This is the worst service i have ever come across.
I paid for a quikr ad(Washing machine). Ad id:[protected]. Its been 5 days, i haven't received any calls to schedule the delivery. Neither me nor the seller.
I was completely wrong about quikr. They are the worst customer service i have ever come across in my life.
The customer service representatives are such rude and hard on answering. They never escalate the case. They keep telling that they will arrange a call back. I have never received any call.
Many emails sent on this. Once i sent mail, i will get a automatic reply. After that, there has been no reply. Never ever.
If quikr is really trying to gain a good market place, first thing they need to work on is to improve the customer satisfaction. I do not know i will get my money or not. I am not willing to beg them or call them everyday to get the status of the refund. But if quikr cheats, they will suffer. It's not too long.

Pranay chulet, grow up. Look back for what you are actually doing vs what you are thinking as doing. Are you trying to get a good market place? Then you are with wrong people. Wrong employees. Wrong team structure, wrong cs training, wrong refund policy, wrong managers, wrong leads, wrong approach.
