I purchased a product (Ad-ID[protected], last Saturday which was 9 nine days ago from the time I am writing this complaint. I was told by Quikr that I would receive a call regarding the scheduling of appointment for delivery within 48 hours of making the transaction, so I waited 48 hours but I did not get any phone calls from any Quikr representative. So, I then tried calling the customer support (Which is not Toll-Free), and after literally half an hour of continually trying to reach customer service since the phone lines are always busy, I finally got through. When I told them that I still hadn’t received any calls, they asked me to wait another 24 hours assuring me that I would get a phone call by then. But I didn’t. So I called up the seller wondering weather he is unavailable to contact, but found out that he is available and is waiting for a call from quikr regarding the pickup. I decided to wait another day but I still did not receive any phone calls. So quite annoyed by your service I tried to reach the Customer service again. The phone lines again were busy all the time and after endless trying (Which nay I remind you costs me money for every time I try to reach the phone lines because your customer care numbers are not Toll-free) I finally got through and after talking to one highly un co-operative customer care executive, lodged a complaint. Now hoping after lodging the complaint, I would finally receive a phone call, I waited. But I did not, and still haven’t.
Every time I try to reach your customer service all your phone lines are busy and I really don’t want to waste my cellular currency buying into the scam you people are running. I am honestly very, very, very annoyed by your customer service and general attitude towards your customers. Your organisation is just running a scam to hold buyers money without purchasing the product from the seller and keeping both the seller and customer in the dark which is facilitated by under-equipped customer care services (Which again is not toll free).
So, I now want to cancel my order and I expect a complete refund of my transaction including the currency I spent trying to contact your scam telephone lines and some more compensation for all the waste of precious time that I could have spent doing something more productive of.
Which I am sure your organisation will make if this whole thing is not a just scam organisation.
Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Frustration is getting very high and shame to your Quikr customer care as they don't know order status even. What the hack is there which doesn't show the status of my paid order and there is no delivery after 10-12 days which committed on 2nd day.
Just check the status and provide me details or at least my money back for that order.
