Product delivered without keys!!!

We had placed an order for '3 door cupboard' (Ad id:[protected] on 19 April, '16 at 01:00 am. As per Quikr policy they are supposed to schedule the delivery of the product within 24 hours. After repeated phone calls (as there was no response from their end) we finally got a message on 23 April, '16 saying that the product will be delivered the same day. But it finally reached on 25 April without the keys to open the cupboard. The product was also DAMAGED due to mishandling by the delivery team despite the extra amount of INR 500 given to them by us.

Quikr customer care was extremely unhelpful as their response was along the lines of 'It is your product so you take care of it'. After repeated attempts they gave the contact number of driver and seller. Seller mentioned that all the components related to the product was handed over to the delivery team. On contacting the driver he said that he was unaware of the matter and we ought to contact the Quikr team. We are extremely disappointed in this company that claims to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Dear consumer court please help us with this issue so that no other customer of Quikr's have to face such a predicament.

I have purchase sony ps3 for rs 5500 through ICICI CREDIT CARD on 16th April 2016 through quickr doorstep.the amount has been deducted from my card but after regularly followup with them given no answer pls help as i am totally frustated

    i m a buyer. i have given the money on 22 april and till now, the order is not even picked up from seller. i m calling daily to quikr customer care since saturday 23 april. but they only said, we have make ur schedule. they will pickup today. but no call, no pick up.

    my friend's birthday is on 30th april, i ordered the item on his address for surprise. but quikr has ruined all that. thats why, i m really fade up.

    i m contacting to quikr and seller daily for update. but still item is not even picked up.
    what i have to do now???
    whats about my online payment???
    even i[censored] return me the money, what is the value of that money after ruined of my surprise???
    is quikr a cheater???
    online payment was done on 22nd apr for faster delivery. but till now, i m just wasting more money on quikr cutomer care. no value of time and money.

      My order got cancelled due to weird reason. I have been shooting mails for past 10 days and calling customer care for pick up of the item, but they did not respond.

      One fine day, I got a pick up call from the driver and I had scheduled before 11AM, but guy came after 12.30 PM. So I rescheduled the pickup and the next day they are telling that we cancelled your order due to SLA reasons.

      This is insane and totally rubbish that u cancel the order when buyer and seller are willing to exchange products.

      Also, the buyer's payment is stuck and he is willing to continue the transaction, but somehow you cancel the order.

      In spite of repeated complaints, there has been no response. Falling into deaf ears.

        Hi,
        Have not received the payment till date for the item (4 sitter wrought iron dinning table with oval glass top) which they took from my place on 17th april 2016 and delivered to buyer . Buyer already made payment to quikr.
        In spite of sending reminder emails and phone calls, they have not resolved my issue and have not given any clear picture what is the reason behind not depositing the amount to my account.
        Have spoken to there customer care representative but all in vain and it has been more then 12 days..
        Please help . Looking forward for your help asap

        Still the issue is not resolved they say that payment has been initiated but I haven't received the amount in my account.
        Every time you follow up you get a response stating that it has been initiated but if initiated why is amount not reflecting in my account?

          I have booked a cooler AD ID No.[protected] through quicker. Com on 20 Apr' 2016. I have paid Rs 2, 200/- through online on same day. Till date neither I i got the item nor refund my money. I was contact with seller through phone. He intimated that the item (cooler) not yet picked up . Hence, request refund my money (Rs 2, 200) which was already paid by me at the earliest.

            Hello Sir/ Madam

            Its been very frustrating because it has almost one week that the sofa in purchased has not been delivered. the order no is[protected]. I was given the number of the delivery person but he refused to pick up the good and then again seller was again given the number saying he would be picking up the good but he also refused. in between seller made numbers of call to the customer care and even i as a buyer called 11 times. The payment of 3000rs was made towards the purchase on 28th april 2016and it was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd may 2016. But it was not done. Today I was surprised to find that the order stood cancelled automatically. It is showing for refund.
            So i request to refund it to my account. already too much frustrated.
            i expected quicker to be a brand. but very much disappointed.

              I divya gupta
              Purchased unboxed oneplus two from certified mobile offered by quikr i got the mobile on monday and from i am trying to install system update but it is not getting install.
              And i tried to install at least 30 time but every time the result is same day installation failed and my phone is not getting updated for this reason i want to return my mobile and it is within replacement guarantee.
              Please solved my problem asap and contact me soon.

