I found an ad with number [protected] on quikr for study material for various exams at low price. I asked for the course material of gate . They demanded for 3000 which i paid. But now they refused to send it. They are not even answering my calls.
I have all proofs of payment and message conversation.

I request for an strict action against them.
Customers cheated once on quiker shall never trust on this site. This will spoil your credit also.
Please take action. This advertiser was verified by quicker itself.
And he is holding 157 ads

    Good day,
    I am a retired naval officer and almost 70 years old.

    I am customer of quikr and have advertised fro some items for sale (None sold to date) in quikr. As i was leaving india to visit my daughter in usa, i contacted quikr to enhance the ads to premium catagory. I paid rs. 5000 as premium advertisement fee to quikr. However, as there was a delay in the action taken by the quikr to do the enhancement of the advertisements and as i had to leave for usa i requested them to cancel the enhancement request and reimburse the money. The letter i wrote to quikr requesting the reimbursement is attached.

    I had contacted quikr several times but the money haven't been credited back to date. I have attached copy of the communication and the copy of the bank statement as a proof of the follow up. Of late i have noticed that i get disconnected when ever i call the mumbai office (Tel :[protected] as if my number has been blocked by them.

    I am a retired naval officer and is almost 70 years old and i feel the excessive delay in reimbursing me the money is highly disappointing and to some extent being disrespectful to a senior citizen and a retired armed forces officer. I wold greatly appreciate if my case to be taken up to the relevant authorities of quikr and resolved / settled.

    Thank you so much. I appreciate your prompt response. Would be most grateful if you could kindly follow up this issue with the support team and ensure early reimbursement. that would go a long way in establishing a good customer satisfaction and trust in Quikr as a company.
    In spite of repeated assurances when contacted the Quikr customer service over the phone I have not received to date any reimbursements from Quikr. When contacted they tend to make false promises and give unconvincing explanations. is there a way to file a legal suit as it amounts to fraud.

      This is regarding my add id[protected] on quikr.
      I am the buyer of this add. As per the quikr policy my delivery was scheduled today between 4 to 8 pm on 16th April 2016.
      I got the call in the morning from [protected] that we will deliver you item at 1 pm.
      I have been waiting since 1pm but they didn't deliver it. I tried calling same number ([protected]) but they didn't receive anymore. So I called the seller to ask if he has picked the item from your place but item wasn't picked till now. I called quikr delivery support [protected] twice a day then but I didn't give any resolution. They were not ready to take a complain also.

      This is happening thrice in last three week for me.
      I have tried to purchase earlier also with add id[protected] &[protected]
      These add got cancelled because quikr delivery team always give false promise and kept on rescheduling my timing for delivery. In this previous 2 week I have called more than 20 times to quikr and my delivery for item was rescheduled also almost 20 times. But still I didn't get it.

      I still didn't get refund of add[protected] because of cancellation

      I have wasted so much of time because of this by skipping my other important work.
      So if quikr don't provide service then why did they waste time of customer and fool us.

      Who will be paying for my wasted time and what about the interest of my money that you have kept for so much time without giving any service.

        I bought a refurbished nokia lumia 730 mobile from quikr order id[protected], i have done the payment also, but its been 1 week since they picked up the mobile from the seller, there is no response from these guys.
        I called these guys and they keep saying that it's going to get delivered buy tomorrow or in 3 days or by monday, but i didn't get the product yet.
        These people don't even know how to talk to customers.
        I want to put case on them how to put ?

          Hi,

          I have posted an ad of my Car for selling in quicker 2-3 week back. After posting the ad on site I have received a call from quikr customer service to make the ad premium, he told me that your ad will feature in whole city and as well in Google also and you will be able to sell your car in very good price he also told me that I have few person online who wants to purchase car and they are ready to purchase in this price I was quite excited and I said ok I want make this ad premium then he told me that he will send a link for payment deposit I need to click the link make the payment of Rs.1001/- I have done the same and deposited the payment. The same evening I have agin received a call from quikr to make my ad premium and you have to give just Rs 650/- For this I told them that I have paid 1001 for the same thing then the person disconnect the call. The same moment I write an email to customer service of quikr to refund my money. But they have denied to refund the same and asked me that do you have any proof of it so I told them that I have recording of that person and I shared that recording to customer service.

