I bought a second hand refrigerator from on line shopping portal for second hand Quikr on 13 April 2016 worth 7500. They posted on the website that after paying
I will get a call with in 24 hour and my item will be deliver as soon as possible. But I did not get any call till 15 April. SoI decided to call the customer care
and they commit me that I will get this refrigerator by 16 April maximum by 4 PM. But again I did not get the refrigerator.
I caaled again the customer care on 16 at 4 Pm again they commited that I will get this by 10 PM at any cost. But again
the result was same. I tried to call them so many times but no answer. I caaled them saturday also but no answer again. On 18 April I called them again
they made me again a commitment that I will get the refrigerator by 4 Pm but would not happen. And when I call them in evening the same thing happen
again that I will get it by 10 PM on 18 April they gave me the nubmer of driver but the phone is switch off. Now customer care also not picking my phone please help me

I am seller of the product.. I have even raised the complaint. They taken my product one month back to the warehouse.. I never cancelled the order or the deal. This are the stories told by the Quikr guys...I lost the hope that i will get the my money...or for the fridge... It is always waste of my hard earned money

    Once refund done i did not any call, msg are email confirmation about my refund, whats my money going on customer service not working. What is the reason behind that its money transaction quikr doing cheap service, customer service people if ask about the details they dont know about update about my refund states finance team only know,

    Customer service bad opinion, if try to call 200 times 1 time its reachable,
    money reason how can belive the quikr service

      Hi Quickr Team,

      I have purchased a mobile on 10/42016 (intex) through quickr, but bankside the payment was successful and I didn't get any

      confirmation from your end. The authorization code given by bank is 045586. I have attached the screen shot of the transaction
      made. Please help me by providing the details what is the status at your end so that I will raise a complaint at bank side.

      HDFC Bank guys saying that the amount was claimed by the Quickr. If it
      is not claimed they are asking written communication clearly stating the same. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

        On 11.02.2016, i visited a seller of acs (Ad id[protected] who placed an ad for new acs on quikr. It turned out to be a tyre shop who had a lot of acs some of which were packed in cartons and it seemed that he had purchased them in a lot.
        Although he had advertised price in the rang eof 22-23000, under the name of advanced technology, i made a deal at rs. 31500 for a 2 ton inverter ac including stabiliser, cartage, installation, gas refilling alongwith whatever pipe etc. Were needed for installation. He said that it would take him some time to find out the matching indoor and outdoor unit of my specification, he offered to send the product either the next day or maximum in 2 days.
        I paid him an advance of rs.5000 and he sent me a sms for this deal.

        After i few days i got the indoor and outdoor units thru a car, whose driver insisted that now i pay the full amount as the unit was now delivered. On my insistence, he reduced the amount by the installation charge and argued hard insisting to pay him the balance total amount. He further said that his man will visit us in a day or max 2 to instal the unit. He also warned that when the engineer arrives, we will have to hand him over full amount before installation and he will not wait till we test the machine. We objected to this, on which he agreed to give us half an hour for testing as, he said, the ac would start cooling in half an hour.
        Now here comes the real stuff of the story
        His person did not come for the next one week. Meanwhile, one of my friends got suspicious and he asked me to check the authenticity of the product.
        To my surprise, the indoor unit was a 1.5 t unit and not 2.0 t as agreed. When i brought this fact to the notice of sardarji, he took it very lightly and assured me that the person who will come for installation will bring the changed unit alongwith him.
        But till date, nobody has appeared since then. The calls go unanswered and on whatsapp i gave me a deadline to either get the unit installed or take it back and return the money till 05.03.2016. To which i received a call from some lady who said it would not be possible to get the unit installed till that date as all their engineers were busy.
        Meanwhile the price of acs have gone up and i have to install another unit.

          Ad id[protected]i am the buyer who placed the order on 29th march and my delivery was scheduled on 30th march.however after harassing me for about a week and half saying that the delivery will be done the escalation committee members namely mr.vikranth, mr.prasanth and ms.anupama told me that the product is lost in the storage and they'd provide me with the refund amount including calls compensation by 15th of april but i didn't receive any amount yet.now when I call to the customer care the call doesn't get connected and ms.anupama has blocked my number itself.please help in this regard.
          p.s:the delivery status is shown as delivered which is wrongly updated by the team and is yet to be changed.

            I have purchased a Cooler with stand from quikr on 16th April 2016. Order Id is[protected]. I have paid the amount.

            After trying 48 hours i was successfully connected to the customer care of quikr. They are saying it will deliver today or tomorrow. What is the exact status I dont know.

            without listening the problem they are in hurry to cut the call. Me and Seller both are frusted now and wasting our imp time on it.

            Could you please give my money back or let me know to whom i should call to get proper response?

