    I had booked an I phone in exchange of my old android motorola phone and due some model differences the deal did not happen and seller had cancelled the deal. As per confirmation from Quikr. And the refund was supposed to be returned in 7 working days and its beyond that time and the response from is not satisfactory.
    While booking the i phone the exchange phone model was not clearly mentioned and at the time of delivery the representative was not answering to the queries clearly and the seller is registered in the name of Karma from Bangalore was very rude while talking to us

      I sold a desktop computer on quickr and they only giving me 350 cashback but the deal was of 400. against ad id[protected]
      the additional cashback is not given to me and its more than 20 days
      and your team is still working on it as they said to me
      and the same case for my cell phone purchase from quickr against ad id
      [protected] and i m not received the additional cashback amount.
      when i call in quickr their new executive who dont know anything said simply that we are working on it

        I have sold an item (Tv stand with trolley, ad id[protected] for rs. 800/- through quickr. Rs 400/- was charged for delivery and i was told i will be paid rs. 400/-. I was notified that the buyer has paid the money. The pickup was done on tuesday 26th april and i have the signed receipt of the pickup.

        Till now i have received the amount in my account. When i called the customer care they are saying that the pickup has not yet been scheduled and asked me for date when i will be available. I have not received satisfactory response for my queries.

        The whole quikr doorstep is very disorganized, there is no transparency to the customer about the status of the order. Even the customer care does not know the status!

        simply they taken material that's it .

        every quikr team member telling stories .

        my mistake is trust quikr and given my material .

          I had posted an ad for maid on quikr.com, then i got a call from janki maid agency from noida for maid he said he has the maid and he will provide it till next day. Next he came to my place completed the documentation and left the maid at home ; then i paid them 25000/- in which 22000/- was the contracts commission and 3000/- was maids first month salary and next day maid ran away in the morning 5am. By opening all the doors of my house and now that agent's cellphone has been switched off.please help me!

            I had purchased a product and made a full payment of rs. 2200 at quikr doorstep, but during delivery the seller cancelled. Did not receive the refund, no customer care is helping. Ad_id[protected], refund ending. The quikr guys do not bother if the seller is authentic. They do not even schedule the delivery until u beg them to do that. They are charging from both the seller and the buyer but not doing any good. They do not care about customer . All they care about is there cut. Fraudulent transaction. Please do not buy from quikr doorstep.

              Hi team
              Many days have passed since i have sold my philips walkman via quikr.
              But still i have not received my payment in my account.
              I have called many times on your toll free number but i am not getting a proper response.
              I am told that the item is still not delivered to the buyer, but when i ask the buyer he says that he has received the item.
              Then why is the payment delayed.
              I have sold many items on quikr but this time the experience is very bad.
              Please do the needfull asap and let me know by when i will be getting my payment.

                I have sold a monitor for 1500 on quikr doorstep and i received only 1100 as according to them convinience fee is 400 for heavy items ... im totally fine with the 400 fee for heavy items

                but the thing that bothers me is that i got 2 emails when the buyer bought the item that i will be getting paid 1500 - 100 fee = 1400 ... and in my quikr login id also it shows that i will be getting paid 1400 under order ID:[protected]

                and the worst thing is that i was NEVER informed that i will be getting paid 1100 whatsoever ... I EVEN CALLED the customer care twice on 28th and they promised me both the times that i will receive 1400 and now they say they have many new agents who might have made false promises which is another fraud

                and finally after getting 5 intimations from their end that i will get 1400 and with NO prior intimation that i will get 1100, they send me only 1100 after picking the item saying THAT IT IS ACCORDING TO THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

                kindly take appropriate actions against fraudsters and i have attached all the relevant screen shots from emails to order id in quikr where it says i will get a payment of 1400 ... it says clearly in the ORDER ID screenshot that the item has been paid, shipped, deliver and payment of 1400 to be sent also...

                kindly take relevant action so that they dont continue scamming more people and get back to me at [protected]@gmail.com for any information needed

                i got a call from them on May 3rd .. they claimed that they have sent 1500 and asked me to give a copy of my bank statement to check

                Firstly, they know they have given me 1100 as i can call their customer care even now who say that they have given me 1100 as per their "terms and conditions"

                Secondly, i have even mailed them my statement which clearly says only 1100 has been sent to my account and i haven't received any refund till now whatsoever

                they are just stalling me and asking unnecessary documents and asking lame questions as if they dont know how much they have deposited in my account

                kindly take actions against these fraudsters
                Even I am facing same problem with Quickr doorstep. They are biggest fraudsters & they should be banned from doing business by cheating innocent customers.

                They played same game with me for ad id:[protected]. Initially they said the convenience fee as Rs 100 and so I agreed the offer from buyer... but once the product was picked up from my place & delivered to the buyer... I got the shocking email which says that the convenience fee is Rs. 400!!

                Not sure if they charge the same amount to the buyer as well.. Overall they are making huge profit by grabbing money from innocent customers...

                Quickr guys.. shame on you... you will run out of business if you repeat this & don't compensate the cheated customers... India has changed now.. and you can't play cheap gimics here...

