I Buy moto x style on quikr date of 24 apr and pay online 18601 .but due to some reason i cancelled my order on date of 26 april.
And i said for refund money to quikr doorstep mail service and they replied i refund your money within 7working days but they did'nt refund my money after 7days . Then i again say for refund my money and also gave passbook detail then natasha named lady mailed by quikr and said refund my money within 2 days but now not refund my money . Sir it's irritating now 15 day after they not refund my money please help me sir .

    Quikr is a FRAUDULENT website with absolutely no customer service!! I bought a chair on the website. After online payment, they stopped replying to my emails. Their support phone number is not operational. Finally when they tried to deliver after over a week's delay, I rejected the delivery. After asking for a refund, they again kept ignoring my requests. Finally after a month they're saying that the chair was delivered and the payment has been made to the seller! When I asked them to investigate and find the documents for delivery, they've stopped replying to me.
    This is an obvious case of FRAUD!! If Quikr doesn't respond to my requests soon, I'll be forced to reach out to the consumer court for resolution.
    In any case, this has been a giant waste of time and big hassle. Avoid this website if you want any peace of mind.

      My name is mohd dilshad saifi.I have ordered on 28april as unboxed oneplus one 64gb variant from quicker x by cash on delivery and get delivery on 02/05/2016 by paid 11, 516rs after get delivery open box which was mentioned as 64gb variant but inner box mentioned16gb, then at same day i gave request to return the product after returning request, person from quickr taken mobile from me on 08/05/2016 and gave me a return pickup sheet with AWB:QkR0000470.Till now i have not get back my mobile.
      So please take action about it..

And they gave the slip... Now order had to be delivered on 9 may but due to some reasons.. The buyer return up my product on 9 may. So now there is 4days after return.             Hi my name is abhishek, i posted an ad regarding my phone (Samsung galaxy s duos). I found a buyer for my phone and the delivery came to pickup my phone and told me that i will receive my money in 2-3days.

            After a week also i didn't received my phone then i mailed support team for quikr doorstep delivery, they replied that my order has been cancelled and told me that i will receive my phone in a week.

            It's been more than a month and i have mailed them multiple times but no replies.

            As token of proof i also have the receipt which the delivery guy gave me during my phone pickup.

                I had purchased add for educational sector with executive and his manager. As i was already taken adds earlier in education sector only. We specified the executive mr ashok sagar (Bangalore) we required only education sector not any job sector but the executive and the manager mr promaod subramaniam & chandrakumar given us false information to reach their target and given us jobs add which we are not into any consultancy. We have told we are purely into education sector. Even we told the call center also that we have opted for educational service not for job. There is very shrude response from the manger they are not giving any proper support the will not responding to our calls. We have paid rs.11450/ (Transaction id apr2406a). We want to convert this in to education service for premium adds as 550 adds 1year validity which we have received offer from quikr or refund. If you people fail to change or refund the amount we will take legal action and go with consumer court on quikr and the manger. Hope we will get immediate response on the same... As we are existing client for quikr.

I saw add in quikr and made a online payment of 3500 for samsung j1 as per there site .. then started problem they said once product is delivered it shud checked and received but I had holiday on sun and mon . They said they will schedule delivery on the same day u will get product .. there service is so worst this people won't call properly and schedule . They don't have proper service .. they have a horrible and worst procedures . No proper response . After so much of stress I just cancelled the order . Now each time I call this fellows ask me for add I'd and again same .. no refund happening . They said they will send link for filling bank detail no link has been sent . Too much fraud can any one help me out

                    This mail is to bring a matter to quikr’s notice about mr. Hassan ali who posted an advertisement on quikr regarding a sale of a sony ps4 500gb with two controllers for 19, 000 inr, the person mr. Hassan ali who claims to be in sales department of credo mobiles has misappropriated and fraudulently asked for an advance of 5, 000 rupees on the first day which is as mentioned in the advertisement. He told that he would ship the commodity, after which i have to pay the 10, 000 inr. He failed to deliver and came up with an excuse that he will have to confirm the 10, 000 inr on which the bank will issue a slip and on showing that he would proceed with my shipment, i refuse to pay him until he coaxed me and added me up on facebook and said to pay the deposit otherwise he wouldn’t proceed with the dispatch and on confirming it he would issue my fedex tracking number. He left me with no choice and i had to pay the deposit so that he can proceed and issue me the tracking id without delay. The next day he asked for 5000 rupees so that he can pay for the insurance and freight charges and he updated me that the ps4 is ready to be dispatched and i will be delivered soon, after that the phone was not reachable.

