I have sold my product through quikr doorstep and the buyer made payment for same, quikr person picked my product on 9th May'2017 around 3:30 PM and this product is suppose to be delivered with in city around 10 to 15 Kms but still now they have not delivered the product to the buyer. From the day they picked my product we have spent more then 300RS in calling to customer care, worst service ever i experienced they give one common answer it will get delivered. I suspect they have lost my product in warehouse and now they are not able to delivery the product. Please do resolve my problem

    I had bought a wardrobe from Quikr dated 10th May 2017 having Ad ID[protected]. However they had scheduled delivery to my address twice but failed rigourously doing the same. I had been calling their customer service and they are only good to provide excuses without solving any such real time issue. As I already paid the amount an charges, I don't know when can I get the product as well. A true example o[censored]nprofessional ethic of the company. Also I had some pending amount to be refunded by Quikr which as on date is also not refunded.

      My ad id is[protected]. The product was rejected from the buyer end and quikr is returning my product after 4 business days.They have picked up my product in just hours to deliver to buyer but now they are taking lot of time for return. Their customer care service is so poor. I need to leave this city today and they are still delaying. I am really frustrated with quikr service.

        I made the payment of Rs19239/- for Iphone 6S 128GB having extended warranty on[protected] having the AD ID:[protected] and selected the Quikr door step delivery. They delivery me on[protected] at around 10AM when I opened the package the mobile was a fake cheap China mobile made of plastic of 64GB there is no bill . immediately I contacted the Quikr and told this they told me it can not be returned back because it is not opened under the supervision of courier boy . they have never told me that before delivery. I contacted the seller he is ready to take it return but Quikr is not taking it back .

        There was no action taken till date
        We are looking for furniture for our office. We saw an ad in quikr website. It says 6000 INR for that furniture. So i called and ask them they saying 13000INR. double the rate. Totally its fraud. I[censored] don't take action against this frauds, I will launch police complaint

          I bought quikr refurbished samsung Galaxy note 5 single sim. When I went to website, it had only information about phone condition, that's it. When I received the product, I got a charger which is very cheap not even samsung's charger, no headphone, no box only phone and a selfie stick. And the major issue is, the phone which I got is not an indian phone but Dubai's phone which is even worse. When I sent an e-mail to Quikr, they called and said that "on website we have some limitation and it is not possible to put all details on the website, if someone wants any information then he needs to call customer care and ask what is included and excluded". So, what I want? I want Quikr to add the information of the product on their website and then sell the product and if they can't do it then shut down this fraud business and cheating with customer. It is really fraustrating.

            I placed oreder for motorola nexus 6 excellent quality phone as on 8th may, my order id is 10238719 and sub order id - 379884. After passing 5 days this product is yet to despatch. Now i worry about whether this item delivered to me or not. I have called quikr customer executive last day, they said due to some technical problem this product was not despatched and assured me that it would be deliver by next week. I want to know why not this item deliver to my on your schedule time.. Are there any problem?

              Sourav +[protected] ur executive made me convert to premium ad by false promises. He assured sale quickly with his assistance. I paid the amount and made premium ad. But after that no response from him. I called him 2/3 times but he is not supporting in sale.

                Helloo Team - I got a worst response and worst service against Door step delivery. On April 20th 2017 I had purchased one HP printer and I had paid everything incl. delivery charges. As on today I didn't get any response and I didn't get my product delivery.
                "If you don't have service, you should not allow to make the payment..!!"
                I have sent many mails to concern deportment but, no use..
                Please justice as it's pending since long.

                I need my printer otherwise I want refund with benefits as it's took over time..

                  I Have ordered a Printer on 30th Apr from Quikr they gave me delivery date of 8th May since then they are giving me reason of shortage of man power, product is in transit will be delivered in next 48hrs, give use time blah blah and they are not even cancelling my order they are telling that once the product reach to me then only i can cancel the product this was my first and last time i ordered form this site

                    Quikr doorstep promises delivery of products from seller to buyer. In reality they take the money, lock the parties and give a harrowing experience when it comes to transporting. They are only capable of transporting small, dismantable stuff. Give them a one piece furniture or glass based, they shy away from the commitment till we lose it and cancel the sale ourselves. This has happened several times to me. There is similar feedback from people on the entire social media.

                    The doorstep feature has to be abolished. It is just an eye wash.

