My money was deducted from the BOB Credit card but not refunded when I am placing the order from the messho app but the order was not placed in the messho app. On 27th Dec 2022 at around 4 pm I tried placing the order in the messho app 978Rs money was debited from my Bank of Baroda credit card and also I got a mail from Razorpay with the payment id but has not been refunded till now Today's date is 6th Jan 2023 it is almost 10 days. I queried this with the method, but they cannot find my transaction. And also I queried BoB Customer care but they are telling me the money is not refunded till now. And also I raised disputes on the Razorpay website. My Payment_ID is pay_Kwu3n76dozebPb.

Hi, I tried to contribute to my NPS account on 5 jan 2022 through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount for debited from my bank account and in my UPI app the transaction shows successful but in NPS website it showed transaction failure. Hence the contribution is not considered by NPS and I didn't receive any SMS from NPS that units will be credited.

Amount - Rs. 50, 000
Payment mode - UPI (Razorpay)

I am using Razorpay from last one year, till date I have not received any call or message from them related to service.
Suddenly on 16th December an email comes that your funds have been held, get your verification done by us.
They demanded from me to give the satisfaction email of their receiver whether they have received the service or not.
I got this email provided to them, and I got them email provided not for 1 recipient but for 5 customers, in which it was clearly written that my customers that we have got the service, we are happy with the services,
Even after that new stories of these people are coming that get this done, get that done, we will not give money,
I want to inform all of you that don't take the service of Razorpay these people are very lazy and they don't have any email id contact number
This only makes people mad and the worst service in the world is by Razorpay.

Hi, I tried to contribute Rs 50000 to my NPS account on 10th December, 2022 through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount for debited from my bank account and in my UPI app the transaction shows successful but in NPS website it showed transaction failure. Hence the contribution is not considered by NPS and I didn't receive any SMS from NPS that units will be credited. Attached below are proof that amount is debited and transaction has failed in NPS. Please resolve this issue and refund my amount (Rs. 50000)
