I'm here by to inform you that I saw a ad on quikr selling denon avr x-1300 7.2channel amplifier for 22000 rs.
I was interested and contacted him by email :[protected]@gmail.com
He send me a model form for my details.
I sent him all the details and he gave me his account number ...as follows

    I bought ps3 video game dvd through quikr doorstep and made the payment on 30-march-2017. The next day i got the call from quikr doorstep for booking the timeslot for delivery of said product. As confirmed by quikr, the delivery or product had been confirmed for 02-april-2017 (Sunday). As i couldn't received further info regarding delivery, i called quikr on 04-april and they told me that the delivery couldn't be done as logistics doesn't work on sundays, this was surprising for me that for such a renowned e-com services, i got such a response. The quikr staff on call assured me that she is raising the issue and response will be received within 24hrs.
    Still as no response was received from quikr, i called them again on 07-april-2017 and the staff again told me that she is escalating the issue and will surely get the response within 24-48 hrs.
    This is very surprising and disappointing to face such issues with quikr.
    Please attend this issue as soon as possible as this doesn't put a good image on consumers.

    Can I get some response in this issue?
    Neither the money is refunded nor the product is delivered.
    Disappointed with such casual attitude towards this.
    I will certainly pass on this issue info to my known persons so that they won't suffer such issues using Quikr.

    17days passed that the payment was made. 15 days passed since the scheduled delivery date. 5 days passed since the information on details was conveyed to Quikr on this website.

      Ticket No:[protected] I am so much disappointed that i am thinking why i choose quickr. my product is rescheduled two times and still it is likely to be rescheduled again. if you cannot deliver it why do you fool people with false promises. Please do not do that. it is spoiling your company's reputation very badly.i have wasted so much of my valuable time just waiting for the delivery, so please try to understand the situation. If anybody is responsible enough to listen to my issue, please fix it.

      I have taken leaves from my office just to uselessly wait for the doorstep delivery which never came. Now, i have lost all the trust in quickr doorstep delivery.

      Ad Id:[protected]. Same problem but with pickup. And due to failure to pickup, the buyer supposedly cancelled the transaction and the Quikr guys accidentally updated the transaction failure as Seller Changed Mind/Not Interested. Woah!! These guys need serious help.

        I placed an order for 2nd cupboard on the 9th of apr 2017. The cupboard was for 1300 inclusive of conveyance charge, and i paid and quikr took my money. And on the 10th they call me saying that the seller has cancelled the order because he won't be paying his conveyance charge which is not my problem. Quikr called me saying that they will return my money and i need to wait for 5 to 7 business days. And i refused to wait and then i spoke to customer care supervisor called geeta she said she will call me and update if the refund can be done today after speaking to the payment department and i said if they don't call me with an update i am gonna consider that they will either deliver the product or refund my money today and i clearly mentioned over the phone that no messages and emails are entertained for any communication regarding this. Now this girl has the audacity to send me an sms saying they have initiated a refund and i need to wait for 7days. This is wrong when i was running a transaction their website before it took me to payment page it said they are getting in touch with the customer which i assumed that they did if not then they shouldn't have said anything like that on the website or they shouldn't have taken my money. They should have waited to get a confirmation and then debit my money...

          Yesterday i got a call from quikr executive n told about there premium membership n i was also convinced by them and paid Rs.1001/- for bike ad but they people had activated this premium membership on my another ad which is not urgent to sell or it is not my requirement.
          Executive also told me that sunday means today they will send some enquiries about my bike for which i have paid as premium membership.
          After when i was known that premium membership activated on another ad where i don't required i call custmer care they told that this not our problem now u need to send email to our customer support email id.
          I have paid 1001/- but fees for this is only343/- this is mention on quiker mobile application.
          Now after this harassment i want my amount back.

            my ad I'd is[protected]...it was sold on Tuesday(4.4.17)thru doorstep..then quikr team called for scheduling and the pick was scheduled on (5.4.17).but it has not picked up till today..I haven't received any kind of calls from team regarding this issue..I called the quikr team on the same day and I keep calling daily regarding this issue..they just say the same answer again and again "we can re schedule ur pick up only after receiving proper information from the delivery team."I don't have my money now...I read some complaints in this website and I fear now abt my product..and I'm abt to buy a phone in quickr...but this inconvenience causes fear and trouble only..

              AD ID[protected], i made payment of RS/-7369 for this product on 3 April and the next day they call for the schedule & i gave them the slot of 10-12 morning and even i call them 10 times to ask for delivery and they told it will be delivered by the slot time but they did not deliver, on 5th also they did not deliver, today on 8th seller msg me that he not got any reply from quikr and he sold his product as that was urgent.. i & my hubby missed 2 days of my office waiting for quickr product delivery as they said it will be delivered any time on 5th but they not send... IF i paid the amount i want that product and its quikr responsibility to deliver that at any cost otherwise i will file case against them.. Even talk to Punit from SR. customer care executive & he said he will callback but he dint.. I just want that product or double amount what i paid in return bcz i & hubby missed 2 days of our office... But i want that product only...

                I ordered for a htc one e8 red colour 2nd hand mobile on quikr for Rs.7499 but when i recieved the phn it was grey in colour. Moreover when i inserted the sim card it was found that the sim card slot was not working. It is very depressing that a company like quikr is cheating its customer in such a way.The phone is having an onsite warranty of 6 months. Plz help so that i can regain my trust on quikr.

