Kindly check & do the needful... As we have already forwarded the request on toll free number but there was no response till now. We request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem asap...

Placement change of wire which is very dangerous as we are constructing our site and despite of so many reminders there is no action of change of wire. Who will be responsible for any mishappening if held due to this delay.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I used to get a bill of approximately inr6500 to 8000 till some time ago and it is the same house and same occupants (5 people) and i have started getting bills of inr 22000 to inr 25000 which is non-understandable and totally beyond my comprehension as to how can i get such exorbitant billing despite not having such a high consumption!
    Is there something wrong with my meter or is somebody stealing my electricity or where is the problem that is causing this havoc!
    I have a three phase connection with a sanctioned load of 14kw which had been enhanced by me a long time ago by making the necessary payments etc. During the time when there was a load enhancement scheme by desu, which subsequently became dvb and now bses! The current m d i is 7.56 kw.

    Please assist me and help me get rid of this problem. I am a law abiding honest citizen and regularly clear all my dues and am aware of my limitations and would definitely restrain from exceeding my limits. However, in this case, everything is the same as it used to be including the consumption but yet my bill has become more than quadrupled and it is just not possible as there has been no changes in my building or the electricity consumption which you can check from your own records.

    Kindly assist me and guide me as to what can be done about this excessive over billing.

        Hi, I am a resident of Tilak Nagar, Delhi and I am writing to you regarding a case of electricity theft that is happening in my area at the address 14/2B i.e. House no. 2B in Block 14, Tilak Nagar, Delhi. The resident of the mentioned address has been stealing electricity for quite some time now. Whenever somebody from the electricity department comes to check their meter, they lock their house from outside to fool them that they're not home. Many a times it has happened that if they're home, they simply tell the inspector that they're just tenants and that the inspector should talk to the owner of the house. Their house in in the name of their father who has been dead for over 20 years. They use electricity very carelessly and their air conditions run 24x7 without break. They also run a general store on one side of their house that also uses a lot of electricity. If you check your records, you will find out that they haven't paid their electricity bill for a very long time and have been getting away with it by lying. Please look into this matter because it really bothers me and other people living in the area who are aware of this happening. Thank you very much. Regards.

          Our BSES electricity bill comes very high even though the consumption is very nominal. Our CA No[protected] AUG-19 ) of Rs.19, 390 Team BRPL, please look into this and change our meter as it seems to be running too fast. A bill of 19390 is impossible when we aren't even there during the day. The meter needs to be checked and replaced as surely it is running too fast.

              08 electric meter are mounted on my house wall which is not properly arranged, wires and meters height is very low which is easy approachable by anyone.
              In my house 2 small kids and parents lives which were senior citizens.
              Also these meters are mounted on kitchen wall where most of water works are done my family members.
              02 times already fire catches due to sort circuit.

              Request to arrange meter properly and covered it with box so that no one can easily approach or touches.
              Or
              Shift meters on individual house floor wise as all meters are mounted on one wall at ground floor only.

              Kindly take necessary action asap to avoid any accident and save our family life.

                  My shop electricity bill was normal around 2.5 k, but from when the meter is changed it got just double amount. How it can be possible, i am very fed up, it's been 3 months. How can we nornal people survive.

                  Our prime minister wants to startup new business, but you all are running it up. Please do something and i went there the bars office but they are not replying well

                    I am having BSES Rajdhani power Ltd connection CA no[protected] in my father's name late Lt Col KP Kalsy. On 06 Dec 2018 I went to Division office South Nizamuddin where I was given acknowledgement of DSS request order application no [protected]. After that I went to BSES Rajdhani office at Nehru place on 12 Dec 2018. I submitted all the documents and got acknowledgement for change of Name request no[protected].
                    So far the change of name has not been done. As per the direction I have called the call center 39999707 who have been promising that the name change will be done next but has not been done so far. Request of this issue can be resolved.

                        I have received electricity bill of bses rajdhani having ca no.[protected] from 17.06.19 to 19.07.19 of rs.7210. Of shop no.7/38 ground floor dakshinpuri ext. New delhi.

                        Sir, bill amount rs.7210 is very high as compared to my last bill paid. Rs.3330/-. I never consumed such high units as shown in bill. Photo of bill is attached for your reference.
                        Kindly rectify wrong amount of bill as my financial condition is not so good.

                          My Electricity meter is running fast, though I only use only one fan at night bt the meter is showing 5kw isage which is impossible because we are not using electricity in daytime as we are away from home for whole day and only using fan at night..please take action at earliest...

                            I am regularly paying my monthly electricity bill on time.                               This is to inform you that we are facing a very big problem of electricity supply. Electricity power cut in our area before 4:30 hour around 9:00 oclock and its not resolve till now.

                              Right now time is 1:20 am midnight.
                              And no electricity power in my area. Its too long time.
                              We submit our bill properly on time. So why cut the electricity power.
                              When we call to customers care they are exted the time in every call.

                              We are facing big problems for electricity prower cut.

                              Due to this we are not b able to sleep.

                              I have already complaint many time for same issue.

                                My ca no is[protected] my meter got changed on 28th may 2019 and since the day my meter changed my electricity bill got double. I got electricity bill of 24300 rs for 2 months. How come is it possible who had paid 7000 bill in the last month now has to pay 24300 bill amount.
                                Even after putting complaint for test of meter no one came to check and meter testing amount is added in the bill as additional bill. I want you to put my old meter back. Please resolve this issue and stop cheating with customer and looting there hard earned money.

                                I have made compliant to NFC bses but all the employees are lazy and so non cooperative. It’s been 10 days for my compliant for meter test and increased bill . This how u cheat ur customer. I will not pay the bill till my compliant will get resolved. U cheat people. You have fasten our meter . Resolved it ASAP else I will take legal action.

                                  We are facing issue of excessive bill under Rajdhani Power Limited. Earlier the bill amount used to be around 500-1000, but now it comes around[protected]. Even though we are using the same appliances This is happening since the time our meter is changed. . Please get it checked as soon as possible and resolve this issue. they are charging too much amount and we can't afford to pay such huge amounts. Please take actions as soon as possible.

                                    I am raising a consumer complaint against bses delhi - gk2 for cheating a customer of his hard earned money.

                                    From last month i have seen a drastic increase in my electricity bill whereas there has been no change in the number of hours spent at home or use of electric appliances.

                                    How has my bill amount become 9000 inr???

                                    I need a resolution to this immediately and will not be paying the bill till a technician is sent to my house to check this.

                                    Also pathetic customer care service. Was made to wait for one hour and to speak to 6 different agents and still end result was they telling me that i should go to the bses office.

                                    Raising consumer complaint now on all social media platforms.
                                    We are 2 people who are out of office the whole day, how is it possible to have a 10k bill???
