I had brought a new internet connection from Raaj Internet on 8/02/2016 for a plan of 50 GB with 20mbps speed by paying Rs 1529/-. Instatollation took a week, after installation from the day 1, I am not able to use my internet, I had called there customer service number many times, first few times they responded by saying we will send a technician to your location and fix this asap, this went for so many days, then they started disconnecting my calls before even listening to my concern. They are not there for servicing customers, but for making the customer more frustrated. I spoke to the sales agent who gave me the connection. He gave me few number to contact such as Raaj Net technical lead, Raaj net Complaint Specialist, when you call them the first time they will pick your phone after that they will will not, how many ever times you call them.
I am calling them every single day from the day i got my internet connection, during the first week Internet worked for few hours, then gets disconnected automatically, you have reboot the router again, from last 15th Feb I am not even able to use internet at all, and there is no response from the so called Customer service or the technical Leads of Raaj net, i have tried called them so many times, that i cant even keep the numbers. Please help.

I need my complete Money to be refunded and and the call cost for all the calls i have made to them and compensation for all the tension and trouble headache i have gone through and I need them to pay Penalty to the govenment for cheating me and to avoid cheating others life this giving false information making consumers to beg for their help and for ignore them with no sympathy at all
