Quikr — Money refund to bank account | |||||
I placed an order on 15th june from mobiwik wallet. However, after waiting for 4 days, the seller cancelled the order. So now, my money will be refunded in the mobiwik wallet. But in mobiwik, if i transfer to bank it will charge rs 200 extra and moreover the limit to transfer is 5000. So this money will not be of any use or me. Before buying th eproduct the relationship manager and seller were in very hurry for the payment and assured that the product will be delivered within time again and again. But now, the seller is not reachable and quikr team is not responding well. So can you please help me and transfer the amount to my bank instead of mobiwik? I ordered a wardrobe..but having waited for 3-4 days..they cancel the order..then i bought another one..but still same conditions ..they..cancel it..after 3 days..now they refunded my money in..Quikr wallet...so how can i resend that money to my bank account
