Hi,
I used quicker services four times, and every time i got cheated for one incident i raised a complaint also but the solution provided by quicker was very time taking, we consider quicker help to save our time and effort but if we get such kind of result it is very disappointing, this time i am raising my complaint for add no.[protected] in the add it was mentioned that the fridge is in working condition but when we got the fridge it was just a piece of garbage when we called quicker to return it they told us that they will work on our complaint but it has been more than 2 week and we are just calling to the customer care to at least take this fridge back but for no response it's simply wastage of our money and time. I am very disappointed with this.

    I have ordered a dining table from quikr. For which I made payment too (2500) on 27 March 2016 at 21:27. Dining table needs to be delivered in1-2 buisiness days according to quikr scheme. But quikr team was not delivering order from so many days and not even contacting...so i mailed to refund my amount and then they mailed me..that u will get your refund in next 48 hours...and they asked my account no. And then I mailed my account no...but no money has come in my account...so many days have been passed. ..so plz help me in refunding my money.

I am also going to complain in police station and consumer forum and send all related documents to all media

      This company is a Fraud...i ordered an ac on 25 of this month and made payment on the same date...but till now the ac hasn't been even picked...as today was the last day as the seller had to leave town...i had informed quikr about this more than 70 times ...called their fooling customer service numerous times and they just didn't know what to do...they don't have any idea about whats going on...no management nothing...most of the times the customer service representative just disconnected my call on purpose...quikr is here to loot people...rob them and waste ur time and money and torture us mentally ...i'm never ever going to use their service ever again...they take online payments and earn interest on it...the seller had been waiting for the pick up ..and whn she was to leave for the airport then these psychos call her for the order pick up...she then cancels the order as she had to leave...then later on i had to call quikrs pathetic customer sevice to ask for refund and after that i get a message saying that the seller has sold the item...how real is this???!!! How are such FRAUD companies allowed to do business...the owners should be booked and put behind bars...such a waste of time and money...

        Dear Quikr Doorstep Support,

        I bought a cooler and seller was sceptical about the delivery support and he called you guys to get the assurance that it will be trouble free delivery but you failed to do so. Seller cancelled the deal and my money stuck with you guys!

        Stop the services if you are not confident about!
        It's been more than 24 hrs and I am still waiting for the money to be refunded.

          I`m Subramani, I sold a Godrej Refrigerator through Quikr.com product selling price is Rs.7000/- and sold to this. But more than 10 days over, they won`t done payment till date.I`m calling Quikr Customer Care frequently day to day, but they saying next day and next day. This is worst organization and running this our money is not good.if any contact:[protected], i will give you details of product details and product ID transactions.This is worst service and i never seen this kind of peoples.

            I had submitted my Ad on quikr for my washing machine. My machine got sold and one buyer had made payment also. I had told Quikr people that since I work I will be only available during weekends for the pickup of the machine. But it was of no use. They still went ahead to arrange pickup during a weekday. I also called them on Monday evening and Tuesday morning to ask them to arrange pickup anytime on Tuesday which was a weekday but that too of no use there executives keep telling you that you will receive call and mail but nothing happens. I spoke to some Zakir, Amit, Puneet and Bharat over there. All of them will give you different information. If I ask them to transfer my call to there senior they will never do that either. And finally after keeping buyers money in bank for the whole week and earning good profit on that they called me and said that my sale has been cancelled and they informed buyer too that I had sold my product to somebody else which ofcourse is not true. Its a fradulent company which should be shut down.

              I placed a order on 25th april

              And was supposed to get delivery on 26th april 8 - 10pm slot as told by quikr executive. It was a express delivery so it was supposed to be in warehouse.I called on 27th and was told it will deliver by that day itself 4 -8 pm.No delivery then also.I kept on calling them and they kept on giving me next slots and i mailed them too.Some executive just hung up my phone.Some executive are confusing with other id and saying its delivered.Some are saying sire its in warehouse.Are they trying to make fool o[censored]s.
              When i called the customer care support they are just silent. Most nonprofessional and worst service. In this way you cant win the trust of customers.If you cant deliver the product then just return my money back. You just wasted my time.

                My ad id:[protected], this quikr is totally pathetic & rubbish, i ordered for 2 locker almirah from the seller through quikr chutiya doorsteps services & i payed 3000 for the same to quikr on 26th april 2016, then they message that the pickup has done & delivered to you on next day, today is 29th april. They gave wrong numbers of pickup man one no is switched off till now & other number is of other guy which is in culcutta. Please quikr give me my money back otherwise i go to consumer court & you have to pay double of my money.

Since so far till now the ordered product niether delivers nor I have got any call regarding for refund of Rs 400 to me.
                  Wherefore. Treat this as my legal notice in causing the unexplained delay and hardship caused to me

                      I have ordered a Product from QuikrX on 23rd April and call Quilr customer care to complain that my ordere is not dispatched yet on Tuesday, they told me that they not work on Saturday and Sunday your product will dispatch today or tomorrow for sure ok then i call him on Wednesday at evening and answer was same, ok, then i call him on thursday on morning and they told me that your product was packed and it will be dispatched today for sure, alright, i waited for evening for confirmation msg from Quikr about product dispatched, but no luck they still don't dispatched my product, i mailed many time to Quikr but they won't reply my single mail too, Worst service i have ever seen, my order id 10149810 kindly please do something !

