I have called to Raajnet marketing & service person number, no body attend the phone calls. Then called to customer care and raised the complaint on 11.09.16 till date problem not yet rectified. Speak to customer care we have to wait for 21 minutes in phone call which is one of tactics to avoid customer call.
Instead of rectify the problem they use IVR option and which is spoiling others time. If Raajnet is not going to correct them self they won't continue to do business in market.

    I have Registered for RaajNet (chennai) by paying 574 Rupees (Actually i Paid 600 rupees they did't return change after billing amount) on 16/09/2016 for get New BroadBand Connection with unlimited 1 mbps plan. They said, they will install within 3 days. Now its become 15 days. When I try to call them they are not picking my call and their is no response from their side.

    I felt like my 600 rupees wasted without getting any service from them.

      Could anyone suggest whether RAJNETT is working fine in Mugalivakkam area, am not getting connection since 15th Sep 2016. Am getting an error 651 where my plan ends only by next month end.

      For last 2 months there was more frequent disconnection and slow speed issue and since Feb 2016 am facing frequent disconnection issues.

      I had registered a complain on http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/index.php, planning to go to consumer court on this issue... If anyone was interested, please reply to message so that we can join a group and can go and file a case against this CHEATING company.
      RaajNett customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I've subscribed for a 4mbps pack;had renewed it recently.The connection is tooo slow.If it's slow while many devices are connected to wifi it's acceptable.But even when no devices are connected pages do not load.I even don't know whether this complaint will be posted.Such is the connection speed;the flash.
      I got a connection from RaajNett and it worked only one day. It's not working for the last 6 days, I'm following up with their worst customer care, but connection issue not sorted out .

        From the 13th September I faced low speed connection.
        I raised the complaint 16th September they told they are changing server so it will resolve 2-3 days.
        But 21st September I rcvd and apologies SMS and that problem was rectified.
        Almost 8 days no connection. After that 21st still no connection. Each and every day morning i called to customer care and escalated. They told like recorded tape "within 24 hrs. our technician come to your home and rectify" still 12 days not resolved.
        I went twice a time to mugalivakkam (chennai) office raise the issue. One technician told (24th September) its fiber cut it will rectify on that day itself 3 o’clock.
        Now 26th September. Still the problem is there.

          Never ever think of buying raajnett broadband connections!! They are number 1 frauds, i bought 20mbps plan for 1200 rupees, saying from my heart guys it is equal to 2g mobile data speed.in my apartment 5 families were using this raajnett broadband for wifi and we all have moved to act bsnl airtel now. Please don't buy it because it costs less, the raajnett wifi is worst connection i have ever had, very often i was not even able to connect to internet. At night you wil rarely see your raajnett wifi working. Their customer care don't even answer your call and its not toll free number.in my 4 months usage of raajnett wifi more than 5 times continuously for more than 6 to 7 days we were facing connection issues and they said false reasons for that. I couldn't even watch a single movie continuously, because if you continuously use wifi of raajnett for 1hour that's it after that 1hour you will get a popup trouble connecting to network. I'm from chennai porur. Soon they should be taught a lesson

            I booked for the broad band internet connection with Raajnett as no other service providers are available in that area. I booked and gave the booking amount on 30/08 and still these people are telling some bloody reasons like fiber short, switch short and something else also. for the past 10 days no one is picking my call and now even the customer care number is also not receiving my call. Friends please be aware of these people. They collect the money while taking booking whereas others give the connection and take the money. The persons who were in touch with me regarding the connectiion and vanished after getting the money are Malarmani... Kishore... Mani...Prakash. Out of these names two of them are in Head positions.

            Aware Raaj nett frauds... Big time small value cheaters but they make big money out of it...

              I don't have internet connectivity from last week . It's almost 10 days since I raised the ticket to resolve it. I got a message before 3 days saying that the issue has been resolved. But still I don't have the connectivity. No response from raajnett yet. No technician visited yet. Worst ever ISP provider and worst ever service. Every week you will not be having connectivity for two or three days. It's not even a month since I opted for raajnett connection but I am planning to discontinue raajnett. Don't even think about raajnett if you need an internet connection.

                Raajnett is a private Broadband provider. I using it since 4 months. Every month in broadband connection a fault occurs. Every time i call to customer care to make complaint about the issue at least i need to complaint more than 6-8 times to they respond to it. But this month it goes around more than 1 week not even they responding but they cut the connection on date every month for bill. Not even working properly for 15 days in a month don't know why i am paying to them. One of the worst network provider and also in customer care service.

