Hi Everyone,
This is chandra, i reside at Perungudi, Chennai, in our area new Broadband vendor came named Raajnett... their website is http://www.raajnett.com/

Last one month, either not giving any connection or not refund back my money, Your false promises as below:

Every day end of the day 100% sure,
Every two days after 100% sure,
This weekend 100% sure,
Next friday 100% sure,
Max by Aug 10th 100% sure,

Above all promises done and again they are saying next Friday sure? what kind of internet connection is your's? whose money is free to take?
How long you will cheat people like me?

Even we booked the connection by giving an amount 1300 on Aug 18 2015 and they are not taking any further steps after that.
Now the representative of the Raajnet is not attending the call. Please let me know if you have any updates on this.

Even I booked the connection by giving an amount of RS 1300 on July 8th 2015 and they are not taking any further steps after that. Its more than a Month so far till now nothing happening so far. Going for without updates.
Only solution is that we need to go and make complaint in respective location PS.

Till now there is no connection, its more than 40days now, also now they are telling me to wait until 23rd August...What kind of internet is this?

This is a fraud company. i am residing in Thuraipakkam area. They collected money 25 days back and went off. We dint get connection till today.

I am sasikumar and residing in Perungudi. Theu cheated me by giving false promices . almost 6 weeks and no connection and response.

i Got connection after fighting the team, after that only one day net came, next day onwards no connectivity . when i called customer care they said that will come and resolve after one week same problem . please mark it as farud company .

Please dont take RaajNet.. The worst internet provider ever.

We have given Rs.1800 on 22nd July. It's been more than a month. No connection till date. After we file a refund request they are not even picking the call.

Please be aware of these kind of fraud people

I had same problem and he got it resolved in a day - I have the connection now.

Adding a feather to this horrible connection is the horrible customer
service.. Doesn’t understand English and forget networking.!!

If it rains you lose connectivity. Its sunny, so no connection. Its normal day why you need connection.
Out of 27 days of my service term I hardly got connection for 20 days, that even for 8-10 hours a day max.
And also spending everyday 1 hour with customer care.

Connect a laptop, type ipconfig, tell them the ip. then they will ask
you to release, renew, etc etc etc. BUT wont solve the issue anyway.
Call them in morning, they will say by today. Call them in evening they will say by today (they work till 9pm ) -- But the issue wont be fixed.

Ohh and their senior people only work from 10-6 and always on field trip.
God knows what they do.

The same problem with me - I registered with Raajnett 15 days ago - Yet to receive the connection !! I couldn't reach the customer care at all ! The marketing person who took the money from me, comes up with a new and innovative lie each time I call him ! I lost total hope on them ! Why Raajnett wants money from people even before forming proper infra? We can see advertisement hoardings on every lamp post as though Raajnett is readily available in our area ?! I stay in perungudi chennai and I paid Rs 1297 /- for my internet connection. I love to go legal against Raajnett - I don't want any more customers to get cheated.

Worst... never think of it. The full team is cheating. No one will pick your call once you pay the money.

we can go to the office at thuraipakkam and if the number of people are more they must return the money. if not we can take our connection recipts to thuraipakkam J9 police station which is quite near the Raajnet office and file a complaint.

I stay in perungudi - So I'm ready to accompany you at any time - I guess police complaint will atleast make them stop this nonsense !

most lousy and unreliable people . dont pay money and cancel your connection if you have one immediately

1. Money was collected instantly
2. Connection was given after 2 months with an apology call from the manager
3. Internet worked only for a week
4. Frequent disconnects/ Not working totally
5. They placed a port box in my home and connected other 5-6 wires of my neighboring houses and spoilt my terrace
6. Very very difficult to reach the customer care executive
7. They won't follow and come to your home to fix as per the customers appointment. As a customer we have to stay back in home and wait for them to call

In short - DO NOT GO FOR THIS CONNECTION and ruin your life. My MTS wifi blaze worked better than this. These people are also same as Tikona. They dont even deserve a single star rating. I can only give them with a big zero ()

We have registered a new internet connection for RaajNett on Jul 27.
After 1 week, I have raised a refund request, but still its not processed.
I tried to contact customer care[protected], but no proper response.
Please help me on this issue.

Mr. Sundar from raajnett took my money some weeks back and now he doesn't pick my phone. No internet connection so far and no status update as well. They are a proven cheat!!

Very worst customer care service. I wanted to give very poor rating less than 1 but couldn't find option here. I've recently got a connection some 3 weeks ago. I was attracted with the cheap plans but I realised it now tat quality s also very cheap. Since I got connection, I've been experiencing very horrible with all the teams. I agree with all the above reviews. Still no net comnectivity after 20 days. I used to call customer care toll free number atleast 5 times a day..My blood pressure level goes high wen I talk to such . They don't even know how to talk to customers and they don't have any knowledge about the issue at all. They will simply disconnect the call.. I've never experienced such attitude from any of the service provider. Some customer care officers talk very harsh, every time I need to tell all the issue history to everyone, but no use and ended up in frustration. Even I requested that I wanted to talk to manager, they will not transfer call and disconnect without our knowledge.
Finally, I've lost my money, anyone suggest me how should I get back. ppl whoever read this, pls pls pls don't go for Raajnett service. I[censored] go for this service, I'm damn sure that you will share your bad reviews here like me.

I never have seen like this worst service. RaajNett has to improve their service. I am not looking prepaid connection. The sales person had never disclosed this information.

Raajnett has to consider below aspects for prepaid service
1. Raajnett should give assurance for speed drop. The speed should not go below than primary speed at any cause.
2. Raajnett should give assurance for connection stability.
3. Raajnett should include previous moth balance download in the current moth

Raajnett is simply inactivating the connection after 30 days. They are never considering customer experience. Customer has to call and explain about last month difficulties after connection inactivated even there is no option to extend the days in their system. Customer need to wait or spend more than 10 min in the call to talk to their GOLD customer care all the times.

I don’t have internet connection around 14 days in the month of November 2016. I had faced speed drop issues many times. I had called and raised complaints for the same even they are inactivated my connection after 30 days as per Raajnett policy.

As a customer I am not satisfying with their system and service. Now I have raised the request for disconnection.

Generally I won't write reviews, but first time I feel like writing it. Actually its worth writing. Worst broadband connection ever I have seen in my life. don't handover u a money before while taking connection. Because they won't give the connection even after a month. Hated them to the core.

The most pathetic service provides I ever come across...

I reside in Chennai-OMR Thoraipakkam...and no connection even after a month, whereas for collecting money, it did not take more than 12 hours.

Please do not fall in their promises and its better to go for Airtel then going for any Rajneet or Cherinet ISP.

I am going to file a case in consumer forum, lets see, if I can get my money back.

I would request all existing customer to file a case against them now and now only.

I took Internet connection from raajnett and they given connection without Internet and I didn't see any one who will do this kind of worst service and even that customer care also worst because simply they will cut the phone
Please don't take this connection.
If take connection you always will talk with customer care and they will disconnect
Please go for another service instead of this

If visited the office personally they will just ignore you saying this is a technical office. WORST service in the industry,

till now i didn't get any connection or sales guys picking the phones. To my surprise even Raajnett Customer care not picking my calls. their number is[protected]


please log a complaint as a fraud company and help me to get my money back.
