Also on description their is no mention of problem... Also i buyed waaranty of 3 months @1 rs... From quikr doorstep...

    Hello.
    My name is shelton george of picnic garden rd, kolkata 39.

    It has been almost 2 months that i ordered a refurbished phone order # 10104256 from quikr which was a micromax having 1 gb of ram. The phone was delivered defective, quikr replaced the phone with one having 512 mb ram which was wrong on their path.
    After operating the phone for a few days, i got to know of it and i called quikr but i keep calling and calling to speak to representatives just to be told some type of excuse.

    I sincerely need help for them to either replace the phone with one having 1 gb ram or refund me the amount of over ₹ 3100/-. I feel cheated.
    Please help. Thank you very much.

      I had sold my Bajaj Pop Up Toaster through Quikr Door Step on 14.03.16. Now 55 days have passed. During this period lot many mails were given and lot many telephonic conversation happened. But unfortunately I have not recd the money till date. The details are as given below

      During this period Madam Natasha Sobti and Sayeeda Amreen were at the helm of affairs.

      I, think your call centre employee as well as Back end persons were not competent enough to solve even these petty issue.

      Would any senior competent person will look into it abnd arrange to provide money to me.

      Otherwise, it appears that Quikr is a fake site and befooling people through doorstep and this type of news should be given to Pahredar/ Media to bring truth before the masses.

        Horrible door step service.. Never stick to words they promise. If Quikr is providing the service they should see tht it is done but it doesn't happen so. The customer service is non sense. They don't know how to respond politely to a customer. They think we are here to time pass.
        When such platforms is provided to customer it should be taken care.
        Never go with Quikr

          Hi,
          i sold a product on April 6th with Ad id :[protected], and the product was picked up and delivered on April 12th after much hassle. Later i waited for 1 week for money getting credited, but i found the status of Ad is cancelled, after so many complaints and talking to customer care the Ad was updated to delivered and i received a message on April 23rd that product got delivered and payment is initiated. I called up customer care on May 3rd ( after 10 working days) asking for status, they mention that money got credited on April 12th itself. how can that happen? finally after calling customer care for 10 times i got an update on May 5th that money has been credited to the buyer and now the buyer has the product as well as the money. I have sent mails to quikr (Ticket No:[protected]) and called up quikr for solving the issue but no one responds and cares too. What should i do

            I advertised 'sale of office table' vide ad id[protected] and it was sold for rs. 450 vide offer id:[protected]:32pm, 27-apr-16. Quikr took delivery of office table from me. I got following confirmation :
            Congratulations! We would like to inform you that the payment has been initiated to your account for the ad id[protected] as on 3rd of may and the same will be credited to your account with in 3-4 working days.

            Till now i am following up with quikr but no resolution is given. Every time i got following standard reply.
            We regret for the inconvenience caused, we escalated the issue with the finance team, they working for the same, we will revert you back soon as possible.

            Kindly look into the issue as till today i have not received payment.

              Dear team quikr,

              It was the first and probably last time i have placed an order at quikr yesterday afternoon for a wooden wardrobe... Post placing an order i went out of my home and suddenly my phone got discharged for an hour... When i switched on my phone i got a message that quikr team was trying to reach me and ask me to contact on the [protected]... I tried reaching on the number @8:30 in the evening... But could not able to connect... Today i received a message from my banker that my payment is reversed back in my cc account... I was shocked and surprised that how come my money came back.. I tried reaching on all sort of numbers available for quikr customer care and everybody was just redirecting me on other number... At last i came to know that my order was cancelled because they could not able to reach me for 2 days... I dont know how it become two days when they only tried reaching me yesterday evening and i placed the order on yesterday only... Again surprised...

              For me it is really a shocking service level... But for you: loss of business... I dont know if i am the only one client or so many like me you lost because of your logistic partners probably...

                He took card details, cvv numbers etc on phone.

                post which some amount is debited from my card.