                Guys, stay away from Quickr... there are many other good alternatives in market.

                @Quickr: You should start a business model (doorstep delivery) only if it's transparent to customers.. otherwise no point in giving just adds to fool & attract innocent customers. Gaining reputation takes time & money.. loosing is very easy... you commit similar mistakes...

                Quikr — my number has been misused by someone

                Someone had put my number in quikr as i am searching for groom my id number is[protected] and my phone number is[protected] please block this number so that they can't put my number again

                remove my number from your website

                A customer care executive posted my number on my behalf. I don't ve any account with quickr. I tried UNSUBSCRIBING through SMS but it didn't worked. I WANTED MY NUMBER TO BE REMOVED FROM YOUR WEBSITE RIGHT AWAY.

                  Hi Team,

                  I've sold my cooler on 19th April with Ad#[protected] and Buyer paid amount on same date. Cooler delivered to Buyer on 21st April. Till date no mail from quikr with a link to update my bank details. So, I've sent almost 20 mails but no money received.

                  Every time they are giving same answer, you will receive in 48 hrs. If we explain them clearly, they will ask us to wait on hold and call will get disconnected.

                    This is in reference to my advertisement id[protected].

                    I am writing to you after a lot of excruciating painful efforts of trying to get my complaint resolved with quikr call center. I have spoken with almost 15+ customer service representatives, to name a few - priya kumari, vinod kumar, riyad, fathima, shekhar (Team leader), abdullah rawaha (Mary jasmine his team leader). Lastly, i asked for a manager, where i was transferred to partha sarathy (Manager).

                    Trust me i urge you to speak to the above mentioned csr (Customer service representatives), i promise you a great deal of frustration, especially when you have sold a product on quikr, the product has been delivered to the buyer but the payment is not been mader by quikr doorsteps to the seller (That's me)

                    Please read below the situation:

                    1. What was my advertisement about:
                    O i posted an advertisement on quikr android application for a used samsung ac with a price tag of inr 7500.
                    2. How did i receive notification from quikr
                    O i received emails and mobile messages post the buyer made a payment on quikr portal (Please refer to the attachments)
                    3. Responses from customer service representatives:
                    O the advertisement has been cancelled
                    O the buyer has been refunded the money (Without knowing the fact that the product sold by me is with the buyer)
                    O finance team was not informed about the delivery of the product so we did not credit the money to seller
                    O quikr will call the buyer requesting him to credit the money to my (Sellers) bank account
                    O partha sarathy promised me to resolve this for me, i am still waiting for him to call me back
                    4. What do i want as a consumer:
                    O why the payment has not been made to my citibank savings account (I have already updated my bank details as per the email and the mobile message i had received after the buyer made the payment to quikr)
                    O when do i expect the payment to be credited to my citibank savings account
                    O what is the compensation quikr doorstep is offering to make for my harassment and mental trauma this incident has caused me

                    Received a call from the social media complaints team from Quikr from Bangalore. The person (Shilpi) called to confirm if I the complaint was updated by me on the website. I will wait to hear from the Quikr team to credit the payment for my product sold and delivered by them to the buyer (Amit Choudhary). It's been 14 days since the product was picked up from my house by the quikr doorstep team (Govind).

                    TWO ADS POSTED WITH MY NUMBER

                    Two ads have been posted on my number but i have not posted them. Please inform me who has made this blunder mistake. The ad ID are- 1.[protected] 2.[protected]
                    Mr. Kaushik, from the media complaints grievance called last week with a promise that he will be able to have my Money paid to me. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from Kaushik, yet another false promising employee of QUIKR Doorsteps.

                    I have been copied on an email by Quikr to the Buyer Amit Chaudhary, pleading the buyer to payback the money that quikr has refunded even after the confirmation that the product was delivered to the buyer on April 21, 2016.

                    I am writing an email to Pranay Chulet today to see if I can get any help from the genius behind QUIKR. I shall copy the Head Ops Quikr DOORSTEPS Ms. Anamika Sinha along with her direct reportee Mr. Partha Sarathy.
                    HOPING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM QUIKR.

                      I have asked quikr doorstep services for sofa i bought from quikr and i though lets get out of hassles and i booked quikr doorstep to deliver at my door step
                      Its been more than 2 days its not delivered, item was picked from seller on 2nd may 2016 and its almost 30kms from there, why did i choose quikr door step. I wont recommend it to anyone

                        Quikr Doorstep is service provided under Quikr A service that allows you to buy sell products

                        In this complaint Quikr collected the product shoe rack in good condition from me seller with all the parts intact
                        They did not deliver it to buyer and after 15 to 20 days returned the product to me in damaged condition
                        Its so much damaged that I can not use it further
                        I tried reaching out to them but it looks like they are not interested in taking customer complaints and their customer care does not respond most of the time


                        Consequences:

                        Product that I was trying to sell was in mint condition please refer to the pictures attached

                        After Quikr handling of the product its in completely unusable state
                        Also I am attaching pictures of damage which clearly shows that some of the damage was intentionally done by Quikr

                        Relief:
                        I need Rs 5000 for damaging the product
                        I need Rs 100000 for all the mental agony and suffering along with time waste of calling mailing customer care again and again
                        This has impacted my work

                          This is regarding AD ID[protected], the wooden bed was handed over to me in hurry, creating an urgency and when I opened the packing I realised huge dents (few areas almost unrepairable) which were not there as per seller, I immediately called up delivery guy & quikr customer support and emailed them pictures as well about this issue, but no positive response. As they say I should not sign delivery note without inspecting.

