It's very disgusting that after receiving my money they are not at all taking care of my order & completely neglecting even I had kept 20mails from them no response and they didn't reolved and also I contacted customer care they also not responding what to do I'm not getting now it's 4th day I called today also they didn't said anything what to do now please help me regarding this thanks in advance.

        Dear job seekers, pleas dont search any jobs in quikr bcz so many reasons is there, hope you know. now they are trying to make fool us through TATKAL JOBS if you try they will take 50rs from us but we will not get proper contacts all is fraud consultancy and fraud company contacts only so be aware.
        Yes obviously above review is correct and I had charged 50 bucks but no recruiter details sended. And after complaining they are going to delete my account.

          Hi,

          I have bought a product from quicker and it got delivered on 5th April.
          There was some offer going on as per that I should get 400/- paytm cash and 50/- additional cash-back. I got the paytm cash-back of 400, but till now i didn't get additional cash-back.

          I have written the mail to quicker and called customer care but no use.
          Customer care is not responding properly after hearing the issue. I have called so many times, they are drooping the call or putting in hold forever. Plz ask them to audit the calls of [protected].

          Note: I have wasted more than 70 rupees on calling but no use.

            I opted for quikrx exchange. There I select HTC526 G (glossy black) in exchange with my Sony Xperia U. The amount is Rs. 7884 after exchange become Rs.3468. Today I received SMS from Delhivery advising me to keep Rs. 7883 in cash. I spoke to quikrx cc today how exactly is the exchange mechanism. She told me technicians will instantaneously confirm the exchange process in the time of delivery. Later the delivery man call me to collect my parcel along Rs.7883. I rang up cc once again asking what's going on? She said exchange is only valid in Delhi, Mumbai, bang, Ahmedbd. What service is this? If not resolve today I have consented the delivery man to cancel by tomorrow and never to associate with quikrx anymore. It wud simply be waste of my precious time. Order no.224419.

              I Purchased the bed from Quikr on Ad_ID[protected] on 5th April and was supposed to delivered on 7th April 2016 between 10-1 PM but the product not delivered to me and when i called the customer care they have no answer as they saying that they delivered to some one address and i was shocked to heared such nonsense things from the guy. when i have paid the amount then i was supposed to get the product.I have Paid Rs.9000/- on 5th April to Quikr.

              If the Bed is not delivered to my address then will go to consumer court.

                Hi,

                Did the payment completely on 26th March 2016. Item picked up from Seller on 30th March, 2016 and its still not delivered. Quikr doorstep could not be reached at all. It gets disconnected.

                The doorstep guy who called from [protected] is not responding and sending texts that he will call me later.

                More than a week, in Order status it shows as delivered, wherein till date the product is not delivered.

                Worst Service ever.

                  The Ad ID:[protected] I have received multiple offers on this ad and one of the buyers have paid for this item( a double cot bed) on the early hours of april 1st. The item shows "Sold" status on quikr, where as I have not received a callback for pickup which they have promised within 24 hours. What a horrible service. I am fed up calling the customer care on various numbers:

                  They either get disconnected without even starting ivrs or keep you waiting on ivrs for a few minutes and the call gets disconnected and was unable to speak to the customer care and you will be charged for the waiting on ivrs.!!!

                  I have tried the contact numbers on contact page mentioned on website. http://hyderabad.quikr.com/html/contact.php

                  Hyderabad office number - they told that it is only a marketing and sales unit and they cant help in anyway and suggested I call on bangalore number.
                  Bangalore office number - Telephone: +[protected] This is the number listed for bangalore office- it goes to mumbai and they say we are not from bangalore and finally connected me to some dept, which they said they would be able to answer my query.
                  These people (supposed to be quikr doorstep customer care probably) have asked me to mail to their doorstep mail id to know the correct status of the ad).On doing so I get a reply after a few hours saying that the ad has been CANCELLED since I was out of station, and that the refund has been initiated on 2nd april, where as I didnot even get a call back to that AD. The buyer too acknowledged that he didnt get the refund yet.(todays date 7th Apr).

