[Resolved] Quikr — Payment not received for the item sold through quikr. Ad id :[protected] | |||
Hi, Have not received the payment till date for the item (4 sitter wrought iron dinning table with oval glass top) which they took from my place on 17th april 2016 and delivered to buyer . Buyer already made payment to quikr. In spite of sending reminder emails and phone calls, they have not resolved my issue and have not given any clear picture what is the reason behind not depositing the amount to my account. Have spoken to there customer care representative but all in vain and it has been more then 12 days.. Please help . I am also facing same problem they are saying that the payement has initiated from last 5 days and I m not getting my account.it for my ad id[protected] and reference number- 7344 .I want swift action on this

Still the issue is not resolved they say that payment has been initiated but I haven't received the amount in my account.
Every time you follow up you get a response stating that it has been initiated but if initiated why is amount not reflecting in my account?
