This is in reference to my advertisement id[protected].
I am writing to you after a lot of excruciating painful efforts of trying to get my complaint resolved with quikr call center. I have spoken with almost 15+ customer service representatives, to name a few - priya kumari, vinod kumar, riyad, fathima, shekhar (Team leader), abdullah rawaha (Mary jasmine his team leader). Lastly, i asked for a manager, where i was transferred to partha sarathy (Manager).
Trust me i urge you to speak to the above mentioned csr (Customer service representatives), i promise you a great deal of frustration, especially when you have sold a product on quikr, the product has been delivered to the buyer but the payment is not been mader by quikr doorsteps to the seller (That's me)
Please read below the situation:
1. What was my advertisement about:
O i posted an advertisement on quikr android application for a used samsung ac with a price tag of inr 7500.
2. How did i receive notification from quikr
O i received emails and mobile messages post the buyer made a payment on quikr portal (Please refer to the attachments)
3. Responses from customer service representatives:
O the advertisement has been cancelled
O the buyer has been refunded the money (Without knowing the fact that the product sold by me is with the buyer)
O finance team was not informed about the delivery of the product so we did not credit the money to seller
O quikr will call the buyer requesting him to credit the money to my (Sellers) bank account
O partha sarathy promised me to resolve this for me, i am still waiting for him to call me back
4. What do i want as a consumer:
O why the payment has not been made to my citibank savings account (I have already updated my bank details as per the email and the mobile message i had received after the buyer made the payment to quikr)
O when do i expect the payment to be credited to my citibank savings account
O what is the compensation quikr doorstep is offering to make for my harassment and mental trauma this incident has caused me
