[Resolved] Racold — Wrong installation | |||
Sir I purchased racold eterno 2sp 15 lts (h) ivory water heater from great eastern appliance pvt. Ltd. vide invoice no. DH/SA/1617/08480 dated 20/09/2016. The material was delivered on 23/09/2016 and yesterday on 24/09/2016 it was installed by Span Works. While installation, I have told the technician that my water heater is horizontal type but he has installed it vertically. In the evening, I have contacted my sales person of Great Eastern SMt. Mithu Saha but she has not responded. I have also called the installer but he denied his mistake. Today morning I have contacted Span Works several times and asked him to send another technician to reinstall the same. First of all he tried to mislead me and ask me to send the photo by whatsapp. Sir I did it but he refused to send new technician and told me that the same technician will visit my house on Monday in the working hours. I don't know whether he can install it correctly or not. Sir, I am a working lady. I have to leave my house everyday in the early morning. My husband also leaves home with me. Only Saturday and Sunday are our holidays. I thereafter requested him to send his technician either today or tomorrow after 7.00 pm as there is nobody to attend the person throughout the day. I don't know what to do except complaining you. I have purchased the geyser with a belief that I shall get proper after sales service from brand Racold. I purchased two Electric Geyser on 14 Oct 16 and registered on same day my registration No. is EN 1472917 an Reg Mob No. is [protected]. It has not yet been installed till 18 Oct 16 by 1200hrs after repetitive reminding to customer care .
Product bought on19sep2015. Under guarantee. Not working since yesterday. Pls do the needful urgently.

I am facing issue with Gas Geyser and raised complaint on 29th Sep 2016 and customer care support confirmed. they are sending engineer with in 48 hours. Even i am following with customer care several time they are unable to provide service to us. Kindly find the complaint number ES10325293.
