I've placed an order with quickr doorstep delivery. Cooler 30 liter.

I've paid full amount on 28th March and expected the delivery at least my next day.

No action taken till now.

Called customer care more than 10 times, they don't evn care. Every agent says that they will call back in 30 mints.

Never happen. I was desperately waiting for my delivery.

Purchased a bed on 27th March. As promised, I never received a call for scheduling delivery of the product. After misguiding me for 2 days, I got to know that the pick up from the buyers placed was scheduled on 29th March, but since there were no one available, quikr door step did not collect the product. Now again I was told that the product will be delivered as soon as possible. Cannot rely on them anymore. This is the worst site ever....

I have ordered a phone from QuikrX and got a message that it will be delivered in 4 days. 10 days over and even the cart is not showing my product. Worst customer care and support team, they are not responding to my request. Spent huge amount for buying phone and got cheated. I would suggest never place anything on Quikr and QuikrX

I have ordered a product on Quikr and paid Rs.1000/- to quikr through online on 23rd March 2016. As per their delivery policy it has to be delivered within 2 days if it is within city. Today is 28th March 2016 ad still I have not received my Product.

Worst PickUp service.
The pickup of my the product I am selling is being rescheduled everyday to the next day that too when I call from the past 2 and half weeks, but they havent picked up the product yet.
worst is the customer care that never responds with an ans but out of the 100 executives i spoke i got one single ans saying "Please wait for another hour and it will be picked up". This I have been hearing from the past...

i posted an AD on quikr AD ID[protected] around 40 days back and opted for quikr storage.
the product was picked up and it was in Quikr stoarge after 20 days i recieved a call from quikr that u didnt get response for your product so they will return back the product. i agreed with them and requested return back of my product.
the return was scheduled for next day.but it was not delivered.
i waited for 2...

Initially a buyer wanted the Sony Audio Video player. I called Quickr to schedule the time to take my product. The customer care said the driver will pick one Sunday but he came three days later and picked it. In the meanwhile the buyer had cancelled because he did not receive the product.
Now the product is with Quickr. at the same time another buyer wanted for the product. I mailed customer care saying...

It is vary bad experience with quikr. I was made full payment for a refrigerator and they scheduled delivery before 2 days. I called customer service 50 times they are only saying delivery people will call u within 20 minutes but there is no response at all

This is with reference to you mail regarding refund amount, till now the amount has not be credited back to my account. I have booked to purchase a dinning table from chennai, after confirming with your executive, I have made a advance payment of Rs 1000 for AD[protected], and I have been provided with a invoice. Very next day itself your executive contacted and tf the order is getting...

My order no. is[protected] or[protected] which i place on 20 or 22 March, 2016 and i call many times on quikr.com customer help line but every person miss guide me every time... i also pay all the money ageist my order parcel but today 25th of march i'll not receive my parcel...this company totally fraud i want my money back please help me out...

I have ordered an phone from quikr on 5 march 2016. But to my utmost surprise the phone I received was defective(the screen was not working). So I returned that on 12th march. Today is 25th march But still no replacement is there.When I am calling customer care they are just telling me to wait for 2 more days every time. My order id is 177460

Payment received on 20 Mar by Quikr as a 3rd party between seller and buyer, i am the buyer for a air cooler on rent.

no status for delivery, no proper communication, no contact with seller.

Only call was made twice stating, they couldnt contact with the seller, and said money will be refunded at the end of 3rd day, no such update call was made thereafter....

Someone called me for one of the ADs I had pasted from Quukr for selling my car and asked me to pay Rs1500 and gave all false promises. Post payment they have bought some Ad pack which I can see when I login online but cannot use it.
They said they will convert AD to premium and nothing has been done.
When I logged in and checked, premium AD costs only 425 Rs. They have cheated me and not done anything at all. When I raised...

Both the products are delivered 5-6 days back and i have not recieved any link
to enter bank details
then they told me to mail on [protected]@quikr.com my bank details which i did multiple times with followup mail on for payment...

I paid for Ad ID.[protected] on but due to delivery concerns, delivery boys took the product back as they could not carry item at 3rd floor. Cancellation happened on 17th March. Till today I called CC 100 times, but none cares to respond....

I had put up an Ad for selling my furniture on February 1st 2016 (Two seater sofa and 2 chairs - Ad ID[protected] on Quikr. The furniture got picked up by the Quikr storage guys. Since there has been no buyer for a long time, I requested them to return me my furniture.

However Quikr does not have any intention to return my furniture. Numerous emails sent to the quikr team only result in receiving a standard response that says...

Against all odd i decided to purchase Unboxed Phone from QuikrX, Trust me it was best deal one can ever get. But now i am cursing myself ordering product from QuikrX.

Customer Care - Bunch of Liars, Give u fake assurance every time when you call and if you ask questions they will bluntly disconnect your calls.
Email Support - Useless Bunch, Do not respond to your emails after 48Hrs also
Social - Will acknowledge...

I am having a 1 year contract with quikr for a ladies pg - premium ads . This is my second contract with quikr . In this contract i am not at all satisfied with your service .

My main complaints are;-
1)whenever i post an ad it is not at all visible in your webpage. Due to this the response towards my hostel has decreased a lot .No one is contacting through quikr .
2)i have 72 more credits to post my premium...

I buy 1000ads with quikr but, with out permission posted 30 premium ads quikr i really * the fellow who posted. Remove the 30 ads now. Quikr cheated leads pack taken extra amount also with me, when i ask to them they are asking invoice but when i ask that sales manager thushar that fellow not given to me. Now quikr fellows not activated my leads packs. I have that fellow thushar manger phone number aslo [protected] i have given this number...
