    I have ordered a computer table through quikr doorstep service and paid the full amount on 6th april. I have been told that i will be received the item on 8th. Today is 11th april and still no status or not even call from quikr.

    And seller advertise id is[protected]

    I inquired about 5-6 times for the status and they told that they don't have any status of their auto generated number which is quite irresponsible.

    Please help me out to get my money back or item to be delivered.

    What is this? I didn't get any notification from Quikr regarding my order, no call, no status and still it is marked as resolved?

    Frustration is getting very high and shame to your Quikr customer care as they don't know order status even. What the hack is there which doesn't show the status of my paid order and there is no delivery after 10-12 days which committed on 2nd day.

    Just check the status and provide me details or at least my money back for that order.

      Horrible service. I called the company a few days back asking for their aerobics home service, they readily agreed initially. I was clear from the beginning regarding the payment and my location and they even agreed with my requirements. Then on the day of the beginning, she never arrived and didn't ever bother to inform us.
      I called them up instead and i was told that all of a sudden they can't come because of the distance and will only come if the previously discussed amount is doubled!!! Is this the way quickr functions? Should consumers choose quickr and its respective ads to get cheated? Where is the authenticity?
      This issue should be addressed as soon as possible keeping in mind that this health instituion is out there waiting for its next victim to harassment.

        Paid the full amount on 6th april. Item was supposed to be delivered on 7 th. But the item is not even picked up till now.

        I have been calling customer care and was being given false status like item is picked up and is on the way.

        It was getting rescheduled from 7th for reasons not known. Me and the seller have been getting messages that we are not reachable. Whereas there was no such issue and we could a always contact each other. This was also reported to customer care.

        Now i am seeing that the details of this order and my other offers are also not appearing in my account.

        Even my calls are not going through to customer care. The same is the experience of the seller.

          I m joraver singh. I have ordered a mobile j7 fone from quikr nd paid by credit card on 27th feb. The order id is 166011. But suddenly i have cancelled my order nd request for refund. I m very sick to hear again n again that wait 2 days or wait 5 days. Today is 11 april but i have not received my refund. I m requesting u that pls do something nd refund my money from a fraud website named quikr.com. thanks

            This for my ad[protected]. I got a call that a buyer is interested and he buyer had paid the money for the cot. After that i got a call from customer care to book a slot for the pickup. After booking a slot no one came. After that i have called customer care 5 times and every time they reschedule the pickup. I have dismantled the bed and now i cant do anything rather than wait.

              I purchased the product on march 28th by paying 900 rs for the decor items. It was scheduled to be delivered on the next day, the driver asked for my address but failed to deliver. The next day i got a message saying it was delivered, however it wasnt. When i called them they kept asking more and more time to resolve this issue but none of them got back .
              Vikrant from the escalation team was the one who spoke to me. Initially he gave a turnaround time of 48 hours but never bothered to take my calls again when i contacted him after 2 days also.. He was deliberately avoiding my calls and cutting my calls by putting it on hold.
              Its been more than 10 days. I havent received my product nor any refund as requested.
              Please help. I have already wasted so much of money on making std calls to their delivery office every single day for an hour.

                Hi,
                I was supposed to get delivery by yesterday (10apr16), and regarding that i called 6 times yesterday (Sunday 10apr16 ). But there was only one response"we are escalating this issue on high priority"
                And now seller is demanding for pic up by today(11apr16) at any cost else he is going to cancel the deal for sure.
                And quikr will be responsible for this. More over i paid the full payment on 7apr16.

                  The brand Quikr is into the lame business of Delivering promises during sale and fails to deliver everything that was committed. We had availed of the free service ads to sell our Zen Estilo car and got many responses but the prices they quoted was not satisfactory. We received a call from the Quikr Sales team and the executive Mr Yogesh said that if you will pay Rs 1300 you can get a premium ad and you will get the following benefits
                  1 More visibility
                  2 We will sell your car in 2 weeks guarantee
                  3 We connect you to buyers as we have direct contact with buyers.
                  4 We will follow up with you everyday to find out the status.
                  5 We will help you sell your car at a better price compared to what you have currently quoted i.e Rs 215000. He suggested me to increase it to Rs 250000.
                  After all the promises made none of the above mentioned points were adhered to.
                  As soon as the money was credited to their account no body ever called nor responded to the multiple calls made by me.
                  I as a consumer feel cheated by the brand Quikr.