                I have yet not received call nor credit of the amount. this is vicious cycle of frauds

                  Hello sir, on 03 may 2016 i purchased used whirlpool refrigerator through quikr online; payment also made on same day; but till now i didn't get the fridge; almost 10-12 times i contacted quikr customer care; sometimes they told item is not pickup., some times they told call to logistics department; some times they told today possible like wise they telling; no body responsable; when ever i mail to quick customer care; they send same type of messages; i.e., our representative call to you to speedy take necessary action., but still nobody call me what exact status of delivery., i am so frustation whether they are deliver the item or not., pls take action this type of fraudulent organaisation., they are doing waste of my time., pls respond sir

But my paytm cashback is not receive in my paytm wallet and not in also seller account. after that i have send mail to quiker support at two times. but they said
                    As inform you earlier, we would like to inform that the cash back AD ID:[protected] of Rs.400 has been initiated to your paytm wallet number on 27th of April. We would request you to kindly sing up with in 5 days from date of initiation, post singing up the cash back will expired.

                      I have sold my air Cooler through ad ID:[protected], they picked up and delivered to buyer [protected]@gmail.com ([protected]). After that Buyer had cancelled the item and buyer also mentioned that quikr has picked up the item for the return. Buyer received the amount back. But i the SELLER not received Item back or payment for sold item. I am writing email to quikr teams i, e [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com. But there is no proper response.

                      Please don't sell your products through quikr. They are just cheating customers.

                        Your website is dead!! It doesnt allow us to refresh the ads, throwing error. And in the mobile app, even my posted ads are not visible!! And importantly, none of my ads are being rotated!!. If you think that I am the only person to complain about it, then NO!! I have many of my colleagues who are complaining about this!!. So that means, what you are running is a fraud company!! If this doesnt stop, then my next stop will be the media! The same media where you spend crores of rupees but fail to give service to customers like me!!

                        You called me in the morning and said that everything is solved and within half hour i can refresh my ads!! Now I will add one more charge to my list of complaints!! LIARS!! QUIKR IS FULL OF LIARS!!

                        PLEASE REMEMBER!! YOU, YOUR EMPLOYEES AND EVEN YOUR COMPANY CEO ARE LIVING OFF THIS FRAUD MONEY THAT YOU ARE CHARGING US!! AND IT WILL NOT DO ANY GOOD!!

                          Hi my name Abhijeet my ad id no is[protected], I have posted a ad on 9th April to sell my sofa cum bed, quickr door step came and picked up on 11th april, gave me seller confirmation copy, my ad is not live I have made several call & emails no response, I have got standard reply we would activate within 48 hours of time, ticket no [protected] & [protected], very poor customer service I have ever seen in my life, customer support representative always tells me my sofa cum bed is sold on 16 April I will received a call from finance team, I have never received any calls from finance team, if I send an email I Will get standard reply that within 48 hours it should be live, if I call then wait for 48 hours and finance team will call you. but nobody will call. worst experience with quickr.

                          I don't understand why Quickr is not returning back my furniture, I was suppose to received it on 12 may this want been told to me over the phone by quickr Representative, I have still not received it,

                            After paying for paid ads the site is dead and ads cannot be operated either by their mobile app or thru laptops. They have cheated and i.m not getting any proper response. Its not only me. Even my colleagues who have posted ads are having the same problem. If we speak to the customer care, all they say is we are looking into the matter. The biggest problem is you cannot contact a senior officer and are left high and dry by these uneducated youths who have been employed. Its really irritating that we are not able to get past these people.

                            Mr Pranay chulet must explain this apathy of a situation. Is he going the Vijay mallya way? Only God knows!!

                              I have sold one book named, 'First City Interviews' through quikr.com. It was a second hand book for which the buyer had paid in advance. The book has been delivered to the buyer but Quikr is not transferring my money.
                              Secondly, there was a TV trolley for which another buyer had made payment but because Quikr people took so much time in delivering as per their doorstep service that the buyer cancelled the order. Now, they are not responding or doing anything for my loss

                                A user called parmod3099 has given an ad for apple iphone 6s 64 gb for 25000. The user is asking people to make a payment online before delivering the product to users. I gues he is a fake person. He is saying he is from delhi, but using a mumbai sim card. The number which he has mentioned for registering in quickr - [protected] is not working. He has given ads for fake iphone too. Please delete the ad before he cons people to pay the money. Moreover dont allow the user to register again using the same email id or same mobile number. I am already in talks with mumbai police regarding this issue.

