I got my latest bses rajdhani bill on 27/4/19 for my ca number[protected]. The bill number was[protected]. I had a security deposit of rs 3600 with bses rajdhani. What bses rajdhani did was that it altered the security deposit from rs 3600 to rs 600 (A loss of rs 3000) to the customer (I. E. Me) without any information. Kindly find out on what basis bses rajdhani has done that and get a fresh bill issued with proper refunding of the wrongly deducted security amount of 3000.

BSES Rajdhani has not taken any action in the matter so far. Your notification to BSES Rajdhani seems to be of no use.
No limit power cut on daily basis at night from 10:15pm to 4:30am. people are suffering very much here. Specially power cut at night are very much increase.

      I am a resident of new delhi, sangam vihar, g-12 (Near shooting range).
      My complain is about the inconvenience being created by the electric pole standing in the middle of the entrance of the street.
      Due to this pole we are unable to carry get water from tankek as it is creating obligation in the entrance of any big vehicle. So, i request you to displace this pole as soon as possible.
      I hope you will listen to us and take immediate action.

      I stay in Tyagi Mohalla area of Chhattarpur and while most of the neighbourhood gets power, for some reason our lane does not gets it for almost half of the night. In this summer, its very difficult to sleep. Requesting the authorities to look into this issue. One does not expect this longer power cut in the capital of the nation.
      There has been daily power failure of more than 12 hours which is unacceptable in any condition. We know very well due shortage in summer we have to face the power cuts but it does not more than 9 hours. It should be 4 or 5 hours with proper scheduled. As we can manage our daily life accordingly

        There been a lot of voltage fluctation in my area (Sant garh near ravidas mandir tilak nagar new delhi 18) it specially happens at night the things is our electric appliances gets damage by it and its too hot the fans does even work properly because of this low volatage fluctuation problem please solve this problem as soon as possible the volatage is stay so slow that our even cant work properly please resolve this problem

          I am resident of 575a/6 top floor r/s govind puri ca no.[protected] to find easily. My neighbor meter take by bses rajdhani due to non payment of dues for long time but they still uses electricity from direct power box without any meter. Please send any person to check and remove electricity line until and unless meter is installed. His name is jitendra kumar and meter no is 24320566 which is uninstalled and never reinstall any meter in replace of the above meter but they use proper electricity without any connection.

            Our Phase Box has caught fire many times because Illegal cables have been laid from that to other areas...It is a very Dangerous Situation as it is the everyday route of many people, Children and Senior Citizens who might not know going from this route may kill their lives.

            Hence I request you to please look into the matter Carefully by Repairing that area and making all the cables underground.

                Hi sir

                This is to inform you that we are living in 10520 street no -1 mohan park naveen shadhara where one pole supporting wire is fitted infront of my flat gate and while we enter in the house we stuck every time between the wire and also while we bring out my bike its always stuck there.

                It is very risky while bike is every time touch that wire. Please help us and move this wire or remove it in the other side.

                    There has been power cut from 12:15 am till 4 am dated 15.04.2019, in shaheen bagh, okhla. There is no accountability from this super pathetic department to fix it even from the last three hours. Even the last year, it was quite often the load shedding during the dead of night was very common from the month of may to august. I would urge and request to the respective department to kindly take care of these power cuts not to happen especially during the late nights. Please do maintain the smooth functioning of current during nights.

                      My ca number is[protected]. I have requested for refund my security deposit amount. I have paid all pending bill and handed over meter to bses executive.
                      I have done all formalities for refund and submitted documents on dt.[protected]
                      With application number [protected]. But still not receive my refund amount after many times visiting not receive any positive response from bses in my last visit on 9 april they said the person who's handling your query shes on leave.

                      I am a private employee its not easy to take leave and go daily basis on bses office to track the status and my father is more then 60 year age he has already visited there 3 times.

                      I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                        Dear sir,

                        This is in reference to our meter checking form dated 22/03/2019 regarding excess bill since 09 months. But till date you have not taken any action in this matter. I am getting a very excess bill that is above rs[protected] for 09 months. This month it's above 8000/- rupees

                        Why am i still getting so much high bill every month? I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check whether somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter

                            This factory operates mainly in the night and no work has been carried out in day time. We are facing electricity fluctuations and few of our electronic equipment have already damaged due to this.

                              Sub: request for new electricity connection.
                              Sir,
                              With due respect i would like to inform you that i have made a complaint bearing no.[protected] dated 09.01.2019 to get a new electricity connection in my building at first floor in the name of neeta yadav.in this regard all required documents have already been submitted to the concerned officer. I have personally visited 5 times to your adhchini office since 14.01.2019 to 14.02.2019. On dated 14.02.2019 your counter no.10 officer told me that our 3-4 officers team will visit to your residence within 4 days and after that they will sanction electricity connection but till now no officer has visited at my residence.
                              I would like to inform you that at the time purchase the plot in 1997, it was mentioned my old house no. As plot no. 20, colony rajpur khurd, but after few years, the same house new number is as c-132, first floor, colony rajpur khurd, new delhi-110068.
                              Therefore, you are kindly requested to issue new electricity connection at my above said address as soon as possible.

                              Note:- no action was taken since 14.01.2019 to till date despite of my 5 times visited to adhchini office.

                                This is regarding ca no.[protected]. The bill is rs. 8270. There is only a single lady living there. The bill cannot be so high as the other family living downstairs have a very minimal bill.

                                Two bills have already been paid in january 2019 (29/1/19 for rs. 2420 and the other on 24/1/19 for rs. 2450)

                                Please check on which date the meter reading has been taken

                                    I reside at Plot no. 162 B-BLK Qutub Vihar Ph-I Goyla Dairy South West Delhi-110071. Earlier in December 2017 I had applied for a new meter connection in the name of Pranjal Pandey(my brother) for the other half of my house built. Also, the current meter was supposed to be installed outside my house and new one was to be installed next to it as per BSES professionals. But they have just been calling and making excuses from past 1.5 yrs. My father has been at designated BSES office several times but to no avail and noone is hearing our complaint. This is actually harrassement and i dont have enough time to run around the BSES office all the time. Either they should install the meter or return my money as its a clear felony from the department.

                                    Therefore, I request you to look into this matter and help me further.

No. Nb/do1/23075532 has developed cracks in the middle of the column due to overloading of wires. The column can fail and break anytime leading to accident and loss of life as it is a busy road with foot movement.