                    I made two purchase on 6th april 2016, the ad id for them are[protected] and[protected], yet the delivery is not made and even you people are not replying me, i had call hundred a time in name of support there is a bussy tone, people put u in hold and runaway, the guys name are abhisekh from okhla, delhi, rihal frm banglore on your no[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected].Even you are using oldies software even it can track your order or cancel the order, quicker website is design in a such a way they can loot your money if not then reply me in confidence either i am gone sue you people in court, trust me how big you are but you will be nothing without customer. Please do confirm me about the exact delivery date either the cash back.Thank you.

                      I purchased a product (Ad-ID[protected], last Saturday which was 9 nine days ago from the time I am writing this complaint. I was told by Quikr that I would receive a call regarding the scheduling of appointment for delivery within 48 hours of making the transaction, so I waited 48 hours but I did not get any phone calls from any Quikr representative. So, I then tried calling the customer support (Which is not Toll-Free), and after literally half an hour of continually trying to reach customer service since the phone lines are always busy, I finally got through. When I told them that I still hadn’t received any calls, they asked me to wait another 24 hours assuring me that I would get a phone call by then. But I didn’t. So I called up the seller wondering weather he is unavailable to contact, but found out that he is available and is waiting for a call from quikr regarding the pickup. I decided to wait another day but I still did not receive any phone calls. So quite annoyed by your service I tried to reach the Customer service again. The phone lines again were busy all the time and after endless trying (Which nay I remind you costs me money for every time I try to reach the phone lines because your customer care numbers are not Toll-free) I finally got through and after talking to one highly un co-operative customer care executive, lodged a complaint. Now hoping after lodging the complaint, I would finally receive a phone call, I waited. But I did not, and still haven’t.

                      Every time I try to reach your customer service all your phone lines are busy and I really don’t want to waste my cellular currency buying into the scam you people are running. I am honestly very, very, very annoyed by your customer service and general attitude towards your customers. Your organisation is just running a scam to hold buyers money without purchasing the product from the seller and keeping both the seller and customer in the dark which is facilitated by under-equipped customer care services (Which again is not toll free).

                      So, I now want to cancel my order and I expect a complete refund of my transaction including the currency I spent trying to contact your scam telephone lines and some more compensation for all the waste of precious time that I could have spent doing something more productive of.
                      Which I am sure your organisation will make if this whole thing is not a just scam organisation.

                        I had ordered a dining table set - ad #[protected] and paid via the online gateway. I received a confirmation message that the same will be delivered on april 10. I waited the whole day expecting an update from quickr on the delivery. However since i received no update and called them @ 4 pm and again @6:45 pm. On both the occasions the cs rep told me within half hour i would get a call from the delivery guys. The call never came. I decided to call the seller and he said that the quickr delivery guys came but refused to take it as there was no lift! Even when there were 3 of them. The cs reps are of a help either. They just keep saying that i will receive a call within half hour but never got any call. Now i have no idea on the status of the order andy account is debited

                            All quikr friends jinked sath aisa fraud hua h wo hamare sath aage aaye aur hum sab ek sath milkar in quikr walo k khilaaf complain Karen wo b consumer court me. Agar hum sab ek juth hokar wahan complaint karenge to ho sakta h jaldi sunwayi ho. Friends akele rehkar sab kuch chupchap sehna theek nhi ha. Sath me aao aur inke khilaaf action liya jaye taaki hamare jaisa aur koi b customer inka shikaar na bane. Friends watsapp me on eight nine 24 zero eight nine 121. Please doston hum ek hokar hi inko saja dila sakte h.

                              It is worst regarding quikr door step service. That is only promoting articles online and asking for delivery at our door step without asking that how much far delivery place is. If customer is asking for any product to deliver at any place and further the company do not deliver such product at that place after taking the amount online from the customer, it is cheating and that is making that brand image or service poor. If it happens, that is company's duty to deliver that or similar product to arrange by surroundings at customer's door step. Except above all company is deducting service charge from the customer's amount without providing any service.