                I have ordered a sofa from quikr. For which I made payment too (4500) on 13 april 2016 at 21:27. Sofa needs to be delivered in1-2 buisiness days according to quikr scheme. But quikr team was not delivering order from so many days and not even contacting...so i mailed to cancel my order and told to refund my money...then they mailed me..that u will get your refund in next 48 hours...but no money has come in my account...so many days have been passed. ..so plz help me in refunding my money.

                  I had purchased a phone through quikr doorstep amounting rupees 26000.But due to some reasons seller sold it to someone else in his area.And now quilr is not refunding my money.The customer service is pathetic and have zero knowledge.They make false commitments.And take customers very lightly.My ad id is[protected].Quikr take this matter seriously otherwise i ll go to consumer court!

                      This is regarding ad id:[protected]. I don't have words to explain their service. I placed an ad to sell my washing machine on quikr. One of the buyer expressed his interest in buying it. Buyer made payment to quikr and as the service itself says quikr doorstep, quikr folks came to my house to pick the washing machine to deliver it to the buyer. When they came they asked me to show the demo on how to operate which i did. But to my surprise when the washing machine reached the prospective buyer, it was all in pieces, they had broken the entire washing machine during transit. The washing drum was separated from the panel and the front portion of the panel was also broken. The washing machine stand didn?T have wheels. The buyer did not accept the washing machine as it was all broken. Buyer called me and informed about the condition of washing machine. It was so embarrassing for me to face the buyer because he felt that i cheated him.

                      Quikr folks called me to inform that the buyer doesn't want the washing machine and it will be returned to me. I told quikr folks that i am ready to accept the washing machine in the same condition i have given to you and not in broken condition for which they agreed. To my surprise, these folks brought the washing machine to my home in broken condition. I immediately called up the customer care and spoke to vikrant arora (Someone in escalation department) who in turn spoke to quikr delivery boys to take it back. From that day onwards, i have been calling the customer care to know the status of repair. I have spoken to prashant bhardawaj, monika and so many other executives who only promised me that they will call me back and provide a resolution. To my surprise they have even activated the ad which i placed and people started calling me to buy the washing machine. I can't even sell as i don't know if it has been repaired or not. It is alm ost 1 month now i have been chasing you guys to repair and return my washing machine. I have all the proofs that i have given washing machine in working condition

                        I had posted a Quikr Ad (No#[protected], and the buyer paid for delivery on 21-Apr-16. I have faced the following problems which has not only left me with a very poor customer experience, but continues to trouble me without a resolution:

                        - Based on their website information, a phone call is supposed to be made to the seller within 24 hours of payment for scheduling pick-up. I never received the call till 26-Apr-16 (They have no respect for their own turn-around time)
                        - I have followed up with the team since 22-Apr-16 and have made approximately 34 calls till date to their customer care (per minute charge has been Rs. 1.50)
                        - In the calls I was given various misleading information and finally asked to call up logistics directly (the number always led to Quikr Homes)
                        - Every time I was told my request has been set as priority and someone will call back in 1 hour, that never happened
                        - Call center employees were rude, arrogant, and misleading and not serious about their role or concerned about company reputation
                        - Supervisors refused to take my call (one did and took full responsibility promising to call back which never happened)
                        - I finally got a call on 26-Apr-16 at 9:32 a.m. and was informed that the pick-up is scheduled between 4-6p.m on the same day
                        - However, another call came at 11:32 which i missed. I immediately called the call center, and was told my service has been marked as no response from seller (I even received an SMS with the same info)
                        - Post this, I was guaranteed twice the pick-up will happen on priority, and someone will call, which again never happened
                        - Meanwhile, I had to continue post-poning the arrival of my consignment and had to be home for 5 continuous days in anticipation of Quick pick-up from Quikr
                        - The response was stereo and no-one had any resolution. The operations of the Quikr Doorstep is far from any modern performance and actually reflects they have very poor management driving this service

                        All the above mentioned information can be verified if the calls are reviewed by the management.

