Dear Concern,
I have ordered a product on Quikr and paid Rs.1000/- to quikr through online on 23rd March 2016. As per their delivery policy it has to be delivered within 2 days if it is within city. Today is 28th March 2016 ad still I have not received my Product.

Conversation with Quikr:
On 26th mar 2016 I received a call to schedule for delivery of the product i.e., after 3 days. Then they have scheduled a delivery on 27th March 2016 between 11AM - 1PM And I was eagerly waiting for my product and cancelled all my work. Then Till afternoon on 27th Mar I have not received any call or details about delivery So, I gave a call to customer support and they have given me the contact details of some person and quoted as he is Driver for Quikr delivery Vehicle. He said he is going to pick up the item in next 1-2 hours and will call back. I was eagerly waiting and there is no call back from that person nor the details from CC. I called the Person at evening after 7PM on the same day and he said he is having lot of deliveries and cannot deliver it. Then I started loosing trust on Quikr for wrong commitment. At 10.27PM on 27th Mar (i.e., on the same day) I received a message from Quikr that "Seller was not around to pick up the Item". Next day i.e., 28th March 2016 I spoke to the seller, he said that the driver from Quikr has called and said cannot pick up the item on 27th Mar and scheduled pick up for 28th Mar at 10AM- 1PM.
Here comes the situation which made me to completely loose trust on Quikr and felt it was cheated,
On 27th Mar I filed a complaint Quikr Customer Support about the issue and told that it has to be delivered on 28th Mar 2016 no matter what may the issue.
on 28th Mar'16 I received a call from Quikr and said they can only deliver it on 29th Mar'16 and got a call from CC that Seller agreed to pick up only on 29th Mar'16. I spoke to Seller, he said he already wasted lot of time by waiting for pickup and still waiting for pickup. Then CC has called and telling that they can only pick it up on 29th Mar'16. After that there is no call from Quikr. When I called CC of Quikr, they have given again a driver no. which is switched off all the time. Again CC of Quikr is telling they cannot commit on the timing when they are going to deliver the item, instead of that they are suggesting to cancel the item after going through such a pain.
They are quoting that the entire problem is from seller.
In fact, Quikr has cheated me that they will deliver it on time and wrongly communicating with Seller & Buyer for what so ever reason.
Kindly do the needful & Provide Justice for me. As I do not believe anymore in Quikr as I lost my valuable time & Felt Guilty and ashamed for begging for my product even after paying the entire amount.

I already wrote more than 100 mails to your all Email ID and called almost 200 times to all your numbers, But always you guys reply same that we are working on this m we will get back to you in 24-48 hours, and from last past 2 months i am getting same reply. So again please you also don't say same answer for this.
