Gave my installation fees on 09/10/2016 ([protected]), and till now it's not given and no proper response from the executive who collected the money. worst customer care service can't even speak properly, suffering a lot n they are telling fiber cable bending. please let me know when will i get my connection. i have requested new connection from raajnett with in a day they come collected for documents and money. they promised to provide the connection with two days but keep on following them, it more that 15 days. not even received call from them. it is been very frustrating. customer care people not even responding to our calls.
For getting money from they called me every half an hour. now they are not picking my calls. it is worst service i have seen...

I Have applied for a new connection 15 days ago
While getting the connection the sales guy used to call me daily and ask me when you want connection
and once we paid the money then there is no response from them and one day they ended up telling that connection is not feasible in my home
and when we send the mails for refund or call the customer care there is no proper reply from them
Now the Sales guy is not picking the call
Fed up with such activities
Please do the needful

Hi I paid 1074/- on[protected].Till now I didn't get any installation calls.May I know when will I get my new connection..Gave my installation fees on 11/10/2016([protected]), and till now it's not given and no proper response from the executive who collected the money.worst customer care service can't even speak properly, suffering a lot n they are telling fiber cable bending.Please let me know when will I get my connection...

    I have requested new connection from Rajneet with in a day they come collected for documents and money. they promised to provide the connection with two days but keep on following them, it more that 13 days. not even received call from them. it is been very frustrating. customer care people not even responding to our calls.
    For getting money from they called me every half an hour. now they are not picking my calls. it is worst service i have seen.
    RaajNett customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    nothing to say more about raajnett. companies MD has to change the management. then it will be fine. not use of blaming executives and customer care. I got my refund by hand when I went to head office directly and shouted. simply giving salary to management is waste. MD has to inform them to do at least some work

      Worst ever. i just spoke to 2 customer service reps, names are Karnan, and gowri shankar, Mr. Karnan Was very rude to me on phone when is asked him what is the exact issue .. in past 2 months i made more than 30 complaints on only connectivity issues. i just asked the reps to give me the nodal officer number to do a high priority complaint but they said there is no such personal like that ... so now will take this to all consumer complaint portal to be aware of this service ... MKM1180 (raajnett will know this)

        Sir,
        I have applied for a new broadband connection and gave cheque #17107 for the amount rs.1722 on 06/08/2016.

        Before getting the payment, i have received several calls for explaining the plans but after making the payment i am following the sales representatives for getting the connection for last 3 weeks.

        When i called the customer care number[protected], it kept me hold for an hour and didn't succeed.

        After sever followup, raajnet technicians requested to accept the connection during sep16. But after a week, the connection got disconnected and still i am following them for solution (Ticket no. Tkt[protected] dated 07/oct/16).

        I am requesting them to stop the service and refund my money.

        Please help.

        No proper response. It is really frustrating on their responses. I have asked them to refund the amount. When I checked with technicians they didn't aware of the issue..

        Can I file a complaint? Let me know if anyone willing to join to take them legally.

          Hi,

          My Name is John, subscribed to RaajNett interconnection.

          User ID: MVM2915

          I've filed a complaint with RaajNett on 08/10/2016 stating that I do not have internet connection starting from 06/10/2016. They have stated that the problem is from my end and I need to check my computer and router. I've checked my computer and router with a Tech and everything is working and the problem is not from my end.

          I've again sent email to them stating that the issue is not resolved. I've received a reply twice from them that will look into but none bothered to come and check what the exact problem is.

          They have ignored 6 of my emails. As they are not willing to resolve the issue, I requested them to cancel my subscription and refund the due amount. They have not replied. Whenever I make a call to to RaajNett landline number, I receive an automated message and nobody picks up the call to respond.

          It has been more than 12 days and the issue is not resolved. I need everyone to be aware of their business practises and I would like to have this issue resolved.

          Please advise how to proceed.

            My name is Jackson Vellaiyaraj. I have applied for raajnett connection 90 days back on 02-july-2016. They received Rupees 1534 from me. And then after 2 days they informed me that there is no box in my area. I do not know why they received money without any box in my area. Then i called them and asked them to cancel my request for new connection. And they said over phone that i will get the refund cheque in 30 days. I waited for 50 days and i did not get any refund cheque. so i called them again and sent an email for the same. Then they said it will take 20 more days and they will call me once the cheque is ready. Then i waited for 40 days and did not get any call or email. So i sent them an email again. Now they are saying they that the cheque will be ready in 7 more days. so that makes it a today of 100 days since i paid them . Please take necessary action against them. I have email proof and payment receipt proof. Thanks Please find attached payment receipt and emails which i have sent.

              There is no internet connection in my home since october 5. I have even paid my internet bill for october month. I contacted customer care and they told there is a problem with internet cable and there is a problem from raajnett service. Its been 8 days without internet connection. I request raajenett to solve this issue immediately else repay my october month bill, so that I will look for some new connection.

              Received payment from us, but not yet activated My account till now. Done the payment on 11/10/2016. Worst service.

                  Worst ISP and Worst Customer service award 2016 goes to Raajnett. I purchased this BS. In a month, net is not connected for 10 days. Remaining days 2g speed net is connected. I tried daily to contact their customer care(?) executives. But everytime I heard the recorded voice only (Please wait. All our executives are currently busy). Even it is not a tollfree number. But when my plan expired, they called me and asked me to renew. MotherFcukers. I WASTED MY MONEY.

                  PLEASE DON'T GO WITH THIS BS EVEN IN YOUR AREA THERE IS NO ISP EXCEPT RAAJNETT.

                  BROWSE IN 2G MOBILE IS 1000 TIMES BETTER THAN RAAJNETT.

