    I got the connection after 2 months, the first month i registered 3 complaints due to connection error, still they not resolving...please what government doing this kind worst provider approve..

    Worst customer care ever seen. Really poor service. Please do not opt for it. I wish I had a negative star.
    Worst customer care.. Does not work 3 days in a week and no one picks up the call in customer care...im terminating my connection and only then these kind of worst providers will realise...

      I had originally applied for Raajnett connection in October 2015. with an advance deposit of Rs 1500 for a 20 MBPS connection with 50 GB limit. After several calls and bad experiences got connected in end November 2015 at very slow speed.

      There after because of floods on 02 December 2016 in Chennai, our area was heavily flooded and the net work went down. I had informed Raajnett that the connection was not working for almost 3 weeks and hence asked extension for the same. Even in those times the connection worked, it was intermittent and we had never seen a speed of 20 MBPS once. It was around 2 - 4 MPBS on average.

      Complaint Log: I tried to record a a log of a few calls. I would have made many more. But this timeline will give an idea of how they behave.

      On 31st December I had asked for an extension and they said that it will be automatically extended for two weeks. But, next day they told me that I had to further extend the subscription which I did by paying Rs ~1100. It worked for a day and from 02 Jan 2016 till 26 jan 2016 the internet did not work. Last it worked on 27, stopped on 28th and was having intermittent connection on 29, 30, 31 Jan 2016.

      By this time I should have atleast made some 100 calls to Raajnett

      By that time I received SMS form Raajnett that I have renew my subscription despite the fact that I did not have internet for 25 days. Its been 4 days since i asked not extend, but they went ahead and cut the connection. They have not shown any steps towards fixing this connection.

      Now they say thy can extend only by 15 days. If I ask for the logic they use, they say "Thats what their manager has authorized". It is the worst that I have ever faced.

        Raajnett folks visited my home 3 weeks back and they promised they will provide the internet connection in 3 days and now its almost 3 weeks and no one took any steps for the installation.

        Also they have provided a complaint no where no one answers the call. There was an alternate number provided for new connection and those representatives do not encourage for any complaints

        And when I told them that I will lodge a complaint in this website they do not seem to worry at all

          I using raajnet for past 2 months, my plan is 40mbps but iam getting around 2 to 5mbps speed also network issue's are there, most of the time (no network) whenever I complain they take request and in a day I get message from raajnet that my request resolved where it is actually not, so don't get this connection, money waste.

            I got a new fibernet connection of Raajnett and paid for the 40mbps speed plan however my actual speed is less than 1mbps and when i try calling customer care no one pick call even after waiting for 1hour. i made lots of complaint online as well but everytime i get an sms that your problem has been resolved whereas actually it is not. Raajnett is a fraud company and making false promises of providing 40mbps speed. Please Please be careful only go for trusted brands.

              Sir, I am residing in thoraipakkam & I have applied for raaj broadband in the month of Dec. 2015 with cheque for 6 months charges but they installed on 24..12.15 and same day onwards its not working and i called the raaj customer care immediately to disconnect the connection and refund the amount which i have paid. Even after 1 month they have not refund the amount and given reconnection on 19.1.2016 assure to give wireless router free. Next day onwards its not working and now they refuse to give wireless router. Mentally i was distrubed. Even customer care people they are not attending the calls properly. Kindly arrange to refund my money.

                We have paid 2000 rs for establishing a new connection .They asked us to wait for 15 working days . We waited for 20 working days yet we dint received any calls or mails from their team .So we decided to ask our money back.We sent a mail to their support team, they are also not responding to our mail .They are yet to refund our money.

                  My uncle registered for Raaj Nett connection in Medavakkam area on 20th December (receipt no. 5467). The first claim that they made is the connection will be given in 5-6 working days and even earlier.

                  Quoting from their website "Depending on the feasibility, after applying for New connection within 7 working days connection would be installed. If you are staying within 100 meters radius from raajnett POP Junction (sub-junction) you could get your connection within 4-5 days also." They even went on to say, "This is applicable for most of the new customer of raajnett as raajnett POP Junctions are densely present in all the feasible areas" (http://raajnett.com/#faq).

                  Days went by, I used to call the area manager Venkat ([protected]) daily about the connection. He would ask me to wait for 2 more days and this excuse went on. And after 20 days, when I lost my temper, he agreed that they still haven't installed the cable lines as there were problems with approvals and would need more time.

                  And a month went by, still no development. Called customer care executives, they asked me to wait for 2 more days. Nothing happened. Finally sent a mail for the refund to [protected]@raajnett.co.in. The next day they were there to give the cable line to us and to the nearby apartment. But only later did we understand that was only an eyewash! They still didn't give the connection. Been four days and giving an excuse that electrician is not there to keep the box and give connection. As expected, no reply for the email I sent too!

                  These people are unique. Very difficult to find these days. Where can you find a service provider in this 21st century which doesn't give a damn about providing a proper service let alone customer satisfaction!

                    I paid for a new connection on December 8th, 2015 and the sales executive promised me to get the connection in 7days. But I have not got the connection yet and today is 24/Jan/2016.

                    I called so many times to the sales executive and customer care but they don’t give the proper response to me, the sales executive named Akash - [protected], scolded me for keep calling him. after that he didn’t pick my call. I also informed this to customer care but they cut the call while was speaking.

                    I lost my trust on them, I asked my money back but they simply said that they won’t return the registration fee.

