We took the service 2 months back. They collected advance money and laid the cable. After that nothing hapened. Repeated calls to customer care had no response. In fact their field engineers have no knowledge configuring WiFi routers. We are unable to trace them. Their Thoraipakkam office is always locked. Need speedy resolution. S Manivannan Caftius

I have enquired about new connection, immediately their executive came and collected money for Rs.1525. I paid on 10th Oct 2015. Till date connection is not given.

There is no response from the Customer Care and the Sales Executives
Please log a complaint as a fraud company and help me to get my money back.

I took the connection on 23rd-Nov-2015, on 30th-Nov-2015 I raised complain for for no internet service.But no response from there side. Every time only one statement "Our technical person surely give you call by today" while asking for refund they became silent. I am suggesting people in Sholingnallur please don't take service of Raajnett. Its completely waste of money.

Hi, This is to make all users aware of the practices that Raajnett is following. - They cannot even provide proper services for 24 hrs - Frequent disconnections and sometimes the outage is more than 2 days - when questioned always blame it on switch - Technicians dont know what they doing, they know just how to ping ip addresses Last 4 months i have been having frequent disconnections and complete outage for 1 to 2 days almost every week. i have made serveral email complaints and telephonic complaints but in vain. Since they are new in the market i thought things would improve gradually . In the recent flood situation there network was down for 10 days, when requested for extension they are asking for renewal of service otherwise they will not give service. When questioned the team they said it is company policy. When questioned back saying that your company policy and procedures informs about giving interrupted services but you have failed to do so .. for this the person hung up the call. Please people be aware such fraudsters and avoid services from them

I have applied for connection on 23rd November, the executive promised that within 7 days new connection will be given but till now i didnt get. So I thought of cancelling the connection and asked customer care for procedure, they asked to send mail to [protected]@raajnett.co.in, from the time I sent they are not at all picking my calls even in customer care, waiting time is going more than 10 and call got disconnected. I dont know whether I will get my money or not. Please take necessary action against these kind of service providers.

One of the worst customer service provider in the city. These people will never respond if customer facing any issues, but from renewal department these fellows calls and asks for the renewal and on time the renewal person will come home for connecting money. if they have no capability of resolving technical issues then why the hell they run the business. I took connection on 23rd oct 2015, it works fine till 08th Nov 2015 after that i have no connection but it was a prepaid connection. the sales person assured that he will send the technical person to resolve the issue but no one responds till now. one day the sales person called me and asked about the status I said no one visited my home to look into the issue. he again call me back and said " sir your renewal is due please pay so that our technical team can work on the issue and they will fix the same immediately" I said ok please send the person to collect the money and the collection executive called me with in one hour and fixed an appointment and he came next morning ie on 30th Nov and collected the amount of 571 towards renewal. after that no one responded and the customer care people was not reachable. Till now no one contacted and I have no internet connection. Raised two issues : TKT[protected], TKT[protected]

Net Connection not working for past 5 Days..even after multiple follow ups with Customer care & support team.Really a pathetic customer service in terms of connection provision and resolving connection issues. P.S. This is the first month of the connection it worked only for first 5 days. Time taken to provide the connection is 1 Month and 5 days that too after several refund asks of the deposit paid..

I was waiting for 1 month and 10 days after paying money to Raajnett, Finally i lost patience and issued a notice via my lawyer demanding installation of my internet and 25000rs within 5 days of my notice, to my surprise 6 people came to my home next day and installed my connection, They kept the whole junction box in my home for time being when i asked them whats the hurry they act as if they are not aware of it, after three days i received a call today from Raajnett asking if everything is alrite and they informed me that they cant provide 25000 as compensation as the delay in installation is normal, i told them to reply to my lawyer stating the same, now i am waiting for them to reply to my lawyer. Check the pic, they ve literally kept the main junction box in my computer table, as you can see this is box where they can take multiple outputs to give connection to other people, wonder when they are going to come and fix this outside my home, all this hurry becos my notice.

I saw their road side store once and asked the guy to provide connection. The guy promised connection in 7 days. He told that it belongs to RajTV. They came the next day & collected 1799 amount and went off after giving some contact numbers. Connection was applied on OCT 11 2015. With Bill # 2099 1. After 7 days called CC, after multiple tries, got info that it will take 15 days 2. After 15 days called CC, no one picked up 3. After 25 days called them for almost 50 times in a single day. 4. Finally after 30 days, they told this week you will surely get it. 5. After 35 days, I was astonished to see their banners (almost 20-30) on the roads (3 streets from mine) I went to that guy & asked, "I NEED A CONNECTION, WHATS THE DELIVERY DATE". He promptly replied 7 days. Then I told him my story for which he noted down my number & said by this week. Now after almost 40 days nothing is being done. The pathetic customer care doesn't lift the call. They will only lift it if you select NEW CONNECTION & then they say kindly dial 2 for complaints. They say they do not have the option to transfer. Asked the CC lady about office location, she says "I have no clue". Then asked her "tell me the location from where you are answering the call". No answer & the call was cut abruptly. [I mean WTF] My next step is to put a court case using legal ways & then knock them. Need to contact my uncle who happens to be criminal lawyer in Madras High court. [Not sure if he takes up civil cases]. In any case, I will ensure that I get the refund & fines. BOTTOM LINE: Never ever go for this. All the +ve review are FAKE I believe

