    I have contacted quickrfor personal loans and they provided me all the lenders numbers, but when I pay the amount of 47000, the lender is switching the phone off, I have lost full money of 47000 .

      I decided to purchase unboxed phone from quikrx, no doubt it was a good deal. But now i am cursing myself ordering product from quikrx. Its been almost 20 days and i'm still waiting for the delivery. There's no one to help you at the customer care - bunch of liars, give u fake assurance every time when you call. Worst e-commerce company online.

      Their intend is to loot our hard earned money . Will wait for one more week and then lodge a complaint with the consumer forum.

          I Bought storage unit from quikr and with Ad ID[protected] and they didn't delivered this item and to me and return to seller again. But still these guys didn't refunded my money to me.
          I spoken with quikr customer care on 17th Feb 1st time and after that i called many times and they are not refunding my money back. always they are telling that will refund your money in 24-48 hours and still i am waiting for my money.
          Can you guys help me.

          I already wrote more than 100 mails to your all Email ID and called almost 200 times to all your numbers, But always you guys reply same that we are working on this m we will get back to you in 24-48 hours, and from last past 2 months i am getting same reply. So again please you also don't say same answer for this.

            Quikrx team is very lazy and cheating. the are not shipping my product for the past 12 days. i have called them more than 10 times, each time they say "we need 24 hours to process the request" but development yet regarding my order. and they are not refunding my amount too.. their customer care is useless and irresponsible. i didnt get my product delivered yet.

              Hi,
              I have published an ad#[protected] regarding sell of washing machine.Also i opted for QUIKR doorstep facility which involves free picking of product and delivery to the respective buyer. Quikr doorstep guys came and picked my washing machine and i was given a receipt regarding the same.But after couple of weeks nether i got any update of any offer nor i was having any idea wher my product was. I checked with customer care and they told me that my ad is not active with unknown reasons and he told me to check with QUIKR doorstep services which i did (Ticket no#[protected]). After one week of complaint and couple of reminder i got a mail from QUIKR doorstep that my ad will be active in 2 hr. After some time on 3rd March i got a mail saying that my product was not sold so they will return it to me.
              After this i got several messages regarding date of delivery of my product.
              First for 5th march(which i have fixed as i have changed my address) then for 8th march followecd by 11th March but it is not delivered. So again i am lost where my product is.

              After being frustrated from this to and fro oscillation from QUIKR doorstep, i again published the ad with new id#[protected]. On 7th March i got an offer for this ad which i accepted .I was told that payment link has been sent to buyer and they will notify me after buyer makes the payment(I am not sure where the payment will be made as i did not provided any details).

              So scenario is
              A. I dont have any idea where my product is considering first ad.
              B.What happenned to offer which i have accepted considering second.

              This is totally disappointing for me and i am tired of this web of confusions.

                I've placed an order with quickr doorstep delivery. Cooler 30 liter.

                I've paid full amount on 28th March and expected the delivery at least my next day.

                No action taken till now.

                Called customer care more than 10 times, they don't evn care. Every agent says that they will call back in 30 mints.

                Never happen. I was desperately waiting for my delivery.

                Customer care people are good for nothing.

                Always fake promises. I've not received product yet. Very disappointing.

                For each call I made I'll need to wait 10 mints to get connected to customer care. And till now more than 10 times i've called them and literally begged my right.

                My mobile bill would cross more than 100/- by now. Does quickr do not have shame really?

                  Purchased a bed on 27th March. As promised, I never received a call for scheduling delivery of the product. After misguiding me for 2 days, I got to know that the pick up from the buyers placed was scheduled on 29th March, but since there were no one available, quikr door step did not collect the product. Now again I was told that the product will be delivered as soon as possible. Cannot rely on them anymore. This is the worst site ever. Do not order from them

                      I have ordered a product on Quikr and paid Rs.1000/- to quikr through online on 23rd March 2016. As per their delivery policy it has to be delivered within 2 days if it is within city. Today is 28th March 2016 ad still I have not received my Product.

                      Conversation with Quikr:

                      On 26th mar 2016 I received a call to schedule for delivery of the product i.e., after 3 days. Then they have scheduled a delivery on 27th March 2016 between 11AM - 1PM And I was eagerly waiting for my product and cancelled all my work. Then Till afternoon on 27th Mar I have not received any call or details about delivery So, I gave a call to customer support and they have given me the contact details of some person and quoted as he is Driver for Quikr delivery Vehicle. He said he is going to pick up the item in next 1-2 hours and will call back. I was eagerly waiting and there is no call back from that person nor the details from CC. I called the Person at evening after 7PM on the same day and he said he is having lot of deliveries and cannot deliver it. Then I started loosing trust on Quikr for wrong commitment. At 10.27PM on 27th Mar (i.e., on the same day) I received a message from Quikr that "Seller was not around to pick up the Item". Next day i.e., 28th March 2016 I spoke to the seller, he said that the driver from Quikr has called and said cannot pick up the item on 27th Mar and scheduled pick up for 28th Mar at 10AM- 1PM.
                      Here comes the situation which made me to completely loose trust on Quikr and felt it was cheated,
                      On 27th Mar I filed a complaint Quikr Customer Support about the issue and told that it has to be delivered on 28th Mar 2016 no matter what may the issue.
                      on 28th Mar'16 I received a call from Quikr and said they can only deliver it on 29th Mar'16 and got a call from CC that Seller agreed to pick up only on 29th Mar'16. I spoke to Seller, he said he already wasted lot of time by waiting for pickup and still waiting for pickup. Then CC has called and telling that they can only pick it up on 29th Mar'16. After that there is no call from Quikr. When I called CC of Quikr, they have given again a driver no. which is switched off all the time. Again CC of Quikr is telling they cannot commit on the timing when they are going to deliver the item, instead of that they are suggesting to cancel the item after going through such a pain.
                      They are quoting that the entire problem is from seller.

