Power cut in chattarpur enclave phase 2 has become a regular problem . BSES people schedule power cut between 10pm to 4am Which is unbearable in this hot weather. Bses is not able to solve this problem and the government has no answers. Let the assembly elections come ...the common man will have the answer to this government. I am not voting for the present government who cannot provide basic necessity of power and water.

    We have been suffering from back two years due to low voltage in our area. Especially, after 10 O’clock the voltage goes down that even a single 5watt led bulb doesn’t work properly. Please do the needful asap as we have visited Bses office many times and found no one to help us out. In our building, we have seen there is a single cable used to provide 12 flats power, whereas we have seen different cables used to provide power to each flat. Either provide us a separate power cable or increase our load.

      वैसे तो हमारे मोहल्ले में सभी लोग बिजली की चोरी करते हैं, किसी के घर 4 4 ऐसी हैं, तो भी 150 या 250 रुपए ही बिल आता है। मैं आपको सबके नाम देती हूँ। जयप्रकाश लाकडा, जयराम लाकड़ा, किताबो देवी, नत्थु, औऱ बहुत हैं। विशेष मैंने आपको ये msg क़िताबों देवी के लिए किया हैं। किताबों देवी, 10 या शायद 20 साल से ऐसे ही बिजली की चोरी करती आ रही हैं। उनके घर मे मीटर नही हैं। और इतने सालों से लगवाया भी नहीं, कभी हम कहदे की मीटर लगवा लो तो कहती हैं कि application दी हुई हैं, यदि application दी ही हुई हैं तो लगवाती कयु नहीं हैं मीटर। mundka, b/h bhairon mandir, bharpai devi hospital wali gali, 110041. इस गली में सबके सब चोरी करते हैं, कृपा कर कुछ action ले।

            With reference to the above noted it is true that we have sumit the bill for rs (700 to near 1000) but now this is the new meter after shot circuit and suddenly amount increase 2 or 3 times more than older amount rs. 4000 to near 5000.               If bses is not able to provide electricity


              I'm a resident of Chattarpur enclave phase 2 Delhi. The problem of excessive power cut in Chattarpur, Delhi, has become unbearable for the residents of the area to cope with. Please restore power in the area at the earliest. The summer heat has already caused health problems to a plenty of people and the problem, if not solved, will cause further damage. I have contacted the electricity dept several times over phone but they don't fix the problem
              ### ### holes u electricity guys are...who gave you jobs when u can't fix line in one go...since yesterday power cut in Chattarpur is random...from 7pm to 3 am..more than 30 times light went off and happened today as well. Do politicians and prime minister also get power cut in Khan market and Janpath area. We bludy give LL the taxes and face power cut and these politicians enjoy on our benefits with no pain and power cut. We come from work after spending so many crazy hours just to have atleast a sound sleep. But electricians and politicians are there to ### up our life's not only in day but night as well..jai hind

                I have face power cut problem in our area many time and any time also i have face low voltage issue from last one week, because of low voltage my ac is not in working condition as well as my fan is moving very slow, i already submit complaint to customer care but there is no response.                 In the time of typing my complaint i have no power in my home. Please resolve my problem of power cut as well as low voltage power. I have full right to get proper service from bses rajdhani as i am paying my bill at on time.

                  I am resident of block a sewak park, new delhi. There is so many power cut for 15 min to 2hr daily in the area. Right now temp of delhi almost 48 degree and i am living in the capital of india. How irresponsible the company bses that could not maintain the power supply in such small areas. Nearby the society name winterhill have 24*7 power supply. I am damn income tax payer around 1.2lac per year but i could not get power supply for 24*7 in the capital of india. Need to be resolved the issue.

                    I am sonam gupta w/o - mr. Pradeep kumar r/o-267 second floor janta flats gtb enclave dilshad garden delhi, my electricity bill increase of the month of 'may 2019 that is rps-3770, however it was just rupees 710 of the last month that is april2019' even we live a single family and not use extra electricity we use only one room, i dont have any electric equipment whose consumption is more so how they can done this, they increase my mdi suddelny even my electricity meter is just of '2kw'.. So i request you to decrease my mdi 3kw to 2kw, otherwise i will go higher authorities for that type of fraud activities, please take action immidiately. Thanks...

