The seller denied for the pick up, and when i am calling customer care - i dont get any resolution for my refund .
Also, I have complaint using mail -and raised the ticket, Ticket No:[protected] but there is no response.

I have paid on monday 18th april 2016 and even after 5 days i am not getting any calls/ messages on my money paid!

Please initiate the refund process ASAP.

Need the refund on urgent basis
I'm contacting to quikr customer care again & again but getting the same response that they will send some mail or message about the cancellation. Its been more than a day now & i have not received any.

When i ask them to provide the refund raise request number, then also they not providing the same & disconnects the call.

I talked with Bhanu & Shruthi, when i asked them to give me the request number then both of them disconnected my call in between conversation.

I have a written communication from the seller's mail id that the seller is no more selling the refrigerator.

If the complaint is not been addressed then i need a raise a fraud complaint in Police Station.

Quikr — Product not returning after 80 days

Ad Id[protected] on Quikr, took Quikr doorstep, Mailed then more than 80 times, called more than 50 times, it is more than 60 days and they have not returned the product till now, pls do the needful, They are always telling that they will return but since last 2 months, they are returning, pls help. Thanks

I'm complaining about refund

I'm complaining about refund, my Order cancelled but haven't get refund of Rs 650, order no is[protected]. Its more than a month but they didn't refund my money. Please consider. Thanking you

    Hello, i made the payment on 20th april for the product in add id, but till now i have not heard anything from there side, except the payment confirmation email.

    Now i understand the meaning of the line mentioned in payment confirmation email,
    “”now just sit back and let quikr take care of the rest!””,
    They should change the line to
    “”now just sit back & forget about the payment and product””

    Because after customer made the payment we will notify him that we have received the payment and afterwards we will not respond to you and instead of giving update on your deal we will keep on sending you messages of other users who post something on quicker.

    Moreover, it’s been 3 days that i have made the payment for the product but still the product is showing available for buy in quikr site and it has a very good caption written above the buy option “this item is in quikr storage” (I am attaching the screenshot for reference with date and time.)

    On top of that today after contacting the customer care executive i came to know that this deal is cancelled by the seller, alright if the deal is cancelled by the seller then what is the meaning of the caption written above the buy option “this item is in quikr storage”

    I am seller of the product.. I have even raised the complaint. They taken my product one month back to the warehouse.. I never cancelled the order or the deal. This are the stories told by the quikr guys... I lost the hope that i will get the my money... Or the fridge... Bad service providing by the quikr i almost called 250 times.. I heard almost 250 new stories when ever i call them... Actual the quikr is fraud company that we have to realize... We have to give our hard earned money to them

      I have ordered mac laptop and made payment and it was mentioned same city delivery 1 or 2 days. I called many time to customer care they always lie and promise call back and one executive said he is registering complain and he gave me complain number and he was such lie and made fool by giving me my order number. Executives has disconnected calls without saying word despite asking plz share the status. Never seen such ill mannered executive. Please can anyone help to track my order or refund from such cheaters.

        I purchased a used washing machine from quikr on 14th April, 2016. The whole payment was done online. And to the quikr doorstep service, the item gets delivered within 24-48 hours after the payment within the same city. The order id is[protected].

        On my quikr profile, the item was supposed to be delivered by 16th April evening. After constant calls to the quikr support and logistic team I have got no response. The machine has still not been picked up from the seller yet.

        The customer experience is pathetic. Even the seller has wrote several emails to the doorstep and support team. He got no particular response or communication regarding when the delivery will be done.

        The ad id of the item is[protected].

        Also, I would like tell that the customer care service is horrible, they hardly pick up the call and even when they do they don't take up the responsibility and ask to call other department.

        Either I want the amount to be refunded back with quikr explaining me, why it was not delivered on time or the delivery should be done within 24 hours.

          The quickr site is buggy, the doorstep offers never works.
          Unable to accept the offer.

          I posted an ad in quickr to sell of my cot. I got a nice offer and immediately tried accepting the offer to my surprise the site is BUGGY, it was constantly giving a message "Something went wrong in the webpage". U can try it from mobile, laptop, desktop anywhere same message. I thought even newspapers and other internet sites are much much better than quickr.

          And to get this issue resolved, I called up customer care support. They have only one number which says "BUSY" all the time and gets connected rarely.
          The customer care office, will definitely tell you, your ad is not seen OR your number or email id is not correct. Even i[censored] ask them to post an ad for you, they would not do it as they know the site is buggy. I have tried close to 20 times to accept the offers that I got for my products but nothing happened.

          Finally I am frustrated with Quickr and signing off with a crappy note here.