              I had ordered for a refrigerator whose scheduled delivery was 28th march
              And have not yet received the product.
              Concerns & sequence of relevant events::

              1. Have been calling every day since 28 th february ; all i hear is- next day we will deliver the product.
              2. Apparently on 6th april – without contacting me the status of the product changes to rto ( return to owner)
              3. Had a connect with anupama( mgr)on 6 th april – she said your matter will be resolved in next 48 hours…
              4. Had connect with vikrant and rohit – their statements as quoted “ apologies – we will give a call back and resolve in 48 hours “ – never received any call back until today.
              5. Have to wait for 25-30 minutes on call listening to your dialer in order to reach your customer helpdesk representative …… and after all these drama, there is no resolution.
              6. Now am not able to contact the customer service center too...

              Please help !! :-(

                I had purchase a double door fridge and paid amount of 3000, 16 of April. They supposed to deliver it by 17 of April but still today 18 apr i have not get any information about that.
                I called several times to their customer care but not getting any answer and most disgusting they have provide me wrong no. [protected] this is someone else no.

                  I purchased two items sofa set & refrigerator ( ad id:[protected] & ad id:[protected], its been 02 days but i haven't received any call regarding the delivery. I have made full payment. After seeing a lot of complaints against quikr, i am worried about my money. Is there any way to cancel the order & get the money back in time or to get the items well in time .

                    Quikr - amount not credited after 10 days of my product delivery via doorstep ad id[protected]

                    It's almost 10 days over & i am not received the amount from quicker which is just not acceptable as per the terms & conditions provided by quicker.The customer care is not properly responding of my issues. They are only saying that this will resolve at the earliest.

                    Buyer is already submitted full payment to quikr before 10th april 2016

                      Had placed an order on quikrx for a phone, cancelled it soon after as i wanted to buy a different phone on the same portal.
                      It's been 11 days since i cancelled my order and haven't received my refund.
                      Have called the customer care several times but it had been of no constructive use.

                      I hope quikr responds to my grievance and tends to my distress at the soonest.
                      I am a loyal customer and don't wanna loose quikr as a service.

                        Yesterday i had made an online purchase from quikr and make the full payment but
                        Still nobody from the quikr taem had called for scheduling the delivery.Also they have scheduled a pickup today
                        Befor 1 pm but no pickup has been done.Customer care of quikr is more than worst.They are not responding at all
                        And cut the call in between .Hopeless.I guess i made a mistake using this quikr.

                          I sold a Home furniture via Quikr door step offer on 10th April 2016 & the same had been delivered to buyer on 11th Still I have not received my amount which had been deposited by buyers on 9th to Quikr.

                          I wrote this below mail to Quikr team Ms. Syeda today.


                          Kindly provide a date when I will receive the payment for my AD ID[protected].

                          It's almost 10 days over & I am not received the amount from Quicker which is just not acceptable as per the terms & conditions provided by Quicker.

                          I provided all the Bank information & contacted to call center quite a no of times.

                          Please treat this mail as a reminder & if I will not receive the amount by NEFT by tomorrow then I don't have any option to connect with Consumer forum.

                              My ad-id[protected]. I had placed and ad to sell the air cooler. The item (Air cooler) was picked up from my home 3 weeks ago. Its still not delivered to the buyer. I did not get proper response for the for the mails & calls. Quikr is the worst, does not recommend to anyone.

                              Buyer has paid money to quikr, even he is not getting any proper response from the quikr.

                              Quikr people say that my air cooler is in the storage facility, not sure if they have lost it & playing games. Most irresponsible service i have ever seen.

                                  Hi, I hv purchase a stylish 6 seater dining table on 15th April order ID[protected] by making payment of Rs 12500/- Quikr had assured delivery schedule in 24 hrs. It has been more than 50 hrs there is no reply. Your customer care number is always ringing and nobody picks up at Quikr doorstep. The customer care person also doesn't have manners to talk. I[censored] people r not capable then pls return my money I will take directly from buyer. But for God sake pls reply...

                                    Ad[protected]: we have received your payment of rs. 1666. The transaction id is [protected]. This messgae was sent on 13/04 /16 for door step delivery.

                                    Door atep in the same locality is promissed in 2 to 3 days...

                                    In this transaction quicker had not even initiayed any call for 3 days and today on 17th i get message that it is cancled as seller is not responding...

                                    I spoke to seller and he is complaining that he did not receive any call till now...

                                    This appears to be time line management and cancelation of order rather than actual cancelation...

                                    I have spoken to call centre zafar at 510pm on 17/04 and updated him about the episode he has confirm that he is escalating but he dis not have any refernce number to be given...

                                    I am really surprise wth the convinent way
                                    Being established if not adhering ro promise..

                                    Expecting quicker to
                                    1 process the order
                                    2. Get in root to understand and correct the process to stay on promise rather than conveniently pushing it off.
                                    3. Penalise to a level which gets pinched ao such practise re not adhered to...
