I am using rajnett connection for last four months, my connection speed is 4mbps, but only some time it is working as 4mbps connection most of the time it is not even 256kbps, due to this issue i have raised complaint but there is no proper response, and also i am unable to reach rajnett custer care executive, if i reached them they saying every time this will be resolved, 24 hours
I heard the same word from them more than 50 times, now i have increased my internet speed to 20mbps
But now it worst than the 4mbps i have attached a screen shot if you saw that you will get to know how worst serrvice raajnett providing to the customer, here only advantage is it is a prepaid if we dont need the connection we no need to recharge and we will not get monthly bill

I have asked for Internet connection and paid 1500 initial plan. It was 5 days still connection not given. Very bad customer service.

i have enquired about new connection, immedietely their executive came and collected monet for Rs.1800. it almost 40 days back.

till now i didn't get any connection or sales guys picking the phones. even Raajnett Customer care not picking my calls if they do then after saying the issue they disconnected the call . their number is[protected]


please log a complaint as a fraud company and help me to get my money back and block from the business from fraud company.

RaajNett had taken an amount of 1300 RS in january month. Till now they didnt give the connection and I cancelled the connection. They had not responded me yet regarding my amount

Do not try to buy this connection specially in medavakkam. Worst connection and service i ever seen before. We paid the month two weeks before and still we didn’t get any call from the RAAJNET for the setup the connection. We called many time to their customer care toll-free no they also doing the same. They are trying to cheat everyone

I have been waiting for 2 months for connection.They promised me to give connection within a week.I tried to call their representative RAM: [protected].He blocked mY number. I don't know what government is doing.This is totally fraud.

I've got a new fibernet connection of Raajnett and paid for the 40mbps speed plan however my download speed is less than 50kbps and when i called customer care and made calls lot of time and didn't get a proper response and always i get an sms that your problem has been resolved but it is not fixed actually and that too after 10 days the message will arrive after the compliant is made. Very worst ever customer care support and they way they responsping to their customers and they don't even listening completely and they cut the call abruptly in 1-2 mins and it states that there is no value for the paying customers. Raajnett is a fraud company and making false promises of providing 40mbps speed. Be careful and go for trusted brands and DO NOT encourage these type of cheaters.

From Raajnet, I request for a Internet service on 15th Feb 2016, on the same day Rs.1071 was collected from me, as installation charges and tariff charges for first month. I was promised internet service by 20th Feb. On 17th Feb I received a call confirming my details and was mentioned that it will take a maximum of 7 days for providing the service, after this no communication has been made from RaajNett, whenever I call they are saying that they are facing some technical issue and I would get my connection ASAP.

Based on this delay, I would like to have my deposit refunded as I am not satisfied with the kind of customer service RaajNett has.

Please help me resolve this problem.

yes, They r son of b..itch... even after 45 days neither i have connection, nor i have money... they r f..king criminals... I'm gonna file complaint in court consumer as well as cheating 420 with sales boy and customer care and the management... need to teach them lesson.

Don't buy raajnet broadnet... they r not having professional based technical person and customer service worst... 3 days before got new connection.. first day net worked for 1 hour then net down second day net worked 30 minutes and bet down, today i don't know when it will work... customer service always giving false commitment of network will be corrected within 1 hour...


Planned to move netexpress or tikona next month... 200 bucks extra makes us tension free...

I had brought a new internet connection from Raaj Internet on 8/02/2016 for a plan of 50 GB with 20mbps speed by paying Rs 1529/-. Instatollation took a week, after installation from the day 1, I am not able to use my internet, I had called there customer service number many times, first few times they responded by saying we will send a technician to your location and fix this asap, this went for so many days, then they started disconnecting my calls before even listening to my concern. They are not there for servicing customers, but for making the customer more frustrated. I spoke to the sales agent who gave me the connection. He gave me few number to contact such as Raaj Net technical lead, Raaj net Complaint Specialist, when you call them the first time they will pick your phone after that they will will not, how many ever times you call them.

I am calling them every single day from the day i got my internet connection, during the first week Internet worked for few hours, then gets disconnected automatically, you have reboot the router again, from last 15th Feb I am not even able to use internet at all, and there is no response from the so called Customer service or the technical Leads of Raaj net, i have tried called them so many times, that i cant even keep the numbers. Please help.

I need my complete Money to be refunded and and the call cost for all the calls i have made to them and compensation for all the tension and trouble headache i have gone through and I need them to pay Penalty to the govenment for cheating me and to avoid cheating others life this giving false information making consumers to beg for their help and for ignore them with no sympathy at all

I requested a new connection. Your sales representative took the money and promised for a separate connection. The service team came and they were giving a shared connection. I complained, your service manager said i'd have a separate connection established in a day or two. Its been more than a week no one came. The sales representative doesnt pick my calls, neither does the service manager. And its really frustrating. At this hour i need some response from you guys. Or else i'm gonna have to come to your office and get my refund back. The sales representative name is "sirish". And that guy doesn't pick any of my call. Please reply asap.

10 days before i paid for raajnet broadband... due to my repeated chase they installed my connection yesterday... but now it was no use..


Yesterday evening i used it for one hour. Suddenly network disconnected... i called their customer support they told they will assist by raising ticket TKT[protected].

Its very bad experience to get installation we have to chase 10 times... connection network disconnected in first day.. now how any days i have to wait for my network conecting processs.

Feeing bad and angry about raajnet.

"I subscribed for Raajnett broadband service in November 2015. However, it has been a nightmare since then. To start with, there was a delay in the installation itself. While I could it due to the flood in Chennai. But still they got me connected during the 3rd week of December 2015.

It doesn't work most of the time. Even when it works, it is extremely slow. I've called multiple time to Raajnett customer service. They don't care anything to their customers. Most of all they disconnect the call without even listening to you. Immaterial of whom you reach in the customer care. Yesterday, I reached four different representatives but unfortunately, all of them disconnected even without listening. Not sure if this is the case with other customers as well due to which the representatives are under stress to handle the calls or eventually they haven't provided with enough training to handle customers in this era.

The speed that I subscribed for is 40 mbps. I've never experienced it. I'v enclosed the latest speed test snapshot for your reference. I wasn't sure where to complain this as the customer care wasn't listening."

People please don't take raajnet.. It's the worst experience you will have.. Very poor customer service. But just like a bigger, without any shame they will come at every bill cycle.. Please don't go for this.. Better you can go with any other connection than this! This ISP is complete BS

I bought Raajnet on 24th Sun Jan 2016, till today am not getting proper connectivity . Called their customer service for more than 20 times @[protected] but there was no use . Even i tried to get my amount refunded but the customer team asking me to check with the Sales Executive from whom i bought this connection. So please dont buy their service and get cheated like me .

specifically you wont get connected between 5.30 pm to 11 pm all the days .

It's been 1month since they took the money from is to give a connection that is rs.1411 but not giving any connections.The representative always says tomorrow but not coming for connection.Please take some steps against this company.

No proper stable connection. poor wifi net speed . connection s often disconnected and no proper response for complaint is provided.

I have feed up by calling your call center team/ area agents.. who is roaming around in my area for provisioning new connection.
i have got this connecting this month, connectivity is very bad from day 1, the speed is not consistent... most of the time the speed is below 1 Mbps. bandwidth is not constant...

i havent got single traige/feedback call from your organisation...
i have bought this connection after see all negative feedbacks... it my bad... wasted around 3000 rupees by this.

i thinks... this organisation cannot survey with this quality in this industry.