          Quickr is not a good site to sell your products. BEWARE of the Doorstep offers. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE. USELESS site.

            Hi team,

            I have purchased a tv unit from the seller through quickrdoorstep last sunday and it was promised that it will be delivered by monday. But that didn't happen. Later they rescheduled to 20th april. Even this they failed to meet. Now they have scheduled it to day with pickup time as 10:00 am from seller and delivery by 1:00 pm to me. So far no updates. I am using the quickr app to track. It is in the same status from last one week. Tried reaching customer care on [protected] but of no use since monday. Quikr is not updating customer pro actively. Please look into it and update me on whats happening.

            Again they Quikr missed the Scheduled and failed to inform me as well .I have to call them again ad again to customer care to know the status. Customer care guys are worst. Infrastructure and Logistic maintenance is worst on the ground level.

            Quikr if you cannot manage your logistics please make any promises with the fancy Ads saying doorstep delivery with in a day or two. Please Please don't fool the people .

              I had an order iphone 5s on february 22nd 2016 with exhange of my moto x play 32 gb with order id 10104763, i had made a payment of 13769.5 through net banking with account no[protected], unfortunately my order was cancelled.

              Quirk has to refund the amount of 13769.5, in this process my bank account no[protected] on which payment done to quikr was closed, but quikr is saying that amount was credited to my account on april 9th 2016.

              Actually my bank account was closed on march 3rd 2016, and quikr executives saying that refund has been made on april 9th 2016, it is clearly stating that quikr is cheating by saying false statement.

              For the surety and verification i have all bank statement till march 3rd 2016, after this my bank account was closed

                I purchased a dining table set on Sat, April 16. It is April 22 today and the dining table set has not even been collected from the seller! I was supposed to receive the product latest by today as per Quikr emails and promotional material. I have been writing to customer service (the customer service number never receives a response!) since Tuesday, April 19 and I still do not have visibility on when I will receive the product. This is extremely frustrating! I am spending more time being hassled following up for a so-called hassle-free process than if I'd travelled all the way to meet the seller and picked up the product myself!

                  I bought nexus 6 on 19th april from a seller in delhi. Today is 22nd april and quikr has still not called the seller to schedule a pick-up. They claim to have a 3 to 5 days delivery time, but going by this pace i don't think my shipment would be delivered within a week. I have already paid the full amount to quikr (And it is no small sum). Moreover, i have called costumer care twice and every time they just give false hope it seems.
                  Pathetic customer service experience. Is this how your quikr "doorstep" works?

                    I sold the printer via app on 19 april. I got a phone+sms confirmation that it will be picked up on 20 april as buyer had remitted the amount successfully. However, for 2 days now, the printer remains uncollected. Reason: buyer not picking up calls to coordinate delivery.

                    Buyer reached out to me wondering why delay in delivery. He was told by quikr that seller is unreachable and hence printer not collected!!! Ridiculous and blatant lies.

                    Now, quikr has promised both parties that printer will be picked up and delivered on 22 april.

                    Very poor, unprofessional and dishonest service! Very unfortunate.

                        Item that I sold was picked up on 13th Arpil. I got confirmation that it is delivered to buyer and I can expect payment of Rs.4000 within two days.. But now the ad shows the status as order cancelled and no answers on when I will get my money. The executive admits a possiblity of technical glitch but did not give any ticket number for resolving.

                          I have order on april 8th for refigerator and we wait till april 11th and it has not deliverd.Hence we have cancle the order on same day 11th april.so since that day we are getting answer repeatedly with in 24hr amount will be created and they say send email request even though no reply from email also.
                          yesterday i have spoke to one of customer support person and he said Rs.3000/- amount has been to my Canara Bank account, I have checked and the amount of Rs.3000/- has not posted. kindly give the Reference so i can contact to my Bank.And now i have spoke with customer care he said with in 24hr it will credit to you account saying.

                          Quikr — Worst service

                          An item was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Then after 100 calls on the customer care number I got to know that it will be send today, but no pickup done yet. No response after sending a complaint mail or 100s of calls to the customer care.

                            I made a purchase a purchase of study table (Ad id[protected] and payment transaction id [protected]) and paid money on 13th april. I got a call from quikr delivery[protected]promising delivery on 14th april between 4 pm and 8 pm. I did not the delivery.

                            I tried atleast 2 dozen times their customer care[protected] and delivery[protected] but not working) contact numbers. Finally when i got customer care number on monday, 18th april i was told that the delivery was scheduled for previous saturday i.E. 16th april and i was promised a call back within 24 hrs on the status. Nobody called up.