                                Please get it deleted asap, else i will have to file a police complaint against the person as well as quickr for supporting such criminals.

                                  I have given add in quikr portal. Ad id :[protected]. The item was picked by quikr on 2nd may, 2016 and gave a receipt of it.Pfa. The same had been delivered to the buyer with whom i personally had a word that she had received the amount. And the buyer had confirmed that over the email. Still i didn't get the payment or any confirmation. This type of cheating is not expected. I have the proof with me. After so many follow ups over mails and calls, i didn't received.They only mention that support team will contact soon. But actually it's almost 48 hours that they even didn't respond.

                                  That's why i don't have any other option rather than to publish here as many o[censored]s will fall into their prey. Can you please look into this with priority so that i get my payment done. This is really unprofessional and fraud.

                                  Still no one from Quikr had contacted me. We have facing problem for two items picked up from my house.

                                  This kinda o[censored]nprofessional approach is not expected from Quikr. Atleast I have followed them each day either through email or call but no body has turned out.

                                  Very pathetic service.

                                    I paid for an item ad id:[protected] on 03 may 16. I called quickr customer care and they promised that items will be delivered on 04 may 16. On 04 may 16 i called twice to the customer care, mr. Bharat, one of your customer support guy said that he can't help it to get delivered, it will get delivered on 05 may 16. Moreover, he said that i will get an automated call, then only items will get delivered. But i am neither getting any call, nor the items. One lady from their team said if the delivery is getting delayed, cancel the order. Such kind o[censored]nprofessional people they are. Today i got a call from the seller that the delivery guy called her and said that their pick up van/tempo is full and they can't pick the items today too. Isn't it really funny? I am just waiting, when they are delivering the items. I would never advise anyone to buy things from quickr. They are really unprofessional. They don't deliver as they promise.

                                    I got the items on 06 May 16 at 1215hrs. The items were collected by a tempo driver and no Quikr guy was accompanying. He didn't have any delivery slip, nor did he take my signature. Items were not packed also as the tempo driver said that he is only a driver and he knows nothing more about it. One leg of a single seater sofa, one leg of the three seater sofa and corner of one leg of the coffee table was broken.

                                    As a proof to what i am stating, i have recorded the telephonic conversation between me, the seller and the delivery guy when he came to deliver. It can be cross checked with the seller and the driver ([protected]) too.

                                    When i reported the matter to Quickr, i was told to share the pics of the items. Though i shared the pics, no response has come from their end. I am sharing the same pics here too.

                                    Ultimately, i am the looser in the whole incident. Who is going to compensate the loss? Such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is really intolerable.

                                      I payed the amount including the transport charges to quickr on 30th April.
                                      Till now they did pick the product from seller and delivered to me place.

                                      Whenever I called customer care they will tell that its will be delivered today and night I will get message that Seller is not reachable.

                                      Checked with seller and he mentioned that he changed the number, but he updated the new number in [protected]@quikr.com. But still logistic team is trying to contact him in old number.

                                      For last three days its happening and the customer care is not able to help me in this.

                                      Customer care provided the driver number [protected] and this is wrong number.
                                      Customer care is not able to connect me to logistic team or give me a contact number of them. They themselves not have the option to call logisitic.

                                      Because of this delay we are facing issues and need to be sort out today itself.

                                      The seller sold me a washing machine which is not in a working condition. My Ad ID is[protected]. The seller tells it was working. Now I doubt if something has happened during transit or if it was in quikr go down.

                                        Dear quikr,
                                        Recently i placed a order for exchange on mobile through quikr x order id =10149591 sub orded id 245285 and paid for remaining balance using my debit card, your representative visited yesterday to my residence and checked my mobile phone. However he rejected the phone and cancelled my order. But till date i have not received the refund.
                                        Also my phone is working fine and i checked with quikr scanner it gave 100% result but there is some mark on screen but there is no touch problem at that area as wall, still it was rejected. But there is no terms or conditions placed on quikr regarding rejection like this, however the terms are that price may change after inspection. Really wasted my time and formatted all my data because of quikr.
                                        I have contacted quikr support and asked for complaint number but they do not provide any reference number. Also i have sent repeated emails to quikr regarding the same.
                                        Please look into the matter initiate the refund
