I have paid for new internet connection at the month of january 15, 2017 .And now the date is feb 17, 2017 .Almost its one month..But still i have not got the connection...Pls give connection or else return my money back...No one is picking up call in the customer care ...And the person who got money from is also not picking up the call...Is this your service...

      I paid INR 7583 for Raajnett broadband connection on 5-Oct-2016 and didn't get it even after 4 months of paying for it.I was informed that it will take 45 days to process the refund check.Its been 4 months now and in`spite of calling the customer care repeatedly i haven't got the refund check.

      This is the worst just the worst customer care.

        My raajnett connection has completely stopped working for last one month. I call the customer support and they reply by saying within two days it will be rectified. The customer are system of raajnett is so pathetic that they dont even pick up the call most of the times. My last months data pack has gone to waste and i have lost data worth almost rs800.
        It has been a month and they could not give my connection back. I am infuriated by the fact that these kinds of service providers still exists in these days.

        There is a fiber connection problem with my Internet Its been 45 days I raised issue with the responsible person, They Didn't Replay me Properly.

        Whatever its plz put ur phone num and user id then only company can get action, but company providing all those things
        Worst customer service ever. No internet from last 75 days. I went to the Thoraipakkam office more than 15 times to give complaint. Every time one person will come and check from next day again they will ignore untill I visit again.

        Please take appropriate action towards rectifying my issue.

          I took 3 months plan 1 Mbps unlimited but in total 41 days internet was disconnected from Raajnett end. I have raised this issue to their customer care by email([protected]@raajnett.co.in), not even a single reply came their end. I called to the customer support and raised the issue, even after 10 days also issue not got resolved.

          Many time Internet was very slow, when I checked the speed it was just 0.1 Mbps.

          This is my first experience with this kind of worst support guys. These people were total waste. There is no manager level staff with them in customer support to escalate the issue and get it resolved.

          Not at all worth for the MONEY.

          Not providing technician to solve the issue and i have wasted time in calling customer care. No response...
          It has been four days I am complaining about no connection . they have not even opened the ticket. I wonder whether do they have any service or not. Completely cheating people after getting money.

            I' am Prakash T (MVM3430) using Raajnett for past 4 months. I' am not happy with the speed earlier, later its good but when it gets disconnected, then it will take minimum 1.5 days to get the connection back and you wont get any deductions for these days, on an average you will lose around 4 to 5 days in a month.

            And, the worst part comes now, the all praised Customer Care of RaajNett. They actually dont have any customer care setup, which is they dont even care for their customers. I use to call their customer care[protected], where you will be frustrated to the core it will goes beyond 30 mins waiting time and you will never connected to Customer care officer and to my knowledge there is only one person to attend the calls.

            I ' am actually residing 5 mins away from their Head office (Kolapakkam) and now a days i'll straight away go to their place for raising complaint and again they dont listen to you and ask you to raise the complaint in Customer Care number!

            This will be my last month o[censored]sing this ISP only because of their Customer care and frequent disconnection.

Even my complaint is removed. I lost money of ₹1278.38and no use making complaints. God only save me from this fraud persons.worst service i never heared

              I have applied for the new connection on 20 Sep'16 and they said 10 working days to provide the new connection.

              But, till 1st week of November they didn't give. Then, I asked them to refund my money they said 10 working days to do that.

              But, guys you don't believe. Today the date is 28.01.17 till now I didn't get my refund.

              Raajnett is not fit for providing new network connection nor refunding the money. They are not even fit for single star still I have to give.

              I request concern department to cancel their license and save public.

                Paid advance to Raajnet sales men, after taking money, they are not responding any thing, i paid on 9th Dec 2016 but till now i didn't get call from him for installing, i am calling but customer people postponing about connection details i had one manager person number his also not responding anything.

                  After cyclone no internet service and daily custoner care service person says it will be solved in 2 days and it is almost 2 months now.
                  no efficiency in service and they are not saying correct time when service will be restored

                  As a customer i do not know whether to leave and go to new ISO as this is effecting my office services

                      Raajnett has the worst customer care service. They provide the worst information & uneducated people at work.

                      Connection lost during Wardah at chennai. payment was made on 18dec2016 post confirmation of restoring connection in a week. But the connection was restored on 9jan 2017 stating from today the billing will be carry forward. Today 21jan2017 recived a message to last day to pay for service & they exteneded 4 days of services.

                        I Took the service in July 2016 and I paid then Rs 6300 for 6 months. I had alot of issue in the past the downtime for these 6 months was atleast 15 to 20 days. My account expired on 01/11/17 and i was told that I would get an extension but nothing was done. Hence I went ahead and recharged my account on 01/13/17 but the connection has not started yet but when I check my account status it shows as active and I have only 23 days more . When I send a message on the website I only get one reply "ls restart your modem and you will see your connetion is there.if still facing problem pls open the attachment and follow the steps. " I get this reply for all the messages. Unable to call the customer care # because it costs and either ways they do not answer I ended up spending almost Rs 100 just to call them but not once have I spoken to them. Someone needs to do something. May be coz its India that RAAJNETT does nt care coz nothing can be done.

                          I had taken an intenet connection paying full advance close to rs 4000 for 3 months for emperor 40 mb plan in the month of october 2016 and it has not worked for more that 10 days - added to that we had to press the reset button each time to activate the internet connection. but all this was in force only till 1st december 2016.my client number is mvm2841 and we are in porur. i raised cimplaint twice and they simply did not record the complaint saying that i have to connect the router direct to a laptop which i never possessed.

