    I have sold one of my watch(ad id:[protected] in quikr worth rs 12001/- which was picked up from my house on[protected] and today it is[protected] inspite of calling and mailing them 100 times didnt got any response . one of their executive named SHEKHAR told me that payment was intiated on[protected] but the amount was revert to them due to some problem and promise me that i will receive my money in next 48 hours but now its been more than 15 days still i didnt got any payment . and now they are not receiving my call .
    Now help me to get my money back.

    No sir it's not resolved I didn't get the payment yet &now i am calling there customer care from last friday they are not replying me &on friday there customer care executive Mr shekhar&manager put me on hold for 25min, after they cut the call and i didn't get the payment yet, &in the last 5calls they are just saying the manager will call you in the next ten minutes but i didn't the call yet it's more than a month, please sir help me it's urgent

        I paid money for the sofa Ad ID :[protected] and they have scheduled to pick up sofa on 8th April from seller.

        I am getting in touch with seller and seems that quikr is scheduling for pickup every day and they are not coming to pick up the item. The scheduling has been done for 4 times now and item is not picked till today 13th April.

        Now when called they are stating some operational issues and we cannot pickup. Pathetic service. They are using my money nicely for 1 week, not paying the seller and nor returning to me as well. Nice trick Quikr!

            Such irresponsible behavior from popular company -quikr -is not appreciated-
            To quikr: you will lose customers in long run.
            I have made payment and bought an item - i was informed by quikr support that they will deliver the product on 10th april. Since then i am following up- and today i get a shock when they say the order is cancelled !! There is no intimation until now- after i spoke to a executive he sends me the message that it is cancelled and he couldn't route me to escalation path. I have lost my money, also didn't receive the product and have been made fool of from 4 days now !!
            If cant maintain a proper workflow, please don't run the company this way and trouble people.
            I need either my money immediately or deliver the product-there has been 4 days delay and this isn't acceptable. And please make decisions of cancelling or be it anything-after consulting the customer- you survive because of sellers and buyers.

              Meri add id[protected] ha. Maine 2 april 2016 ko lenovo k4 note book karaya tha jiski payment b online kar di aur use book kara liya. Delhivery 8 april ko honi thi par nhi hua. Aur mujhe sms aur mail aaya ki delivery ho gayi h jab ki mujhe product nhi mila. Customer care se b koi response nhi mil raha aur quikr site se b mail ka koi response nhi mil raha h. Main jab inka customer care number [protected] milata hu to number busy batata h jabki dusre number se call karne par call jaati h aur customer representative se baat b hoti h. Na to mera order mujhe mil raha h aur na hi meri payment wapas mil rahi h.

                I had posted one Ad to sell my sofa cum bed with ref ID:[protected].
                It was picked-up by quickr door step on 8th Apr 2016 and then later that day i was informed that buyer has denied to take the delivery because product was not going inside their house because their door size is small. I told them that it their responsibility and should have thought before buying. I have made lot of efforts to dismantle the product for delivery.
                I told buyer and quickr door step peoples to take help from carpenter. thereafter i was not informed anything further and nor i have received the payment for the same. Today i called you support number [protected] to get assistance, i got a hold of a person after long wait and then the support person has again put me on hold for about 30 mins with no response. I tried multiple times but not getting any help.
                I was selling my product because i was relocating, i dont know where my product is and nor received payment against it. I have to relocate and no idea now what will happen will my product.
                I am following up with quicker support over email, but not getting any response.

                I had posted one Ad to sell my Multi Device Bluetooth Keyboard k-480 Logitech, was picked-up by quickr door step on 31st March 2016 and the product was delivered to buyer and he paid amount Rupees 1000 to quikr, and i received a massage from quikr on same day date 06/-04/2016, till today date 13/-4/2016 i am not received my payment even i contacted customer care department several times, there are not able to reply properly, Concern authority should take necessary action

                  This has became so unbearable for me to wait for the products that i have ordered for myself.
                  First, it is a really long wait to get in touch with quikr customer care services. Once you get connected with them, they are absolutely unaware of the inventory they have or the current status of the purchase that you have made.
                  I have 5 purchases in the last 1 month from Quikr and none of them were delivered to me on time. To top it all, a fridge that i ordered, was not delivered at all (AD ID :[protected]. They will fix a time for delivery as per customer's convenience but they will never ever come at that time. Not even on that day, they will call on some random day from below your house saying that they are waiting down your house with the product you ordered.
                  This has been the worst experience of product delivery & customer relationship with Quikr. Will recommend everyone to stay away from their delivery service.

                  After writing the complaint on this forum, i got a call from Quikr doorstep customer care. The Quikr doorstep representative told me that they will schedule a delivery of the fridge on 14th. I agreed to him as i am the one who is in need of the fridge and has been waiting for it for like ages. I got a confirmation email & message also from Quikr mentioning the delivery date & time. I must admit that i was a bit relieved after that call.
                  What surprised me was an email from Quikr doorstep which came after the Quikr call. The email was from someone named Arif (customer care) who is just informing me that they are cancelling the delivery of the product as i have requested so. Not a single word of apology from that guy about the immense delay in delivering the product from their end.
                  This incident just reinforces the fact that somehow there is a big disconnect within their Quikr doorstep team. They do not know what has been done, what needs to be done. I anyways have no hope about having a apology from their end.

