Account debited but merchant didn't receive the money
I made a payment for school fees of holy cross school Agartala. While making the payment via razorpay, it suddenly came with a request from Airtel [protected]@mairtel. I made the payment but the school didn't receive the money. Amount 3770/-, UPI trxn ID[protected] date 04/08/2022 time 09:12 pm. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible

I would like to inform you that I got deducted in bank account. registered mobile number is [protected]. All the emi have been debited on due date from my ICICI bank account but on dated 05-August-2022 an amount of 478.00/- has been debited from my account through razorpay and transaction description is DEBIT-ACH/CTRAZORPAY/[protected]
I request you to please investigate the aforesaid matter and reimburse the same amount of 478.00/- as soon as possible.

As We raised multiple request but no action/ Refund process.
As per recent issue, Payment done by our client to Razorpay merchant ID HknZsG1nBN8lH7 That was inactive. we were in process of account activation in between after long time client withdraw booking request. I requested to refund client amount as client does not want to take service from us. because amount was on hold with Razorpay. Based on request partial amount was refunded back to client.
Without any service provided by razorpay then how Razorpay will charge transaction fee from us. Also Our Client is waiting for his full refund.
We are using Razorpay Payment gateway for Online store. The are making trouble to us regarding asking Customer details Prodct details Customer product received mail, Tracking dettails .Aroud 15 dauys asking repeadly and hold the settliment amont which customer pay....
Amount Debited from my Savings account - But Not transferred to integrated account
I had transfer Rs. 327/- from my Indian bank savings account No.[protected] to integrated account No. [protected] dated on 21.07.2022.. The above said amount is debited from my indian bank savings account, but, so far the amount was not transferred to my integrated account.. So, i request you may please rectify & resolve this problem as early as possible..

The amount is deducted from my account but not reflected in clinikk health insurance payment but where the amount is debited and not credited to my account nor health insurance account. but it shows that payment that airtel has requested money then my amount has deducted from my account and not received for clinikk health insurance how do I refund the amount to my account......

There has been 3 fraudulent transaction back to back on my card. Out of which two was via Razor pay and one was via PayTM. I immediately blocked the card once I saw series of messages. However after i did this, i am getting rape threats from this number[protected]. I do not know what to do but till yesterday evening i received continuous WhatsApp calls

I was making a payment of Rs. 15, 000/- to my mother using gpay which is linked to my sbi account but the payment went to "airtel" instead. this took place on 7th july 2022 at 3:14pm. the transaction id is :[protected]. the gateway used by the fraudulent recepient was razorpay. the upi id of the reciepient is "[protected]@mairtel"
I want a full refund of my money which was wrongly transferred.
