I had purchased an hp printer on dated 16 april 2016 for amount rs 2500 paid in full . My order number is mentioned above but still no one has contacted.
As i result i could not use the product. I never expected such kind of service from your end. I would be highly grateful if you could look into the matter and make an arrangement for the pick and the delivery of the product.
I am attaching a copy of my purchase receipt....

I have purchased 1 product from quikr and my ad id is :[protected] i have also made full payment of this product i.E 4700. But still now i have not got the product. I m calling to customer care they r saying that our delivery boy will contact you within an hour but from 4 days i have not yet recived any call. I am really not satisfied with service of quikr. Please cancel the order and refund my money back in my account.

I purchased this item before 20 days.. Still not received.. No one is responding.. If i call quikr.. The poeple give other number to contact and wen i call the other number then again they give someother number.. Finally wen someone responded they said i will arrange a call back.. But never called me.. I have paid for the item.. I have not received the item or my money.. Quikr has taken my cash.....

I sold queen size double bed on 17 April2016 but still there is no any calls related to delivery of my bed. When I call to doorstep services no. they given me time but still no any conformation made to me.still I am waiting for doorstep services.I have to evacuate room on 20 April 2016.what can i do for that bed set.just told the doorstep services to collect the bed from given ad id.[protected]...

As iam the purchaser in Bangalore regarding with ad id[protected] I accepted the offer n made online payment on spot it has been 12 days k now I didn't received my stuff I mailed them 3 times n received ticket no n provided me to contact delivery no which is [protected] this is STD no for me as I called this number nodody picked up for 15 min as this is STD call for me after doing the payment this is the extra still spending on phonecalls...

They asked me to contact quikr. But quikr customer care number is of no use. Always busy.
I have the confirmation email from quikr showing the correct address and name.
Please provide resolution....

I'm a seller on quikr. Last week i place an ad regarding a product for which i found a buyer. Quikr doorstep service people came and picked up the item as one whole unit and said they would deliver it to the buyer. After 3 days i got a call from the buyer stating only a part of the product has been delivered and the rest is missing. I contacted quikr and it is 6 days now they are still tracing my product. I bought a second hand refrigerator from on line shopping portal for second hand Quikr on 13 April 2016 worth 7500. They posted on the website that after paying
I will get a call with in 24 hour and my item will be deliver as soon as possible. But I did not get any call till 15 April. SoI decided to call the customer care
and they commit me that I will get this refrigerator by 16 April maximum by 4 PM. But again I did not get...

Once refund done i did not any call, msg are email confirmation about my refund, whats my money going on customer service not working. What is the reason behind that its money transaction quikr doing cheap service, customer service people if ask about the details they dont know about update about my refund states finance team only know,

It's almost 10 days over & i am not received the amount from quicker which is just not acceptable as per the terms & conditions provided by quicker.The customer care is not properly responding of my issues. They are only saying that this will resolve at the earliest.
