We are facing prolonged network outages. Net service not available since yesterday 9 pm till now. This problem happens at regular intervals. Though we receive a SMS from the ISP about the network problem, it is not sorted out swiftly. Customer care is also not accessible easily and it is very annoying. Hope they pay heed to complaints like this and take appropriate corrective measures. We have been using this ISP for 7 months now and we seriously consider continuing their service.

      Internet connection is not available for past two days.We find so difficult nowadays. so please provide us our connection properly.         I have had the worst experience with rajnet this account was activated two month on the 27th, it worked for the first 5 days after which everyday it disconnects during the day and later in the night comes back on. I have wasted so much money on calling you guys everyday but the customer service people are unwilling to help. I get a standard response everyday to switch off and switch on my modem, which does not work. I am later told that you guys would be contacting the engineer and will get this fixed. I had taken this connection as i have to work on my laptop from home but everyday i have to go to my friends place to connect, my reputation at work has been destroyed and i might lose my job because of this. I can understand that there can be technical issues, some major issue with connectivity the main problem here is that your customer service staff is inexperienced and do not have the will to help a customer. I have called continuously for so many days, have spoken to agents and supervisors but no one has said a simple sorry till now. I had called up your customer service no today at 11 pm and spoke, he said that the engineer is not in the office and she will ensure that she will get it fixed yesterday itself, that did not happen. No one had the courtesy to call me back till now.. I am fed up because of this mental torture and would like my account to be terminated and would like the entire amount to be refunded failing which i would be forced to take legal action against you thanks & regards, yuvaraj d

          Hi viewers,

          I have recently bought raajnett internet connection
          I donno whether it is a fibernet or normal shared net
          I have taken 1 mbps 3 months unlimited plan

          Please see the attachment for the speed which i am getting not even 500 kbps & these people claim that they provide 1 mbps service.

          In peak hours the speed will be around 150 kbps maximum

          O don't choose this as your preferred network.

          They provide internet that has to be complained about every now and then. They have no standard connection and they also have the worst inter customer care services..
          Whichever nber I dial or press in the call menu I get that same boring tone and the worst part is that I'm charged for the calls..guys please look into it..
          I just got a connection.. Internet is not working for more than 10days.

            I paid 1419 to raaj net on july 10 to guy called bhaskar, he said installation will be completed in 2 days.. When i called again he said it ll be completed in 5 working days and when i call again he said it will be done in 7 days.

            Finally technician came on 21st and they did something, i tried to connect wifi he said there is some problem in server he ll fix it tomorrow as soon as he left i got an message saying installation is successful.. But i couldn't connect wifi. Till now no one fixed the issue.

            I really lost my patience on this.. I think i should have not paid money.. They are providing the worst customer service..

              My name is sree teja galla. I am one of those unlucky people to choose raaj net broadband service which takes money and waste customer's time without installation. Your sales agents are a1 cheaters.

              If you opt and pay advance for raaj net, what you get is mental torture and agony not installation.

              A guy named g. Vijaya kumar ([protected]) visited my flat on 09th july, took money of 2454/- for top end 60 mbps connection and lied to me that it would be done by tuesday. And he stopped picking up my calls. When i called from a landline number, he lifted and said he will inform and hung up.

              Santosh from customer care finally promised me that it would be definitely done by yesterday. When i checked online, there are many reviews about your broadband and many complaints against you. This is the worst unprofessional attitude i have seen.

              If you really want to be good and growing in the business, first and foremost thing is honesty and transparency. Train your sales agents and team with morale.

              Take action against g. Vijaya kumar ([protected]) for his unprofessional and rude attitude, also lying about the installation process.

              I am attaching my receipt within this mail and my mobile number is [protected]. Refund my money immediately.

                Even after seeing all the reviews, i trusted their ad banner in front of our apartments and signed up for a new connection in the first week of jan.. The sales guy promptly arrived and collected my cheque for rs1530.. The saga started after a week.. Multiple calls to the customer care - they are absolutely useless.. No connection so far.. I requested for a refund immediately after 10 days.. They said that the money would be refunded in the next one month.. I waited but this is july i still havent received any money.. I went to their office 5 times and whenever i go there, i see few guys fighting for a refund.. This company is unwilling to refund the money.. They give all kind of stupid reasons.. Their md is unavailable to sign the cheque.. I'm really sick of this company.. It has been 7 months not even a single person from the company bothered to call me back.. I spoke to one of their so called customer care manager named murali absolutely rude and he left the place while i was talking to him.. He didnt even care.. There is nothing to be done.. Notsure what to do.. Wasted enough money on phone calls and transport.. Pls donot go for this connection, you'll lose your peace of mind.

                  We have paid 1419 on 11thjuly 2016 they promised us to give connection within three days. but we keep calling them from 16th july daily they are will come today will come today... like this daily they are giving reason not connection. we need either connection or our money. it really irritating to them calling daily to them. sometimes they are not picking calls also

                      This is naga gopal reddy, i have applied for princess 2mbs-unlimited internet connection in raajnet on 11.02.2016 and bill number (No. S 8410) and i reached many time to customer care but i have not received any communication from your end about my internet connection so i took another broadband connection.
                      I checked with the customer care to cancel my internet connection. They said to me i have to wait for 90 day after send mail to customer care to cancel my internet connect so i sent mail to customare care mail id ([protected]@raajnett.Co.In) on 5th april 2016.