                                Quikr doorstep...Wow what a name..It should be quikr farstep!!
                                It started with me believing in a site called quickr (Which i assumed to be quick..Hahaha). First time had a log in to the site and uploaded my queen size bed along with mattress for sale with ad id:[protected]. As per the quickr norms buyer would send a quote which seller has to accept and then quickr will take care of transportation and do the cash transaction of collecting from buyer and do the online transfer to seller. Got a quote from buyer on 28th mar-16, accepted the quote on 29th mar-16 then the story begins of the waste quickr..
                                Got a call from quickr, pls deassemble the bed our guys will pick it on 2nd apr-16. Tried reaching quickr 8 times on the same day everytime response was on the way but no one turned up, the story continued on 3rd apr-16, where quickr told we will pick between anytime & anytime but that anytime never came..Got message from quickr we were not able to pick up and please call customer care to reschedule. I called up again on 4th april-16 but they told no vehicle is available and it will be picked up on 5th april-16 between anytime & anytime. This followup calls was going even from me and buyer, no one turned up on 5th april-16 and when called up they told we are not getting response from buyer and when i called up buyer the buyer told me that quickr guys told me they are not getting response from seller..Wow..This customer service of quickr went to next level of fooling customers. Then on 6th april-16 called up again and this time quickr guys told we have cancelled due to multiple reason : vehicle not available, buyer/seller no response and we both ( i mean me and the buyer) were just waiting to pick it up and have the transaction closed.
                                This is just pathetic, the customer just waits at home believing the quickr guys will come for pick up and on the way on the way…never seen anyway. There is misunderstanding created between seller and buyer, the best part the customer call center doesn’t know what the heck is going on…no coordination…they can’t even speak proper english…this quickr guys should never be trusted that only i can say…better go with olx!!

                                    Hi,

                                    I have placed a order on 5th april 2016. On 7th april i could see that order was in "in transit" status and updated with the tracking number "[protected]" below is the url for the same where it shows as delivered.
                                    https://track.Delhivery.com/p/[protected]

                                    On 8th april, i contacted delhivery and they said that order is already delivered on 7th itself. When verified with quikr they said it is not delivered yet and the order is collected by local manager.

                                    Today(9th april), i dont see my order in quikr account. It is not present in delivered or cancelled orders also. Not sure what happend to my order. I was suspecting quikr service from first and they proved me correct. Please help me.

                                    First thing I have to blame is myself for placing an order on quikr.
                                    Even after knowing your reputation for bad service, I still thought that you will serve better this time

                                    While placing order it was said that order will be delivered within 4-8 days.
                                    Product reached the Bengaluru(destination) by 8th April. Still the product is not delivered and it is with your Area-Manager.
                                    Its already been a week with manager and I dont understand why it takes so many days for delivery.
                                    And to my surprise you guys are saying that I cant even cancel my order.
                                    You guys wont deliver and you guys wont allow us to cancel or you guys dont have a proper date or details when it can be delivered.
                                    What a pathetic service you guys are providing.
                                    My money is just stuck with wrong people. you left me helpless. Thank you for your greatest service

                                      Customers buyers/seller are waiting for their transaction for a long periods.
                                      Delay in Deliveries.
                                      No proper information about the item.

                                      I would suggest that remove free delivery service, and stop making customers fools, take charges for the committed delivery.

                                      Please don't use free delivery service, i have came across many problems.

                                      Buyer and seller both are available, but they can't reached for quikr, will let you know shortly they say.

                                        I has ordered a item from them, they scheduled the delivering time also with SMS, after that no update from there end, if we called also no proper response from Customer care, no proper Database maintain.
                                        No regular update and on time delivery also .
                                        When i called to them they told, no update had been so far except pick up from seller.
                                        its already picked from seller but wrong information given from Quikr
                                        Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Finally they had cancelled my order .. Please find the attached image for your reference and help me in resolving this query on giving notice to Quikr.
