There is fraud incident done by one of quikr.com seller. I ordered sony playstation 4 (Ps4) game - gta 5 (Full name grand theft auto 5) price 1503 inr. And delivery was playstation 3 game price 100 inr.

The courier person has not informed me about delivery period or nobody has told me to come and check the product before delivery. When i am opened the box and its playstation 3 game, i have raised complain to quikr.com that its incorrect product. They are not ready to accept and telling that we just deliver the product not our responsibility what product is shipped and if its wrong or right.

I need my refund on this product and want to return it.

    Quikr Doorstop picked up my product to deliver it to a buyer but later they cancelled without informing me or the buyer. I sold my IFB washing machine and they went ahead and cancelled the delivery. Now it is in their warehouse for the past 4 months and they have dismantled it and stole all the parts and now they refuse to deliver it back. this is a big scam and i will make sure i post it on all the social networks. I will go down to their warehouse with police and deal with them.

      I bought samsung galaxy core from quikr with 7 day replacement and 6 month on site warranty.
      The mobile i got has broken display and worst battery.
      The mobile frequently powering off itself.
      I tried to contact quikr through mail and call but they are not responding.
      All i need is a good product in return.

        Please stop promoting doorstep facility. You guys are looting and cheating others. I posted an ad (Window ac) on quikr from bangalore and got an offer from a buyer who was in delhi. We called customer care and enquired about it as we both (Buyer and seller) were not aware of your so called doorstep loot. We both then went ahead with the deal and few people from quikr came and picked my ac from bangalore on 28-apr and told me that it will be delivered to the buyer in delhi by 6-may 2017. But today after chasing and waiting from last two days i got to know from customer care that the delivery is canceled as they can't ship the item from bangalore to delhi. This is pathetic, it took 7-8 days for you guys to figure this out and now i am not sure in which condition my ac will be. This is not the first case with quikr, you are cheaters. Any comments from you or let me know you guys are incompetent to do anything in this case for me so that we can think of other ways.

        Today quikr has returned my AC.They picked on 28-Apr-2017 and told me that they will be transferring the same to Delhi.Now it came back to me and I am absolutely sure it is not in working condition. Please send an audit team to check the health of my AC and I am not sure what quikr has done with my AC over the past 10 done or so.Add to that I have handed over remote and stabilizer with the AC on 28-Apr which I haven't received. I have all the photographs with me.

          I have purchased premium ad and my ad id is[protected] after making payment i didn't get any confirmation from quiker that the ad is active, premium or anything but the payment has been debited from my account. No confirmation of payment. No details of order. Iam sharing the screenshot of the payment details. I would like to say quicker is using one of the worst, third rate payment gateway and as a lot of online transacting experience from me i understood the value of quicker from my first transaction. And customer care team is also one of the worst disgusting that i had saw in my life that when we call them they will make us wait for a long time and the call disconnected automatically. I would suggest people that don't go with paid ad and you will definitely loose your money. I have shared this incident to more than 5000 friends in my facebook and for the loss of my money i will surely retaliate quicker how much i can!!! My mobile number [protected]

            Sold my phone on quikr who bought it doorstep facility. Transaction made on 2nd may, but says not yet delivered when you check status online or call customer service. But buyerr received it already on 2nd may itself. Quikr is not updating the transaction and giving me the same excuse that they are working on it. Matter is that my money is stuck, and everytine in call customer service they have no clue that item has been delivered

              Dear sir / madam,
              I made payment of rs. 19, 049/- for a item (Nikon d3300 dslr camera) on quikr.com on 21-03-17, as i wanted to enroll myself in the national photography course, this march-17, i needed a dslr camera, i was on a budget so i was looking for a used camera and found one on the quikr.com the quikr team took 7 days to deliver the item to me on 28-03-17. Then i, had only 3 days left to join my course, to my surprise the item i received was incomplete missing many parts and without bill and without warranty card which was promised on the site.

              The quikr company had also promised to “return if not satisfied” as the item i received did not have bill and many parts i asked them to return the product and refund my money, quikr refused to do so, which they themselves have advertised and on the bases of there return policy only i have purchased it from them please help to get the refund or get the missing parts for which i have made payments.

              I have emailed they no. Of time but they are not solving the problem.

                I have seen an ad in quikr. Finding it reliable i have contacted them for a maid. The agency had asked me to deposit a certain sum for security which i did on 20 of april 2017. Now the agency has been saying that it will send maid as soon as possible. But it is now 5th of may 2017. And they have stopped picking up calls as well. Was it foolish to trust quikr service when everyone raves about quikr?