                          once again i raised a complaint on 15th december and now after a months time and frequent follow ups - no one has attended the problem so far and so sms/ phone calls from service engineers / no convincing reply. i only get a reply stating no parts that too they dont even know what exactly is the nature of the problem faced by me - worst service from raajnett - please be careful - please black list raaj nett - please dont waste you money on that.

                            For the past VADRASRROM.
                            Nobody turned to restore the internet connection.
                            Somany times we received reply that service will be resolved in couple of days.
                            We experienced plenty couple of days.
                            We are in doubt that the the internet company is rendering the internet service.

                              Such worst service from raajnett, i been a customer to raajnett since sep 2016. Connection interrupted more than 10 times in 90 days. No connection since cyclone hit chennai on 12-dec-2016. When i called them on 28-dec-2016 they replied me that connection will be active from 30-dec-2016. Still now no connection. Worst service non of them working in the morning. Office opens by 10 am and executive start searching for new customer. Customer complaints and repair are action ed only in the evening at 5 pm. Simply the action will be postponed to next day with simple reason. Because of the stupid response i lost more than rs.1500 for this period.

                              Only new connections call will be connected immediately once we called. complaint calls will not be picked up. Very Very worst services, secondly our money only wasting while dialing to customer care, since they charging our own money. very bad

                                I have contacted you people multiple times for support from 12th dec 2016 till date.
                                I am not getting any kind of service from raj nett.
                                No internet
                                No proper support
                                No proper update
                                No proper response

                                It’s been a month now. No internet!
                                I have frequently contacted customer care for update & support but no response yet.

                                I am not sure about raj net but it is not a healthy trent to call customer care to complain or for support frequently.
                                I wish to see a long run as a user from your service but if this kind of service, force me to switch better service provider.
                                I may not suggest any one near my location or my corporate friends for raajnett if i gain a worst experience again.
                                Hope you people understand.

                                I too have same issue net is not working from 28th December and Raajnett even sent his collection agent to collect the cheque for January, connection is not yet restored till 13th January. Their customer support doesn't work, they not reply to emails.

                                I am also looking for switching to better service and will terminate the power source to their d-link box.

                                I strongly recommend not to take Raajnet, facing lot of issues like frequent disconnection, poor customer service and lack of technicians. Whenever we raise complaints they do lot of false promises. One should go for alternative internet connection if they have existing Raajnet service.

                                They do not have power backups which is highly annoying.
                                Raaj net do not deserve any star.. I am a member (now cursing my luck) since November 2016 and facing enormous connection issues and past 1 month no connection and no response as well.
                                Guys please let me know which internet service provider is so-so in Joynagar, Madambakkam..
                                I want to switch.

                                  I strongly not recommend to BUY RAAJNETT and get cheated like me, thank god after all the hurdles i have got a new connection from a company DIGISURF and the service of DIGISURF is good and i didnt seen and signal drop or service quality from DIGISURF for the last 1 week.

                                  Even though i had lost my 1 month advance paid amount with RAAJNETT with no support / no connection since Dec 12th from RAAJNETT . I had opted to shift from this NO 1 cheating company RAAJNETT.

                                  Am seeing lots of SALES HOARDING from RAAJNETT on streets now, i would like to ALARM all the PUBLIC not to BUY the service from this NO 1 fraud RAAJNETT and get cheated.

                                  Please buy some other good available network in your area and please do not buy and get cheated by buying service from RAAJNET.

                                  I had paid in advance for a month on 8th Dec but there is no connectivity sience 10th Dec 2016 to till (4 Jan 2017) and the i dont know what is the status now. No response from their customer support team also.

                                    I have paid full amount Rs 5513 on 28/12/2016 receipt no 21127 for six months connection. Till now they have NOT given connection. The sales person who collected money is NOT bothered to take my calls. When he came for money collection, he gave me all numbers including his TL and technician numbers. Having seen that, I felt that he might be genuine. But none of the guys take my calls. So it is very clear that he cheated me. Called their support helpdesk which is another headache. if you get the person on the support call, you might be a lucky person on the earth. all executives will be telling same answer that within two days connection will be given. it is almost more than 12 days over. Guysss.please dont ever opt for broadband connection from Rajjnett, in any parts of india.

                                      Hi,

                                      Since i have taken the internet service, every second day the connection is down from your side. On complaining the executive used to say eb problem, maintenance bla bla.

                                      I have taken the service to get uninterrupted internet service and i mean that.
                                      After 10 days of service discontinuity due to cyclone the connection got restored for 7 days only (With multiple service int eruptions.

                                      Now from 31st dec, 2016 evening 5 o'clock the internet is not working again. I have raised the issue more than 5 times to the customer care-but still no resolution given. My current tkt no is — tkt[protected]. Please do the needful asap.

                                      Sorry to say, but in current scenario it seems that i have made a blunder by choosing raaj net.

                                        My account id is MVM2064 name: Devanand, my internet connection is not working form 3/12/16 which is the beginning of new cycle I paid for that month but still I didn't get internet.i kept on calling you but all your customer care support team said was " we forwarded the complaint the technician will contact you the next day" they said it everyday. And the vardah Storm hit which made things worse. They didn't pick up our call but sent message saying " the issue is fixed.i called them and they said that the issue will be fixed by 18/12/16 and today is 1/1/17 still no response. And now I got a mail saying that your payment is due. What are they thinking, are we jokers? You expect us to pay in time but you won't give internet connection this problem is happening every month. Every month minimum 1 day I won't get internet connection.the issue must be fixed by the first week of January or we will remove our connection and refund must be provided.