                  I got home maid solution... Home maid service centre in menerva circle. They have taken 7500as security but not given me maid yet... Not picking up my call.. Name of d person is kajal.. No.[protected]/675.. Its almost 20days.. Not even mail me d recipt.. They not refunding my money also. How can d's fraud agencies get certified by quiker..                   I am nishant same, and i stay in dubai.
                  Same thing has happened with me. I paod her for maid service in bhopal for my elderly family now
                  She is not answering any of the 3 numbers which i have got.
                  I deposited money for maid as my mom wanted it due to medical condition. On 11 march i deposited the money and now its around a month
                  Me my family and everyone is waiting and following up since then but that lady is simply threatening me and blocking me over all, i am helpless and i trusted the verfied of quikr tag for this service.. they are just not responding.

                      I want to complain against quikr for 5 seat sofa i purchased through their doorstep service/feature.

                      I purchased it on 20th if march 2017 & on the same day seller cancelled the order. I paid 5854 rs to quikr for the item. Once cancelled i was told by their representative that i will get my money in next 4 to 7 business days, since then i am calling in their helpline number & they are giving me new dates. Every time i call they are explaining me a new problem and till now i have not received my money back.

                      I request you to please help me in getting my money back.

                        The AD ID[protected] was a quikr doorstep I sold the table for 2500 and they are charging 250 from me for conveyance charge from the seller Wat rubbish do the shop man give money to sell his goods conveyance is paid by the buyer...fraud quikr cheats ...with they lousy techniques looting people's money previously used quikr door step and nothing was charged. Quikr go n bed than looting people with your cheap tricks. Shame on the management the ceo go and beg on streets than these crooks ways. I NEED 2500 DEPOSITED TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY OR U WILL FACE IT IN CONSUMER COURT...FRAUDS.

                          On Jan 23rd, we have paid Rs.16000/- as the fee(to SYNDICATE DRIVER) to get a driver for yellow board. We waited to get a driver for about a month, which finally they failed to do. Hence we requested for a refund which as per the policy as per the policy took 30 days. This time period is due now and still we see no traces of the money. When we try to reach out to them, they either do not answer the calls or they keep redirecting to another person who assures you a call back, but then they switch off the phones.

                          We visited the the company and they told us the refund would be done in 2 hours and now as always NO ANSWER.

                          Reaching out for the complaints board to take an action and help in getting back the amount.

                          THIS AGENCY IS AGAIN ONE OF THOSE VERY COMMON UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL BUNCH OF PEOPLE, WHO ONLY DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHEN THEY KNOW THEY'RE GETTING MONEY, BUT NOT WHILE RETURNING IT.

                            Hi,

                            This is regarding Advertisement ID:[protected] on quikr. I made a payment of 1056 INR for purchasing the commodity, however the sale was cancelled by the seller because of scheduling delays on the part of quikr.

                            It has been more than 15 days now since the sale cancellation and the amount has not been refunded to my Credit Card account.

                            On every call to customer care they just give me a one line statement that the refund has been initiated.

                              I had placed 2 Doorstep orders with Quikr. Team just schedules the delivery but never delivers it in the mentioned time slot. Website is so ill-managed that the user can't track his orders properly. Please wake up management, its high time you guys keep a track of your declining customer base. I can only see negative reviews and 1 star ratings for your app on the PlayStore of late. You are creating a lot of hassles for the buyer as well as the seller. Why are you charging a convenience fee when all what the customers get is inconvenience?

                                I paid for an item via Quikr Doorstep. No one ever called me to schedule a delivery. They then lied to the seller that they couldn't do a pick up the day after I paid because I was not available and pick up and deliverY had to happen on the same day. I called 12 times and i was told I'd get a call back but this never happened. Every person I talked to made lying promises. The worst is that I received NO UPDATES. they automatically scheduled delivery for a week day so I took time off from work, but they did not deliver WITHOUT INFORMING ME. i got the number of the driver from the seller and that's how I found out. Someone from customer support finally called back and apologized promising that the delivery would happen early morning the next day. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. worse, I finally got the warehouse number from the driver and the warehouse manager said that he received no updates and WAS NOT PLANNING TO DELIVER MY ITEM THAT DAY. I have lost time, money, and energy. I'm now talking to a lawyer.

                                  it's been 8 days since my transaction was cancelled due to some ussue from sellers end ad id:[protected] but till now i didn't got my money back.
                                  every time they are saying that you had been initiated from our end.
                                  i had paid for iphone 6s but the seller rejected to sell the phone and then i got a msg from quikr that i will get my money back before 7 days .
                                  please help me getting my money back asap.

                                    I had Paid for a service for applying a new 4 Wheeler Drivers license in gurgaon from quikr.
                                    After getting in touch with a quikr representative on call he asked me to pay Rs 3000 through a quikr gateway and then submit the documents .
                                    As per his communication after the payment is done one of their local representative from gurgaon was supposed to get in touch with me to take me through the whole process of applying for a new driving license

                                    Its been two months now, after followups and emails to the concerned person who was in communication with me MR amogh shetty, no further developement has been done, after i had payed them in advance nothing has moved further & moreover they have stopped replying to the emails, kindly help me through getting my refund done

                                      I purchased a rocking chair. I get called for scheduling a delivery, I requested Wednesday morning slot.

                                      They still sent me a message on Tuesday afternoon saying Item is delivered, There was no one at my home.

                                      I called the seller she confirmed that the chair was picked up .

                                      Where is the product, how can it be traced no response form the team.
                                      HOW do I recover my money . no response provided no action taken

                                        I have been sending/exchanging multiple emails and discussing with multiple customer representatives regarding this issue. But not sure if this is being escalated properly or not. Because i don't see any positivity towards resolving the issue. Instead i keep getting calls to explain the issue again and again. Please resolve the issue asap and transfer my money.

                                        In brief, quikr doorstep damaged my product during transport due to which the buyer refused to accept it. But quikr doorstep expects me to bear the loss instead of taking care of it. I should receive my money as promised during the time of delivery.
