I have experienced the terrible response from raajnett. I got into the trap of their unlimited n cheap plans. I had given the money in advance because they said it is a prepaid service and they will install it within 3 days. I had called customer care many times but they didn't gave proper response the sales person switched off his phone and rejected my call many by getting pissed off by their notorious behavior I took decision to cancel my connection but on contacting the customer care they said u need to write an email to [protected]@raajnett.co.in. I did the same as per the procedure but I dint received any confirmation email as other companies does on filing some complaint. I called the customer care again but I took many times for me to get in touch with the customer care executive, then they told me it will take 40 days to refund. So after these many harrasment I got a call from the connection men that they are going to give connection, that also the person was local TV operators not a technician. He then called the sales person of raajnett and told that he would provide the connection but net will not work, these conversation between the salesperson and connection men was in Tamil. As I am a Hindi guy I dint understand but luckily my house owner was standing next to me he heard and told me they were talking about that they will make connections but net won't work. Then from the connection men mobile I told the sales guy that my final decision is to cancel my request. He then said sir it will take 45 days of refund. I said whatever it is I want cancellation bcz once we get installation it would be much great headache. I am thinking of filing a complaint against this company in consumer forum online by attaching the receipt given by them. Friends it is a wake up call we should stop these corrupt companies from fooling people around us.

RaajNett — Broadband connection given not working My Name is Suresh, i reside at thoraipakam, chennai in our area new Broadband vendor named Raajnett... their website is http://www.raajnett.com/ i have enquired about new connection, immedietely their executive came and i have paid 6 months rental charges of Rs.3, 426.00 on 17.12.15. On 24.12.2015 they gave connection and it was not working immediately. I have contacted toll free number[protected] immediately but no use. Again i contacted toll free number next ask them disconnect my broad band and refund my 6 months advance. After a week they came and removed their connection (which is not working from the day one). Till date i have not got my money back and no message / Email confirmation about the refund. surprise even Raajnett Customer care not picking my calls. their number is[protected] Please help me to get my money back Suresh [protected]

I'm Ashwin from Sholinganallur.I requested for the new internet connection before two month(Nov 22) .When i contacted their customer service for new connection, immediately an executive from their office came to my home to collection an amount of 1400 within 2 hours and promised to give the connection at the maximum of of one week .But after that there is no response from their side till now . i tried to contact their customer service ([protected]), executive ([protected]) who came to collect money but no one is picking up the call . I am Jinoy from Sholinganallur, Chennai staying in Ramaniyam Gauravv apartment.

I have paid 1529/- for a connection on 26th Nov 2015. I have the bill with me). The sales person Mr. Sirish (+91 [protected]) promised connection in 7 days. After 2 days I got a call for address verification.

After that no one contacted me. Today is 14th Jan 2016. Even after 50 Days, They have not given connection.

Custome care section is not picking up the call in complaint section. Its my luck some times they attend and will say "Next week you will get the connection".
I have contacted their manager Mr Suresh (+91 [protected]) and his manager (+91 [protected]). But not giving a solution for this.
Customer care section does not have a track of calls. Everyday I need to explain from bigining and they will say, they will register and installation team will contact me. But never ever I got a call from Raajnett.

Raajnett as a part of Raaj TV is collecting money from public and cheating them.

When I asked the customer care for the refund, they informed refund will take 2 months for processing.

Either I need the connection, or I need refund immediatly.

I applied for new connection and paid 1500 rs to rajjnett 10 days before, but no connection till now, no one is responding properly.

I am facing very bad experience on this service provider. I have purchased 4Mbps plan but i am getting only 512kbps. i have given the complaint but no response from their end. Its better to disconnect the service as i am facing lot problem from the date of purchase. All the best service provider are not giving the service in palavakkam and kottivakkam, if they would have provided surely i will go out of from this.

I have paid advance of amount 1525/- to Raajnett executive on 8th AUG, awaited for about three month connection even followed der executive everty day day spending some 200/- my cell phone bill, once got tired doing this, given complaint for refund amount after trying customer care number abt 50 time, it got connected finally on 1 NoV, till today have not received any response from there side...guys..never choose this fake raajnett and there fake plan ////u will regret like anything trust me ...as m doing so today...

I am residing in Metukuppam Thoraipakkam area. Have been using Raajnett for a month. Once you have this connection you can be rest assured you will spend more time with your family and other important chores other than browsing as most of the time the service will be down. Advantage of calling the customer service is that you will develop a lot of patience as you might have to wait for 30 mins to get a person to talk. Overall looks like a lot of advantage though you will be able to use the internet for a few hours on a daily basis.