          Buy it has been two weeks already past neither they have refund my money nor feature my ad as premium.

          I am very helpless please help me to get my money back.

          If required I can the share the recording with you.

            On 7th Apr, I saw a add on Quikr and ordered an iPhone 6s plus from Shopbuzz99. They spoke to me on 8th Apr and told me to make partial payment on the account details that they emailed me and the rest COD nce the product is delivered to them so I can check the genuineness of the phone and make the rest of the payment. I paid Rs.12, 000 booking advance to them by online transfer on 8 apr and got a mail conformation the next day that he phone has been despatched and i need to wait 5-10 days . I made call to them everyday since then, yet I did not get my phone. Now they are not receiving any call and not replying to any msg or mail. It's getting annoying and a fraud on me.

              Worst service ever seen. Bought the table 2 weeks before and still not delivered and they keep on promising that they will deliver the next day via message.

              Customer service people never receive the call.
              I'll will suggest never to use quikr services.
              Same issue is faced by my roommate also.
              They make an excuse that the seller is not responding whereas when i contacted the seller he is telling that quikr people never contacted them.

              When opened the box the mobile the screen has a crack and it should be replaced with another one why because i didn't drop when i unboxed the phone screen has crack on it

                I made a payment of inr 8000/- for the item (Ad id[protected] & transaction id [protected]) on 13th april 2016 afternoon, then received an sms from quikr that i will get a call back within 24 hrs to schedule delivery. But no call came, so eventually i followed up & got a delivery support number & email.

                Sent them emails ([protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@delhivery.com) & called quikr delivery support several times at[protected], so far neither they called me or seller to schedule deliveries only get new assurances from customer support but no action. This is happening for second time where they will delay deliveries purposely making client frustrate to cancel order and then refund comes after 7 working days, till the time they enjoy interests on such payments made.

                I told them that i will file a complaint in consumer forum if they don't address it but yet no action.

                  This is the worst service i have ever come across.

                  I paid for a quikr ad(Washing machine). Ad id:[protected]. Its been 5 days, i haven't received any calls to schedule the delivery. Neither me nor the seller.

                  I was completely wrong about quikr. They are the worst customer service i have ever come across in my life.

                  The customer service representatives are such rude and hard on answering. They never escalate the case. They keep telling that they will arrange a call back. I have never received any call.

                  Many emails sent on this. Once i sent mail, i will get a automatic reply. After that, there has been no reply. Never ever.

                  If quikr is really trying to gain a good market place, first thing they need to work on is to improve the customer satisfaction. I do not know i will get my money or not. I am not willing to beg them or call them everyday to get the status of the refund. But if quikr cheats, they will suffer. It's not too long.

                  None of the above will work.

                  Pranay chulet, grow up. Look back for what you are actually doing vs what you are thinking as doing. Are you trying to get a good market place? Then you are with wrong people.                     I bought two items on(5th april 216) that has scheduled to delivery on Friday(8th april 2016) but it didn't.I talk to costumer care more then 10times & mail as well. Daily they said it will deliver by the end of the day but till now i didn't got any things and when i tell them to return my money they are telling that concern team will contact you soon.
                    But till now no one call me from concern team.From last week they are saying same thing.And I didn, t got nither my product nor the money so here i want to suggest all of you please don, t go for quikr.
                    Quikr, s service is pathetic and worst i ever faced.so here i only want my money back .

                      I purchased a dining table (Ad_id[protected] on 7th april. I have paid the full amount i.E. Rs 4000. Transaction id is [protected]. I called up customer care multiple times but none of them has helped me with proper information. Each and every time, they gave different information. Both me and my seller had been wasting our time waiting for their pick up or delivery schedule. But none of them has given us any call for scheduling pick up and delivery. I called up the delivery team too many times but they said they don't have the data for this ad id and they are saying contact customer care. The customer care people neither have any knowledge regarding their job nor they are bothered about the customer who has called them up more than 30 times for the same issue. Every time they said they had escalated and asked me for 24 hours time. I have sent multiple emails to all the email ids provided but i only received auto generated emails saying they will contact me in 24 hours but no. I have spent almost 150 rs by calling up the crap customer care. Please help me by refunding me my money (Rs 4000). I want quikr to compensate on my spent time, mental agony, false information and laid back behavior. Thanks.