                      I have taken RTO services from Quikr on 1st May. Payed 2999 to Quikr for getting Duplicate RC of my car. After payment is done, I received no mail, no call from quikr. I am calling the customer care daily and they say a callback will be arranged but not yet arranged.
                      Quikr is totally fraud and they just follow for the payment but doesnt provide services

                        poor service form mail support also and customer care also wont attended the call if they attended the call don't listen what we says just like that they transfer the call . Mr ashwin is poor manager Bangalore don't know how handle customer and solve there issue and guide them, he know only how to not attended call while talking disconnected the call, I should try from different numbers . if my banner not post live, I will come to your place and I have call record's with prove I will show what support you guys give to clients.

                          Quikr not refunding my money when they failed to honor promised RTO service.
                          I had paid Rs. 4900 for paper transfer of my car through Quikr. After making the payment, they informed me that they wont be able to do the paper transfer, I was promised refund of the already made payment within 5-7 days. its been more than 2 weeks, and i still have not received my refund.

                              All the products delivery date already gone on 8th of May I ve got a call from delivery boy and he told me that he'll delivery the product ie two woode n chair by that day.                                 Every time I do a transaction on Quikr the delivery is such a painful process. Instead you can remove the free delivery option altogether so that buyers are prepared to arrange for their own transport. Random vehicles are arranged for Pick up without any idea of how big the product is or what care has to be taken in handling it. So much time and effort wasted at both ends when multiple vehicles are sent without any planning. PLS IN FUTURE CHECK THE PICS OR CHECK WITH THE SELLER ON SpACE REQUIREMENTS FIRST.

                                    My order id is[protected] and I have paid for a full size almirah worth rs 3389. When the product got delivered it was in very bad condition and damaged from top and bottom of the almirah. So I returned the product on 6th itself but till now I am getting a cal that I will receive the product today or tomorow in fact I am no longer needed nor interested of the product.For the same I have to get refund the amount to the original mode of payment but till now there is information available nor customer care have the information. Is that a kind of making false promise and cheating people.

                                      This is going beyond tolerance now. If you can't provide services then stop it. I have made my payment on 30thapril till now neither i have received the item. When i contacted more than 40times your team every time they offer me a callback but till i haven't gt any call. Your team's lack co-ordination. Delivery team doesn't know anything neither scheduling team knows. And today the date is 9may, still the item is with a quikr doorstep, the coustmer service is the worst, quikr team cut the call in the mid of the conversation, when i next time they put me hold for 45mins saying that transferring the call to their senior. Quikr you are in the stone age. You are not fit to service people to this morden age. Quikr please sell your company, go and work in "amazon" or "flipkart" and learn how to serve a coustmer. Don't kill people

                                        I booked an AD in Quikr to sell my Car and while doing the registration i was asked as option to pay for premium account and since i want to sell my car urgently I paid 458 rs through Paytm and got my AD published.
                                        The next morning Mr Farhaan called from Quicker premier department and he mentioned to go for another premier membership and he can upgrade so my AD have visibility in entire ban galore while the one which i bought will show premium listing for my Area only which doubted however since he was from quickr premium department i trusted and paid 2100 extra .Mr Farhaan initially told that he would send another link for refund and then he mentioned he would do it internally and ask to pay 2100 as the new package cost after discounting 458 RS .

                                        Finally when i received the invoice from quickr i saw it only mention 2100 as the package and both my premium ad were showing as published which eventually proved they sold me another package giving false information .

                                        I called their customer care later and they mentioned that there is no number for premium and he can arrange a call back . i got a call back from escalation team 2 days back and i narrated the story and he mentioned first package is non refundable and second one he would arrange another call back for refund and escalate as it is based on number of clicks .2 days gone and no one called.
                                        The hits which i was getting on Quick was also pathetic and appears forge as well as most ask general question and few who agreed to vist never happened.

                                        Finally i booked a FREE Add in OLEX and i was able to get genuine response immediately .
                                        The purpose is to make people aware of these misleading information shared by premium team so think twice before u pay to them ..

                                        I am also looking for the call back and refund which as been told to me by your premium team for the misleading information shared by Mr Farman due to which I payed double amount.Simply writing standard response would not work.

                                        The team from Quikr, Deepu who is their sales manager came to our office seeking listings for quikr and common floor which they have acquired. Once the payment was completed this gentleman disappears and makes every one believe that he is busy. This is because I am asking for a refund after getting fed up of their cheating ways