                    I recharged through sbi net banking by citrus gateway for raajnet internet amount rs.1033.85, on 11-oct-2016, 22:30, they debit from bank and i got sms fr4om bank... But raajneet not receive amonut.. And in my page i got some problems in gateway contact cirtus support and my transaction reference no:[protected]igaabmuwj6... Please reply and refund or send details as soon as possible... Kindly slove my problems. Thank you.

                      My bill date is 6-oct-2016, but network problem from 4 th onwards.customer care called me for bill payment reminder. Than I paid amount on 6th.Still network not connected. Last five days no network. I called the collection executive, local service person, initially who is given connection person. Nobody respond me, almost I called 100times. They respond two to three times and said I will and shortout the problem. Afterthat no one pick the call.i paid amount but network zero. World's worest service is raajnet only. Return my amount, i will change my service provider. My I'd is MKM845

                        I got a broadband connection from RaajNett for Rs.1034 with 20Mbps speed. Connection has never been constant, sometimes no connection or slow speed. In-spite of several complaints there has no action and simply money paid is wasted. Next on customer service...

                        - Toll free number[protected] has been shut down recently
                        - online complaint will be immediately soft closed with automatic message as resolved asking to restart the modem
                        - email to support ([protected]@raajnett.co.in) will not have any response
                        - Chat on raajnet website has no response
                        - calling[protected] makes you wait in line for longer and no one answers and get disconnected after long time. calling charges are wasted.

                        But for renewal they are calling several times and hundreds of messages to renew the connection. Very very frustrated with the service. Few months ago they were issuing pamphlets and said they have setup new infrastructure in my area and connection would be seamless and guaranteed. In-spite of several bad comments on various blogs I took raajnett connection. But finally as everyone said I am feeling like fooled on taking this connection. I dont have any feeling to recommend this connection to my neighbours/friends.

                        My recent complaint Ticket# TKT[protected] with raajnet.
                        From the time of the first usage we have registered many complaint and they have solved it . it have been working good for the past 2 months and in this month most of the time no network is available, when network is available it is working very slow i request you to solve it

                            I paid the amount, and i haven't got the new connection still now. It has been 11 days since i paid. Customer service is very pathetic. There is no proper reply, when i call them for enquiry. Whenever i call no one is picking up and if they do they say like that they will give the connection immediately, but still now i haven't got the connection. Need a proper response for this issue.

                              I didn't have internet connectivity for a long time due to a fiber cut problem.
                              Raajnett is refusing to give the extension for the period i didn't have connectivity.
                              I have been told that i will be provided extension only if i renew my broadband connection.
                              Kindly help me on this.
                              I am fed up calling the customer care and also the company representative.
                              No response from anyone.
                              Now they are not picking up my call at all.

                                The worst service ever. Internet is not working from 19th September till date. Have called at least 3 times a day, everyday. Took 3 days leave waiting for them as instructed by the customer care. Losing 1800 rs per day, due to non availability of Internet to work from home.. What more need I say.
                                It's October 4th now. Lost more than 10, 000 rs. No other broadband available here, hence they're taking advantage. Now having to shift house because of them. Guess it's a joke for them. if we have enough people out there, we can raise an issue at the court.

                                  Hi i have called raajnet sales executive to come and new connection, they came and got the payment from me and they assured me that they will provide connection for me with in 5 working day.. But they failed it took nearly 2 weeks for me. Then the network engineer named mr. Anbu working under mr. Appu came to my home for connectivity and he said you call me i will instruct you via phone but he didn't pick my call so i called to customer support for my issue they resolved my problem but as soon as i got connectivity i got repeatedly am lossing my connection so they took that as my 1st complaint on my 1st day connection itself the very next day i didnt get clearde and again by eve i call to customer support for error 651 cable breakage they said by sat noon it will be cleared by they failed and they that if tkt number is issued it shoyuld be cleard with 24 hrs again the same man named anbu came to home he said the it will be resolved within 2hrs and again i called to customer support and informed them that my isuue isnt cleared they said tom it will surly cleared and so they cleared by mon... So what am trying to say is they always give false complaint to customer and them angry the upper level is trying their best but the man who working under him is really a deadly slow one... Please take some necessary action

                                    My Internet has been slow and stopped working on 22 sept 2016 and no matter how many times I called the customer care, they give me a generic response saying a representative will come and resolve the issue. Till date no one has come and the issue is till pending and my Internet doesn't work. The customer care is useless as there is long wait time and they don't answer the calls for a long time and give generic answers.

                                    I am very unsatisfied with their service as my issue is still open and Internet has not been working for more than 7 days.

                                      I have taken Raajnet connection before a month. From the first week of connection I have faced connection issues and raised lot of complaints. But there is no action taken place. Just the msg I will as the issue will be resolved and after few mins will receive msg saying that the issue resolved. But after sometime again I m facing the issue in daily basis.

                                      When I try to call customer care, they are not picking the call. If they pick the call will inform us that they will send person. But no one will come except that two msgs.

                                      When I have taken new connection they have provided me one old connection box, which might be the problem I guess.

                                      But they dint change that also

                                      I have complained regarding non-working of net one month ago, but there is no rectification till date.
                                      Even their customer complaint no. is not being attended by anyone.
                                      Nor their field technicians are attending the problems.
                                      I paid for three months advance amount and hence I could not disconnect the same.

                                        I have subscribed for Raajnett broadband connection and the fiber connection is not available from 21st sep 2016, irrespective of raising a ticket in the company website and continuous phone calls, no proper response received from customer care, every time when i call the customer care the customer care representative will respond saying the issue will be solved in an hour and max 2 hours and the issue wasn't solved for 10 days,

                                        No way to contact the higher officials / escalate the ticket .

                                        Also no toll free customer care available for them, you have to call only the paid customer care where the call will be in queue for minimum of 10 mins,