                  I DONT UNDERSTAND why the status should be wrongly reflected, and the horrible customer care service adds to the confusion and misery..!!!

                  We( me the seller and buyer ) have agreed on putting up a new AD and then trying to close it . I have posted a new Ad ID:[protected], the seller has made offer, I accepted the offer . The seller tried paying twice and he says he is informed that the payment is not successful. Alas this Escrow payment module has to gulp in two payments and finally say PAYMENT NOT SUCCESSFUL !!!

                    I purchase an item with ad id[protected] on 2nd april using quikr doorstep service. It was scheduled to get delivered on 3rd april. It did not get delivered. On monday, i did not get any response from quickr customer care. From tuesday onwards, i am regularly calling and customer care says that today it will get delivered for sure. They provided me 2 contact no. Also. But one of them was switch off and second one says its a wrong no. I am not the responsible person. Owner's contact no. Is not given with ad. Please get the item delivered till saturday at my place or get y money refunded in my account.

                      I have cheated by Quikr. We are running a manpower consultancy and made the payment of Job postings in Quikr. Quikr sales person Mr. Pratik came to our office on 1st April 2016 and agreed to give 100 postings for 1 year @ Rs 6500/- and sent a payment link to company mail ID and we have made online payment immediately. Pratik again said the service will be activated within 24 hours and we will get login credentials to our registered mail ID. Since it was very urgent requirement we started followup with quikr team and nobody was picking the call and I realised that they will show interest till collecting the payment from customer and No service will be given after this. Now nobody is responding properly and they really cheated me that too April 1st.

                          Placed an Ad - Ad ID[protected].
                          # Scheduled a pickup with atleast 3 people as the item is heavy on Saturday 2nd Apr 10-1.
                          # Coordinated the pickup after several calls with the local truck, the Truck people made me wait the whole day and reached in the evening with just two thin people and said they cannot move the material as they require one more person (in addition to me). They do not want to pick it up.
                          # Rescheduled the pickup for Sunday morning between 10-1. I live in an apartment where they will not allow moving materials on Sunday - so I had to take special permission for this to accomodate the request from the buyer. But they will not allow after 4pm.
                          # Now noone showed up till 5:15pm, and they call at at 5:15 saying they are near Marthahalli (10 kms from my place) and said they will reach in 30 minutes. Obviously I have no choice but to say the apartment will not allow you now inside.
                          # Scheduled it for Monday morning 9:00-9:30. But they never came or called till 10:30. Someone called from the call center at 2:00pm and 'they can't speak proper english' when asked for Seniors/Supervisor they said they have gone for lunch and will call back. It never happend later that day.
                          # Next day I hear from the buyer that the order is cancelled. Buyer is obviously frustrated having made so many calls, having transferred the money earlier and waiting for so long. I am frustrated with the whole experience and unprofessional behavior with automatic cancellation of the order.

                          Now, Quikr enjoys the money for 15 days and claims to have initiated the refund. This is quite a despicable experience and having using things like craiglist this is something I would never venture again.

                              Customer care number does not work. they do not response to calls. I have paid Rs. 1000 for Ad id[protected] transaction id [protected] on 02/04/2016. but dint get any call from quikr till now about delivery of the product. I tried quikr customer care many times but the call cut after few minutes before receiving anyone.

                                I purchased One Wrought Iron Cot worth of 1700 from seller. It been 6 days I have paid the money to quikr, I have not received a single call or email from the quickr team/delivery services.

                                I am trying to cancel the order now. If I call[protected] this number, even afer 10 mins, no response.

