Sir,

This is to inform you that we have been deceived and cheated by Rajnett

High gate 153E santhome high road RA puram Chennai [protected].
Our money 1700 has been cheated by fraud.
We have been harassed severely for the last week.
Their representative misbehaved with us that we can go to the police and do whatever we want to do but showed no tendency to help us.

We hereby want a refund and formal apology from this company.

KELAMBAKKAM CHETTINAD BUS STOP OPPOSITE DOMINO'S PIZZA CHENNAI -603103 TN,
Received an advertisement of this company "Raajnett" with the phone number [protected] for internet connection.

We called the number on last Saturday 27th August 2016 and an representative of theirs came within an hour and we filled the due form and paid him 1, 700.

He assured that once the verification is done by Monday we will get the cable connection.

Throughout the week we called him and their customer care number [protected] but no one picked up or bothered to call us back.

On wednesday [protected] was picked up and he assured that our verification is successful and we will get the connection that day or utmost by thursday morning.
But no one contacted us.
we their your customer centre number madly no person picked up.
On friday we had no other way so we messaged that we have to register a case of fraud.

Then we were provided a number of Mr kishore [protected].

We requested him to send someone to our home today evening after 7 and to refund our money but he was of no help.

We called their customer centre again but no one picked up.

We are angry and harassed our trust is broken.
They came in an hour for the new connection but when we faced problem and then they cheated us.

I sent mail as directed by Mr kishore [protected] to [protected]@raajnett.co.in,
[protected]@raajnett.co.in but still we received no help.
We need a refund of our money and apology for the harassment.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have paid 1722 for 3 months for this Internet Service Provider who promised me to supply unlimited 1 MBPS through fiber-net .

    Not even a single day i have enjoyed full speed internet

    Everyday i need to call the technician and need to complain about the speed, he will come and say that we cannot do anything already the server is loaded too much.

    You will get good speed only if the remaining users in this area will stop using the server. such a idiotic response was given by the technician,
    I have paid 3 months money in advance so now i need to use this connection even though the speed is low...

    If if takes 10 sec to open www.google.co.in, please assume how fast my connection speed is.

    please see the attachments about the complaints even though they were fixed but nothing works well.

      We are not getting internet from 26/08/2016. I called the customer care 'n' no of times but still the issue is not resolved. Every time when I call the customer care they are telling that the issue will be resolved with in an hour or two, but nothing is happening. I request you to take immediate action to resolve the issue.

        I subscribed for a New RaajNett Connection 40mbps on Saturday 20 Aug 2016, A person from RaajNett named RadhaKrishnan came to collect payment of Rs1700 on the same day, . He promised the installation will be done in 2days, Till now I did not receive any update and because of wich i have canceled my current ISP. I am with no Internet for past 3days.

        WTM 975 customer id not getting connected to network from 3rd of August. Several times we complained to customer care no response and also no action even after complaint registration.
        Need immediate action and also extension of service for the days network not connected.
        Very poor service.

If you cannot provide a stable internet connection you should immediately shut down your company. Do not waste our precious Time and Money. Please do not operate this Company.           Dear sir,

          I had placed a request for net connection sometime in feb last week. The representative was very responsive until the payment was made on 6th march, post that there is been no response from him.

          Every time i inquire your customer care, the answer is we'll resolve the issue in next couple of days. This approach is not agreeable at all.

          I had dropped a mail to you on may 23rd and got the same response that our technical team will get in touch with you asap on may 25th.

          So far i have not got any calls or intimation for that matter. I would like the amount to be refunded, i cannot wait infinitely on the request. If you don't return the amount, i'll have to raise a case in consumer court. Treat your customers properly. This attitude will for sure bring you down very soon. If you don't want any further inconvenience better refund the amount or be ready to face the consequences.

                Hi Team,

                I got the connection on 8/08/2016 and I started facing the issue from very next day. Somehow it was fixed. Again I got the issue on 15/08/2016 and till now Internet connection is not coming. I have called multiple times to you and ticket was raised and closed without resolving it. I was promised multiple times by your representative that it will resolved in 1 hour or two or by evening but it has not be resolved. I have been informed that there is an issue with fiber cable and it is being fixed. Can you tell me how much time will it take to fix a wire? 4 days?. I believe that you also understand that this the time of competition and people will not wait for 4 days for getting the issue fixed. I believe it was my mistake that I trusted on you even after reading bad reviews. Kindly look into the issue and fix and take some responsibility. I wanted to go for higher speed but I opted for basic plan, only because I wanted to check your service. I have really got the very bad experience. Thank you for understanding.

                  I have taken raaj nett broadband connection on 07.07.2016 and paid rs.786/- vide their receipt no.16008 and they are given connection on 24.07.206 after that frequent disconnections, fiber cuts and network problems happened from 04.08.2016 no connectivity and there is no proper response from their customer care my complaint no. Tkt[protected] dt:04.08.2016 i have no connectivity from 04.08.2016 please help me to get connected and solve this issue soon.

                    Raajnett is a complete fraud. They take your money and never respond to your complaints. The customer representatives make fun of your complaint to their in-room colleagues while taking your call. Just stupid rude.
                    If people are looking for a decent internet provider, go for limras eronet. They provide cable as well as fibernet to homes and are spot on with their service. They provide through agencies throughout places.
                    Somebody has to file a lawsuit against this company and shut them down.