                      In fact, Quikr has cheated me that they will deliver it on time and wrongly communicating with Seller & Buyer for what so ever reason.

                      Kindly do the needful & Provide Justice for me. As I do not believe anymore in Quikr as I lost my valuable time & Felt Guilty and ashamed for begging for my product even after paying the entire amount.

                      All the posts for sell of dinning table in Bhubaneswar are fake.

                      Since 15 days I have been trying to contact the given phone numbers posted in quikr.com for selling o[censored]sed dinning table, all the numbers are switched off.is it possible that all the numbers except one are switched off since 15 days!!! All the posts are probably fake n to show more posts your company probably have done this tampering..

                        Worst PickUp service.
                        The pickup of my the product I am selling is being rescheduled everyday to the next day that too when I call from the past 2 and half weeks, but they havent picked up the product yet.
                        worst is the customer care that never responds with an ans but out of the 100 executives i spoke i got one single ans saying "Please wait for another hour and it will be picked up". This I have been hearing from the past 2 weeks..
                        really fed up of Quikr.

                          Hi Sir,
                          i posted an AD on quikr AD ID[protected] around 40 days back and opted for quikr storage.
                          the product was picked up and it was in Quikr stoarge after 20 days i recieved a call from quikr that u didnt get response for your product so they will return back the product. i agreed with them and requested return back of my product.
                          the return was scheduled for next day.but it was not delivered.
                          i waited for 2 days but the product was not delivered yet so i called quikr and sent a mail to quikr doorstep and quikr team they said due to some issue they were not able to deliver the product and they will schedule it again for next day.
                          the next day 1 delivery person called me that the product will be delivered today so i need to be at home i wasted my whole day waiting for him but he didnt came so in evening i called tried calling him but he didnt recieved the call.
                          for next 2 days every morning i used to recieve call from quikr delivery person that it will be delivered today but no one used to come.
                          after that called quikr and asked for the escalation team mail and escalated my problem to escalation team.
                          but it has been 10 days but my issue is not resolved.
                          around 3 days back i recieved a mail that the product is delievered back to me but i have not yet recieved the product.
                          i called quikr again and explained them everything.they said they are having some issue with delhivery team and the product is with driver and he will deliver it next day.
                          it has been 3 days but i have not yet reieved my product back.
                          kindly help me to get my product back or give me the amount of the product

                            Initially a buyer wanted the Sony Audio Video player. I called Quickr to schedule the time to take my product. The customer care said the driver will pick one Sunday but he came three days later and picked it. In the meanwhile the buyer had cancelled because he did not receive the product.
                            Now the product is with Quickr. at the same time another buyer wanted for the product. I mailed customer care saying since the product is with Quickr, deliver it to the buyer. I got a message today saying that Quickr came to my house to pick the same product and I was not available. What a fraud message. I was there at home throughout. Why is such messages coming. Why dont the team deliver my product which you have to buyer in time.
                            Why is there is no discipline in time and sayings. Kindly check this and provide the product to buyer asap.

                              It is vary bad experience with quikr. I was made full payment for a refrigerator and they scheduled delivery before 2 days. I called customer service 50 times they are only saying delivery people will call u within 20 minutes but there is no response at all

                                This is with reference to you mail regarding refund amount, till now the amount has not be credited back to my account. I have booked to purchase a dinning table from chennai, after confirming with your executive, I have made a advance payment of Rs 1000 for AD[protected], and I have been provided with a invoice. Very next day itself your executive contacted and tf the order is getting cancelled due to shipping issue, if not possible why your executive give me false surity, I have send several mail for the refund amount, every time you are cheating me with provide false statement that you have made the payment and a screenshot which is not at all viewable. I tried to reach your team through voice and executive has called me, while speaking with him regarding this issue he asked to wait for a minute and disconnected the line. Are you not ashamed to cheat people and looting there money. I challenge to show me the credited refund in my account. If you people are not refunding my money I will forced to take legal actions.

                                    I have ordered an phone from quikr on 5 march 2016. But to my utmost surprise the phone I received was defective(the screen was not working). So I returned that on 12th march. Today is 25th march But still no replacement is there.When I am calling customer care they are just telling me to wait for 2 more days every time.                                       Payment received on 20 Mar by Quikr as a 3rd party between seller and buyer, i am the buyer for a air cooler on rent.

                                      no status for delivery, no proper communication, no contact with seller.

                                      Only call was made twice stating, they couldnt contact with the seller, and said money will be refunded at the end of 3rd day, no such update call was made thereafter.

                                        Someone called me for one of the ADs I had pasted from Quukr for selling my car and asked me to pay Rs1500 and gave all false promises. Post payment they have bought some Ad pack which I can see when I login online but cannot use it.
                                        They said they will convert AD to premium and nothing has been done.
                                        When I logged in and checked, premium AD costs only 425 Rs. They have cheated me and not done anything at all. When I raised compliant to them thorugh email - someone responded saying they will call me - no one called
                                        when I called customer care - they said they will get this looked into and someone will call me back - no one called.
                                        I got a call again from their marketing team probably who did not know the background to fool me again to by another AD pack - I raised my concern and they transferred call to floor manager who promised someone will call - NO ONE CALLED. From my view point right now Quikr is a bunch of cheaters trying to cheat poeple to make money.
