As We raised multiple request but no action/ Refund process.
As per recent issue, Payment done by our client to Razorpay merchant ID HknZsG1nBN8lH7 That was inactive. we were in process of account activation in between after long time client withdraw booking request. I requested to refund client amount as client does not want to take service from us. because amount was on hold with Razorpay. Based on request partial amount was refunded...

Amount Debited from my Savings account - But Not transferred to integrated account

I had transfer Rs. 327/- from my Indian bank savings account No.[protected] to integrated account No. [protected] dated on 21.07.2022.. The above said amount is debited from my indian bank savings account, but, so far the amount was not transferred to my integrated account.. So, i request you may please rectify & resolve this problem as early as possible..

Regarding the payment of clinikk which is not reflected to the account nor my account

I have paid the health insurance of clinikk Rs 800 through googlepay . The amount is deducted from my account but not reflected in clinikk health insurance payment but where the amount is debited and not credited to my account nor health insurance account. but it shows that payment that airtel has requested money then my amount has deducted from my account and not received for clinikk health insurance how do I refund the amount to my account......

FRAUD by Ekaks.com

Hi,
I recently purchased a Jio phone from the website https://ekaks.com/
They are using your gateway to process the transactions,
However, after getting the money from me (attached screenshot) they have neither sent any confirmation mail, responded to my mails and there phone number is NOT working,
Please get my money refunded, and BLOCK their access to your payment gateway,

Fraudulent transaction

There has been 3 fraudulent transaction back to back on my card. Out of which two was via Razor pay and one was via PayTM. I immediately blocked the card once I saw series of messages. However after i did this, i am getting rape threats from this number[protected]. I do not know what to do but till yesterday evening i received continuous WhatsApp calls...

Incorrect transaction

I was making a payment of Rs. 15, 000/- to my mother using gpay which is linked to my sbi account but the payment went to "airtel" instead. this took place on 7th july 2022 at 3:14pm. the transaction id is :[protected]. the gateway used by the fraudulent recepient was razorpay. the upi id of the reciepient is "[protected]@mairtel"
I want a full refund of my money which was wrongly transferred.
kindly look into it and do the needful...

Online payment fraud through razorpay

One person name Ritik Sharma and his mobile no. [protected] call me for sale and purchase of material with his firm and told me to make a payment to my account and i will be sent to you your material once a amount will received to me. i send him the total amount which he want i.e. Rs. 12000/- & Rs. 4400/- vide UPI Ref. No.[protected] &[protected] through razorpay.
Pls help to recover the amount which has been send through razorpay...

NPS Transaction failed but amount for debited from my bank account

Hi, I tried to contribute to my NPS account on 03/07/2022 through Razorpay payment gateway. The amount for debited from my bank account and in my UPI app the transaction shows successful but in NPS website it showed transaction failure. Hence the contribution is not considered by NPS and I didn't receive any SMS from NPS that units will be credited. Attached below are proof that amount is debited and transaction has failed in NPS. Fraud from bank account

An amount of Rs 18000 was transferred from my bank account, when I contacted my bak staff they told me that the amount was sent to razorpay i further tried to contact them but their number is not under usage and i am unable to contact them.
My bank and the cyber crime department is also working on this, please help me someone this money was for my basic needs and being a student it is very hard for me.
Please help me...

NPS funding failed but amount debited

Kindly note that I have made a payment of Rs 5017.7 as NPS contribution via razor pay, opting gpay upi. The fund got debited fro bank account. However when returned to nps page, razorpay showed transaction failed. Either credit the amount to NPS account or credit back to bank account....

SIP amount debited twice

SIP amount for June was auto debited on 20th June 2022 (transaction ID : ACH/RAZORPAY/[protected]. However, yesterday (22nd June 2022) my account was auto-debited with INR 10, 000. The transaction ID for the same is ACH/RAZORPAY/[protected]. The bank confirms that the merchant is RAZORPAY software pvt ltd....

Merchant account suspended illegally

Hi, we are Shavi Soft Solutions, A new delhi based software company.Razor pay has suspended our merchant account suddenly.Still there is no clearance from their side. There is nothing that I can see on my dashboard..it's all data is removed. Already 6000+ amount is pending for settlement. All my amounts are sent by registered companies and for all payments, GST is submitted to govt of India.
With what reason my account is suspended...