                                  Dear Concern,

                                  I purchase TV stand Ad id[protected] on 25 February.On 3rd March 2016 in morning 7:00 I received SMS and email that your item is delivered. So I called customer care and inform them that item is not deliver to me. I escalate this issue. Also I dropped email to [protected]@delhivery.com, [protected]@delhivery.com, [protected]@quikr.com
                                  on 3rd March. I asked them how is possible to deliver item in morning 7 am and if it was delivered than send me invoice copy where my signature present. I received reply from [protected]@quikr.com that your ticket#[protected] will resolve in 24 Hr. But from that day still issue not resolved. Also I asked update on 7th Mar through email. Then from that day I constantly asked update for my escalation on customer care. Initially I spoke with support agent but they not able to resolved my issue. So than I tried to spoke with floor supervisor. Every time supervisors commit me that your issue resolved with is 24 hour to 72 hour. So when i called after 72 hour that supervisor not present who commit me that your issue will be resolve. Again I have to explain everything to new supervisor and again same commitment and no response from their side. Even I also spoke with manager but he is also not able to resolve my issue.
                                  If you want to know how many call from my side asked customer care to pullout their database.

                                    This is w.r.t. the Ad ID:[protected] Solid double bed wooden cot with mattress has been sold on 1st April and buyer has made payment. Doorstep pickup scheduled on 2nd April between 1pm to 4pm, no pickup happened yet. I made a several calls to support team[protected], they kept on saying the item will be picked up on 2nd April itself. No pickup has happened and the buyer kept on asking the status of the pickup. Even I made a call to support team @[protected], only once the call picked up by name Harsha and he provided the driver no. to talk direct ly as the driver denied pickup the item on 2nd April, Again I tried calling support team @[protected], the call was getting disconnected from the other end and the call made between 8pm to 9pm on 2nd April.
                                    On 4th April again I made a call to support team at[protected], they rescheduled the pick up on 4th april between 1pm to 4pm and again the same story, it didnot happpened I made around 9 calls to support team but no positive answer from Meenakshi, Navin and Anshu. even I made conference call between Meenakshi and the person who should suppose to pickup the item. That person (Bharat) denied that Ad Id is not there in his list to pick the item. The support team said that it is on highest priority, we will arrange the pickup on 4th April and pickup will happen without fail.But till now I don't see anything w.r.t. pickup status updates.

                                    My points/concerns:
                                    Quikr doorstep delivery for free is appreciated but the quality of service is lacking and service is not good and not upto the mark.
                                    Every time either the seller or buyer has to contact support team to get the pickup/delivery status.
                                    I have taken leave on 4th april only for this, and my leave got wasted since there is no pickup happened and my whole day went keep on calling support team as it takes 7-8 minutes to the support person on the call.
                                    Is this service really worth to use? I don't think. And there is no track back system about the support team to check the status of pickup/delivery. T
                                    I am not happy with this kind of bad service from quikr-door step.
                                    Let me know what is the next step you are taking w.r.t. Ad Id[protected], as I cannot hold the item for too long without selling in these three days, I have lost 2-3 buyers from other sites.

                                    After using the free Quikr storage service, I realized that there are no free lunches in life. All these "free" services only get you free stress!
                                    Horrible customer service too.
                                    The status is same as the item is still not picked up till today. Buyer made payment on 1st April and pick scheduled for 2nd April and till now nothing has done.Mails to [protected]@quikr.com and [protected]@quikr.com is sent and plenty of times called all the support numbers and the result is zero. If you are not interested in providing doorstep pickup and delivery, clearly say that can't be done. Giving false hopes since from 2nd April is disgusting. On 5th the person who should assigned to pickup the item said he will pick the item by 7.30pm to 8pm and when the person didn't turn up, made a call to check he said he is there at marathhalli and come around 11pm in the night. When I agreed for that he said he denied to come and pick the item. Don't you think that it's a eyewashing hopes given to the customers. If you are not able to provide quality of service just withdraw the service. People will take care by themselves at their cost. Don't provide such bad services. You should stop it. Your apologies and sorry will not work and finding a quick solution to the problem helps a lot hope you will do the same.

                                        I had placed an ad on quikr Ad ID:[protected] for a samsung 250 litre fridge and a buyer from kalyan seen the fridge and also made the payment online. My fridge was in working condition when it was taken by the Delhivery company but when the buyer received it there was all scratches and dents on the fridge and the fridge was not even working. I have complained about it and i have not received any reply.