                    The uploaded picture is a subscription of a 40mbps fibernet plan. Which shows the maximum peak of the transfer speed is 4.8 kbps. For a 40mbps plan, the speed should be (40÷8 = 5mbps). But give or take the transfer loss, i would atleast expect 2-3 mbps transfer speed. The customer service responded to complaints first time but did not execute any actions to rectify it. From the 4th or 5th time the complaints section never picks the call, even if then line is on hold for 20-30 minutes. When u try their new connections line or extend services line, an agent immediately picks up the call. How is this even a fair service. This company has to pay for its fraud acts.

                      I got the raajnett connection on 3aug 2016 night 07:30 hrs. Since that day till today i faced without connection for more than 6 days out of that 4 days together from 10th aug no connection. Calling customer care and raajnett manager and technical team no use all gone to vain. I get message saying your problem is resolved where as nothing happens.

                        Raajnett didnt give connection. So cancelled. They noted cancellation. They are not refunding the amount back. Still they are cheating others. Today i see some wall posters of raajnett in madambakkam and sithalapakkam area. I request people not to take the connection. They take the amount and escape. This is a scam.

                        The worst customer care ever. If i start talking amount my refund amount, they disconnect the call immediately. Well trained customer care representatives.

                        Why don't we approach media to fight for that amout?

                          Hi, if you are looking for broadband service please do avoid raajnett. It may look cheap, but there would be continous disruption in service for more than 6-10 days in a month. Each complaint would take a minimum of 24 hours to complete which may extend to 2 days at a time. More worse is to contact the customer service executive in the line, it takes about 30 minutes. Their response is also not accurate since they themselves are not aware of the issue completely.

                            If you are staying in kolathur and if any of these sales representatives knock on your door, shut the door on their face.

                            They don't deserve respect. They don't honour their commitment. Worse, they don't even respond to you.

                            They promised me that i will get connection in 10 days. I subscribed on 18th of july. No one responds to me. I have the contact details of the sales rep, his tl, and even the tech team. No one picks my call.

                              The sales man from raajnett had approached us to take fiber internet connection in my name and he had taken a amount of rs.1750/- as advance for installation on 21st aug'16. The promised me installation within 2 days as their connection point is near to my residence. I am trying to reach them by all means through their consumer helpline no and registered complaint several times. We had identified the sales men and the service person also through our neighbors and tried contacting them several times and off late they are not picking up our no. After seeing the call id. I request for legal and stern action against them as the consumer helpline also says that they are helpless.

                                I would advice from my experience don't go with this #1 fraud company
                                don't rely on their promises and deadlines
                                i have paid 1700rs for 20 mbps broadband and sales guy collected the cheque on 25th July 2016 and promised installation will be completed within 5 working days.Till date no responsible person has turned up and called to update on the status/
                                If you call their customer care no minimum it will take 15 to 20mts to answer and the person who picks the call will say that they will check with the technician on the update
                                Finally they will end up giving another deadline
                                Such a filthy kind of service they have it is better to go with our own traditional BSNL rather than this cheaters.
                                i DONT KNOW HOW IT TAKES FOR THEM TO DIGEST THE FOOD THEY CONSUME WITH OUR OWN HARD EARNED MONEY.
                                HELLO RAAJNETT DONT OVERESTIMATE YOUR CAPABILITIES IF YOU REMAIN LIKE THIS YOU WOULD BE CREATING YOUR OWN DOWNFALL.

                                  Hi my internet connection is not working from 08/04/2016 - have raised the below ticket and even called and complained - but till now no action. Ticket no. Tkt[protected] i would like to get the updates on what is the issue and when it will be resolved and also request for refund of the amount for the number of days the connection is not working. As of now it is not working for more than 4 days, not sure about resolution yet. This is happening every month.

                                  I have taken 512kbbs /unlimited / 3 months plan on 26.05.2016, but from 1.07.2016 net is not working even after repeated complaints. even prior to that there was intermittent trouble. but on one is bother to correct it, kindly rectify the problem immediately with extension of time for the non working period.

                                    I have got the raajnet broadband Connection last week and the receipt no:16904.
                                    The connection is not available often and no one picking the call in customer care and even representative also not picking the call.

                                    The worst service I have ever faced and I would not recommend any of our friends and relatives.

                                    People please do not get any connection from them as they are not in good in service and adhere with their words.

                                      These guys are not prepared to provide continuous internet connectivity. I'm very much disappointed with Raajnett. It has not even been a week since I availed Raajnett, I have made phone calls to the sales and technical team for about 20 time to fix the problem. If you are planning to but this service, please reconsider your decision. Maybe they will improve later on, but their present service is very bad and frustrating. The plan looks very good, high speed internet like never before blah blah blah, but in reality these guys don't have capability and infrastructure to provide reliable connection.

                                        I have recently subscribed ( receipt No. 14125 ) for raajnett internet connection on 13/07/2016 and their executive very fast on collection of fee ( 500 installation fee + 4 MBPS Plan 40 GB limit plan fee ) and they said connection will be available in next 7 days. After following up with multiple calls, there was not good response at all finally got the connect on 05/08/2016, but it was not working at ll until now.

                                        I would never ever suggest this service provider to any of friends or neighbors.Request the company to refund the entire amount i paid and i don't require any suggestion and apologies message other than refund.
