Hello there

I bought a 30 liter geyser from your company that had problems from day one. I made your company aware of this through Complaint.
The technician had accepted the fact that it was a manufacturing defect and if it malfunctioned in the future, it would also be replaced by the company. Despite repeated complaints, we have been facing problems for a year. But it is not being replaced by the company. If it is not replaced by the company soon then I will take take strict action against the company and take this matter to the consumer court.

I have been facing issues since jan 2020.
Replace the geyser with a new one as soon as possible and don't you people dare to take it lightly.

This is regarding the Racold Pronto Neo 3 Litres 3KW Instant Water Heater (White) | B008LN6A6Q ( B008LN6A6Q ) HSN:8516, which I purchased online and there was issue with this, the graser inlet pipe was broken when installing this. As this s under warrant I have raised a customer complaint in Oct 17. In spite of multiple calls no proper response on the issue and no call bank. I do not understand...

    I purchase 2 lit instant water heater form M/S big shop Ooty . Six months back the water heater not working. So I made a complaint with dealer an the service person .
    But nobody responded
    Then I took the product to the dealer and handed over to him for repair . He kept the product do three months.
    Last week he gave me water heater in same status
    It was not rectified still it is not working

          Dear Team,
          I logged the complaint 60726545 on 11th Nov 2020 regarding my RACOLD Gyser which were procured in last year, since the complaint its not working, already 16 day gone however still your support team asking 10 more day to resolved the issue.
          i am being customer on RACOLD since one year, at the time purchasing the product everything was on higher note like support would be immediate and will resolved the issue within 7 working days however once customer onboard your statement has been changed drastically.

          surprisingly your team closed my logged ticket[protected] without informing me on 13th Nov ticket has been closed without resolved actually this called fudging which lead everyone into legal concern.
          moreover my mother and father are old age and the kind of amenities was procured to the comfort for them however now its like non usable item for me even it seems like its out your interest too because you already got the complete payment from customer end then now customer is burden on you.
          The kind of support and approach by your support team is leading me by mental agony, I will put everything on social media and will expose your complete environment.
          You can take 30 days to resolve the customer but customer can't held you anyhow, do you have any escalation matrix if so then please share with me. I will escalate this to RACOLD higher management let them know how your customer support and service team leading with customer.

            One major problem occur in geyser there is shot in geyser and the geyser shut down

                As per the service engineers the solar drum has leakage and they said since it is within warranty period they will replace it with free of cost only service charge to be paid. I accepted for their demands and told them please do it it's been more than a moth they have been dragging and not replacing the drum instead they are increasing the charges and mentioning that the need to pay to the logistics team then the drum will ge delivered from there do will you pay the charges ect...

                Now if I call them they don't answer instead they switch off the phone. Finally Its been a month that I am not able to use the solar, don't buy anything from RaCold very very very worst product i have several examples like these kinds of issues

                      Very bad service from racold i never thought branded company's provide this type of service...I bought a racold storage geyser from Amazon site...I raise the installation complaint but no one responded...almost completed one week but noone responded still..they're saying within 48 hours installation process will done by racold executive...but still it's not done...

                          I'm Prabir Kanungo from Delhi. I purchased two (02) Eterno Pro Water Heaters (Geyzersl of Racold online from Amazon a few days back. Since then I have made numerous calls for the free installation to all concerned but the same is yet to be completed. The agency deputed for doing the job has the most unprofessional technicians and support staff. The 1st technician took all the details of my appliance and did not reach/revert. On contacting him, he said that he has not got orders for the installation. On raising the issue with customer care, he called back to say that it was a mistake as he was talking about another customer, which was a lie. His attitude and way of speaking was totally atrocious and unprofessional. The 2nd technician nominated came over and was totally ill equipped and untrained to do the job. He kept trying by trial and error methods to do the job but couldnt even install one appliance. He promised to get back the next day, however in the morning he gave a call saying, his scooter is not working so he wouldn't be able to make it. I have been at home for the last 72 hrs foregoing work for this installation and this is the service I get, that too on the 1st installation request. Please escalate the complaint at the highest level. Very shoddy and unprofessional approach from Racold. I dont have my Order No as I have deleted the SMS.                             Water leakage in newly installed solar water heater

                            This refers to my complaint no as mentione in the subject line. I purchased new machie in July 2020 and it started leaking in August, within a months time of purchase. After multiple calls, a technician came and said that the part is not available and he has to go get it from warehouse. He also demanded 300₹ service charge.                             Dear team,

                            I have purchased a racold eternal swift water geyser from amazon on 14/07/2020, so far any technician turned up for installation even after several requests.

                            After lapsing of two months also, racold tele team is not responding and giving harsh reply by the support team member mr. srinivas, [protected].

                            Racold system is not allowing to track our service request, whenever we tried to check it is asking for a fresh complaint. Such a worst services we had never come across.

                              This is Rohini Prasad one of your Victimed and frustrated customers, I am writing this after calling your customer care, area manager and local service guys several times.

                              I lodged a complaining on May 21 with a complaint number[protected] where my solar water heater is leaking due to a faulty inner seal from one of the heating tubes. The fix is very simple just need to replace the seal. But this does nit happened with you....

                              I have logged a complaint on leakage of my solar water heater on 20 may 2020, i followed up with racold customer care through email but no response from their side. Again tried through their customer care number and they told their techncian will call me in 48 hours, no one called till now....
