Money not credited in bank account after item is delivered 6 days back

Both the products are delivered 5-6 days back and i have not recieved any link
to enter bank details
then they told me to mail on [protected]@quikr.com my bank details which i did multiple times with followup mail on for payment but still the issue is not resolved
Quikr claims the fast delivery and easy process but there team is not trained properly to talk to customer they hung up call when we demands answer of late payment

    I paid for Ad ID.[protected] on but due to delivery concerns, delivery boys took the product back as they could not carry item at 3rd floor. Cancellation happened on 17th March. Till today I called CC 100 times, but none cares to respond.

      I had put up an Ad for selling my furniture on February 1st 2016 (Two seater sofa and 2 chairs - Ad ID[protected] on Quikr. The furniture got picked up by the Quikr storage guys. Since there has been no buyer for a long time, I requested them to return me my furniture.

      However Quikr does not have any intention to return my furniture. Numerous emails sent to the quikr team only result in receiving a standard response that says the matter has been escalated and their team would get back shortly.

      This has been going on for the past 2 weeks.

      These guys are just a bunch of thieves waiting to steal from customers.

        Against all odd i decided to purchase Unboxed Phone from QuikrX, Trust me it was best deal one can ever get. But now i am cursing myself ordering product from QuikrX.

        Customer Care - Bunch of Liars, Give u fake assurance every time when you call and if you ask questions they will bluntly disconnect your calls.
        Email Support - Useless Bunch, Do not respond to your emails after 48Hrs also
        Social - Will acknowledge you and then they are gone for a toss.
        Overall Quikr X - 0/10
        Worst E-commerce Company online.

        I ordered unboxed phone on 18th March and till now the order is under confirmed status, order is not yet dispatched.

        I have been coordinating with the Customer Care since 21st March and they are giving fake assurance that product will be dispatched soon.

        There is no cancellation option on the Quikr Website, once you order and pay online your money is gone for a toss.

        Customer care says order will be cancelled only if i reject the delivery on door step and then they will process the REFUND. But to reject the delivery i should receive the product.

        There is no confirmation on the website and company executives whether or not i will receive product or not?

        Also i am doubtful now if company will send me UNBOXED phone as committed or used damaged phone.

        Cant Trust Quikr anymore. They have failed to build customers trust on 1st line of communication.

        Finally i will wait for sometime and issue LEGAL NOTICE against the company for cheating and fraud as well as criminal breach of trust, which is punishable under Indian Penal Code

        I called Care again, Lady said phone is with the Testing team and after testing phone will dispatch. As i mentioned in my above complaints, Quikr Customer Care Team full of liars.
        My question to QUIKR if phone is not dispatched then why dont you refund my money right away as product lies with QUIKR. Earlier care executive said phone is in dispatched phase so order cant be cancelled.

        Do you expect me to purchase product again?
        I am frustrated from quikr customer services. I paid an amount of 3k to activate my advertisement in premium but nothing happened. I talk to the customer everyday they said that we escalated this issue to our department our concern person will get back to you. Even customer service of social media is pathetic the very well know about my concern but they are unable to do anything. I am literally frustrated poor customer service.

          I am having a 1 year contract with quikr for a ladies pg - premium ads . This is my second contract with quikr . In this contract i am not at all satisfied with your service .

          My main complaints are;-
          1)whenever i post an ad it is not at all visible in your webpage. Due to this the response towards my hostel has decreased a lot .No one is contacting through quikr .
          2)i have 72 more credits to post my premium ad when i viewed last time . But now it is showing zero credits .
          3) i have complained about this several times to quikr service providers but no one is responding to my complaint. They are not even trying to solve my problems . If this issue continues i can't have any further contracts with your company.

            I buy 1000ads with quikr but, with out permission posted 30 premium ads quikr i really * the fellow who posted. Remove the 30 ads now. Quikr cheated leads pack taken extra amount also with me, when i ask to them they are asking invoice but when i ask that sales manager thushar that fellow not given to me. Now quikr fellows not activated my leads packs. I have that fellow thushar manger phone number aslo [protected] i have given this number to custmer but they are not responding. So dont buy quikr ads…….