                      Kindly let me know the process, how to get the amount back.

                        Raajnett internet service is very bad. it get fluctuated all the time. and it has the worst customer service of all, customer care number [protected] never works and local maintenance guys response is very late as well.

                        Even to submit the monthly pay, we have to call them to come and collect the money. but even after informing them, person who is suppose to collect the monthly charge comes two days late. and even if he takes the money, he activates the account only after one day.

                        Since account gets activated every month after payment is done, during this process internet would be disconnected for 4-5 days.

                        I am really irritated.

                          Hi, i got this raajnett connection last month. my connection id is - nlr203. but it is one of the worst isp provider ever. for the past one month i have hardly got connectivity for around 10 days. for rest of the days there were no connection i have made 4 complaints within a month and still it is not resolved. there customer care is the worst and there technicians take there own sweet time to resolve a issue. i advice people please choose any other isp provider and not to choose raajnett. thanks pratap [protected]

                            It's pathetic, one of the worst customer service i have come across, i have done payment for 2 months till now the service not rendered, you should at least show some empathy to the one who is paying you money, i[censored] can't why the hell u people asking to prepay, u people are cheating us, u didn't even hired single person to discuss about customer issue in customer service, only ivr sound none of them picking the call, no courtesy to reply back the customer, each and every rupee u cheat is from our hard work, really you people will pay for this

                              I have taken Raajnett connection from Mr. Sheik Apsar ([protected]) and the plan is Rs.799/month (Paid Rs 5513 for 6 months, bill no 14435) with 2Mbps and unlimited data usage. Mr. Sheik gave the offer for 6 month plan with the benifits of free installation and D-Link N150 Wifi router. I have paid 3/07/16 Rs 5513 for 6 months and got the connection after so many calls to customer care on 11/07/16 but the guy Sheik never attend phone calls. I am keep trying is number and sending sms but no response.
                              Now i am waiting for Raatnett feedback for free Wifi router. The way of response to customer is very very poor. Soon Raajnett will loose his market because of poor customer support and service.

                                Its been 3 weeks since i registered for a new broadband connection. The installation is not yet done and when asked for refund, i am not getting any response.

                                I am wondering what kind of people are employed in the customer care..! Every day i am calling the customer care and they keep on chanting the same thing that they will arrange a call back. Till date nobody bothered to call me back. Even the sales person (Suresh - [protected]- who came to my house to collect the payment) doesn't respond when i tried to reach him. When i dialed from my landline number, he picked up my call, but when he realized that its me, he disconnected the call.

                                I am totally disappointed and frustrated with raajnett and not sure what to do.

                                  I paid rs.1071 on may-19-2016. till now (01/07/2016) no connection has been given. when i inquired, they said, connection can't be given & they will refund the money. no response from then. not picking my calls. i sent mail. no response for that too. please don't be scammed again with raajnet. i wont recommend to anybody again! i lost my hard earned money:(

                                    Till date no update or call from raajnett.

                                    The very worst thing is customer care i never crossed more then 1min ever time they disconnect the call by saying wait for 1week.

                                    And the field executive are bad people
                                    Who promised me with in week i will get internet connection.

                                    When i called them, every time i get a answer that, the executive has all ready left the job. Then he gives 1 more week time then again the same story the executive left the job.

                                      I am a current user of Raajnett broadband services I want to share pathetic story of state of service of this provider in customer care and down right apathy to complaints at all levels.Right from start, the company has been showing total apathy to my complaints and service failure.When I paid advance for connection and did not get any update on activation for over two weeks, I had to visit their office - to ensure there IS a Rajnett company and check why the delay.After getting activated, within a week their upgradation message came and my connection got hit.Calls to customer care, their technical team and to a member of the Org went unheaded. After three days it got rectified and now again there is disconnection.Dear fellow users and those desiring to get Raajnett services, it appears to me that this company does not show any keenness to attend to failures and seems not receptive to complaints and ensure quality services.

                                        Last month i took raajnett internet connection for 3 months prepaid for 1mbps unlimited tariff. I have paid 1720 for 3 months prepaid internet for 1 mbps connection. From the second day, internet service down is for more than a week. Once connection congress, it's disconnecting more than 1000 times every minute. Worst internet service provider i have ever seen.

                                        Getting message from customer care that, connection will be down for more than 72 hours.

                                        Is this the acceptable outage for 3 days by any internet service provider?.

                                        This is the message...
                                        Dear customer, we are in the process o[censored]pgrading our network. We are doing this with minimal downtime or no downtime due to which you may be facing speed related issue. We are hopeful that our upgradation will get completed in the next 72 hours. We regret the inconvenience caused if any.

                                        If they don't have proper network, why they are coming and advertising.

                                        My sincere advice to raajnett, please close your company and upgrade your network, take more than a year also.

                                        Once all the network are upgraded then start advertising for new connection.

                                        Please don't bluff people and take away the people s hard earned money