                        The Ad "3 single cot wooden bed with one matress" with AD ID:[protected]:

                        i have already made a complain(ID: 1270249) before but nothing has happened.
                        Now, i get daily calls from quikr promising to deliver tomorrow. but this tomorrow is never ending.

                          I had ordered an ac on 25th of this month and made the payment online to quikr the same day.

                          I have called the customer service a dozen times about non pick up and delivery of the product of which they have no knowledge of. On being asked about the complaint no. Their answer was that they do not have any complaint no. I later on as asked for the delivery guys no . I called around 10 times on that no. And the guy would just put the call on hold with music being played on the background. I later received an email id which is - [protected]@delivery.com which i guess is a fake id as the mails were getting bounced back.
                          The seller will be leaving delhi on 30th and the product os yet to be delivered. The whole system is in a mess in which no one from quikr knows whats going on. They shouldn't take payments if they are not willing to fullfill their services. I have lost a lot of time on this and am tired with this now. Even the logistics company they deal with do not have a valid no.

                            They are saying thy will deliver within 2 days in the same city but its been more than two days they have not delivered the goods.

                              I ordered one phone from quikr and that day i already drop the mail to quikr that please deliver this phone on earlier basis also quikr commitment is 3-5 working days you will get the mobile phone. Still i didnt get any mobile phone as well as my payment.Instead of this stuff while i called to customer care executive of quikr, they told me that logistic team cancel the order but still 28/04/2016 i didn't get any kind of mail/messages from quikr that your order is cancel from logistic team.Due to this reason i face a major problem and try hard to contact to customer care, out of 5 calls they just pick one call and after picking a call still didn't get any kind of satisfactory answer from them.Quikr is liable for this and i want satisfactory result from quikr

                                This is with reference to Ad ID:[protected] with Quikr doorstep process. on 14th April I transfer Rs.5500 to Quikr to buy used refrigerator i received call from doorstep department that we will deliver this material on 15th April. Despite of delivery surprisingly they called me and informed me we dont provide service at your city - Gurgaon. We will refund your money in 2-3 days. Now even after 15 days neither they return my money nor they responding my mails or calls.

                                  I am a buyer, made payment for a washing machine on 21st Apr 2016 (Thursday) from Quikr. According to Quikr delivery should be done within 1-2 Days within Hyderabad. Its been 8 Days i didnt get my product delivered. Called customer care everyday 2-5 Times daily. When ever Tried raise complain they keep on hold or disconnect the call. They called me once on 26th April (i couldn't pick the call) they didnt call back again. and now they cancelled my delivery. I am not informed about the cancellation. When I called customer care they gave the information.

                                    Quikr launched new service doorstep few months back. It is a big fraud. They collect your money promising that the goods will be delivered to you by quikr. They keep your money for a week or more. Then they cancel your order making some funny excuses like buyer and seller not picking up the phone..Etc etc.

                                    The interest of quikr is to gather large amount of money on the name of this service.

                                    This doorstep service has to be stopped as it is s big fraud.

                                      Product delivered without keys!!!

                                      We had placed an order for '3 door cupboard' (Ad id:[protected] on 19 April, '16 at 01:00 am. As per Quikr policy they are supposed to schedule the delivery of the product within 24 hours. After repeated phone calls (as there was no response from their end) we finally got a message on 23 April, '16 saying that the product will be delivered the same day. But it finally reached on 25 April without the keys to open the cupboard. The product was also DAMAGED due to mishandling by the delivery team despite the extra amount of INR 500 given to them by us.

                                      Quikr customer care was extremely unhelpful as their response was along the lines of 'It is your product so you take care of it'. After repeated attempts they gave the contact number of driver and seller. Seller mentioned that all the components related to the product was handed over to the delivery team. On contacting the driver he said that he was unaware of the matter and we ought to contact the Quikr team. We are extremely disappointed in this company that claims to ensure safe and timely delivery.

                                      Dear consumer court please help us with this issue so that no other customer of Quikr's have to face such a predicament.

                                      I have purchase sony ps3 for rs 5500 through ICICI CREDIT CARD on 16th April 2016 through quickr doorstep.the amount has been deducted from my card but after regularly followup with them given no answer pls help as i am totally frustated

                                        i m a buyer. i have given the money on 22 april and till now, the order is not even picked up from seller. i m calling daily to quikr customer care since saturday 23 april. but they only said, we have make ur schedule. they will pickup today. but no call, no pick up.

                                        my friend's birthday is on 30th april, i ordered the item on his address for surprise. but quikr has ruined all that. thats why, i m really fade up.

                                        i m contacting to quikr and seller daily for update. but still item is not even picked up.
                                        what i have to do now???
                                        whats about my online payment???
                                        even i[censored] return me the money, what is the value of that money after ruined of my surprise???
                                        is quikr a cheater???
                                        online payment was done on 22nd apr for faster delivery. but till now, i m just wasting more money on quikr cutomer care. no value of time and money.
