Dear Sir,
We posted an AD in Quikr for selling our dining table. A buyer was interested for our product and Quikr logistics team picked the product on July 2016. We've sent an email to Quikr doorstep on 05th July 2016 for payment. There is no proper response from Quikr about payment. Even on 24th Oct 2016 (after 3 months). Later we came to know that the buyer was not accepted the product, As he was looking for a 6 seater (It doesn't look like a valid reason). We requested for return.

On 5th Nov 2016, we received our product in damaged condition. We worried so much as product lost its value a lot due to damage.

Since then it was with Quikr. Neither repair nor compensation had been provided to us so far. Also product is still with Quikr.

Can you please help to resolve this asap.

    I have posted an add for my mobile phone ...and one executive named ashish yadav has called me and said that give 1180 rs we will advertise ur add nd sale your phone within one month...

    Nd said that we will give u id nd passwords to see where ad is posted

    Now they are not replying nd picking my call

    I wabt to cancel the add and want my refund as soon as possible

      Gas refilling done on 25.3.17 through quickr services by super refregeration ahemdabad mobile no [protected] as per me they actually didn't get the leakage and filled the gas just to complete the job and almost after few days the cooling is not happening now n so i[censored] actually want to do something please send some smart workers to check everything...

          A fraud stole my 500 rupees. How can you not do a background check about the people who post ad. I just hate this site. I am not gonna let this site or that person go easily. The only way to resolve my issue is I want my money back. This site has wasted my time and money. 5 days that person has just wasted my time. I am not recommending this site to anybody. I need my money back. Trach that person down or pay my money back.

            it's been more than 15 days but till now i hadn't got my refund yet.
            always they were saying that you will get your money .previously they were saying that you will get your money back within 5-7 days but after 15 days
            but there is no response from quik even after i am mailing to them with my bank accounts mini statement as said by them
            please help me getting my money back.

              As per our previous conversation with ms. Rashmi, i paid the amount 999 inr, once more. But didn't get the service nor any reply for our previous complaint. So now i dont have any other option to go to logged a complaint against your company.
              Now i am giving you only one hour for resolving this matter. Otherwise i will do what is better to me. Defiantly bad for your company image.

                I posted an add on the website on 23rd of March 2017 and I got and offer and I sold that through doorstep. but when it reached the buyer in Tamil Nadu he didn't answered the call and the customer care representative told me that I will get my phone back. But it is 14th of April now I've not got my phone back. I've called customer care 4-5 times and they say that I will get it soon. this is worst service ever.

                  Money transfer was made on 7/4/17 (friday) for buying dog (Labrador puppy). No response till date 13/4/17 when we tried to call the seller for not having sent the dog or the money. His details are as follows:(Kavin7990, Mobile no: [protected], located in : Agaram) has a big farm at Thuckalay at Kanyakumari district.He is a big cheat. Everyday we are trying for his number as if we don't have any other job but he is not picking up the phone . He just tries to avoid us as much as he can. The only solution for this is, he has to refund the money Rs.4000 back, as we no longer ready to wait for his response. We have already sent our account number to refund the money but he is not ready to do so.He is simply ignoring the phone calls. We expect you to do the needful in this issue as we trust your organisation.

                      By mistake i posted a add in "service category" but intentionally wanted to post it in "job category"... A service category team member did call me. I explained him that i m a employer and want to post a job add. Instead of guiding me right he misguided me and said all the applicant in agra and gwalior will come to know about your add. But this was not his category to ask for money, he should guide me right that time but they don't give a damn value to money of others. He then asked for around 1839 rs to post a job add... Instead of job add it went in service category. They did'nt call me back neither receive my phone but for money they call 10 times in a minute.
                      I was tricked and feeling bit cheated by that quikr service member.
                      Now they have activated any other ad without my permission.
                      This things could destroy quikr soon. No one is going to beleive it.
                      Is there any honest man left in quikr?? Who can resolve my problem.

                        Hi,

                        I posted a free add, in an idea to sell my car. I got a call from a sales person named Magesh (ph # [protected]), stating like we saw that you have posted a free ad.. bla.. bla.. Then he told that the free ad is visible to those only around your area and buyers from other area might not be able to see your ad. And said today we have one day offer for 1500 RS, where every one on this earth can see and started to force me to take the offer. I did not accept it for the first day. the second day again he called and said the same offer is available, so as i was in urge to sell my car. I accepted. Then Magesh said everything we will take care.. and if you did not find any progress or even after 30 days if the car is not sold out, the ad will move from premium to free ad.. & you just let me know. I arrange the formalities to return your complete money back. So i waited .. for more than 30 days.. and at the 35 or 38 day... as the car was not sold out.. In the mean time i checked the add... I whatsapp Magesh and asked to cancel the ad and return the money. he said he will arrange a call from finance dept. for that also i have to force him for 3 days... I guy called from finance dept.. and i told him the details and he said he will arrange for refund in 72 hrs.. Now its more than a week still no response from them, so i called back and whatsapp Magesh.. no response at all from him.. So i mailed to management and they said they will investigate and get back.. thats all.. they also disappeared... I kept sending mails in the following days.. no use... I think they routed to space or ocean or marked as SPAM.. ...

