I am from chennai thoraipakkam area.We got this internet connection two weeks ago.From the day one onwards facing internet issue.while reporting to customer care, they said technical team will come and fix the issue.But no comes from technical team.Again while asking to customer care abt ticket history, they said your issue has been resolved and the ticket has been already closed.But the issue still persists.I am not even getting the login prompt.

Even the guy who booked our connection lied and gave false promise.He said optical fibre connection will be provided till to your home.But they gave cat 5e cable instead of optical fibre.we booked plan with 40mbps speed.Now not even getting the 2mbps speed.some sites are not even opening.

My kindly suggestion is don't choose raajnet connection.

    I applied connection on Nov 23 but I didnt got connection for long time so I cancelled it but till now i didnt get any call from them reg connection or cancellation. Whenever I call the will tell today they will give the connection but I cancelled it long back itself, every time I need to tell that I have cancelled after that they will tell like will forward the complaint to concern department I dont know which is that stupid concern department. Always they tell concern team person will contact you but never get call or message in this 3 months. Friends please dont go for Raajnet, waste of money, time unnecessary tension. They are easily cheating people with attractive plans. I dont know I will get my money or not, not sure what to do if they didnt return my money. If anyone knows any way to get my money back kindly let me know.

    The same issue happened to me and my friend. 1 month back we gave the amount, but till now no one is responding properly from Raajnet. I fed up in chasing with the sales person, technician, and customer care. Finally I applied for cancellation by calling customer care and Sending mail. This time also i have not received the proper response from the customer care. from 2 weeks now, I have not received the acknowledgement for cancellation.

    The customer care people are not hearing anything from us, they them self telling something and disconnects the call. upon clarifying this with one person, its really shocked. The will speak to any person more than a minute, that's why they are disconnecting the call without proper answer.

    If any one get refunded the amount? if so please let us know the way to get refund from Raajnet.

        My name is R.G.Suriya and my number is [protected]. and I live in Manappakm, Bell Nagar. when I took connection The sales guy vetri his number [protected] came running waited for me at my door step till night 9.30pm till I came from office and took the cheque for 3 months at a stretch.informed me that in 2days ill get connection since the server is installed just at my adjacent house.and when I asked about the quality of connection he said the issues are only in OMR area not in Manappakam or Mugalivam or Kolapakkam area.

        that was the last day I ever saw him. Then, I've called their call center n they too promise that the connection would be done in two days every time but nothing happened till 2day.and these days when I call they cut the call purpose fully. dont know where else v can complain about them. cause they dont even give a complaint number or v cant even reach any of their higher executives.infact ive spoken to all most all their customer care executives and these r the names of staffs who are working there.karnan, Janani, prithi, malar, raj, arun, sathish, balaji, suganya, swathi, mohan, vidya

        Invariably this is the 1nly place where even the female customer care executives lie to customers very much knowingly. guess this company recruits 1nly cheaters to deliberately cheat customers.

        I too had a same kind of issue with vetri. I didn't review this post before. Don't waste your money by giving it to vetri ([protected] )in mugalivakkam and kolapakkam area.

          Booked connection by Nov 11th 2015 and by Nov 22, 2015 technical team said that they cannot provide connection and asked me to send mail to customer care for refund. I'm keep sending mail and called the customer care many times and till now no acknowledgement from Raajnett and when ever i call customer service they keep on saying within two days technician will call and provide the refund cheque. today is Feb 15, 2016. till now no one called and informed me about my refund details.

              I applied for a new connection with Raaj Internet and made a payment of Rs. 7517 on Oct 23, 2015. They have not yet provided me a new connection. I called their customer care several times but no proper response. There is no higher official number or email Ids provided to escalate the issue. Please let me know what should I do to get my payment refunded.

                Not even one person from Raajnett can fix my no Internet connection issue for even after 2 weeks. So many times I raised this issue over support calls and also through myaccount web page, no proper response from support / technicians.

                Support person is just attending the call getting account ID and simply they say "I am raising and you will hear back from our technician". Then they just cut the call without even hearing what customer responds back. After this call I could see that my issue tickets are in "completed" status though my issue is not resolved.

                Great work team

                Completely Fed up with Raajnett support in chennai.

                    I took my connection in OMR, Shollinganallur. When the time of installation we checked the connection for ping and latency. There is always 50% packet loss and heavy latency. Tech person told to raise complaints in Customer care but they are not picking the call and even if they pick they are disconnecting the call with VERY rude manner. I am having 5th day with issue unresolved. My sales guy name is Suresh [protected].