                    Santosh from quikr called me for get a premium add. I told him that my event is within 3 days. So it's is urgent. He told minimum offer is rs. 2000 for 3 months. He promised that he will put the ad within 2 hours. but no response. My event being lapsed. And no matter after 3 days he putting my ad. i also found after that there are 500 rs plan also available for 7 days. but he given me 3 months plan for my 3 days ad. he is not receiving call.                       the item has not yet delivered and the delivery time has passed out. no information is updated regarding the product and it says pickup on 2nd march but its already 5th and it shows the pickup is pending i[censored] cant deal with the seller refund our money. quickly respond to us as i feel the item will not get delivered to us and do refund us if the seller is not responding

I said that i m not interested to given my acount number to any one... Previously i told her i m nt intrested. Her mail is below=

                        Hello,

                        This is Mrs Manpreet Kaur Arora once again. This is to confirm to you that i have finally send the cheque to you so that you can be sure how serious I'm ready to purchase the Coins. The Airline will arrive in India tomorrow morning by 8:45AM, while they will call you for the delivery of the package to your door once the airline arrive.

                        Please bear with me that the affiliated flight, Lufthansa Airline has no available flight from London (UK) to your own city, so the flight that is bringing the package will arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, Once the package is clear from New Delhi custom it will be deliver to you in your City through Airline delivery Agent, So you have to make sure you are available at home to received the package once you got a call from the delivery local Agent because you have to sign before they release the package to you.

                        Immediately you received the cheque you are to send your account details to me so i can add you to my beneficiary Account because it take 24 hours to get activation for transfer.

                        Also, the Airline official have charges me 70 Pounds extra which is 8, 500 Rupees for delivery of the package at your door step so they can confirm to me about the address because i need to be sure before i transfer this funds to your account. Once they confirm to me that whatever details send to me is real then i can have 100% assurance in transferring to you without looking back. I have added the 8, 500 Rupees extra on the cheque so you can transfer to the Airline delivery agent for the clearance of the package from the custom at Delhi. The total amount on the cheque is 18, 500 Rupees. 10, 000 Rupees for you as an advance payment and the rest 8, 500 Rupees will be transfer to the Airline delivery Agent.

                        Once you received the package by tomorrow, please make sure you deposit to your account as earlier as possible so the money can be credited into your account. You are to send me your account details where to transfer the rest balance once you have received the package by tomorrow.

                        I hereby attached you the Airway-Bill and the scan copy of the Cheque in the mail including my driver license in case they request before delivery

                        Waiting for your urgent response once you have finally received the Cheque. Please, also you should confirm to me how much it cost to send from India to UK by DHL or FedEx so i can include the amount in the transfer.

                          Hi Team,

                          I have ordered a wooden almirah in quikr but on the same day order has been cancelled from seller side but against the same order i have made a payment around 4500, even i called the team of customer care to refund my amount in Paytm wallet but they are not able to help me out and doing wrong commitment each and every day to wait 24 hr we will initiate a refund.

                          Requesting to please help me in this concern and take appropriate action.

                            I have taken support of RTO services for my 2 wheeler re-registration in Gurgaon, Haryana.
                            Offlate, due to SC ruling, all BS III vehicles have been barred from re-registration.
                            Accordingly, i have requested for refund of the advance paid amount.
                            Quikr_RTO, a week later accepted & apologized for not replying & promised to be kind reactive towards customer voice from next time.
                            but as usual it was again falsified even after providing all details, i am still waiting for the refund.

                              I have ordered my product on 26 april 2017. And for which company ask me to deliver my product in 5 to 7 days but today 9 day have past but no action has taken on my product.
                              Today i call quikr then they told me that we did not have this product in stock when u ordered it. But this is a fraud done with the consumer and every online selling company did not except order if it is out of stock but quikr did nlot told me and take my money.
                              O i want my money back and compensation from the company for keeping my money without any suitable reason.

                                I post my ad on qukier and premium it by one of your executive. One week has gone but still my ad is not live and no one responded properly. I received a message "dear swarnika aggarwal greetings from quikr! Your premium ad pack has been activated, as on[protected] with pack id pt206884delo7631546."

                                  I am a buyer on quikr. I had payment for ad[protected]Sony xperia c3 dual) i paid for this product rs.3601. But seller had cancel this pick up so i got message and call from quickr that i will get this total money in return till 5-7 days but now it has been more days. I did not get any money from quikr till now. I paid money with paytm for this product with transaction id number [protected]. This transaction has been cancel on 21 apr 2017. I am calling to customer from 3-4 days but every person telling me different reason and telling me i have to wait. Why not i am getting this money? It is my money and i am getting so many problems for it.

