. I had ordered an iphone mobile on 09/04/2016 from quikr and paid rs7500 for it online, but then quikr informed me that the product was already sold and I would get my money back in three days. But the amount was not refunded. Then after my repeated complaint through phone and emails, they mailed on 15/04/2016 that they would take a weak more to refund the amount.     I purchased 3 cots from quikr doorstep facility and made a payment online on 10 th April 2016.
    same day i got call from their representative and the delivery was scheduled at 12th April 8 pm to 10 pm. But it was not delivered as it was not picked up from seller's house. But once it was picked up on 12 th April and I got a confirmation mail as well then also the items were not delivered till the time I am writing this mail.
    I called/mailed several times and wasted my money for false promises that it will be delivered but it was not. And when i asked them to connect to senior member, it was also not done. I have wasted nearly 4/5 days just waiting for the products as those are big and can be received by me only.

    the apology stage has already crossed. Now i want a replacement for those products which i ordered through quikr because i am sure that those have been mishandled by you people.

    The Ad "3 single cot wooden bed with one matress" with AD ID:[protected] by
    Seller: b.[protected]@gmail.com (Mob: [protected]) still exists. and when i confirmed from the seller he did get repetitive calls asking for pick up although it was picked from his place on 12th April.

    And they also promised his money once he closes this Ad.

    From my side I already have paid 1200 for the product and was expecting delivery by 12th april( it was scheduled by your quikr representative) and i do have mail/msgs for that.

    And I called 10/12 times at least for my products and ask them about status and reason for delays but no one was able to ans my any questions. I also requested to connect to any senior executive but then that was also denied and promised to get a call back. Even i mailed to mail id [protected]@doorstep.quikr.com,
    [protected]@quikr.com and in return again i got a ticket number: [protected] and confirmation of a call and delivery of product.

    Due to false promises and inefficiency by Quikr i lost atleast 5 complete days waiting for my product as if i was only alive to get them. I will call it a harassment.

    last mail i did to [protected]@quikr.com with the content as

    " With ref to above going mail chain and ticket number:

    1. I have a question that how come the pick up date has changed from 12 April to 17 April?
    2. And how did it was mentioned that the buyer(I) am not available on some particular day when i didnt get any call/msg/mail or in person from any quikr representative?
    3. Why i was not connected to any senior representative even after 5/6 calls? Pooja( your customer-care representative promised a call back from senior/manager ?
    4. Why all representative who answered my call were not able to trace the product and give me any status about that?
    5. If it was scheduled to be delivered between 8 pm to 10 pm then why and how without any conversation it was not delivered?
    6. finally What kind of service is this when you people are unable to deliver within the same locality??


    And tomorrow is the last date, after that i will take this to some customer forum. "

    But i was not qualified enough to get a reply from Quikr side.

    May be here is the place to get a clarification and correct view about my money and my product.

      We bought a refrigerator of rs 6000/- on Monday. We were supposed to be contacted and informed of the delivery within 24 hours. The unscheduled call when could not be received by us, there weren't any evident attempt to contact us back as if it was now our responsibility to contact them. we tried even that but there was no response. platforms like Quikr are not expected to be so unprofessional and irresponsible. We have no clue as of how we are going to get our product or is the deal finally sealed or what??

        Hi, yesterday i paid 4500 for a mobile with AD ID:[protected].
        The transaction id for this payment is [protected].i wanted to purchase this product using quikr nationwide service as im not located in delhi where the seller is.
        The issue is here i contacted seller and he says he havnt received any call for schedule pickup for the product, also when i try to track status from the email i received it redirects me to my quikr account doorstep buying tab and the whole tab is empty with no information. Plealse help

          Its been more then 48 hours buyer got the product and still I haven't got any email from quikr about my payment. When I call the quikr support, they are really very stupid and rude, they say you can't do anything and please wait, oneday you will get the payment. I beg you, please help me out with this and give my money. I swear I will never use quikr again in my life . its my money and still I'm begging to get it back.

In the confirmation mail, it is clearly mentioned that customer care will call the person regarding the delivery time of the item with in 24 hours .Regrettably, i did not receive any call till date (20.04.2016). Theres is no response to my mails and even call is not going through. When called to office no. Call customer support no. Which is unreachable.

              I placed an order for the AD[protected], since the product have not been delivered even after several chase and follow ups, have cancelled it on April13th. Still money have not been refunded to my account.

