I had given a request for rto service. And now as the process was not able to be completed I had requested for a refund. I mailed quiker. I contacted the customer care no one picked the call. I have paid 2500 odd money I need a refund please help me in this. I need my money to be refunded. As soon as possible or kindly contact me or provide me with a contactable contact details..

Motherboard i have received and it was in damaged condition quickr have told they are going to take packaging and packing and handling.
This Motherboard is in damaged condition not getting work.
Called quickr after listening to problem they have disconnected call.
Now they are not picking up.

    I saw a mobile ad on quikr and i needed one phone asap. I checked the details to the phone and the phone was described as a brand new phone. (Vivo v5 plus limited edition - who's actual price is around 25k, and the seller was selling it in 13k).
    The ad didn't have the option of buying the product online and i had to contact the seller personally on whatsapp. We made a deal that i'd be paying half amount initially and the rest of the amount later after i receive the product. He asked me to paytm the amount. I had no option since i needed the phone urgently. I sent him around 6500 right away and was told that the phone will be delivered next day itself.
    Next day i got a call from the seller that i need to pay more 5500 rs because of some security issue or something.
    All in all i paid a total of 11950 rs to him.
    After few days he blocked my number but the number on which i paytmed him the amount is still on and he doesn't respond to any of my calls. Being a student i am not able to do anything. A friend of mine asked him for his id proof.
    He had posted many ads with the products having the same price (13k).
    Quikr please i need my money back. This person might have been doing this to many people and committing fraud.
    The seller's name is chandru shekar (As told by him).

    I would be really grateful if you look into this matter sir. I am attaching his id proof along with the complain details.

      Hi Team,

      Would like to file a compliant against Quikr as Item was picked from my location on Saturday 29th April 2017 and still they have not deposited money to my account. On top of that they have removed my Ad from Quikr application and I am not able to trace it. Its really frustrating as they are holding my money to gain there own personal profits. I already had word with Customer care but of no use. Please guide me as how I should proceed further

          Hello sir,

          One marketing person from quickr called me and asked to take platinum offer and promised me of 3 credits for 3 months. He send me the same as bussiness proposal. Another mail was send for payment with an advertisement id and he asked me to pay payment with this link and promises he will make the adjustment for 3 advertisement credits later. Till now after lot of calls to customer care, i didnt get the credits and the invoice generated only has one advt in it. Please do the necessary for adding the 3 credits to my account or return me back my amount.

          Ps: i have the bussines propsal mail send to me by quickr.

          Quickr Not solving the issue, They are trying to find the loop holes ..Even they said the business proposal mail I got was send to me after I made the payment with out checking the initial mail date, They just looked into the forwarded mail date.Now they arguing with the payment link which I got .I asked them to talk to the guy who called me which they are not doing.Really Fraud business they are trying to catch, Primary business to catch customers with false promises.
          I paid amt of 2000 rs for premium adds and i did not recive any adds in my account i paid on 13 april still today no responce from quikr i submitted everything what they told but also ntg is happend by their team
          I mistakenly ordered two iphones, one is gold and the other is the space gray.I would like to cancel the gold iphone and would like to take the space gray one.I called customer service and they did not pick up my call.

            Dear,
            I have ordered (Purchased) mi pad ad id[protected] transaction id[protected] at 19 april via doorstep. Found it today 29-04-17. When delivery boy come i was out of station when i come in the evening checked the device found it totally dead not working. It is also insured syncnscan primary warranty by quickr. When i was called customer care they told me contact the seller they have no responsibility for it. Please resolved my problem i want my money back or repair it.

              Dear friend last sunday on 23/4/17 i gave it to quickr of 30850/ then quickr will take the product and call me on 27/4/17 that iphone is clone phone. Product has to reached gujarat state. I am a buyer. It has not reached till me only and from bangalore only they called it s a clone so you want to return it i said yes, see i did not touch the product it has not came to me but stil they are telling once the product will reached to seller we will refunf your amount. And refund date they are telling 16 days. Means total 16days +7 days means almost 23 days they will keep my mount. Worst polisy it s good for seller but buyer should always suffer in this terms.

              Do not try this or else you should also facing difficulty like me.

