Dear Sir, I ordered a cooler on 15 Apr 16, online from http://www.quikr.com/
Following there horrible service ( Inspite promising delivery with 24 hrs), the order was cancelled finally on 19 Apr 16. Since then, No refund has been initiated from there end. Call was done various times on their support numbers, but its really a very horrible service....

I have posted an ad on quikr regarding selling my phone on quikr. SO by using your quikr scanner app my mobile got 97 points out of 100 and gauranteed price of 8272 from quikr. Ihave also submitted my bank details with the quikr .But still i have not recieved any call from quikr and when i call on custoner care no one pics up the phone on quikr x extension.

This is regarding Ad[protected], I am the seller. Quikr has taken my product on 24th April, and has delivered the seller on 27th April. i am still waiting for my money for this product.
When ever i call quikr, they are promising me that Money will be credited to my account in another 24 hours. they keep on doing the false promises. i am not sure how to resolve this issue. i am supposed to get 8501/- for my sofa set....

I've gone through a exchange offer with an order id 10154802. Order has been placed on 5th May'16 and got a confirmation text that estimated delivery time is 4-8 days from the order date. Today's the 7th day & haven't heard any further update about my order. Called the customer service number & they saying it will take 15days more.
What's going on? Why don't you stick with the promise you did?

Recently, i advertised on quikr for sale of my refrigerator (Ad no.[protected] and my price was rs. 3500. After a few days, i received a message from quikr that a person has offered rs. 3500 for the fridge and asking me to accept or decline the offer. This massage also said that i will earn a cashback up to rs. 200 and free pickup. I accepted the offer, but to my disappointment, i was paid only rs. 3100 after deducting rs. 400 as convenience...

I have sold one Almirah on quikr whose AD ID is[protected]. Its been like 15 days time when doorstep team has picked up the product from my place and delivered it to the buyer. Now past 10 days i am doing multiple followup with your customer care team and every time they are lying about payment transfer. This is not the first case i have called quikr so much time. It been like 2-3 cases where i have sold the item and buyer has made the payment...

I made a pickup from my home (Seller account -Satish Chand) on 8th May, 2016 at 1:45PM for BPL Washing Machine Ad Id :[protected] for an Hour journey to Buyers Place. I confirmed with the buyer as well as the transport service about the delivery of the product.

Still no payment has been initiated as of now. I have been kept calling the support center of quikr from the last 3 days for escalating the complaint...

I bought a phone from quikr... The half screen is not working.. I called many times to quikr... They just gave me fales excuses...
I want my money back or replacement...
Also on description their is no mention of problem... Also i buyed waaranty of 3 months @1 rs... From quikr doorstep...
If my query isn't solved i will approach to consumer court...

It has been almost 2 months that i ordered a refurbished phone order # 10104256 from quikr which was a micromax having 1 gb of ram. The phone was delivered defective, quikr replaced the phone with one having 512 mb ram which was wrong on their path.
After operating the phone for a few days, i got to know of it and i called quikr but i keep calling...

Horrible door step service.. Never stick to words they promise. If Quikr is providing the service they should see tht it is done but it doesn't happen so. The customer service is non sense. They don't know how to respond politely to a customer. They think we are here to time pass.
When such platforms is provided to customer it should be taken care.
Never go with Quikr...

i sold a product on April 6th with Ad id :[protected], and the product was picked up and delivered on April 12th after much hassle. Later i waited for 1 week for money getting credited, but i found the status of Ad is cancelled, after so many complaints and talking to customer care the Ad was updated to delivered and i received a message on April 23rd that product got delivered and payment is initiated. I called up customer care...

I advertised 'sale of office table' vide ad id[protected] and it was sold for rs. 450 vide offer id:[protected]:32pm, 27-apr-16. Quikr took delivery of office table from me. I got following confirmation :

It was the first and probably last time i have placed an order at quikr yesterday afternoon for a wooden wardrobe... Post placing an order i went out of my home and suddenly my phone got discharged for an hour... Hello sir, on 03 may 2016 i purchased used whirlpool refrigerator through quikr online; payment also made on same day; but till now i didn't get the fridge; almost 10-12 times i contacted quikr customer care; sometimes they told item is not pickup., some times they told call to logistics department; some times they told today possible like wise they telling; no body responsable; when ever i mail to quick customer care; they send same type...