              Very poor service from quikr end... Kindly process the request asap.

                Hi, I am very badly disappointed with Quikr Doorstep service. I have purchased one product from quikr and ad id is :[protected] I have also made full payment of this product. But now I have got the damaged product. Please find the enclosed images of the damaged product.
                Am not at all satisfied with the quicker Doorstep services because the product of the condition when I saw and the product of the condition post delivery is entirely different. I have attached one snap of the product before dismantling from seller for your reference. I am really not satisfied with service of quikr. I wanted to cancel this order and refund my money back. Do something if you people can, else stop cheating your customers. A good way to cheat people. Please take this request on priority. You can reach me on Mob no :[protected]

                  I paid full amount on 14apr 16 itself. According to this site for delivery the should call in next 24 hour, but none called.
                  When i call them then they listenmy concern and just escalate the issue with so called "priority"
                  But if i ask them to follow the previous escalation, they have no answer for that.
                  Because of there bad management i have already lost three deals.
                  And this time also there is no proactive action.

                    I have booked one air cooler ( Ad no :[protected] transaction id :- [protected]) from quiker site on 16.4.2015 and done the on line payment . In the confirmation mail, it is clearly mentioned that customer care will call the person regarding the delivery time of the item with in 24 hours .Regrettably, i did not receive any call till date (19.04.2016). When i called the customer care, after 30 min holding up my call, one customer care executive received the call and ensured me that he will give the tracking details with in 30 min . As a continuation of poor service from quiker, he did not give any call It is very unprofessional behavior from quiker team . I am totally fed up with the quiker service . i am feeling cheated, there is no option to cancel the order .

                    I hope this mail will not be unanswered as before. Atleast have the decency of letting me know whereabouts of the products so that if it can not be delivered, i could purchase from market.

                                As iam the purchaser in Bangalore regarding with ad id[protected] I accepted the offer n made online payment on spot it has been 12 days k now I didn't received my stuff I mailed them 3 times n received ticket no n provided me to contact delivery no which is [protected] this is STD no for me as I called this number nodody picked up for 15 min as this is STD call for me after doing the payment this is the extra still spending on phonecalls as the customer care doesn't pick up how come I don't know they are doing business or cheating people please help me as I amount has been with quikr n my stuff

                                  As per delhivery tracking, the iphone was delivered to some address in jayanagar with a different name.
                                  They asked me to contact quikr. But quikr customer care number is of no use. Always busy.
                                  I have the confirmation email from quikr showing the correct address and name.

Looks like it is part of the process, that for any exchanges, the phone will be delivered to a manager, who will deliver it to the customer. Update: 21/4/2016 Now my order itself is not visible in my account page on Quikr. This is far from resolved.

                                    I'm a seller on quikr. Last week i place an ad regarding a product for which i found a buyer. Quikr doorstep service people came and picked up the item as one whole unit and said they would deliver it to the buyer. After 3 days i got a call from the buyer stating only a part of the product has been delivered and the rest is missing. I contacted quikr and it is 6 days now they are still tracing my product. I have lost time in selling my item, i do not know the location of my product nor have i received the money for my product . Their quality of customer service is very very bad, with csr giving wrong information, not following up or even trying to help as they are responsible for this whole mess.

                                    Since they have wasted my ad time and created more problems for me and the buyer, the company is responsible for this mess and they should compensate for the same. I'm still waiting for their response or solution

                                      1st thing i've ordered before 8 days a steel almirah n give them online payment. .
                                      then they told us to wait for two to three days n after three days told me that they came between two days the order delayed coz of some picking side problem(n this z a lie)coz nxt day i call d seller of almirah n he told me that their is noone came to pick that almirah n he continue call to customer care. .

                                      N i wait till now then i call today the seller again he z so upset that we hab to do now
                                      N i pay more den 3000 then why they commits anything if they dont do d same which they promise

                                        I had put an ad for sale of my phone . quikr agrreed to buy itself and had send me mail regarding further details of bank and account number . i filled the form and after few days on 14th a guy from quikr took my phone . he for filling the receipt form . he said he will mail the receipt he took the phone m not getting proper response from quikr regarding the same .they promised to pay 15132 and 400 cash back in paytm wallet . help me in getting the money and i would aslo like to lodge an fir against quikr regarding the same . help me please