If there is anyone contemplating the idea of opting for Raajnett as your internet service provider in ‪#‎Chennai‬, I have just one..actually two words for you. DON'T! EVER! They provide the worst service possible and don't even ask about customer support. They have a very different idea about what customer service means! And that's saying a lot, considering we've tried Airtel earlier. We opted for ‪#‎Raajnett‬ a month back as a trial, paying Rs.1200 as advance payment. And I admit we fell for their promises of 40Mbps speeds(that's right!). Our bad! But in our defense, Airtel does not exactly provide the best speeds in my area. The speed at which their sales guys contact us to set up and install a connection is so incredible that it was like they had set up camp right outside the apartment - just a beck and call away! The installation charge of Rs.500 seemed actually cheap for the fast and timely work they did. For the first two weeks, it went on like clockwork apart from a few forgivable glitches. And we basked in the self-appreciation of taking a good purchase decision! Well guess what, we were WRONG! And how! Post the ‪#‎ChennaiRains‬, the connection dropped and its been dead ever since.(been two weeks now) I have made nearly 12 calls to the customer care number and 8 calls to their sales guy, including the drastic step of texting our address to the sales guy, so that he does not have to waste time looking for that. (facepalm). Their customer care is a dummy service with agents repeating like parrots that 'We have forwarded the complaint, it will be resolved in 24 hours.Madam." The common reasons given - a) server down b) no service staff c) switch needs to be changed d) we don't know, ma'm. And it takes exactly 4min, 26 sec to connect to their line every time! A huge test of patience for an irate customer. After a lot of haggling with one of them, he connected me to a supervisor (apparently) who 'empathized' with my situation, 'consoled' me and 'promised' that it will will be rectified FOR SURE by evening the same day. He actually said I would not even have to think about calling back again, coz it'll be done that fast! Well, its a good thing there's a 4.30 evening everyday, hopefully it'll be done on one of those! Considering the scam that they are running, its not even expected that they'll refund any of the amount. So that's not even a question here. What really made me lose it to the point of writing this is that one of their customer service agents 'advised' me to log in to their forum and raise a complaint there as well. How in the world am in supposed to log in to an online forum WITHOUT a freakin' internet connection!!! That was my complaint in the first place! Looks like he din't get it. So in the interest of humanity, I decided to write this. Yeah..you can thank me later. Now don't say nobody warned you!

I took internet connection from raajnett. These people installed and it went good for 5 days. After that no Internet we received when we call customer care no one is picking call. Some how they attended call and lodged a complaint 15 days back from that day we are calling every day and they are saying that it will resolve in 24 hrs. Some times dropping call in the middle. I paid 1100 rs which was waste. Please take necessary action.

Such a very poor response... they collected Rs.6650 for six month package... by telling all stories. Its more than 20 days.. nobody is Responding, not even attending my calls. I dont know how to make a complaint also, even the toll free no very poor response.

Hi, I am Rammohan, staying at shollinganallur. I wanted to take a new Internet connection, unfortunately I saw raajnett advertising. I have contacted their sales person, they came immediately next day and collected 1300 for new connection TWO months back. Now the sales person who took money is not working with the raajnett and customer care number is not working. I am not able to reach them in any manner. I enrolled new connection for this service provider and yet to receive it. It was 15 days back they collected my money and still they did not give me the connection. The sales executive his name is SURESH he is not responding to my call. Please don't go for this providers.

I had request for a connection on July 18th however I had received a connection only on October 30. After a long period of time only i get the connection and also try to reach customer service lots of time but they also give so many false dead lines. Now finally got a connection on before 15 days. Out of 15 days 10 days, connection is down due to issue.

I took RaajNett Connection this 3 days ago (3 Nov) .From the staring only we asked them whether the ip address provided is shared ip address they told me a lie that they are not giving me shared ip address.
The address allocated to me is blacklisted in many DNS blacklisting sites . Like spamhaus.org . i called them many time to at least give request to remove from list and follow the Spam protection procedure . But they never did .

I had paid Rs. 1525(Rs 500 for installation) for a 20 Mbps connection, and they said that it would be installed within a week but to no avail. After a month of repeated calls to customer care they finally installed it. It was working fine for a week, then one fine day a guy from their company came and removed the connection and said that they were giving me a connection using cat5 cable from another building. Its been over a month since and still they haven't given me the connection. I have repeatedly called customer care and they tell me I haven't paid my bill that's why my internet is not working!. I am fed up of dealing with their engineers. In fact one of their employees stated " sir if I go by procedure then you will never get your connection but since you are requesting me i'll install it for you".

Sir, i took the connectivity on Monday it worked for few hours and then there is no connectivity, i logged a complains but no user, from Tuesday till now the internet is not working, i called and raised the complain it is closed as resolved. i called the network engineer, sales rep but simply it rings, they collected advance for 3 months

I have paid Rs.1297 for new fibernet connection on 22/09/2015 at Palavakkam, Chennai. But till now they didn't provide connection and not refunding money as well. People please beware of this fraud company. They are another new method of cheating people like finance companies.

Please read reviews about their service since I ignored those reviews and lost my hard earned money.

CHENNAI RaajNett is the worst fibernet Connection that I have ever used in my life. They have a customer support number, but the suggestions are not well to the point and not acceptable by the customers. And he would advice that I will send the Technician to fix your issue for all 5 days of the week, everytime to call. When you say that your saying the samething again again, he would say its a server issue for 10 days. suddenly. Don't ever get RaajNett FIBER CONNECTION in your lifetime in chennai. Its waste of your money and time . Very poort services from the first day onwards. FYI, my user name was PVK134.