                            I had written to their customer care and after couple of follow ups, got a new number of delivery team. I called the delivery team[protected] on tuesday 19th april and again i was promised a call back on the same day. Today, 21st april, another 2 days have gone and i don't have any clue on the status of the item i ordered or what happened to the money that i paid. I have never seen such an irresponsible customer care or delivery team in my entire life who does not bother to talk to customer and resolve the issue.

                            I am not the only one who has issue with this. My friend has ordered for a 47 ltr refrigerator and paid rs.2600 for the same on 14th april. (His phone number is [protected]) it was supposed to be an express delivery and neither he got any call on the delivery nor any payment made.

                            I request you to take it at appropriate level and get me justice.

                                I have made the payment for ad[protected] on saturday 16th april 2016 and received a message that "we will contact you with in 24 hours to schedule the delivery"

                                Till 18th i have not received any call related to delivery from quikr. Despite of my regular emails & calls no one is giving me the exact status

                                Then on 19th i received an email to fix the deliver schedule which i scheduled for 20th april between 10.00.00 am- 01.00.00 pm. But again noting got delivered then finally some how i contacted the seller and came to know that even the cooler is not picked up from his address. He even wrote email to quikr team to pick the product.

                                Please do the needful as the service is already delayed and it really frustating

                                  Hi,
                                  I ordered a second hand crt t.V using quikr doorstep. Because of some technical glitch two payments were done at that time. When i complaint at customer care they refunded one of the payment and by mistake they canceled my order as well as(I checked the status of order in app and also received the sms for the same) and next day i got the message the item is being picked and delivered to me. But nothing was delivered to me, even i checked with the seller that none picked the item from him and when i complaint the customer care they are saying that order is completed. Please ask them to return my money!!

I had ordered an iphone mobile on 09/04/2016 from quikr and paid rs7500 for it online, but then quikr informed me that the product was already sold and I would get my money back in three days. But the amount was not refunded. Then after my repeated complaint through phone and emails, they mailed on 15/04/2016 that they would take a weak more to refund the amount.                                         I purchased 3 cots from quikr doorstep facility and made a payment online on 10 th April 2016.
                                        same day i got call from their representative and the delivery was scheduled at 12th April 8 pm to 10 pm. But it was not delivered as it was not picked up from seller's house. But once it was picked up on 12 th April and I got a confirmation mail as well then also the items were not delivered till the time I am writing this mail.
                                        I called/mailed several times and wasted my money for false promises that it will be delivered but it was not. And when i asked them to connect to senior member, it was also not done. I have wasted nearly 4/5 days just waiting for the products as those are big and can be received by me only.

                                        the apology stage has already crossed. Now i want a replacement for those products which i ordered through quikr because i am sure that those have been mishandled by you people.

                                        The Ad "3 single cot wooden bed with one matress" with AD ID:[protected] by
                                        Seller: b.[protected]@gmail.com (Mob: [protected]) still exists. and when i confirmed from the seller he did get repetitive calls asking for pick up although it was picked from his place on 12th April.

                                        And they also promised his money once he closes this Ad.

                                        From my side I already have paid 1200 for the product and was expecting delivery by 12th april( it was scheduled by your quikr representative) and i do have mail/msgs for that.

                                        And I called 10/12 times at least for my products and ask them about status and reason for delays but no one was able to ans my any questions. I also requested to connect to any senior executive but then that was also denied and promised to get a call back. Even i mailed to mail id [protected]@doorstep.quikr.com,
                                        [protected]@quikr.com and in return again i got a ticket number: [protected] and confirmation of a call and delivery of product.

                                        Due to false promises and inefficiency by Quikr i lost atleast 5 complete days waiting for my product as if i was only alive to get them. I will call it a harassment.

                                        last mail i did to [protected]@quikr.com with the content as

                                        " With ref to above going mail chain and ticket number:

                                        1. I have a question that how come the pick up date has changed from 12 April to 17 April?
                                        2. And how did it was mentioned that the buyer(I) am not available on some particular day when i didnt get any call/msg/mail or in person from any quikr representative?
                                        3. Why i was not connected to any senior representative even after 5/6 calls? Pooja( your customer-care representative promised a call back from senior/manager ?
                                        4. Why all representative who answered my call were not able to trace the product and give me any status about that?
                                        5. If it was scheduled to be delivered between 8 pm to 10 pm then why and how without any conversation it was not delivered?
                                        6. finally What kind of service is this when you people are unable to deliver within the same locality??


                                        And tomorrow is the last date, after that i will take this to some customer forum. "

                                        But i was not qualified enough to get a reply from Quikr side.

                                        May be here is the place to get a clarification and correct view about my money and my product.
