My userid in raajnett is tpk184, I request for new connection but they gave connection after 45 days, and i complaint about frequent disconnection, no steps taken. From day 1 of connection i'm facing this, in customer care each one giving different promises. The sales person who came for marketing not responding since his work has done. No refund was given and i was forced to take connection.

Hi my cff no. is 2238..on sep 30th 2015 i paid for the connection to the raajnet sales team sheik and he gave me a commitment of connection in max of 7 days inspite of tellimg him about how the bad reviews were but he promised that the network will be given and still now i didnt recieve the connection and while calling the customer care they said it will happen in 20 days time because of materials delay and told me ill get the connection before oct 24 th and when i called them on oct 24th they are saying they need another 20 days and this shows how the company is responding towards customer promise and i recommend everyone ..dont choose it because they are only concerned in getting the installation and plan money but they cant give u a proper connection

Please do not call [protected] and take connetion.First they will collect the money and they will escape.I am requesting you all please share this information to the people across India.I dont know how dare they are cheeting like this.

I have paid money for new internet connection a amount of 1525/- on 18 AUG, i was promised to provide connection within 5 days, i waited for about 1 month becoz they keep promising me one the other date, later i gave request for refund of my amount till now there is no response, its india so such fake company are collecting money from people and running there other business from that money, please do opt for RAAJNETT for Internet never ever

We have paid for new connection on 08/sep/2015.

till now we didn't get any connection from raajnett. i tried to call daily they said that we will give the connection on or before 27/sep/2015. after 27 they said that we will give your connection on or before 24/oct/2015. i asked to them is it fake company. they replied me that "Mind your bussiness". we have paid and asking whether fake or not. but they given answers. finally asked to them to give my refund but they didn't give response.
Please help me on this one.

I have taken Raajnett connection by paying Rs1297 for a month. From the day 1, connection will not be available for minimum of 3 hours. On 06/10/2015, it was down for more than 6 hrs and I have raised a complaint with Raajnett during noon time, nothing happened. Later when I called, they have disconnected my call which was at 9.56PM. I saw Raajnett advertisement and called the sales person for an Inquiry about Internet connection, the sales person came to me in just 1 hour and collected money Rs.1300 on 29/08/2015 and said that they will establish connection in just 3 days. today is 01/10/2015 there is no update from RaajNett and the Sales Persons are not lifting the call.

I saw ur complaints, these Raajnett people's are making sales in palavakkam near Govindan Nagar next to Jaishankar Nagar. Landmark Road opposite to St Anthonys church, for people's residing in perungudi and thoraipakkam can directly talk to them.

My internet is not working for the past 1 week.I made a complain and they always say sorry fr inconvenience and it will b resolved today itself...but till now no response from thr side...one of the worst customer care service ever!!! hav to wait atleast 15 min to hear thr fake promise 'it will b resolved today' so guys i[censored] want to get a internet connection...plz try some other best network!!!

Hi, This is venkat from chennai - Metukuppam with customer ID TPK920. I had taken connection on Sep 4 2015. At the time of payment executive(mani - [protected]) told there is no disconnections in the network. after activation it worked for 2 hours. till now there is no connectivity of network. After raising the complaint also, there is no action from the service provider. IF you call to the customer service, they told complaint is already assigned to respective technical team. same thing is informed to me for the past 4 days. Waste of money. Friends don't go for this service anywhere.

M from thuraipakkam chennai, i have paid for a new connetion on 18/08/15, which happen to a month now where it was promised by their executive MR Sirish([protected]) that connection will be on your door within 5 working days, after receiving money he didnt even lift my call once. i spoke to their customercare they keep on giving me dates, but nothing happen, they talk unprofessionally on call, i have given request for refund even there is no respond on that also i here by request please do not opt this ISP, they are professionally sick