                I ordered iphone 5s (Seller name: itree) on 20th april 2017 and the mobile was delivered on 22nd april 2017. I came home and opened the package and turned on the phone. It seems worked but within 1.5 hrs battery went to zero without even using the phone, i didn't even inserted sim card and didnt do anything. Just turned on kept it idle thinking will configure in the night.

                And when i tried to charge the phone by using the fake adapter given by the seller within 10 mins charger pin got fired. After that i bought apple original charger and charged 100%. But from 100% to 0 it goes within 3 hrs without even touching the phone.

                Please do understand i am not even able to use the phone if i​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ use the phone the battery goes empty within 2 hrs. Buyers please be aware.

                    I have ordered the fridge from quikr. But they cancelled my order because seller has asked them that he will be able to ship after 2 weeks only,
                    I have received multiple emails from quikr stating that if you do the payment of above rs 500 you will receive the cash-back in paytm. But after doing the payment they failed to even answer my query on same mail and havnt received any cash-back yet. They are trying to make the customer fool by offering them cash-back.
                    I have bought another item from quikr
                    Now i am waiting for quikr doorstep delivery but they are not answering my calls and haven't delivered the item yet as against their schedule time

                      I have ordered one product from quicker fake site. After knowing that, Quikr is not giving door step service, I immediately cancelled the product even seller has also supported me. Since 15 days, me and seller are asking them for my refund amount but they are just entertaining us. Will do tomorrow, will do within 24 hrs. Same answers getting from everyone. If I know that, quicker is fraud and giving fake services then I never order from this side. OLX is much better than this fake side.. quicker customer care is literally harassing me. I'm requesting all of you, in future please don't order anything from such a fraud and fake site. I still not received my amount back. I guess, Quicker owner is very poor person. They needs of money. And there way of gaining money is like this only. Steal money from middle class person and live life. I'm going to file police complaint against you fraud people. Because I don't want other people suffer from this situation. QUICKER IS A FRAUD AND FAKE SITE. If someone going to be treated like this way please raise complaint against them.. let everyone know that, how fake this site is

                        After harassing me for a month they agreed on providing refund on 10 april. Now since then there's no update on refund. I've called them every 5-7 days they're just saying that its in process its in process nothing else. Provide compensation of 150% else i'll be legally fighting with you in the court.                           I ordered an unboxed smartphone from Quikr, paid for it by my debit card. I cancelled the order in less than a day. The order was not dispatched. I was expecting a refund in 1-2 working days.
                          But of course, I was told by the customer service that it will be done within 7 working days. Disappointing, but totally acceptable.
                          I waited for 7 working days, during which the many mails that I had sent were replied by a pre-written email templates. This was annoying, but okay. I kept mailing them, and got the same response.
                          At the tenth day(today), I decided to give them a call. After a waiting period and a few connected calls, the representative on the phone is telling me that the refund has already been initiated, and passively pointed out that it is an error from my side, and I need to send my bank statement's screenshot.

                          I agreed, and did it. And wrote a mail about the problems I am having as the refundable amount is 20000+, which is a huge amount for me. And I got a mail saying that "Please provide with the correct bank statement."
                          This is really getting out of my hand now, I am not being refunded and am being stalled.

                          Shopping(or, attempting to shop) at Quikr is turning out to be a bad experience for me. I am writing this under some stress, and I hope that Quikr figures this out as soon as possible. I need a good response from them.

                            This is venkat from Hyderabad. I had purchased mobile phone (Apple 6S) from your infamous website.

                            My order number is 10234275. I received the order on 19th of April. On the day of receipt – the charger has burnt. Moreover when I started using the phone, the battery is getting drained within 1 hour.

                            I spoke to your customer care – they said, mobile charger and battery is not covered under the replacement or refund. I am reproducing the terms and conditions below – where I am not finding any such condition.

                            You thugs have also not mentioned that this is a dubai based model mobile and this cannot be serviced at authorised Apple service centers.

                            Kindly revert ASAP.