                    I’ve enclosed the bill.

                      I applied a new connection on September 2015 and they didn't provide connection yet and I shifted to another place so they asked me to make a new connection and I paid for the second connection too...but they didn't provide refund for last connection and also they didn't provide connection also.

                        I paid for a new connection on 2nd January 2016 and was promised by the sales executive the connection in 5days which is maximum time and will be done before. I called after 7 days he told that I will get a technician by 6pm and the again he made some excuse. He promised the connection next day these things repeated everyday and then he stopped answering my call, if I call in a new number he picks up but makes some excuses. This problem is reported by many people in the internet and the name of raajnett is going down because of this. If the connection is not provided by end of this week strict action will be taken by me on your company and your employees.

                          I'm residing in medavakkam koot road and this raajnett came up all of a sudden making a boom offer. So we people opted to choose and we were overwhelmed by the response of sales executive to collect money. He promised me to give the connection within 2 days and it's almost 2 months and there's no sign of anybody reaching me for connection. Pathetic, disappointing, useless service till date I've seen.

                            I have registered a complaint(User ID - TPK1899) against an internet connection provided by RajjNett.
                            The complaint was registered on 6th JAN 2016. Today is 19th JAN 2016, and till now no action has been taken. No technical team has contacted yet.
                            Customer care folks tell the same thing and again and again from 15days.
                            New internet connection was taken on 3rd of JAN 2016 and in 3days the connection went down. Since the money is paid in advance, I get charged Rs.1300 for all these days without even using their services.

                              Even after seeing all the bad reviews, I went ahead with .the request for bb connection as these mfrs are the only people providing broadband service in my area.

                              Everything happened just as mentioned in the above reviews.Their sales mfr collected the money within 20 mins of my calling him.

                              After that it has been more than 30 days now and still no contact from Raajnett.The sales mfr does not attend my calls any more.

                              Have dropped an email asking for a refund.Not sure if I will get it though.

                              AVOID THESE MFRS AT ALL COST!!or if you have lots of money lying around throw em at these dogs forget it.Your choice.

                                I applied for a new connection on 17th December2015 wherein I submitted all the documents and an advance amount of Rs 1415. Its been 1month now there is no connection made available to me till now. I'm tired calling the customer care but they dont give a proper response. I'm even visiting their office in Thoraipakkam daily but they just say that work will be done today/tomorrow and so on. I also give a phone call to their managers Mr. Kannan and Mr. Venkat daily who sits in that office but they don't even receive the phone calls.

                                  I got some connectivity issue on 15/01/2016 and i call Customer Care raised a ticket. They simply said they dont have technician to resolve this issue since all are in pongal Holiday. From this response itself anyone can judge Raajnetts service. Till now the issue is not resolved even after calling many times to its Customer Care. My validity alone getting reduced without using the service, i dont know will my validity get extended or not. Very worst Internet service, please dont go for it if you get free of cost also.

                                    Hi, I have got a new RaajNett connection on 08/01/2016 evening 8:00 PM, Internet was working till 10/01/2016 morning, then it stopped working, I have raised a complaint, but till now (18/01/2016) there is no action taken, whenever I called customer care they give simple and standard answer "we have informed the technician" and don't know how to behave with the customers and they don't have patients to listen the problem. When I asked them escalate to next level they said they don't have call transfer facility to escalate. now I don't know when the issue will be resolved. this broadband is prepaid, so I have paid the money now in advance.                                       I registered a new connection with these people Rajnett on 22/12/15 who are a ISP in my area (perungudi) and suffered both loss of money and peace of mind.

                                      Since nothing else was working I went ahead with these people.
                                      I called the toll free customer care number by which a person named Veera from their sales team immediately dropped by and collected money (500 for new connection and 1000 as monthly charge). I was informed by this person that there would be verification the next day after which the connection would be given in a couple of working days (Also stated that for me its just one day).

                                      Since then every single day i was transferred to one person to the other with each of them stating that it will be done in half an hour, 2 hours or by EOD but nothing happens. One day i had to threaten them with dire consequences after which 2 people dropped by after 10 days. They just put the cable hanging in my room and went off stating that the switch is in another person's house. Again, when i contacted them they stated an important person from their activation team is on a long leave and would be done once he / she is back but till now no sign of anyone. Best part is the toll free number goes only to the sales team and does not connect to the complaints team.

                                      Till date i don't have the internet connection and i have lost my money and have been subjected to mental trauma.

                                      Now, I do not want their connection but just refund of my money & I am fighting for it.
                                      I would suggest to all of you out there to not go for this company and help in closing out this organization of frauds or thieves.

                                        I am living at medavakkam Chennai. I had applied for a new connection on 30/12/15. They said it is feasible in my area and collected an advance of Rs 1760 for the emperor plan on 31/12/15. Receipt Number is 5490. After that the contact person Paramasivam of Raajnett [protected] is not attending my calls and the installation is not yet done. Beware of this fraudster people. He is incharge of medavakkam marketing raajnett i guess. He has the audacity to collect money from people and later not return their calls. So if he contacts regarding raajnet connection stay safe people. Calling the customer care service has also proved to be fruitless. They have been saying i will receive a call within the next 24 hours for the past 8 days. No calls have come regarding installation as of now. I have also sent an email on the 13th of january requesting to refund my money as i have lost faith and interest in raajnett., but there was no response to that mail too. Kindly do the needed.