                          Sir,

                          I, mr. Joginder lamba, ca no.[protected], have (Wrongly) received a letter from bses, room no. 123, gandhi market, minto road, delhi-110 002 of outstanding amount of rs. 45114.74. The letter is addressed to mr. Vinod kumar ca no.[protected], who was the owner of the plot no. 1/515, gf, gali imli wali, ganda nala, mori gate.

                          The owner had constructed 4 shops on the same plot no. 1/515 and had allotted these shops to 4 different persons with the address as 515/1 (Plot 515 shop no. 1), 515/2 (Plot 515 shop no. 2), 515/3 (Plot 515 shop no. 3) and 515/4 (Plot 515 shop no. 4). All 4 o[censored]s have separate meters and are paying the electricity bill regularly. There are no dues till date.

                          The bses authorities are unable to find the address 1/515 which is the address of the defaulter. They are getting the address 515/1, 515/2, 515/3 & 515/4. Since 515/1 is my shop, they have given the letter to me and are forcing me to pay the outstanding dues of the plot 1/515 (Mr. Vinod kumar)

                          I had gone personally to the bses office and had sent my reply to them (My objections).

                          They are threatening me that if i do not pay the dues, they will disconnect my electricity.

But this is totally fake scheme of bses. So many phone calls i received, bses person told me that i have submitted ur papers. But voltas person from hauz khas told me i have no ac. When season is over then in november when no demand in market if i have then, we will give u. Last year also they said like...

                              I am a army vetran staying at d42 third floor nangal dewat vasant kunj 110070, my bills have been exceeding for quite sometime but i never complained last months bill was 1033 units which is not possible as most of the time nobody was at home in delhi. My ca no[protected] request analyse my bills for last year and a half its inflated and last months is definetely. The owner of the building is having some commercial activities in the basement and also on the top floor new construction has he taken permission for so many new connections or is he adjusting on unaware tenents like me.
                              Request investigate the matter and reimburse my dues if overcharged due to someone elses mistakes.

                                This complaint is for south delhi - ward-94s - vishwakarma colony (Pul prehladpur) - dumbbells gym street. There are about 5 streetlights in this street and 2 out of 5 always remain faulty. I complain almost every month.
                                And 1 street light near demolished building taken away by bses in the month of february. I even complaint to mcd customer care number but there is no provision to lodge complaint for a missing light as they can lodge complaint only for faulty light. Then i tried to complaint to bses but being a led streetlight, bses can not lodge any complaint. I then went to bses complaint office in vishwakarma colony and asked bses office 14 days ago (They already know that have removed the light from pole and even it was in front of my eyes so they can't deny) to reinstall it to which they said it’ll be done in 2-3 days yet not installed. Please do something about this as the whole street is in dark and no action is being taken.

                                  Hi sir/madam,

                                  I am residing in block - g, aya nagar, new delhi -110047 area. From last few months there are frequent uneven cuts of electricity supply. Electricity cuts off in day time (Any time) as well as at night time (Any time) also and its about more than 8 to 10 hours continuous.
                                  As you are well aware of the temperature of delhi and added to that frequent power cuts when it is mattered most. Also, coming back to home from office and after a lot of work, it's very difficult for us get a proper sleep and i think it is related to our health also. Why we are paying for electricity then. Particularly in one area most of the time power cut is happening, that is block-g (Near to ksm public school) and the reason which we get is some work is going on (Due to fault), in the same area everyday and they are not able to rectify it? (It's just an excuse) (In other area's it's fine). Time of power cut: 7am to 6pm / 6pm to 4 am / 11pm to 6 am.
                                  According to government policy also, this power cut should be scheduled (So why a particular block is facing this issue).
                                  We are facing a great problem with current status of power outage.
                                  So you are requested to kindly look into the matters of these regular power breakdown in our area.
                                  I will we eagerly waiting for your instant action.
