Avoid these at all costs. They don't have any clue about customer service. I paid for new connection at OMR on January 3rd and still waiting for 3 months for the connection. Sales person Ashok stopped answering my phone calls right after he received the payment, compared to 2 to 3 calls a day BEFORE he got the payment. Their only goal is to get your money nothing else. Customer service number is a joke. They don't have any idea about this.They always say "within 2 to 3 days" someone will call. 3 months and nobody has called. Moreover, even if you slightly raise your voice, they immediately disconnect your call. I will be filing against them in consumer court soon for all the mental torture these guys have given me.

I am one of the customer of Raajnet for the last 5months. Located in Medavakkam, ID - MKM003

For me Net connection & net speed every things fine to go. But the only problem we are facing is very very worst service.

⏹Weakly twice our internet connection getting disconnect due to some reason.
⏹If we request for disconnection service, only Mr.Arun will give proper response. Rest all, not even to attn their phone call. If we went to Medavakkam koot road Raajnet office, they will say right person is not in the office Please come later.
⏹For last 1week I have tried to your customer support to extend my net period to 8days with the reference of Mr. Arun. But no proper response.
⏹ Because of last one we disconnection, it affect more lose in my Business.
⏹Till yesterday I have spoke to many person, after plenty of promise finally Miss Shalini did my extend request to 7days.
⏹In that one person Mr.Syed attn my call yesterday 3:18 pm & 3:21pm, he collect all the details via phone regarding last one week happen & suddenly he cut my call that he is saying that call to complaint number.
⏹Once again I called, same person Mr.Syed attn my call, I said This is not good manner while taking you are cutting the call suddenly. He said this call is only for new connection not for complaint & He did the same thing in second time also by suddenly cut my call.
⏹If he cutting my call means, he should give me the complaint number or he should educate me well in manner.
⏹ I kindly request you to make your team more effective. Its take year to get a good customer, to loose the customer one sec is enough.

This is my second complaint.. All users who have been cheated.. Ss call me on [protected] and we wil reach a lawyer and sort this out.. No other go

I want us to start a group and send a lawyer notification as a group s multiple complaints are raised and there is no response from those.. Plss comment below with your mobile nos and we all together can find a suitable lawyer and screw those together.. Tit for tat time

I have applied for Rajjnett connection on November 2015, and they couldn't able to provide me service as per their defined time and that made me frustrated on daily making call to them.

So I mailed on Jan 10 2016 to cancel the connection and asking for refund my amount but still they couldn't able to refund the amount which I was paid.

Could you consider this as complaints as make them to get paid my amount.

I paid before 24 days in raajnett. Actually i need a connection in omr. Nearby connections also available. But still they didnt provide connection. Whenever i tried to contact to customer care theysimply told, our techniccal team call back u... But, still i didnt got a call from this raajnett. I used airtel, net express, oodoo.. But, this raajnett very worst. Friends dont waste your time with raajnet.

I got warning letter from office because i couldnt complete my job when i was working from home because of no network connection more than 24 hrs

I have paid(Rs 1300) for the new connection on 25th Feb 2016 they said you will get a connection within 3 days, But till now(17th March 2016) i didn't get the connection and no one contacted me. I was keep on calling the customer care and they saying you get within 2 days. So today also they told you will get 21st March. I am got tired and disappointment.

I have paid the installation charges and one month bill on 29th January and till now no installation has happened and there is also no proper response from the customer care

Disgusting and huge cheaters

Im using Raajnett for past 2 months in mettukuppam.The Internet speed is very very slow. Even the speed in early morning is also too slow say 10 kbps.. Most of the times it won't connect... I called raajnett customer service for more than 100 times... This is the worst internet service ever. Pls don't suggest this one.

I have asked for connection in perungalathur,.. Chennai,... Before 40 days but till now no connection,.. The man who got money from is not taking the call at all,... The customer care is more than a hell,... Within one minute call will cut off... They will tell u only one thing keep on,. I.E... Concern person will call you,... No person will call till you get old and die.,... Its been hell for last 40 days to me because of this rajj nett,... Don't lose ur money..

