to the students up to class 12 in all subjects of Science, Arts and commerce.
                                We had deposited Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand Only) on 24/04/2017 in your account no[protected] of ICICI Bank Ltd.for promotion of our Institute through your reputed agency.
                                But, to our utter surprise we have not received any reference of student, neither receive any call from any student nor any of your representative.
                                It is also unfortunate to mention that one of your representative, Miss Rakhi ( [protected]), who previously persuaded us for the advertisement and uttered lot many promises before payment of the money did not respond to us then after. She even didn't received our telephone call. But previously she promised that every month she will arrange to send at least 20 prospective and interested students contact, but in vain.
                                So, we request you to take some affirmative steps to promote our academic institute considering the value for our money as well as the high end reputation of Quikr.
                                However, if due to some reason or other it is not possible for promotion of our Institute kindly arrange to refund of our money.

                                  I have made the payment to quikr for upgrading my add to premium add and paid rs 1000 on may 23rd but my add is not yet upgraded. Some jay khade called me from quikr and offered me to convert my add to premium and i paid 1000 rs and now he stopped responding to my calls and even my add is not upgraded to premium so i need my money back. He provided me his number '[protected]"his email address is"jay. [protected]@quikr.co.in"and this number is not in service, this is his whatsapp number and he never replies. He reads the messages but never replies.

                                  So i decided to call customer service and guess what services are disgusting, i am calling for 2 days now, first of all, call center number never connects it always get disconnected as soon as you are about to reach concerned department, secondly premium services department is never reachable instead call always lands to"doorstep", you need to press 8 to reach"premium servies"and it does not matter whether you press 8 or any other number you will reach to"doorstep"department and then they promise that"premium services"will call back and of course that never happens. So i decided to write email and expected that they will reply and that also never happens.
                                  So i am done with these guys, i just need my 1000 rs. Back.

                                  And i paid jay khade from their sales department. He emailed me the following link from"[protected]@quikr.com"and i followed the following link to pay rs 1000 and now if you click on this you will see that it says that"your invoice is already paid."

                                  Refund my money and of course this was fraud.

                                    I paid money to quikr for an ad which was posted on it. I paid money to quikr because I wanted doorstep facility for it but quikr was failed in providing service so it's team called to assure me that they will give full refund of my money and I also received SMS from quikr that order has been canceled.
                                    My issue is that it's been so long time and still I didn't get my money back into my bank account as promised. It's not a good impact of quikr
                                    I want my money back into my bank account as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered a sofa on 18/5/17. However quickrdooesrep was cancelled my order because i am i coimbatore seller in bangalore. Some illness. So we cancelled ur order&cash will be refund 4-7days they said. But still am not received my cash. Ad i'd :[protected]
                                      And 20/5/16 also ordered another sofa in bangalore because i hope quicker but tat also cancelled. Ad i'd :[protected]. Within a week my cash refund to my a/c otherwise i complaint in court against u. And one thing am a editor of one famous newspaper. U cheating me. My situation like this. Ordinary people wat to do? Not refund i will write the statement to my newspaper about ur fraud. People will catch u. I want immediate answer otherwise i wil do wat i said mind it.

                                      I had a similar issue. They lietrally stole my cot. They did not return the cot to me neither did they send me the cash. ######. I also support you in any case of complaint you rise. Let me know how to file a complaint against QUIKR.

                                      Dear Both,

                                      I just stopped to book sofa in Quikr, They deliver the products within intercity only, but they accepts all the payments, then they will cancel the order, then we need to fight for refund
                                      They are doing 420 / fraud / cheated jobs

                                        As i buy a ps3 3/5/2017 ad id[protected] for rs 9139/- then customercare call me and they said there is no service avialable in my town i cancel the order and initize the refund request the mailed me with in 5-7days of working days. But i still i can't get refund when i call customercare 5 or 6 times everytime they said ur refund initated 5-7days. I need money as soon as possible. If i can't get refund i need file a complaint in court. I have all proof voice call msg everything. I need a answer from your side