                Received a sms that there is some technical issue and the internet will be slow due to alternate arrangements. But the internet is not connecting at all and there is no response from the customer care. No one bothers to pick up the call. Getting really frustrated
                Now my raajnett broadband has become very worst broadband because it is always no connection and very very worst speed connection... i really disappointed by this network, , im surely change to other broadbandss...techinac support is worst... custoycare alsoo vry worst

                  Worst company and worst connection any company will provide. Government should ban such an stupid and sub standard company. It's really torture to have such an internet connection. If you try to call customer care they behave like a god and they don't don't even receive your call. They are arrogant and very unfriendly. No one should opt for this service.                     I'm having a slow internet connectivity for the past two weeks and i having network errors while opening a web browser.for the first month i have the same problem, then i called the customer care and i complained about it before i renewing my internet connection, for that month only i got good connectivity and no problem.now its my forth month of Raajnett. the second month only is good, the first, third and forth month is poor connectivity, now i'm daily trying to contact the customer care via mobile but they are not picking up the call and my mobile balance is draining by calling the customer care. This is due to the

                      It's the worst broad brand service . You ll not be able to connect to internet on every weekend, they will simply send you a SMS stating that there is a problem and they are working on it .

                      And the customer care is number is not a toll free one . If you try reaching the customer care, they ll not pick your call for more than 10 mins . You ll lose patience and end up disconnecting the call . By any chance if they attend the call, the answer would be " fibre cut aaiduchu sir " we are working on it .

                      And about the speed, they have a plan like unlimited 2 mbps for around 950 rs per month. But it would be a miracle if you get 1mbps . If you enquire the same with customer care, the answer would be "traffic time sir " "night correct ah Varum sir ".

                      My feelings would be :

                      Nadu saamathula naanga yen da sudugaatuku ponum .

                      Think twice before you opt for Raaj net .

                        Bought a new connection on Aug 25th paying full amount.
                        they promised connection will be give in 3 days. Almost it was 3 weeks today sept 29, 2016 still now no connection.
                        All the people are very polite but whether you cry or shout nothing will happen.

                        Once you pay the amount, you have to chase with them.
                        Every day i am calling but no is picking the call.

                        its very pathetic, never ever bye connection from Raajnet.

                          Hi Am Jagannathan I have applied for raajnet one week before the sales person Mr. Karthik and his Emp Id:449, He convienced like anything and he got the cash and docs from me I paid for 3 months he said before saturday I will get a connection I believed his words still now I havent got any call from deployment team, Im calling to the sales guy he is not picking the call, am calling from different number he picking the call when im telling my name he just disconnecting the call, first response itself very poor from Raajnett, before taking an connection itself this much frustation am getting My register mobile number [protected], Kindly do the needful.

                            I want to disconnect your internet services in the name of Vishal ( User id : MVM 839) owing to the pathetic and horrible services from your end. In the month of Aug'16 I couldn't use 10 GB as internet was not working for than 10 days in entire month. Currently my internet is not working from 07th sept'16 till date.

                            I have called to your customer services more than 20 times but only answer I received is that " OUR BACKEND TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU ", just like a robot knowing to speak only a single line, but till date not a single person contacted or even bothered to rectify the issue.

                            Kindly process my refund and proceed for disconnection.

                            Please don not harass any further else I will take legal person.

                            At last please ask you person to come and remover the router from my terrace after processing my refund.

                              Is there no one in rajanett support team who will even acknowledge this mail? I am really irritated, please some one respond.

                              I have called to customer support number 3 times from the morning, no result so far.

                              First of all, I had asked for 40 MBPS 80 GB PLAN RECHARGE, BUT THEY RECHARGED FOR 4 MBPS PLAN.

                              BUT EVEN NOW MY INTERNET SPEED SAYS 0.50 MBPS.

PG manger blindly believed rajanet sales person and gave the amount.He did not check if activation was done or not, Since PG manager does not have correct equipment to check if it is been activated and rajanet sales person (sridhar) was regular sales person who used to come.

                              After a week when everyone faced issue with internet slow speed, we raised the complained to Rajanet to know the root cause. We were told there is some connection issue in our area. So we waiting for the issue to get fixed.

                              Day before yesterday, we were told that issue was resolved in our area but we were still facing issue. so we tried calling same sales person (sridhar [protected]) - but his mobile number was unavailable.

                              Since we were worried, we called customer care[protected] . And At Our Surprise And Shock, We Were Asked To Renew The Amount But We Had Already Given The Amount 1300.

                              So We Asked Them To Send The Sales Person, Again At Our Surprise, There Was A New Sales Person (Not Old Guy - Sridhar ).