                                  1. Ref above mentioned subject vide Ad ID[protected] and order placed by my son Ankush Bose on 06/11/19 against Transaction ID [protected] and subsequently the item was cancelled from your side due to non availability.
                                  2. Registered Mobile No. of Ankush Bose [protected]. Near about a month lapsed but amount was not been credited in his account. Several conversation was made by my son, my wife and myself with the customer care and always there is a excuse that we are working on this issue and the same amount will be credited.
                                  3. Again I discussed the matter telephonically with customer care, they give me one payment ref No.[protected] and advise me to discuss with Bank but Branch Manager respective Bank totally refused that they have no business with that no to search out the amount. The same was informed to your customer care then they told ARA No will be given but no such no has been given to me or my son.
                                  4. Recently your Team Quikr has sent several message like "' This is in reference to the concern regarding your refund amount of Rs 5099. We apologize the inconvenience and are sorry for the delay in refund. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that the issue has been highlighted and taken care by our internal team on a priority. We shall revert you back soon after we receive an update on the same. We appreciate your patience and apologize again for inconvenience caused and will make sure that this instance is not repeated."'
                                  5. Now may I know who is responsible towards crediting this amount for Rs 5099. Who will compensate for such a abnormal delay. I became surprise as I never been witnessed such an irregular episode being a Group A Gazetted Officer in Defence.
                                  6. In view of above may I request you to look into this matter on TOP PRIORITY and arrange to find out the reason for the delay caused and arrange to credit the amount immediately to avoid legal complecations. My son Ankush Bose has sent you a mail giving his Bank details wef 13 Nov to till date from where it can easily be seen that Rs 5099/- has not yet been credited.

                                    A payment was made by a buyer on 21st April for my white color Apple iPhone 32GB, and pickup was scheduled between on the 23rd, but the pickup guy was a no-show. Then I complained to customer care regarding the same that very evening, after which i got a call the next day to reschedule for the 25th. The guy came at around 2 pm, verified the item, gave me an acknowledgement slip, and went on his merry way. A few hours later he calls to tell me that there was a duplicate request for pickup for the same item, and then informs me that he will cancel the duplicate request. Shortly after, both the buyer and I receive a message stating that our order has been cancelled and that the item will be returned to me and the buyer's money refunded. I then found out that there is no way to track my package or the payment on the site since it has been cancelled.

                                    I once again called customer care and apprised them of the same, and asked what would happen next. The customer care executive assured me that I would get my payment a day or two after delivery, which was done on the 28th. Between the 29th and 3rd of May, I called Quikr everyday as I sensed something just wasn't right, and I kept getting different reasons every time I called. Once I was told the payment has been initiated and the cash will be credited within 3 working days, once I was told that the payment initiation was never done, and once I told that nothing will be done because it's a long weekend.

                                    Finally, after leaving negative feedback for my transaction on the 2nd of May, a guy called me on the 3rd and asked why I left negative feedback. I told him it's been a week since the buyer got the phone but I haven't received the payment. Then he tells me that the order was cancelled and the buyer will be refunded his money. Like what the hell, now the buyer will have my phone and the money as well? How is this fair to a person who is putting their trust in a website, which seems like it's into doing nothing more than scamming unassuming customers.

                                    These people have charged us both a convenience fee of several hundred rupees each, while managing to inconvenience me so much, and also wasting my time and money to find out what is going on.

                                    Worthless bunch of thieves who offered no support and accepted no responsibility for their incompetence. Was finally only able to resolve the issue directly with the buyer who, luckily for me, was kind-hearted and understanding enough to return my item using his own money. The lesson learnt from this is use this incompetent website only to advertise your products, never use any of their thieving services.
                                    After two weeks of calling your customer care, and having to narrate my issue to them every single time, nothing has happened yet. According to the last email from your point of contact, he's still "working on the case", because picking up an item, delivering it to a buyer and paying the seller seems to be too complicated a task for Quikr India Pvt. Ltd. and its dedicated staff.

                                    I read some of the complaints on this site, and many of them are pure stupidity as they got duped by some bogus ad posted by a third party and are blaming quikr for it. But, in my case, I'm suffering for no other reason than the incompetence of Quikr's logistic & accounting team, and everyone inbetween. What good it'll do me, I've no idea, but here is the Ad ID:[protected] for your reference.

                                      I've sold a sofa set on quikr on 1st april 2017 (Ad id[protected] and it's been more than a month and i've not received my payment. I've written numerous emails and given so many calls but every time the customer care people says that tomorrow the payment will be initiated but today is may 3rd' 2017 no payment received. Please take action against quikr.

                                        I have made the payment ([protected]) for a phone on 20th april 2017. On the next day a executive contacted me and said the seller is not selling the product so, they will cancel this order. I said okay. After making several calls to them they finally refund the payment to my quick wallet. I transferred the money to my original payment method on 25th april and till today that money us not credited to my account. Quikr is fraud. Never buy from them. I need my money back.