Sir, Sub: Requisition for extand of time for next renewal A/c No.MVM074 Due to widespread rain and subsequently power cut from 2/12/2015 to 10/12/2015, my net connection was disconnted till 12/12/2015 I am not proveided grace time of 7 working days as this offer given to others . My renewal made only on 12/12/2015. for the month of December-2015. Hence I humbly request you to extand the time 37days from 12/12/2014 to the next renewal i.e up to 18/01/2016

I paid 1529/- rupees for new raajnett connection. Sales executive ( [protected] Suresh b) came and collect 1529 rupees and promising that connection will be provided within a week . Now it's almost 20 days no calls no update whenever I called they simply telling sir u will get a connection by tomorrow...but tomorrow never came yet. If I called customer care the way they speak is pathetic and ridiculous and the floor manager were not available any time to take escalate calls from customers. This Is a chitter company don't believe on it share all to social media so that people will aware and don't took this kind of stupid decision. Thanks Deepak.

I am diptiranjan nayak have applied for internet connection and paid the money sum of rs-785 on 24/12/2015 but the provider is not responding.it has been a month ago and he is not returning the money..whenever I am calling the technician he is also not responding to our request he is just saying I will come tomorrow .. But I don't know when his tomorrow will come... So its my humble request to kindly take some action and provide us with either the connection or money...

I applied connection on December till now (Jan 2016) not get any call from them, i am trying to contact them using toll free number but not lifting any call, i Never see such a stupid company as of now, how people are working and management is handling the requests. i wont recomend any friend or college. please any one take action for these company behave.

Usually i dont put reviews but this time i need to put bcos lot of people suffer to get conntion and they wont get their money back..I paid for new connection on Oct 2015 today Jan 2016 . Still I didn't get connection and no refund of ma money ...I continously calling to raajnett customer care . . Shalini, dinesh, vignesh, many timeS no response they are keep on saying procession ... I cancelled new connection on Nov 2015 ...what is problem to refund me ... ma kind request don't this connection .i[censored] take u will suffer 100% . I promise

I have applied fiber broadband connection on Nov 30 2015.But still i couldn't get the connection yet.When applying they told that they will provide the connection within ten days. But very horrible to follow up with them Application Submitted to : Sridhar Nowadays he is not attending the calls even after sending the SMS. They are saying FC channel work is going on but i have not seen any work near my area. My Area : No 19 United Colony, Sangamithra Apts, Medavakkam, Chennai 600100. Installation Engineer also not attending the calls his name is Alex. One more perosn als came when i called very first his name is Venkat. Nowadays all three not responding my calls.

Receipt No :- 3462, Dt:- 11.10.2015, still no connection has been received, So mail sent to customer care :- [protected]@raajneet.co.in on 29.12.2015 for asking the refund but still now they have not replied on it.

Broadband vendor came named Raajnett. Their website is http://www. raajnett. com/ I have inquired about new connection, immediately their executive came and collected money on 9th December 2015. Till date connection is not given. The sales guy used to say we will give you the connection 100% by this week stories but after 21 day he told me there is no network in your area. He asked me to request for refund to call to customer care numebr and they said, asked me to send an email to Support team. I have sent an email and I am not getting any response from the support team and also sales guy is not picking the call. There is no response from the Customer Care and the Sales Executives Please log a complaint as a fraud company and help me to get my money back.

I have applied for the broadband connection on 14th December, i was told that within 5 - 7 days connection will be given. But till date no luck. Customer care number also not answering. If someone picks up the call ..says next week connection will be provided. And very recently I got an update that recently technicians are busy with old connection which got affected due to flood and festive season resource are on vacation. Dear raajnett if you are busy with old affected connection or your resource are on vacation for festival please don't accept application for the new connection. This is not fake complaint .. my mobile number is [protected] and I paid Rs.1300/-, receipt number 4981. S. Selva Prabhu - [protected] is the marketing executive. I wanted to cancel the application and get back the money, from customer care they ask me send email [protected]@raajnett.com to the cancellation but email delivery failed . Raajnett executive had picked my payment by cheque on the 18th of October 2015 and I am yet to get the connection I would like to request all consumers from not approaching them as when you call their customer service they will ask us to press 2 and the call gets disconnected. I want action to be taken against the fraudulent operations being done by this company and my money refunded in full.

Respected Sir, My name is Vennapusa Raveendra, I have paid the money(1297) for new Internet broadband connection on 05/11/2015 to marketing executive Venkateshan and his number is +[protected], before paying the money he said within one week we will setup the connection but till today[protected] connection is not setup. I have given a complaint on customer care for 10 times but they are telling within 24 hours connection will provide and some people not responding properly with customer.

I done the payment on Nov 26th 2015. Sales person jeyakumar, has commited me as, we will be given the connection within 5 days. Today 22 th Dec. Never getting even check the feasibility. I have bill, acknowledgement and message getting from Raajnett. I will be wait till 31th December. If they don't do any steps, surely going to consumer court.