                I have purchased a unboxed mobile I.e. micromax canvas xpress 2, order id 10065345.on 30th Dec.2015

                I received that mobile on 10th Jan.2016 but I can not found mobile battery in this package. and I immediately contact to quikr and receiving person was came from u and I return that product for replacement on 12th Jan 2016.
                but till now I haven't got any update from u.. I called to person who was picked mobile he was told that your mobile was successfully returned to quikr. But after several calls followup attempts their representative said that they were processing it.

                Till 1st of March I havn't received any updates from them Again i contact them on 3rd of March and claim for the refund. They were agreed for that and told to me your refund received till 14th Of March. but i havn't received.again i contact them and they told me your refund will received next 10 days means till 24th of March. But still I havn't received it. SO i am so much irritated for their service. And Lastly decide to complaints against quikr.com for my valuable money.

                Now as a customer I am very unsatisfied for their service. they are very unresponcible. I am so much disappointed for their service.

                  As per quikr ad Id[protected] imported china round bamboo sticks used for making agarbatti i had telephonic conversation and kalyan had email me all details. I had placed order for 100kg sticks and made a deposit of Rs.8500. In their account. They message me amount received and emailed me dispatched details with fake transporters LR copy. Now they are not picking up my calls not replying my msg and emails.
                  I have reported this on quikr twice but still all ads posted by this person is live.

                  Just beaware of fake and fraud ads on Quikr. Reporting about any fake fraud ad is just for name sake. Quikr as become a home a platform for cheater and fraud persons. I was cheated and the same i had reported but nothing happened. 15days back i had reported about fraud ad which i was cheated of Rs.8500 till today all the fake ad posted by this fraud person are still live and not been blocked so that more and more people get cheated like me.
                  Do not belive on Quikr ads.
                  My complaint as not been resolved and response from quikr.

                    I have ordered one bed from the quikr, first they keep on sending me the message that you order will get delivered by this date. But after 4 day when I didn't received the product I called them they told it will get delivered by tomorrow. But it doesn't get delivered. Then I waited for two days then I called them then they told it got cancelled. I am not sure why it got cancelled without informing me. It is very bad experience.

                      I ordered my order id 10083077 micromax hd a116 phone from quikrx on 10th jan 2016 I received on 28th jan 2016 I received micromax doodle a111 and it was not used by me for 5 to 6 days when I used it was defected the mic of phone was not working and phones battery was also was puffed . I requested for replacement on 11 feb till date I have not received my product they just are holding me saying that please wait for 2 or 3 days.

                        I had recently posted an add for wooden cot and mattress in quikr . I received few offers . 1) You can only accept or renegotiate but can't reject the offer ( I had quoted 8000 but received few offers for 2000 + which I could not reject)
                        2) Fake offers - I had accepted close to 10 offers but no one paid - don't know why they have to offer when they are not interested in buying.
                        3) They can make any number of offer even if it's lower than before ...I received an offer from a person for 6000 after I accept the offer he cancels and gives an other offer for 5000 I thought let's not worry about 1000 and decided to accept but then again he cancels and and gives me another offer for 4000 I realised he was trying to find how much low I would go . I can't reject so just left the chat.
                        4)Finally I received an offer for 6000 I accepted and he paid ( how naive of me to thing it was a genuine offer) 5) quirk team called and scheduled a pick up for 10 am to 1 pm . I checked with them they told me that I did not have to do anything and transport team After lot of follow up finally they came and said I have to dismantle the bed else they can't take it . I rescheduled for next day got hold of a person to dismantle and also agreed to pay for fixing at the buyer location. ₹ 1000 already out ..6) They came the next day and picked up the item the buyer did not understand Tamil and did not know the street address properly since he moved only few days back so after several calls to the transport team finally they reached the buyer place he did not come down to verify the product hence team took everything cot mattress and got it to 3rd floor . Team had to wait since buyer just received an sofa from someone and was renegotiating for reduction since there were lot of problems with sofa and he was willing to send it back finally without much choice the seller has offered him a huge discount . Now he started telling issues with my cot saying this was probably damaged due to floods c'mon not even single drop of water inside my whole apartment next he said he is very bulk and the cot might not hold him .. Finally the transport guy called me and said sir he was expecting some discount like sofa guy so I asked him the question and he said he would pay me 3000 ( original was 6000) since I did not have option since it's all dismantled and I could not use it anymore so I was ready to accept then again he started telling me somethings about bed not holding his weight or something so finally I had to ask them to return it . Then pay more money to fix it .Now I wasted 2 Days and 1000 rupees and the cot is where it was earlier . Call quikr they say that's how it operates ...They don't really worry about seller I guess they got hold of some really innocent victim investor to shell out a lot of money for this initiative ...Up and down at least worth 3000 to 4000 for the truck and who pays ...So what about the quikr doorstep...it's an awesome plan if you are buyer if you are seller then be careful buyer has to pay only a advance until it's delivered but payment to the seller would happen only after few days..and the possibility of the item being returned or price renegotiated ...buyer does not need to go visit a place you can just reject it once it arrives on your door step ...