                      I have applied with raajnett mugalivakkam porur area for broadband. However it was not provided and ever after applying for refund no refund is made. The sales and service guys has no co-operation and are cheaters. The worst company which is looting money. Please no one else don't even think about the broadband. Please go with genuine providers. If the internet is not provided how can we think about their services. Compared to Raajnett, BSNL is far better. Atleast they provide service. WORST CHEATERS!!!

                      Worst Service Provider.. I have been using it since a month, I have chosen 40 Gbps plan but not even getting 50Kbps..

                      Dead Slow... Worst Customer Care Service... no response if called customer care for raising complaints... but can reach them through new connection link in Interactive voice menu when calling customer care number.

                      If thinking to go for new connection never do a mistake by thinking about RAAJNET.

                        Hi, I have requested new Raajnet connection on Jan21st and gave 1300 rs(800 for plan and 500 for installation) to sales person. But still (Feb 11), i dint get the connection. Whenevere i call rajjnet, they are telling, connection will be provided in next day. They have the habit of informing customer as internet will be provided nect day.please log a complaint as a fraud company and help me to get my money back.

                          I took internet connection from Raajnett, Account number TPK469. From day 1 the internet is not working at times 1 week now its more than a month.

                          We called the customer care several times there was no proper response and most times just like that they cut the call. They even harass if we ask them to connect to senior management.

                          The technical guy never turns up and I had to go to their office and made him come after a day that too calling 4 times to his mobile.

                          Even now my internet is not working since morning, the response given always by the customer care is will get the technical team to look into it.

                          Worst part is the sales team pick call immediately when we call to the customer care but the complaint department make to hold for minimum 30 minute.

                          I don't want to use it anymore need the full refund with the amount paid for the box.

                            Last month 20, I asked RaajNett to provide new connection and they sent a representative to collect the installation charge + first month amount and said they will provide the connection after verification.
                            Verification was done on 22nd last month and said they will provide connection within 7 working days, still I didn't get a new connection and not even got a call from any of their field engineers, whenever I call them they responded there is some technical issue out there that they are resolving and the connection will be provided in another 2 days but even they haven't provided the connection, so I got vexed and asked for connection cancellation, the customer care executive asked me to mail request to [protected]@raajnett.co.in and I did that as well yesterday (Feb 10), but I didn't get any response from them. I don't know how to get a refund from them.

                              My name is Jecy Kumar Rayar and my number is [protected] and I live in Manappakm, Pillaiyar Koil 3rd Cross Street. Raajnett posted banners and posters in my street and I called the sales guy and informed that they have so many negative reviews online. The sales guy Dharmesh informed me that the issues are only in OMR area not in Manappakam or Mugalivam or Kolapakkam area.

                              The sales guy collected the check and I received a call from Raajnett after two days they verified my information and told me that the technical team will call in 1-2 days to install the connection. Now, it's been more than 35 days. When I called the sales guys, they initially picked up the call for two times after 5 days of verification call and told me they'll get it installed in two days.

                              Thereafter, I've been trying to reach them more than 100 times, they won't even pick up my phone calls or respond to my messages. When I call the customer service, they too promise that the connection would be done in two days every time but nothing happened. I've called the customer service more 15 times and each time they say that the technical team will get the connection in two days but nothing happened till today. They even game the technical team phone number and they don't pick up my phone call and many times technical team number remains busy.

                              Please do not go with Raajnett. You'll waste your money and time and you'll never get the connection nor the money refunded. They're really a fake company. If you have any doubts, feel free to give me a call at [protected].

                                  I bought the raajnet connection 2mbps speed on 30th jan, from the day one i saw issues with the network connection especially between 6pm to 10.30pm the internet speed was very poor also most of time it shows as limited service. I had called customer service for more than 7 times but there was no proper solution from them till today(10th feb). Plz dont buy RAAJNET and suffer like me.
                                  Also please be aware with the sales guys here in Mugalivakkam chennai close to dlf it park.
                                  Am using my airteldata card for posting this complaint online

                                    We took the 60Mbps connection and the connection was luckily fine for 3 months. Then and there some minor hiccups will arise but after 3 months its totally gone now. Even after raising a high priority ticket they closed it without even an executive visiting our place. This is enough to prove their worth.

                                      R u really a ISP?? U guys first define Internet or who an ISP is? You damn ****, bunch of MORONs.. First learn the basics of how to provide a internet connection, before that start giving proper cable connections, then u can give internet connections..

                                        I have installed the connection on 10 Jan 2016 CUSTOMER NO:-WTM055 and from 12 Jan 2016 the connection does not working. when i called the customer care they told that our tech will support within 24hrs. but till date(2 Feb 2016) no body came to solve the issue. PLS dont make the customer fooled by paying the payment.