                        I had uploaded two adds bearing id[protected] &[protected], both the products were sold online and pick-up was scheduled on 10th april 2016. But the doorstep services of quikr postponed it themselves and when they came they were unable to pick the sold item. They had assured that next day again they will come and pick it through stairs. But, no-one arrived. I had called 20 times the doorstep services and they had assured that everytime that next day it will be picked. At that situation i had no other option other tha waiting for pick up vendor to collect it every day. Till noe the item is not picked, what i have got is false assurance. My adds are blocked, i cant accept more offers, nor i am able to sell them on other portals.

                        Please help me in getting my money from quiker that is 2700 plus 2200 which was committed and get my articles delivered to buyer.

                        Till date no one from quikr has called me, infact the Ad ID I have uploaded for has harassed me badly.

                        The Quikr team has taken away my single bed which I sold on quikr and its been one month I have not received my money.

                        I call to quikr twice a day I have talked to every team leader at quikr doorstep named John, Rahil and sadiq. Infact purshotam who is there senior manager, he also knows about this issue. But every day I am given only false assurance that I will get my money today.

                        Its been one month a nd my bed is also gone and not got the money also.

                        Kindly let me have my money of INR 2500/- plus paytm cashback INR 250/- plus harassment charges of INR 50, 000/- I am literally pissed off from quikr.

                        This I will definitely take to court.

                          I had cancelled my order on 31st March 2016 and asked for a refund of Rs 5000.But its been 16 days I have not got the amount refunded yet.I have sent multiple emails and called multiple times .They hardly reply to my email and when called they say we will initiate the amount. Please take this matter seriously and please get my money refunded .

                            I have purchased a product and made full payment to avail doorstep delivery. Product ID[protected] and payment transaction ID [protected]. After making payment I gat a messge that the product will be delivered in 1 - 2 days but didnt happened.

                              I Have made payment of 400 for 32gb otg sandisk pendrive, i am from delhi, vikaspuri.seller is from rajouri gadern, i have made payment, either refund it or deliver product delivery date was 13th april.today is 14th april have not received product, contacted delivery boy he is saying seller is not responding.why dont you make cod option.I am tired, i am warning you refund my money or deliver, i am ready to take you consumer court quikr.Be ready.Refund i t as soon as possible or deliver

                                  Quikr ad id[protected] shows sofa in very good condition. When we received sofa it was all cut and stitched with needle and thread, foam/cotton coming out and also ciggerette like burn marks. This was no where shown in pictures. We paid 10k for a sofa in 'to be scrapped' condition. We request urgent return and refund of money.

                                    I have purchase old almirha from quiker on 06.04.2016 and i received confirmation mail +sms from quiker. Next day i received call from quiker for delivery schedule, i was confirm then about delivery schedule. But after that day i call several time bu quiker not give me right information. Quiker give me amy numbers, you call there and there but no one give me solution or any information about my product.

                                    I am tierd now and i want strict action against quiker.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      This is w.R.T to the above subject wherein i have made my order, 10139767 on 29th march, 2016 and still waiting for my product.
                                      The order is for exchange of my old phone with the new one. I have already made the payment and still waiting for delivery.

                                      I called customer care ([protected]) multiple times and they are saying the product is delivered to bangalore store on april 2nd, 2016. There is no way to track the area managers who will deliver this. They keep on telling that they will inform, but there has been no update or progress.

                                      Quikr has worst customer care and i am very unhappy with the service.

                                      I would either require the product in couple of days or complete refund.

                                      I have purchased 10 adds from quickr. and i have posted my adds as per guide by quickr representatives but even all of my adds are removed in 24 hours. It means all of money is wasted.

                                        Very bad service of a quikr i had order a sumsung grand prime on a exchange offer of my samsung grand 2 ...the excutive came an hi chked my phone evry thing was proper...after chking hi is saying der is one small spot on my display...after all i am useing my phone an it is in very well condition...der is a not a even one srcrh on my phone...very bad service