                            Terms & Conditions for Replacing a 'Quikr Guaranteed' Pre-Owned Phone
                            1. The replacement process must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date entered by Quikr in this document.
                            2. The phone being replaced should be the same one that was purchased as part of this offer - it cannot be substituted for any other phone or item.
                            3. The details of the phone being replaced should match with the details entered by Quikr at the time of delivery - in case of any deviation from these details, the replacement will not be processed..
                            4. Please select the option in the form which will help us to identify the main issue with the phone..
                            5. The phone being replaced should be in the same physical condition that it was when the purchase was made - in case of any damages (both external or internal) made to the phone after the delivery date, the replacement will not be processed..

                              I bought a phone of (40 days old intex cloud tread) from kolkata 2200 on quickr, the seller canceled it, but still have not received my money back. Give my money back pyment id :[protected]. Calling the customer care executives are useless. An order of 3000 rs has also gone like the same. Why quikr has this much trouble in giving the money back? Are they out of business and doing fraud?

                                I ordered a product on 12th April. Today is 26th April and I haven't received it yet. Since then I have been calling them daily and they said that in 24 hrs it ill be resolved. Today I got the call from the delivery person, he assured me that he will deliver it by 1 pm but when I called back, he said he has some work and is going out of town.
                                Daily the chief executive is telling me that this has been put as a prior service and still nothing is happening. Neither they are delivering nor canceling it. I don't want it anymore. I have made an online payment. Cancel my order and refund the whole amount without putting any cancellation fees. Worst service ever.

                                  This is venkat from hyderabad. I had purchased mobile phone (Apple 6s) from your infamous website.

                                  My order number is 10234275. I received the order on 19th of april. On the day of receipt – the charger has burnt. Moreover when i started using the phone, the battery is getting drained within 1 hour.

                                  I spoke to your customer care – they said, mobile charger and battery is not covered under the replacement or refund. I am reproducing the terms and conditions below – where i am not finding any such condition.

                                  Terms & Conditions for Replacing a 'Quikr Guaranteed' Pre-Owned Phone
                                  1. The replacement process must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date entered by Quikr in this document.
                                  2. The phone being replaced should be the same one that was purchased as part of this offer - it cannot be substituted for any other phone or item.
                                  3. The details of the phone being replaced should match with the details entered by Quikr at the time of delivery - in case of any deviation from these details, the replacement will not be processed..
                                  4. Please select the option in the form which will help us to identify the main issue with the phone..
                                  5. The phone being replaced should be in the same physical condition that it was when the purchase was made - in case of any damages (both external or internal) made to the phone after the delivery date, the replacement will not be processed..
                                  6. Quikr shall have the sole right to make a decision with respect to the condition of the phone being replaced and which shall be final and binding..

                                    I had purchased an Electrolux 6kg automatic washing machine(ad id:[protected] paying Rs 5140/- online through quikr doorstep on 20/04/2017. But due to certain personal/professional reasons, I had to cancel this order for which I called Quikr customer care at least 4 times on 21/04/2017. Everytime I was told that the order had been cancelled and that I would get the refund after a deduction of Rs 200/- soon. I told them to send an SMS/Email confirming that but that has not happened yet.
                                    Also I was promised a Rs 200/- paytm cash on my any purchase above Rs 500/- as my earlier purchases, prior to this transaction was cancelled by the sellers twice. The details of the email are below:

                                      Bad service by Quikr RTO services. Couple days back, I have availed Quikr RTO services and paid 3000 rupees for it. But later, due to some reason, I I have to opt out of their services.When i contacted Renuka prasad(manager at Quikr RTO services), she told via email that they will refund my money within a week. This conversation happened on 10th April, 2017.But, till date(25th April, 2017), I have not received the refund money yet. They told me that they will refund my 3000 rupees in a week's time. But, it's been more than 2 weeks.. I am not getting any reply from them inspite of repeated emails. Kindly help. My registered mail id with Quikr RTO is [protected]@gmail.com
                                      I have asked them to provide refund transaction details so that I can track it with the bank. I have mailed many times but they didn't bother to reply.

                                        I have sold one product through quikr.com, name and id i have mentioned above. Product was successfully delivered by quikr doorstep service. I did't get my payment. After 7 days i start communication with doorstep team. There was approx 20 time followup with them. They provide me wrong transaction id. I shared my statement as well with them.in one someone shared detail, there was server issue. So that payment has been not done. We are re initiating the payment again. And after few days, they refuse the same thing.

                                        Requesting to all of you, don't use quikr.com, they are totally fake.