                          This is very unprofessional, as you can look at pictures the kind of packing provided (without any bubble wrap) it is bound to get damaged.

There is a missing piece also in bed assembly & quikr assumes people to verify condition of whole packing of 12-13 pieces of heavy wood in 10 mins & sign delivery note and the moment you sign delivery note they are free from any damages done during transit or missing pieces.

                            Quikr is not returning the products they had taken from me as a service under Quikr Doorstep. After the initial 15 days of posting the ad, they were to return back the items. They have not and are just making false promises every day. In the meantime, I had to shift from my location (the reason for selling the products). Still, nothing from Quikr. Please help me get my products back to the new location.

                            Dear Quikr team,

                            I do not need calls from your support team. I NEED MY PRODUCTS back. Like earlier to posting my complaint here, your support team called up and made yet another false promise of returning my products in 48 hours.

                            Once again, nothing happened after that call. More than 48 hours have passed since this last call and more than 1 month has passed since Quikr is holding my products.

                            The intension seems to be to steal my products. Take action and return them immediately. You are attracting negative publicity from customers, investors and regulatory authorities because of inaction.

                              I placed an order to buy a second hand fridge on Quikr.
                              The Ad id and order no are:
                              Ad Id:[protected]
                              Order :[protected]
                              Order place date: 1 may 2016

                              I had raised an offer on 1st may which was accepted and i paid whole amount. The next day Quikr informs me that order is cancelled because the seller did not accept that offer.
                              I am not able to understand if the seller did not accept the offer how was I able to pay the whole amount which is with Quikr.
                              The person who called me told me the seller is not giving the product. I am sure it is not my responsibility as I am following all polices of Quikr regarding offers and payment.
                              On calling their customer care, the representative put me on hold for 15 minutes without any sound.
                              I am surprised the way Quikr has behaved here not respecting their own policies. However, if they have a policy where seller can cancel order AFTER PAYMENT ALSO, please send me the link of document where it is written.

                                Sold my old phone on quikr doorstep and the buyer has made the payment to quikr and also the phone has been delivered to him. But still no payment has been credited to me. Its been more than 10 days. Customer care people are telling that AD ID is not loading, also my number is not registered. Please help. I also have proof of pick up and the payment which has been made.

                                i sold my HTC DESIRE 816 mobile through quike with doorstep servis with the ad id[protected] and reference number- 7344 dated 23/04/2016. the logistic team came and picked my mobile and its showing that it has been delivered to the concerned destination on TUESday dated 26/04/2016 and from that i was told that within 3 working days it will be credited to my accont and as of today its not credited.whenever i m calling to customer care they are making me fool and saying it will take 1 or 2 more business day. i want to escalate it to higher authority of quikr and wanted to pou their feedback in internet as its totaly absurd websiten and they are making the cudtomer fool.

                                  Totally fraud company and cheating people in the name of door step delivery. Please do not buy & sell from quikr.
                                  Reference ad. Id:[protected]. Product sold buyer made payment quikr receiver payment from buyer quikr picked up product from seller quikr delivered product to buyer buyer confirmed that product is received quikr took account details from seller. Now here is the twist. It has been an week no payment done to seller. Customer care executive simply hang up phone. They say order is cancelled. This is complete fraud company. Now i am going to fight in consumer court. Say no to "quikr".

                                    I am buyer and my add i'd is[protected] i was promised while time of purchase (24/04/16) that product will be dilivered by (25/04/16) and now it's more than a week 2/05/16) but there is no update .. When ever i call quicker (5 times) they promise a call back in 1 hour but that never happened..
                                    Worst customer sirvice they don't even give ticket number to follow up.
                                    Looking forward in regards to my issue.

                                      I have posted an Ad on Quikr for double bed, Ad id is[protected]. I have received couple of offers and one I accepted, after that I got a call from Quikr to schedule the pickup. The pickup is scheduled and the item is picked up from my home but the pick up guy did not gave any acknowledge slip. Now it is almost 20 days I have not received money in my account. I am calling the customer care and every-time they say they will resolve the issue in 24 hours but it never happened. I have sold the item on behalf of one of friend now i have to pay him the cost of that item.

                                      The complaint is resolved. After positing complaint here within a hour I got a call from quikr and the guy told that he will take this issue with priority and resolve as soon as possible. He also shared his email id (in case I dont receive money in 24 hr). But then I received money in my account on time.

                                        They picked my product on time.
                                        But due to bad response from quickr i deleted my ad.
                                        But the product is yet in the warehouse..
                                        Its almost been 2months i have made the compliant but they just say within 24hrs we will call you back..
                                        Worst service in world..