                        I would suggest the Quikr management and their employee's to go street and start earning money by begging, instead of sitting behind walls and cheating customer's hard earned money.

                          This company is just a fraud. People sitting their, Jay khade, their manager Pramod mishra (both from quikr lower parel sales office) they all are just cheaters. When i called on landline to Pramod regarding my complain, i even heard him saying "tell him that I'm not here".
                          Never ever buy premium ad account from quikr. They all make fake promises and it is not just the sales team who cheats you, everyone including their manager, escalation department Komal (from horizontal department banglore) all are involved. While buying package they told me that daily i'll receive 25-30 calls, and in real i don't evenn get 1-2 calls in a day. All higher authorities literally know that their sales team makes fake promises to fulfill their target and still they don't do anything. Adding to this, they'll stop receiving your calls. And you say them anything, they all are so shameless and used to to all this thing that they just don't feel anything about it.
                          NEVER EVER DEAL WITH QUIKR. AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DOING COMPLAINS.

                            Hello,

                            I had order that is 10230902 .

                            No one send me the status of my order. Till the time I followed up with the company. On 31st March I was confirmed by Abhishek and Dada jaun that they will get back to with status after checking with the seller as the order was not with seller.

                            But I informed them that the product is still displayed on website. Then they just cancelled the order without giving me call. On 31st I got email that my order got cancelled and was not given call as promised by Abhishek.

                            I have to chase the company and I had written email twice to the company on 07th April and 12th April for the status of refund but no reply on email.
                            I talked to Divyanka in Quikr Certified as she was senior manager and she said that on 07th April the mail was forwarded to Quikr support due to some reason and that is the reason they did not send confirmation for the same.

                            Repeated Follow up first for the order and second for the refund has costed me 100 rs of my balance. I want the company to cut the amount from any of the above mentioned executives and set an example amongst the staff that lazy customer attitude will cost the empoloyees warning letter as well as salary deducted for poor customer service.

                            Its not about compensation its about poor customer experience.

                              Bought a product from quikr dorostep and the product i as not as expected Ad_ID[protected]. Initially before buying the product i was told that i will be five 5 days (since it is intercity order) to return the product if the product is not good or as expected. But i emailed within next day of receiving the product, the i don't need it. Now today i am getting a response from quikr customer care the payment to the seller is going to be initiated. How unethical you qukir doing, then what is the point in having such terms and conditions, to cheat customers?
                              I am ready to take this to legal arms at any extent.

                                Moreover, when I call on the customer care number and make requests for callbacks, not a single time I have received a call back.

                                    I'm sad that I had to write a mail to Quikr in this way. I'm experiencing the worst ever service from Quikr. Words are feeling less to describe the pathetic service from your end. All your customer care representatives are disgusting crooks, morons working like bulls in a China shop! I posted an ad more than a month ago, and after that I was called over and over again from your end by Vishnu Gupta, Mayuri and many other requesting to upgrade the ad to premium by paying 1500 Rupees. I had a long conversation with Vishnu Gupta and he anyhow convinced me to pay for premium service by promising to sale the product within 8 days maximum. I made the payment as per the deal. But to my utter unfortunate destiny after the payment I had been ignored like hell, that Vishnu Gupta has infact blocked my number. I have been suffering from many days struggling to contact you guys, sometimes I get to talk with other representatives also, but no response from them also even after a thousand complaints. I'm left out with no options rather than writing about this bitter experience in social media and requesting my friends to uninstall Quikr and do the same. I now need my money to be refunded ASAP.

                                      I was interested and contacted him by email :[protected]@gmail.com
                                      He send me a model form for my details.
                                      I sent him all the details and he gave me his account number ...as follows

                                      To my address.it was all genuine that I had no doubts on him...he asked money again that 2 items were packed in your name, I payed that also.again for service and handling charges, again for custom officers.I was frustrated and find know wat to do I payed all..finally gave delivery boy's watsapp num:[protected] named Mohd.he also asked money that the item is 3 numbers so demanded to pay...totally I payed rs. 72700 I don't trust him any more .pls help me make him to refund my amount.

                                        I bought ps3 video game dvd through quikr doorstep and made the payment on 30-march-2017. The next day i got the call from quikr doorstep for booking the timeslot for delivery of said product. As confirmed by quikr, the delivery or product had been confirmed for 02-april-2017 (Sunday). As i couldn't received further info regarding delivery, i called quikr on 04-april and they told me that the delivery couldn't be done as logistics doesn't work on sundays, this was surprising for me that for such a renowned e-com services, i got such a response. The quikr staff on call assured me that she is raising the issue and response will be received within 24hrs.
                                        Still as no response was received from quikr, i called them again on 07-april-2017 and the staff again told me that she is escalating the issue and will surely get the response within 24-48 hrs.
                                        This is very surprising and disappointing to face such issues with quikr.
                                        Please attend this issue as soon as possible as this doesn't put a good image on consumers.

                                        Can I get some response in this issue?
                                        Neither the money is refunded nor the product is delivered.
                                        Disappointed with such casual attitude towards this.
                                        I will certainly pass on this issue info to my known persons so that they won't suffer such issues using Quikr.

                                        17days passed that the payment was made. 15 days passed since the scheduled delivery date. 5 days passed since the information on details was conveyed to Quikr on this website.