I'm staying near medavakkam koot road. Worst ever service provider. Connection will cut for every 2 days. They will not fix ur problem. You need to beg them to solve the issue. but they wont care. customer care is useless. You will get mental pressure for sure and people in home will scold you for taking this connection.

I have applied for a new connection in 10th Jan 2016 and made payment of 1756 rupees. They have promised that they will give a connection within 7 days. But no communication til now (10th Mar 2016). Despite of multiple times talked with customer care about connection and I have asked for refunding my money since a month . Still people are saying that, they are processing my request for refunding my money but not happening.

As I my os got corrupted in laptop we have changed it. Since I need to get network connection again to login my account. Past few days I am trying to get connected by customer care number but no response. Representive also not picking the call

I applied for Raajnet broadband service on 18th Feb on the same day they took Rs 1071/- for connection. They also promised to provide the net connection within 5-7 business days but they havent provided any or made any courtesy calls. I called them daily the Sales Rep and customer care, everytime I call they tell technician is assigned and will be attending today / tomorrow but no one came. Now the Sales Rep and his manager are not attending my calls. I had asked Cust care to give me back the money they have taken but they bluntly ask me to wait it will be given.

Pls help me get my money back, I am fed up with these guys. Also see if you can ban this organization as most people are not happy with their services at all.

I paid the complete payment on 25th Feb. A sales person called venkat confirmed that he will give the connection by 1st March. But still now(9th March), i havent got my connection. The sales peoples are not responsive. Every day i will call them they will say today i will provide the connection. But they never does that.

I have applied for a connection by paying the amount through cheuqe and it is cleared 10 days before and I'm following up them every two days nothing happening.
They are repeatedly telling lines are being made...
If anyone thought TIKONA is worst ever internet connection... here comes Grand Daddy of it..
Cheating by using the Channel Name and fame

For heaven sake, please do not go for RAAJNETT. It's a cheating company.
They will install ad banners in remote locations in Chennai and once you register with them, they will torture you by calling to pay the money (one month subscription + installation fee). I had paid Rs. 1800 (40 Mbps plan).

That's all. After that you will never hear from them.
The best part is if you call their customer care, they will not respond to you properly. If they first pick your call, then you are lucky. One day, I had to wait 30 mins just to talk to one representative. They will not listen to you, they will simply answer something and disconnect your call while talking.

There is one guy called Joseph (Mobile: [protected]). Company says he will come for installation. But he will never turn up. The worst part is, he will never pick up your call. He will store your number and he will not attend your call. If you call from outside number (other than registered number), he will pick and he will tell you any random reason and after that he will not attend call from that number. Excellent strategy!!!.

RaajNett will not refund your money also!!

BE AWARE about this cheating company. THIS IS FRAUD - to target remote areas and get money and run away!!.

My internet was stopped working on[protected] and I raised the complaint on[protected] but till there is no response from technical team. I called customer care around 10 times and every time their response is issue will be fixed in an hour.
Last month, I paid around 1000rs for 20 Mbps speed but my internet was working only for 7 days.
Customer care team doesn't have any manners and they are disconnecting the call during the discussion itself. Worst customer care service I ever seen.

Raajnett ultimate goal is to collect the money in a prior basis (i.e prepaid plan) and try to fool the customers.
If they are genuine, they can implement post paid plan like other service providers.

One of the worst service provider and its fraud company. Government should take necessary action for such fraud company and remove their license.

I have applied for RaajNet Internet connection 1 month back in the Madambakkam, Chennai. Till now no one is responding. If I call customer care they are not giving any reasonable update and while talking they are disconnecting the call.

Sales guy blocked the customer numbers. If you try with new number, they are telling that "so many people are waiting for internet connection for 2 months, yours is just one month old". I am asking for my money back. They are not responding. It is fun for them. I we raise our voice, a group of manager and sales guys they are continuously using bad words to avoid call again from the customers.

In fact, I have read the reviews before taking connection. The sales guy told that, those comments are from other internet service providers.

DONT TAKE THIS CONNECTION. IT IS COMPLETELY FRAUD.

If are not trusting the reviews and still you want to take connection, Before taking the connection :

1) Atleast one customer who is having RaajNet Connection
Ask that sales guy to give any customers contact number. Go and directly meet him and then take the connectin

This review is not FAKE. Please TRUST me.