                    I have booked a fridge for delivery from the seller known as "godrej
                    Refrigerator" ad id:[protected]
                    the seller has not received any calls from the team and the team says
                    that the seller says that the seller does not want to sell the fridge.
                    i have called the quikr doorstep team 4 times and they keep on saying
                    that they will call the seller immediately but as i ask the seller he
                    has not received any of the calls.
                    And now when I try to call them up the line is busy and once the call was answered and i asked the executive to transfer the call to his senior which
                    he did not and hanged up on me.
                    i am going through a lot of mental harassment and torture

                      You people are so reluctant in calling your customer once you receive the payment for your door to door facility.
                      If you cannot full your promise of delivery in 48 hours then why you said in the starting.
                      Customer care people have no idea what resolution they are giving.

                      Pathetic very pathetic..

                      I made the payment on 09/04/2016 and still have not received any call from quikr representative reagarding further steps.

                      I have called quikr customer care 4 times no body is giving proper resolution.

                      My business getting hampered because of their delay and improper response.

                        I ordered a sofa set on saturday and did online payment. Soon after that i got a message that the ordered product will be delivered by sunday between 1pm-4pm. Whereas i did not recieve my product.Yesterday i got a conformation message that the product will be sent today between 1pm-4pm . But till now the product havent come till now.As i asked the coustemer they replied that the product is still at their residence. I need the product to be delivered today. If not please return our money.

                          Hi Sir,

                          We had posted the AD on Quikr 4 weeks ago and they came and took the fridge last week and it was delivered to the buyer on 11 Apr 2016. The Buyer is known to us and she called us up and conveyed that the fridge was damaged and the freezer plates were broken when they delivered.

                          We are trying to call the Quikr customercare but no response.

                            Seller refused to deliver the product to me because he got much higher price for his product so i raised ticket to refund the amount of rs 5, 500 which i paid direclty to quikr .

                            I raised this refund issue complaint on 4th of april 2016 but i still not received the amount i tried to call them regularly but they just keep me saying to wait and wait . Its been 10 days around and i have still not received the amount.

                            Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                              I think Quikr started money making from quikr doorstep by making fool to customers. I made payment directly for a fridge Rs. 10, 600 (including conveyance changes). I didn't got any update for 1 day. I got an invoice of Rs. 100 where nothing was mentioned about product. Then I talked to customer care, they told me that you bought a fridge and made payment (atleast this much loyalty they showed), told that you will get a call after 44 or 24 hrs (executive was not clear at accent at all). We took number of seller from this executive as it was not mentioned in the ad. We called seller, he said, the product is already sold out. Then we again called customer care, which is not toll free. We tried it for 4 times for atleast 5-10 min each time, but they didn't redirect it to executive. Then again I got a call from Quikr doorstep, telling that the product is already sold. When I asked him why did they take payment if product is already sold, he was not having answer. I asked about refund, he said I don't have any information about it, you will have to contact customer care. Again as usual, customer care call charged but didn't connect to executive. I tried a landline given in invoice. That number got connected, but the moment he understood it's for refund case, he asked me to hold for redirecting and redirected to a random mobile number who was not a quikr person. After they I tried this landline for 9 times, firstly it was busy, then one picked up and quickly disconnected and then never picked up. I have read many customer complaints for quikr doorstep. I wish I could have cross checked that before making payment. I'm just waiting that they will refund it, don't have any option.

                                The item was scheduled to be delivered on 10th april 2016 between 10 am to 1 pm.

                                But the item is neither picked up nor the delivery person called me or seller till now.

                                  Hi.
                                  I had ordered a micromax phone Order no #156811 having 1GB of Ram. The handset was delivered with defects. It was replaced after around 20 days.

                                  I used the replaced handset for a few days which was fine after which the phone is hanging and not responding to any commands only to get to know from a relative that the replaced phone is having 512MB of Ram. My question's.

                                  1) Why was I delivered a phone with 512MB of RAM when a phone of 1GB RAM was ordered.

                                  2) Why was I not informed of the changes since I had paid the required price for the desired phone that I did not receive.

                                  3) Why was a follow up not done to know if the phone was working fine since it was not the one ordered and moreover, it was replaced since the previous one was defective.

                                  4) Do I get a positive reply from you or do I need to post my issue elsewhere.

                                    I have called and messaged your dealer many times alternatively from one month regarding the poor quality of sofa set that was purchased from quikr.com. I think that does not include the code of conduct between a customer and a service provider. I've been patient since long time but again no response from dealer's end.

                                    The nails that holds the seating cushion are exposed now due to poor quality, it is a 6 seater l shape sofa and the alignment from the separation that connects both sofas are not in good shape nor leveled.

                                    In the end i just want you to replace or refund it immediately or else i will be forced to take legal actions against your company.Being a customer experiencing a bad quality of products and services, it is truly a mental harassment. It includes my hard earned money that does not deserves this poor quality of service.

                                      My order id is 10116613 it was placed on 8 march 2016 and declined on 18 march 2016 but still not get the refund and whenever i called your care they said ruddily that i got within 3 days but still not get my money.this would happen number of times thats y i am writing this mail.Tel me who is responsible for the interest charged by the credit card company for your late payment.

                                        I have ordered a computer table through quikr doorstep service and paid the full amount on 6th april. I have been told that i will be received the item on 8th. Today is 11th april and still no status or not even call from quikr.

                                        And seller advertise id is[protected]

                                        I inquired about 5-6 times for the status and they told that they don't have any status of their auto generated number which is quite irresponsible.

                                        Please help me out to get my money back or item to be delivered.

                                        What is this? I didn't get any notification from Quikr regarding my order, no call, no status and still it is marked as resolved?

                                        Frustration is getting very high and shame to your Quikr customer care as they don't know order status even. What the hack is there which doesn't show the status of my paid order and there is no delivery after 10-12 days which committed on 2nd day.

                                        Just check the status and provide me details or at least my money back for that order.