                            Hey every one i purchase 1 mobile Samsung galaxy note 2 from quirkx on 4 April but when i receive package phone display is not working the phone is amount rs. 9000 . i call many times for reverse pickup finally reverse pickup done on 16 april now date is 26 april i cannot receive my phone . that customer care told me on 18 april that phone will be come is 4-5 working days now 9 days will happen my purchase order id is 231364. and reverse pickup id is 10147839 my mobile no. is [protected] quikr is very worst site ever i see in my life as soon as possible fix my problem and courier department tell me contact to purchase department now i am confuse .give me my phone

                              Hi, my name is vikrant gupta from jai chandra packers and movers firm, i have applied to a add company to post my add (When i got a call from company's sale person mr. Neeraj from his mob no [protected]) on conditions that the company will post my firm's advertisement on its company's website (www. quiker.com) in 50 cities and it (Company) also promote my firm on google.com. Mr. Neeraj who is a sales representative of quiker company assure that all above conditions will be fulfil and company will start posting my firm's add within 2-3 working days. (I also got proposal mail from the company)
                              After negotiation i have deposited 4000 rupees in company's bank ac. (Ac no[protected], account name - quiker india private limited in icici bank) on 31-mar-16.
                              After that i have checked company's website (On 5th apr-16) in order to see my firm's add but didn't find any add, so i called in company (To mr. Neeraj) to get confirmation about my add (On 8th apr-16) and got reply from company that it is checking and will contact me within 1-2 working days. On 12th apr'16 company asked me to give 10 cities name in which i want to promote my firm, but company failed to add in 10 cities which i submitted to it. So i mailed (On 16th apr'16) to mr. Atul tiwari (Representative of quiker company) on his mail id atul. [protected]@guikr.com, and to others representatives, mail ids-pranaya. [protected]@guikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@guikr.com but didn't got any reply.
                              I got reply after a week from support team of company (From banglore) that my firm's add is running on companys website, but when i checked again didn't find anything on company's website. The company is not runnning my firm's add, there is no sign of jai chandra pakcer and movers firm's add on its website till now. I have
                              So i want to complaint about company's fraud and cunning ways to lure into compnay's fruad scheme. And i want my money back from the company...

                              The Ownership Transfer for vehicle # KA04HG1476 under process and expecting the completion of work,
                              However under digital India format the RTO portal and regulations are migrating to centralized version(New status of vehicles are not updated yet - Under transition).
                              As per the RTO sources the operation will be resuming the process from 12th of Jan and we are expecting your RC release from RTO.

                              in RTO Database.send me acknowledgement copy of transfer application.

                              If some thing wrong happen who is the responsible. i cant even transport bike to my home town in train
                              without changing ownership. i can use acknowledgement as document for that.

                              If It not possible. please return all of my documents i will do it from own. totally i am unhappy with services. ..
                              no updates, no responce to calls/whatsapp. just replaying mail like Demonetization, RTO Digitization etc..
                              as per your mail from 2 months no transactions happened in RTO?

                                Dear sir / madam

                                This is with reference to ad #[protected]
                                We have sold our products to a buyer through this ad (2 almirahs).

                                Quikr had sent us notification messages and documents informing that the payment will be done to us after delivering the products between 3-5 days.

                                We have still not received the payment and are writing mails daily to [protected]@quikr.com and calling their customer support.

                                Everyday we are hearing that they have technical issues and we need to keep waiting.

                                Even on asking the process to return our products / or asking to talk to a senior, they are informing that there is no process or person they hand over calls to.

                                This is highly frustrating and we have no solution to this. Please help us
                                We have all documents that are required to support this discussion and account statement indicating no transfer of money has been done to us.

                                  Their are continuous message from your side that some people have made an offer for my ad but honestly speaking, when I opened my ad, their was no place where I could find the offer. My ad just showed the no of people who made the offer. Their were no details of the people who made the offer, neither their name nor their amount of any other thing.

                                  Kindly give me a way to find out how can I check the people who have made an offer and contact them.

                                      I had an order iphone 5s on february 22nd 2016 with exhange of my moto x play 32 gb with order id 10104763, i had made a payment of 13769.5 through net banking with account no[protected], unfortunately my order was cancelled.

                                      Quirk has to refund the amount of 13769.5, in this process my bank account no[protected] on which payment done to quikr was closed, but quikr is saying that amount was credited to my account on april 9th 2016.

                                      Actually my bank account was closed on march 3rd 2016, and quikr executives saying that refund has been made on april 9th 2016, it is clearly stating that quikr is cheating by saying false statement.

                                      For the surety and verification i have all bank statement till march 3rd 2016, after this my bank account was closed