                              I Have Not Got Proper Response From New Sales Person, I Am Concerned If They Have Received The 1300 Rs Which Was Given. Till Now Internet Pack Is Not Renewed For 1264 Rs, 80 GB, 40 Mbps Pack.(Here Is New Rajanett Sales Person Number[protected] I Hope The Money Has Reached To Rajanett And We Are Not Cheated.

                              Here is the screen shot of speed i am receiving.

                              I have following questions

                              1) Why were we not informed about sales person being changed - We have lost 1300 rs, internet person is not at all renewing our activation.
                              2) Why there was no receipt given earlier for previous months when pg manager has given the amount for renewal.

                              I hope above information helps to rectify the problem. I kindly request to help us get renewal activation for 1264 rs plan(80 GB, 40 mbps).

                              we are almost in the middle of the month but still the internet pack is not renewed.I really feel cheated and rajanet is not giving proper service and support.

                              Even to call customer care, i have to use my own phone balance, it is not toll free any more, very disappointed. :( :( kindly look into this immediately.

                                Im complaint before 20 days but no response u r staff, very bad phone call by raajnett, total three connection, problem & recharge problem, i call u recharge finis but u r staff not coming, very very bad connection today last tray... Tomorrow airtel connection final, minimum 100 phone call but 1time not response u r service boy.. Very bad, immediately give me one new connection by today & shelf my problem today...

                                  I had applied for a raajnet connection on 18th August 2016 and after chasing over 20 calls on to your customer care they have finally pulled the cable on 29th August saying the activation will take on the evening of 29th itself. I was forced for take another connection until waiting upto 2nd September 2016.
                                  As you have no intention of giving connection to me inspite of repeated requests through customer care you have failed. Please therefore refund the amout of Rs.859/- paid to your representative S. Jithin at the earliest. My Mobile No : [protected]

                                    Only for the new connection they rush up to me and got the money and after that the person is not even picking up the call. They have given customer care number [protected] but its utter waste of calling them for complaints, they are not even picking up the call. After 10days they came, installed and went. Till now connection is not there in my broadband. This is the way they cheat and treat customers.

                                      I have applied for new connection on 27/08/2016 Bill No.s 19583 and my registered mobile number is [protected] I have not received any connection. I have paid in cash but my friend in the same road also applied for new connection on the same day by postpaid cheque he has received connection on 02/09/2016 but I have not got any connection why delay for me please give me connection. I didn't think rajjnett will do tihis type of service why not giving connection for me

                                        This is to inform you that I have been deceived and cheated by Raajnett
                                        High gate 153E Santhome high road RA puram Chennai [protected].
                                        Our money Rs 1534 has been cheated.

                                        Received an advertisement pamphlet of this company "Raajnett" with the name & phone number Jithin & [protected] for internet connection.
                                        I called the number on Wednesday 24th August 2016 and Mr. Jithin spoke with me and explained me the details of the tariff and there plan. I was impressed with the plan “King 20 MBPS “and requested him to provide me with the connection, and during the call he informed me that he is out of station and one of his Colleague named Siva would come and collect the money and also the filled in Application form with self-attested Passport copy of myself as address proof. As informed by him I got a call from Mr. Siva in an hour and came and collected all these documents as well as Rs 1534 for 1 month Plan. The Receipt no is 20109. Jithin assured me that I would be provided with the connection by Saturday 27th Aug 2016 once after the background verification is completed. I too got a call the next day (28th Aug 2016) itself as background verification and they said it is completed and the technical team would contact you for providing the connection.

                                        On Saturday when I called Jithin to check the status of the connection, he said he will reach office in an hour and give you a call. But after that I have never got any call from Jithin. Whenever I call him he will either not pick up the call or will inform me that I will check and call you, but to my surprise never ever he has called.
                                        After waiting till Wednesday 31st Aug 2016. I somehow got his PL Mr. Paramasivam ([protected]) contact details on 1st Sep 2016 and called him up and discussed with him on the same. He had requested me to send all the details of my name, Mobile no and my Address to his mobile no as SMS and he will check with the concern person and get back to me in an hour.
                                        As informed by Paramasivam, I have also done the same but again to my surprise he has also never contacted me, I have called all of these peoples several times but none of them are responding to our call.
                                        Today again on reaching every one and none of them had picked up there mobiles. I happened to contact the Customer care no [protected], They had taken it as a request but did not give me a ticket no or request no.
                                        I have also sent out a mail to [protected]@raajnett.co.in addressing all the issues, I don’t know when they are going to give me the connection.
                                        We need a refund of our money or the connection today itself.