We have enquired for a new connection in Thoraipakkam. Within 2 hours of enquiry, sales executive from Raajnett came and collected the money. He assured that connection will be given in 10days. No one even called after that. When I call to customer care, they gave 3 false commitments. Till today neither we got the connection nor they are ready to refund the money. Its a fraud company trying to collect money from people and cheat. Please raise a complaint against Raajnett. Also I advise people do not even call these people for enquiry. RAAJNETT is a broadband company. In Chennai in almost every houses they have posted their banners. I needed an internet connection so I too contacted them for the same. They immediately came took the money 1300 and promised me connection in the next three days. Then the next day the phone verification took place from their end confirming all our details. But now its been already 15 days over they did not provide me the connection. Whenever I call them they either don't pick up my call or else commit me that you will be getting connection by today itself. But as usual they never turn up. ? They have a toll free number given[protected] If you call in that number for complaint every time the IVR will say all our customer care executives are busy. There is no way they could be traced or tracked. I seriously dont need the connection anymore as I became well aware of their services. But I need a refund of my money. Its a total fake company who is cheating customers like anything. They are just taking the money from customers and are cheating them assuring connection. Please look into the matter and take steps against these company. Their license should be snatched for cheating the customers. Please do the needful

I registered with Raajnett 15 days ago - Yet to receive the connection !! I couldn't reach the customer care at all ! The marketing person who took the money from me, comes up with a new and innovative lie each time I call him ! I lost total hope on them ! Why Raajnett wants money from people even before forming proper infra? We can see advertisement hoardings on every lamp post as though Raajnett is readily available in our area ?! I stay in perungudi chennai and I paid Rs 1297 /- for my internet connection. I love to go legal against Raajnett - I don't want any more customers to get cheated.

Hi..i am dhanush and i reside in perungudi and i started using Raajnett from this month and which was my biggest mistake. The connection will not be stable. i have complained the customer care but they have no idea of the issue. They cut the phone if i request them to transfer to senior manager. so i requested for my refund through mail to [protected]@raajnett.co.in. Hi, we are residing at thoraipakkam, vinayaga nagar, We have requested for an Internet connection from your network on last Monday (31.08.2015) on the promise from your marketing team (Mr.Sugumar) that the connection will be given in 3 days since the next door connection from my office is also Raaj Networks. On the provided promise from your team we have cancelled the existing TIKONA connection from our office today. Now the technical team says it will take more than 8 days for the new connection to obtain. The response given by your technical team and marketing team is really unimpressive. They have not attested our problems for the past 4 days. The sales executive, Mr.Sukumar is not picking up the call as well. His mobile no. is [protected]. My name is Arijit Dey. My Raajnett id is TPK380. Technical person set the router and other equipment in a common area of other block of our apartment without inform anyone. Even they not inform me also. Very 1st time when I notice that immediately inform it to the sales person (Dinesh cell no. [protected]) even the technical team. But they told that is their headache and before given me the connection, for other connection they set up it. For the router need 24h electricity. So secretary of the flat decided to not allow that. Last saturday[protected] other connection holder complain regarding that 1 person came alone and after heard the issue return and immediately within 30 min came with more person and behave very rude they secretary called police. Police came and arrest them and released then after given warning. So, all member of the apartment decided not allow any equipment of Raajnett inside common area of apartment. So, for last 1 week, no internet connection available. I complain on (8/30/2015 9:25:00 AM) complain no. TKT[protected]. But found priority is medium. Now they even not pick up my phone. If they not able to resolve the issue return me my money. I already spent 1297/- (including 500 for installation) but only able to use internet for 18 days. I registered for Rajnett Internet connection on 16/7/15 by paying Rupees one thousand five hundred twenty five rupees (Rs 1525/-) as cash . And the connection was promissed within a weeks time after payment . And still after waiting for more than one and a half month they still give me extended dates and nothing else . They dont have proper infrastructure and are the worst w.r.t to customer service & punctuality . I have lost all hopes on connection, so I had asked for refund, and recieved no updates on the same yet . This is the worst encounter i ever had with an Internet provider . I would like to sue them for Cheating customers, collecting money making false promises and nerve reconing customer service .

IN our area vendor boy came given demonstration about Raajnett.Their website is http://www.raajnett.com/ I asked about new connection his customer executive came to my room and collected money for installation fee 500/- and First month rental 911/- Totally I paid him 1411/- rupees on sunday 16th august.His name is Pandiyaa Rajan and his mobile no"[protected]"He told me on that day maximum 5 to 6 working days you will get connection.