                            I have been emailing the team everyday to get the banner ad (1 lakh rs. advert) running in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai to be fixed. The issue is the fact that if a person is interested in our advertisement and clicks the "Contact" button, I do not get a notification.

                            Initially quikr requested that I create a presentation on my own and then give them the link to where quikr can redirect customers. I did create the link and then they told that quikr does not allow any external sites to be linked to such ads.

                            I really really need support on this. It has already been 2 weeks since it went live and this is not the way I can proceed. My. number is [protected] and account id is [protected]@vitraggroup.com . Please have someone responsible from the product team or development team contact as I am sick of multiple people calling and none following the case.

                                Not responsive on delivery of items to buyers even after booking of item via online payment.
                                Every time i call them up, the response is generic and they commit the delivery for the next day and inquiring for the same on next day, they again commit for the delivery on next day and it goes on!!!

                                    Posted orbitrek cycling machine and fridge lot of times and even i have paid money (Orbitrek) for top priority but not even one call i have not got. So this site is totally useless. You people initially for advertisement given false promise and all. But now for money you are playing with customers.                                       I was contacted on the phone by one deepak rathod (Deepak.[protected]@quikr.Co.In [protected]) for making my ad premium with a 3 ad pack (Id pt132115auro5136450) for rs. 1000 for a month. He emailed me a link and assured me that once i paid, the ad will become premium without any action on my part (This would have been recorded my the company for "training and quality purposes"). After making the payment on 18 feb, i discovered that i was overcharged for the ad (Website shows rs 660 only). After not getting a satisfactory response for overcharging, i did not pursue the matter thinking that atleast my ad would be premium.

                                      After about 10 days (After my property became unavailable for rent and i had no use of the ad) i discovered that my ad had not been made premium. I sent an email regarding the issue to quikr on 3 mar asking for a refund since the ad was to be made premium by the operator. I did not get a response, i sent another on 14 mar and was told that since my ad pack is expiring on 18 mar, i cannot be given a refund.

                                      It is the manner of the employees who hide behind the pretext of "company policy", their inaction and lack of accountability that infuriates me and that is why i wish to see this matter to its conclusion which is a refund.

                                      my add is still not activated as a premium. i paid rs 1001 on 31 march. plz reply ASAP

                                        Feeling Harassed at every level from Quikr.com. AD Id[protected]. The item was picked up and delivered by Irfan from quikr doorstep (Mobile# [protected], Auto No KA 05 D 0029) on Monday 14th Mar'16. Post delivery of the item the status was wrongly updated as Order Cancelled - Buyer Not Contactable. This is where all the confusion started. Post escalating the issue to the customer support the status is now closed as deal closed offline. What will happen to the payment made my the buyer, where is my product which was picked up and delivered? I neither have the money nor the product. There are a bunch of fools handling the customer support (Sadik, Shekar, Vidya) who have no clue as to what has happened. Multiple mails to [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.co.in has not yielded any fruitful results. Never buy or sell anything on Quikr, heights of harassment. This was my first experience and would be my last transaction with Quikr.
                                        Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Also note the experience with your customer support -

                                        a) Sadik - Who was supposed to call back with an update in 24 hours never got back.
                                        b) Vidya - Unable to understand my query, kept sending canned responses
                                        c) Shekar - Placed the call on hold and disconnected the call when requested the call be transferred to the floor supervisor.
                                        I still have not got a resolution. Need to initiate strict actions against Quikr.com.
