Sub.: complaint against electricity bill ca no.[protected]
(Regarding excess bill for about every month)

Sir/madam,

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of mr. Akeel ca no.[protected] s-606, 3rd floor, school block, shakarpur khaas (Opposite to monginis cake shop), new delhi-110092. I went out for home for about a week and when came back i got shocked when i saw the bill. When i checked the meter last before leaving home was about 5847 and when i came back it was 5875. By that time i thought there might be some issue but this continued to be same for every month. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. But all the units consumed shown in this above period and bill charged at higher rate of rs. 6.50 per unit. Also my meter seal is open. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill as well as meter so that i can able to make the payment immediately.

    Sir,
    Reported about this complaint, vide complaint No B[protected] Toll free number is [protected] in aug 2018, they assured me that it shall be in working condition in next 72 hours but nothing have happened till date
    - been to local parshad office no body listens
    - went to bses office in east patel nagar, they refuse to accept the written complaint. Please help
    - When you complain on bses Website they ask for Pole Number which not readable (Photo attached)

        Bses — Wrong BIll

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have deposited of Rs.1040/- to the BSES yamuna pow. Ltd. For the previous month bill and I have used the electricity unit 326 from[protected] to[protected].

        Now, I have received a bill for currunt month from[protected] to[protected] and in the said bill I have used electricity unit 127 only.

        That my complain is BSES send me a bill, and due date of the said bill is[protected]. I have used 127 unit only according to the said bill and bill is generated of Rs.1100/- (Eleven Hundred Rupees).

        As per the unit which is mentioned in bill I have cosumed the unit from 3657 to 3784 to till[protected] and I am payable of Rs.381/- before rebate.

        I request you to please take legal and proper action on my complain and revert back the extra amount which is included in the said bill. Why should I pay extra amount of this bill. Kindly send a proper actual bill we will escalate this further...

I have been using electricity through this meter for 1 year and my electricity bills were not more than rs.300, but in the previous month my bill is more than double, please i request you to check my meter or do something needful regarding this.

              The street light isn't working for over 3 months now. I have finally got tired of talking to people at bses.

              This street light is right infront of my house.
              A-121 dr ambedekar colony
              Andheria modh
              Chattarpur
              New delhi

              Because of this street inoperative for months, children and ladies are afraid of moving out of the houses due darkness.

              Bses failed to take respond. Pwd was contacted and they referred me to sdmc and i have been running after all of them to fix this street light.

              Please assist us in repairing this basic need for a society.

              Hi can you check CA no[protected] this month billing is 1160 but don;t know how can increase amount 360 to 1160 within month as not using any AC to power supply

                On october 09 2018 morning at 11.35 miss nishu called me and inform me that your loan is approved for 200000 rupees and emi for 36 months is 6440. So if you want to take a personal loan send your documents via wats up no [protected] and you have to pay a processing loan of rupees 1500 and i have paid it via there web gateway and id is 0910mam8614 at 01:52 pm my transation id via debit card is[protected]. Company executive speak your loan amount credit after 24-48 hours but i am waiting for 3 days. Not credit loan amount. Know the lady named nishu is refusing my call. And inform me on watsup to contact on faircash customer care no [protected], when ever i call the number is busy... Please refund my cash... Cheating guys...

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  I am harvinder singh s/o late. Shri krishan pal hereby complains that in my month of oct-18 bill, the amount rs. 1809.92 as "other charges if any" has been added unnecessary for exceeding the sanction load in vain while my mdi unit is as 0.99 for this month, 1.8 for previous month and 2.08 for last month but not beyond this limit. My sanction load was 1 kw which was exceeded to 3 kw. So i request you to please remove the unnecessary amount from my bill and reduce my kw to 1 kw again as per running mdi unit.

                          Was surprised to see the notice which stated some one had visited our premises and were not allowed for change of old meter with new and that the power will be cut after 24 hours. I tried to contact the divisional head dwarka at
                          The number provided in the letter[protected] times on 24th sept (On record) but no one picked up... The address also not given in the letter which is so very shocking. Visited on 25th at janakpuri office after lots of pain but the head was still not available... Waited for him for half an hour but he/she was not in the office and no one was aware of his/ her schedule to come to office. Met mr. Ranjan in the adjoining room and was told that he is the 2nd in command (Ps/secy)... He heard me and they were not aware of this notice at all... He called one young sardar ji from it section who also had no idea about the wording that "visited your prmises and were not allowed" at all... They ensured to take up this matter... But no response as of now. None in my society (Samridi apartment, sector-18b received this kind of letter... Neither i had requested for change of meter and while i have no issues for change of meter for logical reasons but have serious objections on stating complete lie "that visited the premises and not allowed" in the notice about which even the bses people at jankapuri (Dwarka) office are also not aware of and worst that the head was not available at the contact number given in the letter.                             The authority is not accepting my complaint of excess meter reading after meter change. Where as from last three years my monthly reading was about 90 to 100 units, but now it is400 units for same consumption. Also my house is only a single room of dda janta flat. Pul pehladpur sub station. Dgm business division, khanpur.
                            Pls help me to lodge my complaint.

                                  Sir, illegal electric meter connection c. A no :[protected] issued to the owner of a-1/223, iind floor owner, paschim vihar, new delhi-10063, without knowing the physical property for iiird floor (Which is actually a roof not floor.in a roof there is a monty type of small room on which water tanks have placed. Sir bses have illegally issued this electric meter connection without physical verification and owner right. Kindly look into the matter and see why employees of bses have issued unauthorized connection.

                                    We have sub meter installed in our flat and rate charged by landlord is rs 10/unit. However while reading meter landlord is calculating first digit from right as unit place which should be decimal place according to me.
                                    So i want to know correct way of reading the sub meter.
                                    Also, please provide information regarding how to read meter on bill given by bses.

                                      This is Amit we purchased a house in Palam Colony New Delhi Address-92/3/1 gali no 16B in July and shifted it in 10 of August, My house meter is disconnected, i have raise a complaint to BSES customer care, after 1 day a bses executive came and connect the connection in month of agust my house bill is normal, I have paid all the dues in jury, But in September month My bill is increase so much. I have complaint many time at customer care and also visited bses office my time which was located in Palam dabrii mode but still no solution and I have seined bill basis disconnected in my bill i don't no why kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      In Sep month i have note my Reading it is 200 unites but the BSES meter reading executive made in 390, Manually this is very bad