I never expected this out of quikr despite all the promotion that goes around with the famous “no fikar bech quikr”. Quikr should really see into the merits of the account holders and verify before they start robbing people with all the more mala fide intentions.

SO by using your quikr scanner app my mobile got 97 points out of 100 and gauranteed price of 8272 from quikr.                           This is regarding Ad[protected], I am the seller. Quikr has taken my product on 24th April, and has delivered the seller on 27th April. i am still waiting for my money for this product.
                          When ever i call quikr, they are promising me that Money will be credited to my account in another 24 hours. they keep on doing the false promises. i am not sure how to resolve this issue. i am supposed to get 8501/- for my sofa set.

                          No one contacted me till now. You people are nicely looting money from customers. Don't you have Shame to loot others money.
                          Guys, dint trust Quikr, not just my case. There are many people like me suffering from the same issue. They will take money from buyer, And product from seller and will play with customers.

                          I never will make a deal with quikr again. No one responded till now. That's the beauty of quikr.
                          No one contacted me till now on this. Quikr not taking issues seriously . They are playing with the peoples money ..

                              I've gone through a exchange offer with an order id 10154802. Order has been placed on 5th May'16 and got a confirmation text that estimated delivery time is 4-8 days from the order date. Today's the 7th day & haven't heard any further update about my order. Called the customer service number & they saying it will take 15days more.
                              What's going on? Why don't you stick with the promise you did?
                              I've removed the complete data from old phone & packed it because I'm waiting for a new one. Its almost week & I'm without phone.
                              Who will compensate for this?

                                Quikr doorstep - hidden convenience charges

                                Recently, i advertised on quikr for sale of my refrigerator (Ad no.[protected] and my price was rs. 3500. After a few days, i received a message from quikr that a person has offered rs. 3500 for the fridge and asking me to accept or decline the offer. This massage also said that i will earn a cashback up to rs. 200 and free pickup. I accepted the offer, but to my disappointment, i was paid only rs. 3100 after deducting rs. 400 as convenience...

                                I have sold one Almirah on quikr whose AD ID is[protected]. Its been like 15 days time when doorstep team has picked up the product from my place and delivered it to the buyer. Now past 10 days i am doing multiple followup with your customer care team and every time they are lying about payment transfer. This is not the first case i have called quikr so much time. It been like 2-3 cases where i have sold the item and buyer has made the payment and quikr team is not coming for item pick up. I am pissed off with the kind of services they are providing. No department is in sink for any single transaction and after multiple followup they do not respond

                                  I made a pickup from my home (Seller account -Satish Chand) on 8th May, 2016 at 1:45PM for BPL Washing Machine Ad Id :[protected] for an Hour journey to Buyers Place. I confirmed with the buyer as well as the transport service about the delivery of the product.

                                  Still no payment has been initiated as of now. I have been kept calling the support center of quikr from the last 3 days for escalating the complaint but still I haven't got an appropriate resolution from their side too.

                                  I have registered multiple complaint on [protected]@delhivery.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com but no coreective action has been taken as of now.

                                  Kindly do look at the needful or else revert the selling as soon as possible.

                                    I bought a phone from quikr... The half screen is not working.. I called many times to quikr... They just gave me fales excuses...
                                    I want my money back or replacement...
                                    Also on description their is no mention of problem... Also i buyed waaranty of 3 months @1 rs... From quikr doorstep...
                                    If my query isn't solved i will approach to consumer court...

                                      Hello.
                                      My name is shelton george of picnic garden rd, kolkata 39.

                                      It has been almost 2 months that i ordered a refurbished phone order # 10104256 from quikr which was a micromax having 1 gb of ram. The phone was delivered defective, quikr replaced the phone with one having 512 mb ram which was wrong on their path.
                                      After operating the phone for a few days, i got to know of it and i called quikr but i keep calling and calling to speak to representatives just to be told some type of excuse.

                                      I sincerely need help for them to either replace the phone with one having 1 gb ram or refund me the amount of over ₹ 3100/-. I feel cheated.
                                      Please help. Thank you very much.
